can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

Net is very expensive and other scheme is activated automatically with out any information. plz you communicated customer befor activation. thanks.

Airtel Prepaid — Unsubscribe fun service

While checking the Airtel Live service, I activated the sms wallpaper service, which I do not want, and I cannot find any option how to unsubscribe this. It deducts Rs1/day. Can you please deactivate(unsubscribe) the service (sms wallpaper service). My phone number is [protected]

Airtel Prepaid — deduction of money from the prepaid account

mysely sanjeev residing in chennai having airtel prepaid no. [protected].
on 3rd Nov. i noticed that rs. 30 has been deducted from my account without my knowledge, called the customer care, the cc lady told me that it was deducted for radio activation, which i have never done, on heated argument, the cc lady told me that the amount will be refunded to my account soon, but that dint happen, i called again the customer care unit, this time they told that the money cannot be ferunded, airtel is cheating and robbing millions of people in india, airtel is the worst cheater and the biggest robber in india.
this is not for the first time this is happening to me
i have another airtel no. [protected], with this no. airtel has deducted 3 times rs. 50 each for super model package which i have never activated such services.
sir, what is the way to stop this begger sunil mittal robbing us any further.
this will not be end of it, they keep doing this tricks time again , i have read thousands of complaints which or of similar nature, how and when these thing will stop, what you people are doing??
considering the no. of complaints will it not constitue a criminal case against airtel and sunil mittal.

STOP send to 123 you ger reply that how many services activat on you no. and you want to deact any serice reply code than you will deactivat it

The interesting part is that I took the sim just 2 weeks back and submitted all the required documents at that time. Now I have been asked to resubmit the documents. I am provided with duplicate Sim on 4.11.10 at about 7.45 pm by Roshan Telecom, Ch-24, stating that the Mobile Sim will be activated by 5.11.10 morning and has given me their phone no. for contact as 42121555 which on ringing deliberately cut the line and the other cell. no. [protected] given constantly says switched off. Also, my enquiries with 121, I was being put with higher official who did not come to the line to speak withwhile I was holding the line for more than 10 mts.. With the result now it is 10.45 pm of 5.11.10 my cell is not activated and I donot know how to restore the line. Of all as a Customer I strongly feel that the services rendered by Roshan Telecom is of very irrespinsible nature, who deny issuance of Duplicate Sim after 7 pm due to staff winding up the job early and Sim activation is denied in time due to staff being on training and no alternative arrangement. Pl. look into this, it is very serious and shameful service state of affair.

Airtel Prepaid — Customer care's lack of knowledge

Hi,
I tried to recharge my number ([protected]) through online banking which I have been doing since last 3 years.
I tried with 333/- for full talktime and after waited for 20 mins I called up customer care that why my recharge is not done while amount has been deducted from my account. Customer care person told me that 333/- recharge is withdrawn and I need to recharge with 360/-.
Which I did and again after waiting 10 mins I called up customer care to inquire about that and got to know that its 350/- I did the same again as I was in hurry and I had to make call.
After waiting for 5 mins I calle up customer care to inquire about the same and this time I asked about the process of getting the money refund for which recharge was unsuccessful. You will be surprised to know what customer care told me.
- you will not get the refund
- who asked you to recharge with 333/- ( as if I am supposed to ask customer care before every recharge)
- why dint you call customer care before trying to recharge.
- Online banking recharge does not work you can only recharge using ezee recharge.

After hearing all this crap I asked to pass the call to floor supervisor who said I need to fax the transaction numbers for refund. (Just to make the process complicated and troublesome for the customer).

If he has given me correct reference number ([protected]) a Airtel customer care can verify all this details.

Guys after mobile number portability comes into effect please dont hesitate to spend 20/- to get rid of such an horrible customer care.

I am T S Subramanyam, Airtel customer since the JTM days with No.[protected]. I observe posting complaints to airtel goes to deaf ears and no employee seems to be serious with the organisation responsibility towards the consumer. I had requested almost two and a half years back the tower at the location where I am staying is not effective and most of the time the cell phone doesn't work. There are almost 60 connections with my staff but are redundant due to weak signal strength. There seems to be no action on this even after such a lapse. Secondly, I wanted them to change to the address where I am presently working despite having submitted the request in writing to the nearest franchisee and this request is pending since 2005. This exhibits the level of service and goals Bharti Airtel has imparted to its employees. This is rather disgusting.

Airtel Prepaid — Blocking of SIM without pre intimation

Dear Sir,
I was the user of Airtel prepaid services for last four years. But to my surprise my sim registration blocked without any pre intimation.wef 04 Nov 10. It is disgusting and unjustified for the dedicated airtel service users. my mobile number was [protected]. I hope to retrieve the services on same number as son as possible. Looking forward for positive response as a responsible service provider on[protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com.
i have a prepaid connection & i had taken the plan of 1 paisa per second, that plan expired & on 3 rd november 2010 i got a msg from airtel that my plan validityhad been extended for 1 yr free of cost, but it did not come into effect till today. inumerable calls to the helpline [protected] were futile, the person told me he would connect me to his superior officer or manager & keep me on hold for almost 6-7 mins & in the end a computerized voice would tell me that all the superiors are busy &that i should cal back later, this happened around 7 to 8 times. meanwhile i was charged while on hold !!! i have been an airtel user for almost 10 yrs, but this experience has left me thinking that i should change my service provider to hutch or tata docomo. i dont think my problem will be addressed by anyone, but i wanted to shre this bitter experience with other airtel users. If airtel did not want to extend my validity period for free why do they send such misleading & false sms s, very vey dissapointed with airtel, thank you
