air tel mobile — from my airtel mobile outgoing std for the land line is not going from bangalore .

dear sir form my airtel mobile phone outgoing std for the land line is not going only from bangalore and i have given my conplaints at the customer care centres at bangalore but noe they say it is a tower problem kindly look into it and do the needful.

Hi. I am Ravi Singh. I have a postpaid airtel number but I never get bills on time. I spoke the CC rep and they said that my full address is not updated with them. Ok, So they should allow address updation online as well. I am a busy person who does night shifts and I do not have time to visit an Airtel store in person to get the address changed.

Airtel is good but they should also privide this servicing option. Am from a service industry and I expect some costomer centricity from airtel.

I have ported my vodafone number to airtel, and when i got plan call the executive told me a plan of 299 of 30000 local+std seconds and 200 sms, and i have taken that plan but when i called up the CC after activation of plan they told me that i have not got the benifit what the executive told me, when i called up the executive he is not ready to help me, and all the details are provided me is also submitted wrong by them like my address and DOB.
