I am Vikas Mudgal, my airtel no. is [protected].I am fed o[censored]r network & its customer care.
On 13 feb 2010, unfortunately i made a blunder of a mistake i.e, i tried to get subscribed with unlimited internet upto 2gb per month by [protected]@rs.98.
which is yet to be activated till date & my balance keeps on deducting.
After my never ending efforts to sort this out.
My complaint no.66730, 073021, 071647, 0713083.

I have concluded that Airtel the so called best network of INDIA, is infact a horrible experience .
To say the least & especially its customer care service.It can give night-mares to anybody. Is anybody listening or should i go legally??????

pl confirm whether you have given instructions to stop audiocinema charges of rs.30 on my account of mobile no.[protected] if not please do the needful immediately before they debit thesame on 24th. last month also you had debited and refunded the amount and you had assured not to charge the same. how you are now charging again pl conirm by email or sms.

Airtel Prepaid — Poor signal Quality

It has been more than five years now that I'v been using Airtel Prepaid facility. For year one the service was no where less than excellent. But after that it is no where less than pathetic that too in my home town. Visited several Airtel Outlets, informed the customer care on many occasions but all in vain. I can not make a proper call siting at my home. To be very honest my home is not a bunker. Services rendered by all other operators work absolutely fine. It has caused enough frustration with in me. My father has already switched to some other service provider. I didn't know that brand loyality comes with such a big price. Is there anyone in this company who can really do something to improve the network of 'Sarvasreshta Mobile Seva' in India.?

I am Saravanan from Dehradun, last January i got Air tel simcard from air-tel show room (Rajpur Road Dehradun), last week blocked my outgoing, i was ask to air tel shop, he told to me, address profs not satisfied, after i i was provide my address profs and my photo, after working, than yesterday evening 6.30 pm my number incoming and outgoing all are blocked, today morning i went Air tel show room, ask to my problem, he told to me address profs not satisfied, actually i am provided my driving licencee . now i need very urgent please activate my number, this is my number ([protected])

I lost my mobile in banglore on dtd. 02.02.2009 and my mobile No is [protected] and my last recharge was of Rs100. When I want a duplicate sim from Airtel Showroom. they denied to me given the sim and said to me this no. is in the name of Ravi R/o Nand Nagri But This Mobile is off from dtd 02.02.2010
So, I request to you please take a verification enquiry for this matter.

Hello sir from yesterday that is from 24th of feb 2010 iam getting charged rs 3 per sms and i have almost lost around 30 rs from yesterday inspite of having a booster pack and i have not yet been responded properly for this problem still now so please verify my problem and solve it as room as possible

I am Rukam Singh Using airtel connection [protected] since last 7-8 Months. last week suddenly my services has been barred without any pre information. after that i have submitted my adress proof ID with photographs again in your Local Airtel Office Shiv Enterprises Bawal Rewari. after that my service has been unbarred but again yeterday 23rd Feb again the services has been barred without any information. I visited to the local Airtel office Shiv Enterprises Bawal Road Rewari but they have no time to listen the customer Complaints then I visited to the Airtel regional office Brass Market Rewari. but they also have not attened my complaints.
please activate my no. as soon as possible. I am facing a very serious problem with this no. My address is as below

My mobile number is [protected]. It has been noticed that on a regular bais my prepaid balance get reduced by almost Rs. 15 on a weekly basis (with out making any calls). I have no other services. I tried to contact many times. They themself does not no how the balance get reduced on regular basis. Please look into the matter and refund all the amount which are reduced.
