Hi its again Nitesh from kalimpong and my number is [protected] in which i have recharge with 47 and sms pack is still not activated i have receive call from your call center and he promised me that my service will activated by 3pm today but its still not activated and my money is not refunded which was 98 till 18.2.2010 and todays was around 10 rupees so kindly do the needfull as this is not done to your valuable customer. What shall i do shall i drop your service provider connection as i have many option in the market.

sir iwent to paras sanchi point to day for recharging my mobile no[protected].errously the shopkeeper inserted rs50/ voucher in my mobile.when iasked to shopkeeper for balnce he told mew that this is the the sms voucher and not topup. iimmeditetly called your customer care peron rohitkumar on mobil no of ythe shop keeper [protected].he did not listened my complain and misbehave with me on phone and shut down mobile .sir, this is unfortunate that this type of mistake done by the shopkeeper and their no remedy from your side.iam a old 55 year peron and even idonot know the sms. the mobile is only telephone for me for talking pupose.kndly reverse the rs 50/ smsplan to talking faicility.thankyou v.k jain 11/12 shalimar enclave e-3 arera colony bhopal ph [protected] tr id [protected]

My mobile no is [protected] Re[censored]r Transaction ID [protected] Dt 09-2-10Rs 61 R/C I thought its recharge & I'll get talk time, where as its Rate cutter & no talk time . Similarly, Re[censored]r Transaction ID [protected] Dt 13-2-10Rs 195 R/C I thought its recharge & I'll get talk time, where as its Rate cutter & no talk time
Due to ur information on message was not clearly given R/C is for Recharge or Rate cutter and average educated my self getting confused due to non clear instructions in ur message, why can't u say as no talk time or only recharge or only rate cutter, why u r making ur customers fools in all the month & not only in APRIL.
I kindly request you to convert my above refered Rs 61+Rs195=Rs 256 talk time from rate cutter as I already vide ur Transaction ID [protected] Dt[protected] for Rs 64 R/C with out talk time talk time for 1 sec pulse which is effective till now and future up to the date of validity of my life time.

Hope u'll do justify and give clear instrutions in messages & ur rechage agents too keep mum till they do R/C rate cutter & latter thay can't help as the transaction is over.

Pl do give my talk time value for Rs256 & anticipating u 'll look in to this matter for avoiding such bad name to AIRTEL in the the future

In this connection I wish to inform you that last month also you have charged Rs.30 and as per my request you have refunded the amount to me and you have assured us that such charges will not be charged to my account. I do not understand as how you have charging again against your assurance that no charges will be charged to me. I had also talked to your representative at Delhi and he also assured that such charges will not be charges. I request you not to charge the amount and stick up to your promses not to charge any amount to my account PLEASE TREAT THIS AS URGENT AND DO THE NEEDFUL. PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE ANY AMOUNT ON 24TH AS I WILL HAVE TO TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH YOUR DELHI OFFICE. You can also check up the same from y your records and do the needful.

Please note I have not received any intimation ON my mobile in this regard. Please also note that in the last month you had debited and as per my request you had credited the amount and you had assured such amount will not be charged in future.
