[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Customer care no does not exis

I, Mr shaikh Gulam gause having airtel prepaid connection no [protected], while I am trg to call for any enquiry or greiviences to the customer care no the reply comes some time that no does not exists, some time caLL recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive the call disconnect or reply comes check the number you had dialed, it means airtel is cheating with the people of India, or their customer care executive is cheating with airtel as well as customer also.In the may 2007 one sms i recived regardind 1000 sms and in just 50/- rs, then i give call to customer care executive and enquire about the scheme and customer care executive reply that all the local 1000sms is in 50/- then i enquired that local means what then he replied that local means maharashtra goa and mumbai's mobile no is local. then after full enquiry i activated after refilling of 50/- but after activation message also my all local sms were charged 1/-per sms, then i complained to customer care executive and also visit the airtel gallery at vasai after reciving message that wrong charges will be recredited but i am very sorry to say that now almost 6 months left not a single rupee return back, on yesterday 29/11/2007 i give one call to mumbai land line number where always my call charges were dedeuctd by 1.50rs per minute but yesterday the call charges for 1.30mnts call was 5.30rs. and many more question which required ample of time. airtel is awarded best service provider in the gsm service but I think airtel also want worst service provider award by customer. on the last month your customer care executive talk very abusive language,

Airtel — Wrong information from Customer Care Executive.Without informing change call rate

Hi, I am Navin Kumar from Delhi, my mobile no. is [protected], I am Airtel postpaid customer since 2005. I received a promotional call from Airtel that if I paid three years rent as a advance ie. Advance rental plan then all my local Airtel to Airtel call changes will be .20paise/minute till my Advance rental will be continoue. So I opt. that plan charges and paid three years rent as a Advance on August 2008. After that all my call charges was .20paise/min according to promotional call. All Things are going going fine. On Jan 2009 I subscribed a new postpaid number [protected], So that my bill will be reduced, both numbers are airtel, after all they are charging same .20p/min. On March 2009, changed call charges Rs.1/min without any information. I got shocked to see my bill. I immediately contacted customer care executive at 121 they got waiver Rs.250 on my bill and assured that it will be rectified on next bill. On next bill same charges ie Rs.1/min. Again I contacted customer care executive They again given Rs.100 waiver and assured me that It will corrected on next bill. Then I written e-mail to nodal officer and AppeIlate Officer appellate.[protected]@airtel.in on 1 July 2009, they response back with they have given me waiver of Rs.250 + Rs.100 and call charges will be Rs.1/min from next bill, if choose value pack of Rs299/month it will be .20p/min. Felling like they have cheated me over phone given me wrong information. Please help me. I am ready to drag him in consumer court at any cost, I have all record e-mails and payment record and all previous bills.
I can not recive Airtel Live settings in my Nokia 3110c handset,

that's why i can not browse internetn on my mobile.


And i can not call customer care, becausei says number does not exist.





please do somthing fastly.

Iam Jaikar having airtel prepaid connection no [protected], on 8th july 2009. callertune got activated and 30rupees got deducted. Am not activated any caller tune.
while I am trg to call for any enquiry to the customer care, there is no proper reason, when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care, the record voice to send the SMS to 121. The executive will call automatically to my mobile number.
i send so many SMS to 121 by typing My airtel to 121 and again send another fomat selected the 2 option as 2 balance and enquiry...2times i received the Complaint no. [protected] and [protected].
Still my problem not rectified...pls do needful

i am requesting to you i dropped my sim card any where in my town my no is [protected] in himachal pradesh. So please diconnect this number as soon as possible.

am a retailer from kanker cg.i am very dissappointed from your distributor firm name girish traders of kanker.once upon a time in kanker activation of airtel is about 500-800 but now is about 300 and others activation are down to up like reliance communication is 0-1500.pls take strict action against distributor as soon otherwise ur position will down day by day in kanker

my mo. number [protected], its validity expired on 6 aug 2009..
my sim card is campus(old)..
i want to continue this service but whenever i recharged by 156 rs...
recharge not successful after that...

I have not asked for any "Thought of the Day " or "love Tips " on my Prepaid connection [protected] but still u r sending the same and deducting @ rs 3/= per sms.From day before yesterday u have deducted more than Rs 21/=.
I have send "STOP" sms to 121 and 1210.
After sms to 1210, I got message that no vas service is activated on my no.
Pl. look into the matter and refund amt deducted unauthorisely.
121 is not connecting to customer care agent.

This is regarding my Prepaid Connection [protected] in the name of CHOUDHURY SIBANI PARIJA. Pls. note that till 25th July, 2009 my Prepaid activation was alrite.After that I'm out of station both my incoming and out going calls are barred.

And since 27 the July, 2009 I had informed to your Customer Care Executive . After getting my complaint also no positive result from your end. May I know the reason why it has been done so, whats the reason of the disconnection of my phone

Please look into this matter very seriously because I'm facing lots of problem.

I have not asked for any "Thought of the Day " or "Cricket live" on my Life Time Prepaid connection [protected] but still receiving the same and deducting @ RS 3/= INR per sms.
I have send "STOP" sms to 121 and 1210.
After sms to 1210, I got message that no VAS service is activated on my no dated 13-Aug-09.
from 7-Jul-09 to 18-Aug-09 total amount deducted is= Rs. 64 INR
The major thing after contact customer care throw local customer care office Pune (dial Hotline 999) still deduction is continue very next hour date 18-Aug-09.
Please look into the matter and refund amt deducted unauthorisely.
121 is not connecting to customer care agent- it is totally automated service.

Ans:-
1. Good Customer Relation:- All service is automated no solution for resolving the customer problem.
2. Good Communication :- After assurance of customer care executive deduction is continue, also non-educated person is seating in CCS
3. Good Profit :- Deduction is continue
4. Good Proper Network :-Due to call getting disconnect
5. Good Service :- Without confirmation VAS service is activate.
well, i m sorry to say that its not the fault of AIRTEL. They are doing this becoz they have full support of Indian politicians. As per my knmowledge they pay a huge amount of money to Ministers. And they have to manage that money from customers like us . Unfortunately, we the people of India are so called emotional fools . After looking at silly emotional ads of airtel, we still dont understand the aim of airtel. I too have so many problams from airtel, but i think i would be known as fool, if i will complaint to them. So i have already switched to Vodafone . Vodafone is also not good, but 100 times better than AIRTEL. The customer support they have is amazing . So its my request to everybody, that if you are not happy with the services, u can switch to any other cellular company, becoz you people paying & i dont want anybody to get cheated .
Hope this small comment will be eye opner for all of you .
Last but least... please if anybody hve ample of proofs, go to consumer cout & file a case against AIRTEL . Unfortunately MR. MITTAL the head of Airtel is INDIAN . But i m not proud of that .
