[Resolved]  Airtel — call with isd code +92

i recd a miss call from no [protected] today morning. And i understand that this is from Pakistan. pl. have this checked.

I have received same type of misscall from +92 [protected] . and called back in this no for checking who are called me from this no but nobody is picked up the phone. Now i am worry is that how can person got my number and giving miss call.
Please have a look in this matter.

I got missed call from the pakistan number [protected] on dt. 04.Nov.2011 at 09:13am on my airtel no. I didnt call back due to suspicion. Please look into this matter.

I received a missed call from an international number +92 etc. Icame to know that this ISD code is of Pakistan. I even called back and somone picked up the phone, but signal was weak so i cut off the call.Please look into this matter.

Me too got a miss call from an unknown number. I searched on the net and got to know that this call was from Pakistan (Country code +92).

I am not an Airtel subscriber. I have Uninor connection.

I can't imagine what will anyone get by doing such suspecious activity...

Tell me if anyone has found any harmful outcome of this !

I too recieved a call from an unknown number this morning, as I googled the number to know where it actually belonged, it prompted to be as a pakistan number, as a matter of fact, i do not know anyone from pakistan nor any pakistani's in india too, this either could be an incorrect dial out or some other serious issue that needs to be looked into by the airtel team, therefore i'd kindly request you to look into such misrouted calls, thank you for taking appropriate actions.

HI Guys ...Hey Stella...same thing happened to me also i also got a call from this no today morning(30/11/2011) but was unable to pick... I googled the same and found that the country code is of Pakistan... why the hell they are disturbing us.. Kindly resolve the problem guys...!!

Today, 15th DEC 2011 I got a missed call from [protected] couple of time, I happen to dial back as a usual practice I returned the call like many other stories above a man said he is calling from kolkotta and i won some lottery I immediately got to know this is another Racket and i cut the call. I was surprised to read some of you got charged 48 RS for the call not sure how.

I am from Bangalore and I am not sure how my number go to these guys in Pakistan. I would also like to point i used to get calls from share advisory companies based out of Ahmedabad. i guess the numbers might have been leaked from those list since a lot of people from Gujrat have got the call i am stating this.

Why can't Airtel block calls from these blacklisted numbers to India?

Yesterday on 21st Dec.'11 I got a missed call from[protected]. I called back and the person said that he is from vodafone from Chandigarh and you have got a lottery and for that he was giving another number to contact. As I was aware of this type fraud calls, I cut the line.

Today i too recieved a missed call from [protected] at 10:14am. when i called back i was told by the receiver that i have won a lottery ticket.. i immedialty understood of this call being fraud call.

I Request Concerned Authrorities to take immediate action against such numbers.
