[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Customer care no does not exis

I, Mr shaikh Gulam gause having airtel prepaid connection no [protected], while I am trg to call for any enquiry or greiviences to the customer care no the reply comes some time that no does not exists, some time caLL recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive the call disconnect or reply comes check the number you had dialed, it means airtel is cheating with the people of India, or their customer care executive is cheating with airtel as well as customer also.In the may 2007 one sms i recived regardind 1000 sms and in just 50/- rs, then i give call to customer care executive and enquire about the scheme and customer care executive reply that all the local 1000sms is in 50/- then i enquired that local means what then he replied that local means maharashtra goa and mumbai's mobile no is local. then after full enquiry i activated after refilling of 50/- but after activation message also my all local sms were charged 1/-per sms, then i complained to customer care executive and also visit the airtel gallery at vasai after reciving message that wrong charges will be recredited but i am very sorry to say that now almost 6 months left not a single rupee return back, on yesterday 29/11/2007 i give one call to mumbai land line number where always my call charges were dedeuctd by 1.50rs per minute but yesterday the call charges for 1.30mnts call was 5.30rs. and many more question which required ample of time. airtel is awarded best service provider in the gsm service but I think airtel also want worst service provider award by customer. on the last month your customer care executive talk very abusive language,

I get a prepaid connection .In this time i rechaged with Rs500 and again recharged at Rs46 above the top up RS 500 for std rate will go down to 75 paise.But after recharging Rs 46 my outgoing call rates are going on at Rs1.50.

I cant contact with the customer care number.Because u have no perfect number of customer care.Aritel customer cares are cheating with customer.

pls let me know that what is the problem in this number and who wil cover all the money those are wasted from my number.

Sir iam an service provider and Iam having certain issues about our company and also i need a remmedy for my issues.The issues are as follows:
* There is no Recharge Card is issued for me.
* EC also not issued.
* Because of this issues there is no sales for me in shop.

Recently I changed my postpaid connection no.[protected] to a prepaid one with the same no. on 4-7-09 which is to be yet activated till now.This is, after so many visits to Airtel office at Imphal and contacts with 121(postp) and 121(prep).Kindly do the needful and inform me at M.no.[protected] within 8 hours as you have advertised yourself.

my name is hajera sultana. my no is [protected], i regularly recharge with 49sms every month. when i came to know about new recharge of 62rps which reduces the call rates for 6months i recharged it. but after recharging it my sms's are costing me 1rps though the validity of 49sms did not end. so till 6months i cant send sms at low rate which causes problem.

Only my [protected], [protected] both number r disconnected due to network problem... out going, incuming r barred... but i can reccive messages or send... i tried to lots of time to call on customer care bt its not responding any time, , , , , , pleaz tell me tat is my falt tat i choose airtel... which is not responceing anytime whether day or nite...
