deducting 1 rupee daily for e love pack

this is vikram dave from Bhopal. i got a call from airtel prepaid services and then after my e- love pack was activated on my mobile no. [protected]. i have not opted for it ,still 1 rs is being deducted for stupid messages.kindly deactivate this and refund my deductions
this is prabhu., 1 rs is being deducted daily.kindly deactivate this and refund my deductions .[protected], i made the complaint three times but still no action.

    I have Facing a Big Problem Last Six Days with airtel HD Dth 1 Engineer come to airtel for changing the dish Movement he said airtel is changing satellite direction then I am change Your Dish Direction on that time my airtel dth is work Properly then he change direction & my dth is show no Signal and he say sir we have change direction but we have drill machine we come tomorrow & fix the problem then Tv is show Just no signal I am say Shift old satellite he say sir the old satellite is crashed that reason we change the direction.
    but next day I don't result with airtel engineers I am continue calling to airtel customer care no they just register the complaint don't give the result I am Daily complaint airtel customer care for issue.

      We had taken up an Airtel broadband connection few months back in the name of my wife, Suneesha.

      Landline Number:[protected]

      For the billing cycle of month June 2011, we did not receive any bills .. neither online, nor a hard copy.

      Looking at the last months due date, I decided to make an online payment on 1st July 2011. Surprisingly, my login ID and password did not work. And, the option to retrieve passwords did not work as well.

      Then, I decided to make a payment without using the online account, through quick pay on Airtel website.
      This time a confirmation code was getting sent to an unknown number which I had never provided.

      Then I got an email (on aneesh.[protected]@gmail.com) from Airtel that their servers are down for maintenance between 9th July 2011 to 19th July 2011.

      Unable, to retrieve this code, I decided to make a payment at the relationship centres near my residence. According to Airtel website, one is in Chakala, near Bisleri (Andheri East), other one is in Lokhandwala (Andheri West). On visiting both the addresses I found that there is NO Airtel relationship centre at either locations.

      Whenever, I call up Airtel Customer Care centre, I am hung up, and never responded to.

      I got another mail saying servers down till 21st July 2011.

      One day Airtel Customer care called up and said please make your payment of INR 660. And, when we said that "we never received a bill". They asked for our e-mail address and hung up.

      1. I still don't have the bill for this cycle.
      2. I still don't have my online account password. Which I need to make payments because I can not wander all the time to locate which of your relationship centres are still operational. Take some pain updateing on the website.
      3. I can't understand that who linked that unknown number to my account. Please get this changed.
      4. So, if a bill shows up next month with a delayed payment penalty, I will not be paying the extra amount.
      5. If, you want your customers to pay for your service, provide them with hassle free methods.

        Bharti Airtel — Innocent Victim

        Dear Sir / Ma'am,

        This is a complaint on behalf of my Father Sri Joginder Singh who is over 65 years old.
        He was continously bombarded with messages on his cell no [protected] for Airtel Tunes. Out of curiousity he wanted to check out the offer and here starts the story...
        He was charged with Rs 30 for the mistake which is fine as this was his mistake.
        However he was subsequently charged Rs 30 for November and another Rs30 for the month of December.
        I called the Airtel Customer Care number several times in the evening today but could not get in touch with the Customer care executive (there is no option to choose where you can talk to a representative) Finally i tried all possible nos 121, 123, [protected] and managed to talk to the Care representative who obviously was "unable" to help me. I spoke to his Supervisor Jaideep who claimed that the call center was infact that of Bharti itself and not an outsourced call center.
        I begged that I speak to the Manager and after placing me on HOLD for a few minutes, i was told that the Manager by the name Abdul is very busy to talk to me and would call me back in an hour. It is past that hour as i write this email and I am sure that call would never come.

        I am really not sure if the company would take my complaint seriously after all I am just another complainant...but I would still like to try before i give up - hence this email

        Sir - I work in a very reputed firm and in a respectable position - I can afford this loss but what hurts me is the look on my father's face - he feels completely cheated and is depressed due to this.
        It is not a question about money and i would not be surprised if no action is taken on the matter

        there is deduction of money for making ISD missed calls for past 1 month.some times they ask for detail or they say there is no wrong deduction of money but once they refunded my money back.every time they give me one complaint no but no resolution to my complaint, iam facing this problem today also.f
        friend me to face same problem but i am not angry with airtel cause its not there fault which country ur tyring to give miss call ? some developing country who have bad spectrum tower or less Tecknical knowledge had such problem. if you try to give miss call to philippins, iran or some other country it wil happen.but some country who have better tecqnology dont had such problem you can check my advice give miss call in dubai and in oman how much time u want. your money will not deduct. its my promice here is one oman mobile num +[protected] this num is switch off. you will hear msg like - its not possible to ... please call later.

        Sir/Madam,

        I am Tonoy Tarafdar from Andhrahalli, Bangalore-560091. I have purchased one Airtel sim card for my friend Miss. Neha Prajapati under her name as well (MOB NO-[protected]) from Gandhinagar Airtel customer care office, bangalore, under the concern of Miss. Usha at the end of November, 2009, and i have submitted all such necessary documents as per to her information. However,her outgoing got barred because of not receiving the documents. I have resubmit the documents again on 8th December and 18th December, 2009 to the same outlet. Her number got activated after that, but we confronted the same problem again after a week which made me to speak to their supervisor Mr. Manohar over the phone. He has assured me with the resolve of issue. And he has done the needfull as well. However, today 2.1.2010 afternoon we confronted again with the same issue in terms of barring of incoming calls because of the same cause. We really got embarrassed with the connection, their service and with their commitment again and again in different intervals. I urge to resolve the issue and to pay them a severe penalty because of their mis- commitment and service.
        I would be highly obliged if you kindly grant my request and do the needful.

        Airtel Postpaid — i want isd calling option on my mobile

        dear airtel,rececently i have taken airtelpostpaid connection.the number is[protected]. i don't have a option to make a ISD cal. please provide the ISD calling facility to my mobile connection

        Airtel — No knowledge of Airtel Employees regarding Company Policies, Giving Fake informations

        I need to Put a complaint regarding Airtel. My complaint is: I had made security deposit of Rs.5000/- on 28 Nov.' 2009 for activating international roaming for my mobile no. ([protected]). About getting this deposit back, I was told by one of the team member that whenever I will close this facility, I will get back my deposit amount. On 10th Dec,2010 I called airtel office and asked for closing my services and refund me the security amount. Then they told me that it will be reimbursed after 45 days.After that I called Airtel on 23rd or 24th Dec. But they told me that request for refund is not registered. Then I asked them to do the same. Again I called on 23rd January,2010 and asked for the refund status, then also they told me that refund request is not yet made. Then I requested them to put the req. again. Then on 1st March, 2010, I called on 198 Cust. care of Airtel, and got the answer that Your refund cheque of Amount Rs.2984/- is being despatched on 14th Feb.2010.
        - Airtel team is telling me that January '2010 month bill amount is deducted from your security deposit on 8th Feb.2010.Who has permitted this to Airtel?
        -I have not got any information regarding the same.
        - Who has authorized Airtel to deduct Jan'2010 bill amount on 8th Feb. while the last date of bill payment mentioned on the bill is 11th February?
        - I have also made Rs.2000/- cash payment on 11th of Feb.2010. So for the same January'2010 month bill they have received the payment twice.
        - Employees are not clear about the policies!!!
        Regarding the same I have performed many calls from my cell phone and wasted my time without any result. It has caused only harrasment to me.
        Further to this, I am facing network problem at my residense and for the same I have requested to Airtel team through mail and phone even more than 200 times (verymuch true figure) but there is no positive response. I am following for this network problem since 21st March' 2009 but there is no remedy for me.
        --- I am getting the calls from Airtel team every month that this time your usage(Bill amount) is very low? Can we ask the reason for the same?
        I have called and mailed even more than 200 times and wasted my time.
        I am very much dissatisfied and harrased from the service provider (AIRTEL).

        I have got a misscall from a number starting from +92 yesterday. I tried to call back as I was not aware of this number.

        Later on I came to know that this is a number from pakistan.

        I too am a victim of missed calls racket from mobile number[protected].But i went a step higher and dialled the concerned party.To my surprise, i was given another ISD No [protected] and was told that i have won a lottery worth 10 lakhs from an agency promoted for lucky numbers.I was told to contact Mr malhotra of national bank and verify the cheque with 042 series.Since the call lasted 1.45 min, i was duped with Rs 48 for iSD call.I wish to inform Airtel and concerned that this is a big fraud racket where these agents are getting commission from using satellite ISD providers and should be blocked.Please ignore and sensitise ur neighbouhood/friends etc.

        Hi, I received a missed call from No. +92-[protected] It seems that there is something fishy about all these calls that we are receiving. Either it is being done by the Service Providers themselves to increase the billing of the customers who re-dial out of curiosity to know about the caller or there is some data bank leakage. Kindly look into the matter on priority. It can be some internal sabotage also by the employees of the service providers.

I called them back and they informed me that I have won a lottery of 10 lacs. But from the above trail, it seems the call is from pakistan.         I loose my Rs 10-20 on monthly basis from my Airtel sim. I don't know what they are planning for. See If someone cannot get time to complain in ur service center every time, you bastar*** really make a huge illegal money. I complained more than a dozen times about it. STOP subscribing the numbers automatically without the confirmations of the user.

        Today ,15th Apr 2011, Friday at 12:56 pm, I receieved a call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from Pakistan. It is just a missed call and I not able to pick it. Since I am in a Company dealing with Customers, so I have call back to the no. without analyzing fully. But no one speaks and an amount of 10/- has deduced from my balance.
        Also I am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. Also I have not a single person in Pakistan who knows me.
        I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter. Please make NA so that such type of call will not come in the future

        I m also got a miss call from these number[protected]. When i call back, a lady told me that u won 15 lacks by lottery. And given a second number of her senior, [protected] . I recognise the number as fake, and i abused her very much and after I called again that no. A person recieved the phn and told that call again after 1 hrs. I abused him again him. I pay 10 rs. Per min for these call. So please check this numbers and take a very hard action against him.

        i also got missed call from the isd code +92 on 16th march.on serching surprised to know that the code belongs to pakistan.surprised because nor any relative or freind neither any acquitance of mine is in pakistan.on further searching i got to know that it can from the terrorist-side for tracing the sim information of mine.
        its an humble request to the authorities of bharti airtel, to please to something about this, as its an matter of the nationa securiyy too, as they can misuse mu sim too, so, please try to look out this matter as soon as possible.

        I also received calls from [protected] on 19.04 at 10.34 and again from [protected] at 9.24 on 21.04. Both these calls were missed call. I have heard that some persons from Pakistan try and connect to numbers in India and if the person from India picks up the phone they get the sim card details and than they use these details and misuse the number. It seems that the list of persons getting missed call is growing day by day. I would request the Airtel to take effective steps to help the customers from being a victim of Fraud.

        Hi All,
        Yes this is a serious problem, I have two phone numbers in one series, I got the call on my first number and then half hour later on the second number. It seems that these pakistan numbers are calling all the phone numbers of airtel by picking up their series. I doubt their intentions and would like to comment to this thread because this is serious issue and Airtel should check is the same number is calling their numbers in series one by one then that may not be an appropriate calls or they have to start maintaining DNC registry country wise. I do not want any call on my cell from Pakistan, I should be able to register this.

        When i called back after sometime, the number was busy.
        Seeing the fact, that there are many others who are facing such issues, i would like to request the Airtel Customer services to look into the issue.
        Also there are varoius text messeges which i receive form time to time informing that my mobile number has won a huge amount of money in a lucky draw and i should contact so and so for further details.This messeges donot come from a number which i can trace back to.They come with a prefix TD-...I don't want such messeges on my mobile.Please let know what can be done.

        May 1, 2011 - @6:48PM i have received a call from[protected]. I have missed the call. I am not sure how did they get my number. I would like to escalate this problem to Airtel. Please do the needful.
        I entirely agree with the complaint. I too received today a call from a number [protected]. I did realize that the call was ISD (from Pakistan) only after I saw the billing charged according to ISD.

        I am unable to understand a motive behind this call and how did the caller get my number in first place?

        There are three serious issues with this type of calls. First, we do not know what the caller from Pakistan is engaged into. I am concerned, sch callers may have fraudulent sim cards, being used in different crimes. Our phone may be traced if anything wrong happens and we will be in unnecessary trouble. Second, it is a breach of privacy and trust by Airtel that it has leaked our number to any agency in Pakistan. Why at all should they do it?? If they have not, why should they be careless in not protecting data with utmost security?
        Thirdly, the billing part. It seems each small pulse costs around Rs 10.

        Airtel needs to explain these issues on immediate basis. This is something serious!!
        Received a call from Pakistan [protected]. I don't know how come my number is shared. Kindly look the matter ASAP.

        From last several day i am receiving some miss call from ISD no. which is [protected]. Today i have called back to this no, and come to know they are saying i have won some 25lk Rs. They saying that they are talking on behalf of Airtel.

        As i am know that this is scam, so i just hangup the phone.
        But the worse part is, to know more about this issue, and to inform i called up Airtel Customer care. After trying 30mins i reach to a guy at 9:57PM, named Mr. Harish(as he say). When i stated him my problem, he told me that he cant do anything becoz his system is down and told me he can do nothing. And he dont have any idea on this issue. I ask him to connect with TL, but he refuse to do so. Even he dont told me his TL name. I request him several time to connect me with his TL. But he straightly says, he cant do that.

        This is our country's one of the leading Mobile service provider response on cyber crime. I wonder if this prank is related with any terrorist activity, then is Airtel will take any responsibility on this matter. I am looking forward for explanation of Airtel.

        This is one more similar incident. On 4th May 2011 around 10pm and early morning of 5th MAY 2011 i have missed call from no. [protected]. On searching the country code information i got to know this is orginated from Pakistan. To my best of knoledge i dont have any body who is stationed in Pakistan. I also seen several complaints on similar back ground. When called to AirTel customer care they asked me to ignore the call or i can register a complaint in Local Police Station.

        I also have received a miss call from number [protected] at 4:44 pm on 12th May, 2011. I was not sure and what was it and called the number. it was to my surprise the person Arjun Singh (he told) who picked my call and told that i won Airtel lottery for Rs. 25, 00, 000 and he asked me my Account number, my name and Fathers name to transfer the Won amount.
        I furter enquired where can i get this all details of the amount i won, then he said this would be announced on GEO Channel, i was surprised to listen the Channel name because this channel is not available in India. I replied him saying that i will call you later.
        Please check what kind of calls are these and how they received our numbers.

        I got a missed call from +92 series a few days ago, on calling back (as i did not verify the missed call). My balance was drastically reduced by Rs. 150/- for a call of approx 35 secs. The person online was talking about some gift. A few days later i again got such missed call. Even today ie. 21/05/2011. I have received a missed call from No. [protected].

        I too am a victim of missed calls racket from mobile number [protected].But i went a step higher and dialled the concerned party.To my surprise, i was given another ISD No [protected] and was told that i have won a win for Airtel customer 10 lakhs from an agency promoted for lucky numbers.I was told to contact Mr malhotra of national bank and verify the cheque with 042 series.Since the call lasted 1.45 min, i was duped with Rs 0.10 for iSD call.I wish to inform Airtel and concerned that this is a big fraud racket where these agents are getting commission from using satellite ISD providers and should be blocked.Please ignore and sensitise ur neighbouhood/friends etc.

        For my surprise I had received a call from [protected] on June 02, 2011 at 8.58 AM on my Airtel number. I was in two minds whether to receive the call or not, anyways I decided not to receive as the call was coming from a Pakistan number.

        I then searched on the net if any any similar incidents were reported, it was a shocking to know that they were many such complaints lodged on this site and other websites.

        I strongly feel Airtel should take this as a serious breach and get to the roots.

        Today morning I got a missed call from [protected]. After doing some research on the internet i can see its a big scam going on. I called Airtel to inform my concerns, but strangely they seem to unaware of the whole issue. Mine is a BLR number and i was on roaming, the CBE airtel 121 seems totaly unaware of this.

        This is really concerning and I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.

          Airtel takes the liberty of deducting charges for TIME PASS, GAMES etc. without my permission and never stops the renewal inspite of my requests.
          The result is A BIG SHAME WITH ME FOR USING AIRTEL.

          When high officials are seriously discussing in an executive meeting a TIME PASS SMS from AIRTEL. V.I.P.S. siting near me once moticed that i have TIME PASS message. He being a senior, angrily commented before the committee, cried out" when we are seriously discussing an issue our Director gets a TIME PASS message. Has he enough time to spend his time to pass away his time childishly". I have 40 years o[censored]niversity experience. I had bow down before my juniors and told that its is the mistake of AIRTEL company. with out permission they should not send such childish things. we also cannot switch off our phone since minister's call was awaited for our decision.

                I have a number [protected] taken from airtel. I have charged the said number with Rs.222/- full talk time on 4th Feb, 2011. But I did not use this number at all. On 14th May, 2011 when I wanted to make a call , I got a msg saying that you have low balance and recharge. I made a local call for approx. 2 mints. Then came the surprising message saying that your balance is 20Ps. When contacted the customer care they blocked my number so that I cannot call them. From May onwards I am contacting airtel Nodal officers and Appelate through email . Everytime they will sent reply saying that they are resolving the issue and thanks for the patience. On 14th May, I charged my cell again. Again they started playing. Some calls will come to the cell and if you take it they are deducting money. I got such a call and attended. when I heard the recorded voice I disconnected. Suddenly I got a msg saying that 'Thanks for registering to Pakru Contest. Rs.15/- is deducted from you. I got completely mad. Already they had taken Rs.222/-. since my number is blocked by the customer CARE I called them through the dealer. And when I contacted for my Rs.222/- they replied to me that they are crediting my Rs.10/- for the pakru contest. After so many correspondence on 5th July, they credited me Rs.100/-

                The funny thing is that I am asking them for what you have deducted this amount and there is no answer. Still they did not give me back Rs.122/-. No body knows for what they are harassing the customers in this way.

                Everyone be careful with AIRTEL. Check the balance and keep always.

                  This is in regards to Complaint number[protected] .
                  I received a bill with an extra amount of--Rs.384 for the month of June, 2011.
                  I called customer care on 8/07/2011and informed about the issue, they said that this was due to "SPEED ON DEMAND" , but we had never opted for this and hence a complaint was logged on the same date, Complaint number[protected].
                  They informed that the extra amount will be waved out by 14/07/2011,and someone from the Escalation team would call and inform us the same so tha we could pay the bill for the month. No one bothered to contact till 15/07/2011 ,so i called again on 15/07/2011, they could not find the status of the ticket as the system was down.,they said to call after 2 hours, after 2hours i called back they said to call after 24 hours and the is continued till 22/07/2011.
                  On 23/07/20011 i finally got transferred to an escalation manager(Nayaz Pasha) and was informed that the case is closed mentioning that the amount 384 cannot be waved out from the bill.
                  AT THE END OF THE DAY I SPENT EXTRA Rs.400 FOR GETTING THE REFUND OH Rs.384, TO TALK TO THE ESCALATION MANAGER, AS I AM NOT USING AN AIR TEL NUMBER AND STILL THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN WAVED OUT BECAUSE OF AIR TEL IRRESPONSIBILITY .

                    Dear Sir,

                    I bought the airtel digital tv connection on 23rd July 2011.
                    The service engineer installed the connection (on 24th July) in the afternoon(1 pm) and assured the connection be activated within an hour. Till now the activation process is not done properly and we are not able to watch anything.

                    We contacted the dealer and they said that the activation has been already done and provided me with the cusomer id([protected]). We did not receive any SMS mentioning the customer id yet .
                    We contacted the customer care but they said they cannot do anything and asked us to contact the dealer again.
                    We are very disappointed about the kind of service been provided.
                    Please help us get the problem solved at the earliest.

                          I would like to bring to your kind notice that Internet is not working properly on my mobile in Mahindra World City area. I have complained about it on your customer care thrice but have never got any satisfactory resolution. Please note this problem is not faced only by me but by all other friends of mine who are using Air Tel . The consequence of which was my friends have applied for mobile number portability and i am also thinking about the same if my complain is not resolved as per my satisfaction.

                            I have shifted to Hassan in September 2010.

                            Before leaving Hyderabad, I paid my pending broad band bill online on Sep 5 or Sep 6 of 2010. (I have continuously paid my bills online , either on same day bill uploaded or next day itself. And there is no defaults at all)

                            Then I informed airtel officials to get back the instrument as I surrendered the connection. But even after 15 days their staff could not come and take back the instrument. As I had to join my office , I had no other option but to take the instrument and leave, which i did. After that I have been receiving phone calls, mobile messages about non-payment of my bills. But as there is no mistake on my part (after paying last bill online, I also informed AIRTEL to take back instrument), still airtel harassing me about this.

                            I have even given my present address to take back their instrument still with me.

                            I have updated my present mobile number also with airtel, but they contact me on my roaming number for past 8 months, causing me huge monetary loss and mental tension during working hours . I also asked telecallers to check my bill payment history, and verify my complaint with them for surrender of connection in their recordings (because all calls they make to or receive from cunsumers are recorded for their internal training purposes).

                            But all requests are of no use. They keep calling,disturbing,harassing as always.

                            Request advise and solution .

                            I am Fazil from ernakulam i am an airtel customer for the last four years and i need a broadnband connection in my pc from airtel and i have contacted the broad band customer care my residence is in edappally, pookattupady road the customer care executive replied ,they cant give connection in our area as their fixed line is not going thru our area ,then i told them to give wi-fi connection they said if there is fixed wire then only they can give wi-fi connection what is this ?they think that we are fools see how the executive replied .Any way i need a wi-fi hi speed connection or data card or whatever, there is tata broad band providersare their for giving hi speed connection on our doorstep at rhis situation i am contacting airtel connection beacuse i am using internet thru airtel GPRS .Please do the needful to get the connection for me as soon as possible

                            I got an Airtel broadband connection in August and it has been nothing but painful. First they gave me the wrong plan. When requested to change the plan, they didn't and then the complaint number was not found by them. I requested a plan change in excess of 4 times and still it was not changed. Every time I have a complaint number. When I go to their offices they say that the plan change wasn't inputed with that complaint number. I called Airtel for over a month and still could get nobody to reply to the billing errors or the plan change.

                            This company has truly crossed the threshold of ineptitude. It is unfortunate since it has so much potential.

                            Airtel is not able to fix broadband related problem for over a month. their customer care dept. closes case without fixing issues just to ensure the tickets dont age.

                            they have been givin me case nimbers after case numbers. I have some 15 case ids till now. when you call to check upon a previous case id they say the issue has been fixed.

                            Customer care agents are rude and dont understand the problem.
                            On 31.10.2009 at 10.41am we had made a request to care.[protected]@airtel.in for shifting of our telephone no.41738277 to the new address 14, IInd floor, Wood Street, Ashok Nagar, Bangalore 560 025 and we received the computer generated confirmation on 31.10.2009 at 12.03pm that the querry is being referred and will get back within 8 working hours. We had no message or communication from Airtel with regard to this. On 13.11.2009 we called up 44444121 to check what has happened and we were surprised that there was no request made from our side.The request no. 113975 was given to us.There was no action from Airtel. We lodged a complaint again on 15.11.09 the no.26588484 and we were told that it will be arranged on 17.11.09 and today is 20.11.09 and we have been given the conection. There has been tremendous loss of time between 31.10.09 and 20.11.09 and loss of business by us.
                            My internet wire and phonewire was broken and i have complaint for it about 1 week ago. No action is taken yet. So i again request you to take action against my complaint.

                            my name is rahul.im a resident of dwarka, sector-6. I had applied for airtel broadband connection transfer from patparganj to dwarka. In patparganj the service was fine bt here, every month i face issues regarding weak connection and disconnection. A guy named Subodh used to come to my place for repair. He came contionously for a week but was so dumb that he couldnt understand what the problem was, after that I recieved many calls from them apologising but nobody came for repair and so I SUGGEST ALL O[censored] TO NEVER EVER GO FOR AIRTEL BB CONNECTION IN DWARKA. THEY SUCK.
                            Friends, this is the worst customer service company now.

                            I used to be happy with them but they have forgotten customer service.

                            They probably outsourced and that is the kiss of death.

                            I asked for a change to my plan and was told plan changes are only done at the end of the billing cycle.

                            After 3 weeks of waiting I call and am told that the tech called me and since I did not answer the phone he cancelled the order!

                            Do you believe this? No repeat call, no follow up, no sms, no email, no notification

                            I should sit here all month by my cell phone and god forbid I am in the bathroom when AirTel calls and I miss the call, I will now have to wait another month

                            Brilliant!

                            We are facing internet problem from last 1 month. We are continuously making calls to Airtel Helpline but the problem has not been resolved yet.

                            First time on june 2/2011 i raised a complaint and after that 5 more complaints i raised.

                            They people are telling that your problem has been resolved but it is still there.

                            Can you tell me that without confirmation how can they close the call. If this was a mass problem they should confirm about the status and then close the call.

                            From 2 or more weeks we are sitting ideal because of internet. We selected AIRTEL because its a brand and brand has some values for the customers. I am really frustrated because of this kind of service.

                            One person visited to our venue to change the wire system. Despite of doing the work they just pulled internet wire out and didn't fix them before going.

                            If you can tell me that if a person having all the work on internet then how would he be able to perform that task.
                            I will not pay a single peny to you people and definitely go for some legal action.

                            The exact date of letter submission is on June 7th 2011 and it is now 10th August and I have not received any responses from Airtel office yet.                             I am your broadband subscriber since 2007. My plan was Rs 499 a month with unlimited download and 100 free calls per month . I was surprised when I received bill of August 2011 and my plan was changed to Rs 650 per month without consulting me. When I inquired from customer care they said that they changed my plan with my permission but this is not true. Infact they never consulted me. When i subscribed for broaddand connection in 2007 Airtel was providing a speed of 64kbps and I was happy with it and now when airtel is providing speed of 512kbps at the same charges why should i ask them to change my plan to increse my speed secondly they told me that they are finishing that plan but my friends are still getting bill according to oldplan that is Rs499. Then why my plan is changed? Customer care executives tell me that they also try to contact me and none of my phone numbers were working but that was also not true. I am being harrased a lot. Please look into this matter. I am not ready to take this injustice. Please solve my problem otherwise i will take this matter to directorate of telecommunication .

SMS2 gets sync with your Airtel server & charges gets deducted & this time I have lost my Rs 400. My balance have gone below 0 & it’s now -4.72.

                              From past April till now the charges was continuously being deducted sometimes it was Rs 0.30, 0.90, 1.20 & sometimes the charges being deducted in large amounts like Rs 5, 10, 19, 26, 29.22, 35, & so on..& out of this Recently I have recharged my no yesterday night i.e 22/7/2011 at 10:00 pm & till now my balance is just now Rs 21 without any call being made, Rs 21 deducted just after SMS2.0 sync to the server. Yesterday charges got deducted after SMS2.0 sync done with their server & again in afternoon after the SMS2.0 sync with the server the charges again got deducted.

                              Now I want my whole amount back i.e. Rs 400(April complaint)+ Rs 500 (from April starting i.e from 2nd April till 23July)

                              Now, I want my money back as soon as possible.

                              Dear Airtel,

                              You are saying that the complaint has been solved but till now I haven't got my balance amount of Rs 1000 i.e. amount of all the complaints so how can it be said as solved...Who will pay the wrong deducted balance...

                                i purchased airtel sim card from ISBT, Dehradun on 19th July 2011, and submitted my college I-Card as an Address Proof for getting d sim

                                2 days later i was informed by the shopkeeper Mr. Riaz that my documents have returned.. and could not be processed with d document i hv provided


                                The college id that i have provided is a SAP id card.. that has my fingerprint registration in the college.. (University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Bidholi, Dehradun)


                                as i have come from mumbai for my MBA degree.. and that i needed a local sim number.. i bought the airtel no ([protected])

                                i do not have my original voters id or my passport, but i have the scanned copy of my passport i[censored] can accept it.. i ll mail d scanned copy to u in d next mail. after your reply..


                                plz make sure that my airtel no. activation is not revoked..

                                  I am Ashutosh Tiwary. I paid Rs.1000/- for my broadband connection 9 days back. I still didn't received any call back or assurance from their side. I tried to call them but either don't pick up the call of hung up call. Before taking the money they told they will give the connection within 24hrs. Sir its very much urgent to get the connection for me. I hope consumer forum will take this matter seriously because this Airtel contractor are doing what ever they want and we can not do anything for it.

                                  I have applied for an internet connection( Plan 999) on 13th of July(Application no: 260731) and was promised that the connection would be provided within 24 hours. I paid the airtel person who came for document, an amount of 1030. But its been so many days I didn't get the connection. Every time I call that guy he tells the technician is on the way. I called up airtel customer care, they told we are putting your request under high priority but nothing has been done except making me fool. I was provided with a reference no:[protected]. Every time i call up the customer care each individual says something different and disconnects the call. Today when i called up they say 27th is the deadline. The agent whom I paid the money now doest even pick up my call. Its in J.P.Nagar. I want my issues to be resolved.
                                  I applied for new connection on 19th July and receipt number is 14421. I were promised that it will be installed within 3 working days.

                                  First the guys did survey on wrong property and even installed wires there despite me calling them and informing about the correct property. Anyways they eventually came and installed the wire but now the connection can't be initiated as there is so called "SERVER" problem in whole of North India and 20,000 new connections are delayed as per the relationship manager of local Airtel showroom.

                                  I'm not a fool to understand that big companies have reducdant servers or raid/mirrors drives and emergency systems to cope with disasters but nodding the head and saying that server problem is the cause for delay in connection and that too with attitude is worthless the wait I'm doing now.

                                  If some Airtel person is in this forum and would like to asnwer my question please feel free to do so. I'm from Karnal which is in Haryana and the S.No. of receipt is provided at the begining.

                                  If nothing happens till Monday morning I would like get my money back and will move to another broadband provider, preferably BSNL.
                                  I have applied for new airtel braodband connection last month(19 june 2011, singsandra bangalore). i contact to Jay Shankar( phone no:- [protected] when i asked his employee id, he said some abused word to me and said that you cant do anything against me), he is take form last month and had promised to me that within 10 days, he will provide connection.but after taking money and deadline which he given to me crossed. i was trying to contact him(jay shankar)but he was not picking phone and some time by mistake if he had receive my call had said some amused word and i asked his employee details he was shouting on me.when i will get connection. i am being mad to follow these guy. i dont understand what type of sale team is hired by the sunil mittal. that he is not any responsibility. again i had followed arjun( phone no:-[protected], employee code:-32987) even he is totally..not giving any date..
                                  i contact other airtel guys, every people has different word for getting connection.
                                  Please take action against Jay Shankar and arjun, otherwise i will go consumer forum to resolved this issue. i dont know when i will get these connection. it is totally sad that airtel has jay shankar people that he does not do work and doing some argument with customer.

But haven't received any reply yet. Its already 26th of July and I opted for the connection on 13th July. Is this the kind of service Airtel promises to give. When enquired for new connection people come in and there behaviour good. And once received the money you see the shades coming in. Please don't make fake promises and give me a date of getting the connection. And
                                  Just to add on when I contacted the customer support they told 26th is the deadline. And today is 26th so I should get my connection by today. If the promises made are genuine in nature.

                                  Mu numbers are very much reachable and I got a call from customer support saying thay they gonna call me soon. But I don't understand when will the soon come. And besides that would be a lie if you say that you guys couldn't reach me through the phone. As the numbers are very much active. Better you provide me the number and I will call you.                                   As you can see from the subject line above I'm writing you with regards to your assumption but unfortunately my issue was never solved. So I had to cancel my order from Airtel Karnal branch.

                                  I had complete trust on Airtel as I'm a user (at home) for the last 5 years but for this new connection (for business) Airtel has let me down and just because of mis-communication by the people who are responsible to make sure the issue is resolved (local so called engineer and head of Karnal, Panipat and Gharunda circle).

                                  I don't know if the issue of "server down" has now been resolved or not. Even though I had my connection cancelled, the wire is still attached to my office which Airtel needs to take care of. Now I have applied for BSNL broadband and got connected but I still need one more connection. If Airtel can give me reduction in new connection (1 mbps 15/20gb 256k after) and ready to get me connected straight away, I would give it a thought again otherwise I'm not interested.
                                  I hope you or someone else will read this email and reply to me in due course.

                                    i am a subscriber of airtel digital tv from some 7-8 months,after a storm dish of DTH misplaced from its original position because of that 'no signal' is coming and error code B001 is showing .
                                    that is my problem. but main thing is that i have been complaining this issue from about one month and all they say is "Engineers will reach at your home tomorrow 3 pm and repair it"!!
                                    i am veery disappointed from this response i cant watch tv and my money of recharge is geting over
                                    Now i am gonna take help of court we are preparing to send notice to consumar forum for fooling people on name of customer care . if you are unable to send anybody between 10-11 june it would be not good for you people i will change my DTH too!!!

                                    I am facing the same issue. How can they run a company without a proactive and trustworthy customer support ecosystem ? They over-commit and run behind your back for a new connection and once they are through with your payment, they never show back. Extremely frustrating and annoying. I don't foresee them to continue on a longer term without proper support infrastructure.

No. is[protected] when I called on this number then he gave me another number of Rahul([protected]) then I contineously call him for this problem but everytime he told me I forward your complaint but still I didnt got any responce then he gave another Number after 2 week he gave me number of Gladwin([protected]). And when I called to Gladwin he gave another number of Bhushan ([protected] Ulhasnagar) but when I called to Bhushan he told me that he will sent engineer immediately but the no one come then one day after again I called to Bhushan but he didnt response me.                                         When my broad band-cum-land line service was disconnected on 08/10/2010, the charges claimed from 09/10/2010 to 25/10/2010 and the charges claimed from 26/10/2010 to 25/11/2010 also should be refunded along with my rest of the deposit which is not paid.

                                        Airtel Mobile/ Internet — Gprs not working w.e.d. 22nd Sept,2010

                                        I am mobileholder of Airtel & the no is [protected].I was using internet/ gprs through USB modem with small [protected]@Rs.98 Or 99 & it was working very well. when I Again recharge @rs.450 Under unlimited facility for 30 Days Through transiction Ref .No.[protected] on dt.22.9.10 at8.49 AM. During this period, I have tried severaltimes to custemercare through phone with using no.[protected] and 7070 and 198 and 12118 but they provided me different views i.e. no any activate vouchers on 22/9/10, breaking bulk SMS by govt. of India etc.
                                        Working of gprs through topup with USB modem at present, not through Recharge voucher Rs.450 from 22/9/10.as stated above. In this way, it is necessary to say that the connectivity is connected through usb modem with topup and website is opening but connectivity is connected through usb modem but website could not opened through recharge voucher Ref.No.[protected] on dt. 22/9/10.
                                        Kindly look this matter immediate Or refund Rs.450=00 at 08/100, indira Nagar, Lucknow-226016 and send me our message to my mail ID.[protected]@Yahoo.in.
