sir,

I would like to get the incoming and outgoing call list for my number [protected].the reason is i lost my mobile with sim card.now i am using dummy sim card for my usage.most of importent numbers are in that sim.kindly give me call list for the month of january 2010 OR say me the procedure to obtain the list

i request you to immedietly unsubsribe the service and request you to refund the money deducted from my account.
i have faced the similar problem previously and i have registred my complaint with you,
but some one from your side is doing the same mischief again and again
i request you to investigate the matter and stop this nuience one for all

These cell providers are a shrewd lot. Very cunningly they frame the charges.

For example, a AIRTEL prepaid toptp of Rs.200/-gives talktime of Rs.46/-

whereas, topup of Rs.202/- gives talktime of Rs.186/-.

Its high time we consumers form a lobby and drag these operators to court.

I am Kamlesh Sharma from Indore. I had a Reliance postpaid walky phone connection. I submitted it to the Relianace outlet near Gurudwara yashwant road Rajwada Jahwar Margh. I suppose to take my refundable money but they promises to return my money by cheque. But still (After 2 years) I did not received my cheque. I visited many times to reliance outlet and gave my details and they promise to call me but still there is no response. I did number of mails to reliance customer care but still they are redirecting me from here to there. My Phone No. was [protected].
So please take a strict action against it.

I am Ravindra Kumar and my mobile no. is [protected] since[protected]. on[protected] friend chating activated by Air Tel without my any calling and debited Rs.30.00 I was complainted raised to air tel on[protected] at 8 PM complaint no. is 89194 but today[protected] i received call from Air tel by Mr. Tejbhadur he is asking me this is customer fault not a air tel fault. according to me this fault by airtel. I request you and air tel to please reverse my Rs.30.00.

i am using airtel prepaid conection since after 2001, from last three years i can't contact customer care, 121 is not operated from my cell, 121 disconected, after calling, i did all try to talk with customer care, but i can't, tell me what can i do ?

I have collected duplicate prepaid SIM on dated 15/02/2010 from Airtel Relationship Centre, Mahanagar Lucknow due to old SIM not working. My mobile No is [protected]. Till date, new SIM not activated.

I have visited this centre but problem still pending. I have also called so many times to customer care on this No- [protected]. They told me that your SIM has been activated, do manual search in your mobile. I have done it many times. But problem not rectified.

I'm facing so many problem accordingly. Please do the needful on urgent basis.
