[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Call list of prepaid no

Is it not monopoly.

I am a Airtel Prepaid user (mumbai) . I recent visited Delhi for 2 month. I recharged my cell (for taking only incoming calls since it is roaming i need some talk time ) with 100 Bugs. Before recharging I asked the dealer how many rs talk time i will get for 100 Rs. He said it is 87. But After recharging I did not get any single Rs talk time. while talking to dealer, they were not ready to take the responsibility and asked me to call one number(for mumbai area) which is chargable .

Since I have no facility to make call (Also why should I pay for not because of my fault ?), I wrote email to the airtel custom support. They said It is a scheme which is going in mumbai which is only local .so you will get 150 Rs talk time which is not romaing.

Mean while they know that I am in ROAMING and dealers does not know about this scheme and air tell implemented this scheme by default without asking customer .This is not MONOPOLY.

Who will fight against this kind of mono poly ?. There are many people to stop Film like MNKN but nobody bother about this kind of thing.

Now How can I go for another recharge ? who know about there hidden scheme which is happening in mumbai.

Where I can go for a complaint against this ? . This is not question of 100 Rs.

hi, this is bhisham from mumbai(ulhasnagar), nd my mob no. Is [protected], i had the problem of recharge, which i had done from airtel gallery in ulhasnagar, near to section-17, i.e ulhasnagar 421002, on 18.02.2010 @ 11:14, i had done two reharges of Rs 150(top of) & 200(hello tune package for one year), and paid rs.350 bt when i reached at home, that hello package was not activatd, wen i went nd inform them they told v had done u do a complaint on custmr care nd i hd done compliant nd chief excutive of custmr care responded me that the rechrge hs not done tell them to do again or refund u. Bt on 19.02.2010 i hd charged rs.30 for monthly subscription,
Till today twice or thrice i use to go for refund or recharge again they use to tell me system is low v cant help u, nd it will take a time to resolve this problm, wen an excutive saying me recharge hs not done nd tel them to refund me, than for wat purpose they need time, nd every time they give me an excuses nd everyday i use to complaint at custmr care for the same, , nd now i wantd to sue or complaint on that gallery for in cheating case from ur side do complaint against them, , nd take a strict action for doing cheating with innocent customers..
Hope o u will provide me justice for that, as soon as possible..

Today, at 8 a.m.I contacted your office to give complaint at phone no.[protected]. But they did not receive the complaint since I am a prepaid customer and I have to call [protected]. I informed that at 7-45 a.m. I contacted that number and only they were instructing for balance enquiry, ring tones etc., and but they have not connected to the Customer Service officer. Again at 8.06 a.m I contacted and given complaint to block the numer cell No.[protected] since it is lost. Is this is the way you belong with the public and request you to remove all the obstacles and directly connect to Customer Service.

myself biplab kumar sahu, i have a complain on subscribe of filmy buzz on my mobile.without my knowledge filmy buzz is subscribe in my mobile and it cut 10Rs per day.i lost almost 80 Rs so what can i do for this .i think close my account and tell all of my friend to close all airtel account.my mobile no is-[protected].i inform to customer care executive but no one can here my problem.

Unauthorized charges in my airtel connection No[protected] just like matrimonial message Debit Rs 1 Per day&caller tune charges Rs 30 Per month. I never ask to this service but Airtel debit Rs in my mobile.Retrun my money back in my mobile
