[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — No Coverage(Network issues)

Hi Airtel,

This is Afzal Hussain from Ambur, A complaint regarding network coverage. I have been complaining to

Airtel people for last Three months that network coverage is bad in my home. Every time they have been

saying will install system in home but till now never happened. But I don’t know how come they say they

have connection...Pls feel to call me for any clarification on the same

I totally agree that customer care is a very pathetic service that AIRTEL provide to their customer, instead of serving customer by this service they make customer miserable . I am facing loads of problem since last 45 days, each and every time when i call customer care i have to tell them every time my problem and every time they assure me that i will get a call within 3 days but i haven't received any single call from them moreover they say that i haven't made any complaint. they charge me for services that i haven't used and even after requesting to deactivate them they don't deactivate services.
so finally I am also going to change my service provider so I don't suffer more by AIRTEL pathetic services.

my mobile connection is running under someone else name.connection was taken under RAJEEV GOYAL'S name and presently it is running under someone else name.so kindly tell me the solution of
this problem.

airtel postpaid corporate connection — no network for long time and now harrasment for settlement

I had airtel corporate connection in Pune for more than 1 year, and the network from my home used to vanish for 2-3 weeks at a stretch. When I went to their outlet near my home they use to say server is down n customer care just offered to waive off rent. Once this happened the third time for ever a month, I decided to move to a new connection and asked them to settle my account & include the rental waiver they had promised and the deposit they had taken. Their agent said they shall inform once it is confirmed with billing dept. And raised a complaint for me. They never Got back and are now are harrasing me to pay full amount. Please help and suggest what I can do!

sorry for your Airtel customer care service behaviour . not responded at all . Besides submitting id proof & verifcation call my outging call are debarred . will not recommend to others

I am having postpaid connection of Airtel with #[protected]. I am having no due to pay, but I am unable to make outgoing calls. I met with Airtel people in the Himayath Nagar office. I told them regarding my problem, but no response from their side. I am just irritating like anything, pls help me ASAP.
