can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

I too facing the same problem with Airtel. My mobile number is [protected]. When i am trying make a call to my home landline number (i.e.,[protected], Pulivendla, Kadapa Dt, Andhra Pradesh) it is showing the same message like "number is not valid" which is working with other mobile networks.

I m Aftab Mansur Kunji using airtel company prepaid connection with [protected]. I want activate free sms to abrod it's liflong free sms but it's not working if it is possible plz activate thank you.
I have spoken to the customer care department 5 daysback.I have also confirmed my mobile no and housing address to the customer care executive.They told they will activate my mobile services within 15minutes. But its past 5 days i an not getting any outgoing calls. I am facing hell of problems due to this reason.I will appretiate if you render your services as soon as possible.

EVERY DAY SINCE THE PAST 3 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING HELLO TUNE Alert Fraud
ALERT SMS FROM 543211 NOW ... WHICH FIRST OF ALL I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBE TOO AND SECONDLY THIS SMS CHARGES ME 1/- RS EVERY DAY... ALL I ASK IS WHAT KIND OF A SHAM/FRAUD/MALPRACTICE YOU AIRTEL PEOPLE ARE RUNNING???... I HAVE CALLED[protected] today i.e.[protected] was the message and again immediately a message comes stating that Thanks for activation of hello tunes and if you wanted to deactivate the same a number was mentioned such as[protected] CUSTOMER CARE 4 TIME NOW... 3 TIMES THEY HAVE ASSURED ME THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE DEACTIVATED IN 24 HOURS... BUT MY COMPLAINTS HAVE FALLEN ON DEAF EARS... AND IF YOU WONDERING WHAT HAPPENED THE 4TH TIME... OH! THE CUSTOMER CALL EMPLOYEE "HUNG UP ON ME"... NOW I'M WONDERING... ONCE A REALLY GOOD COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL... SINCE WHEN HAS IT BECOME SUCH A TRICKSTER?

Airtel Prepaid — Documents required after 4 years

HI,

I have been using my Airtel [protected] for the last 4 years, but suddenly it has been barred for some documents reason. My documents were correct when it was bought. Kindly start the services again. The number is very important.

If there has been some slack on your behalf with the documents, and I need to re-submit, let me know what documents need to be arranged and have your representative sent over to my place to collect them.

I have send a mail to [protected]@airtel also.... Please check and revert at the earliest!

Airtel Prepaid — resubmission of documents

For the last few days I have been recieving messages that are asking to resubmit all my documents. I have been using my airtel number for the last 1.4 yrs. and at the time of purchase of my no. , I submitted all the necessary documents. Now its difficult to resubmit all of them again as I've been travelling extensively. Please look into the matter ASAPso that I do not recieve such messages and get uninterrupted services.

Airtel Prepaid — Friends chat auto subscribe without knowledge

Complaint Number: cfcwc[protected]. Airtel activated friends chat service in my Dads phone without his knowledge. The friends chat number is some number starting with 54 that automatically gets dialed. From around Rs170/- his balance became Rs11.70. I complained to Airtel customer service at [protected]. They deactivated friends chat but were unable to explain to me how it got activated in the first place. After 2 days this service got activated again and the Balance reduced from Rs11.70 to Rs.0.21. I called Airtel again to complain and they again couldnt explain to me how it got activated. They kept saying that we would have dialed that long number starting with 54..when we dont even know that number how does it get dialed. The customer support staff was extremely rude and said he doesnt know the answers to my questions and disconnected the phone.

I m Mayur Patel i m using Airtel Prepaid connection no [protected] located in gujarat( Vadodara ), Airtel activated caller tune and NationalNews Pack service in my phone without my knowledge. From around Rs.50/- his balance. I complained to Airtel customer service at 121 and 198. They deactivated caller tune and Nationalnews pack but were unable to explain to me how it got activated in the first place. After 5 Min this service got activated again and the Balance reduced. I called Airtel again to complain and they again couldnt explain to me how it got activated. They kept saying that we would have click some link and activated..when we dont even know that how does it click on this link. The customer support staff was extremely rude and said he doesnt know the answers to my questions and disconnected the phone. when i call again to customer care and then after no one can answer me. after some days same problem again on my connection they activated caller tune again. the money is not important but attitude of company and call center executive is i don't like and i want to wiver my all this money who claim company and deduct my Rs.75 /- around. i request to company call me and explain me all this things and wiver my money ..otherwise i take strick action against company...
