Airtel Prepaid — deactivate value added services
Please deactivate all value added services from [protected] and stop deduction money from my account.Airtel Prepaid — Hello tunes activates every month without consent.
The Airtel hello tunes gets activated every month on my prepaid number, [protected] and 15 rs are deducted. I have complained in the customer service on 121, and they promise me a refund within 4 hrs. But the refund never comes.So, please it would be a great favour if I would be helped in this case, and if possible do something that this never happens again. Because I don't want that this happens every month and I have to ask for refunds every month.

Airtel Prepaid — Sms problem
I am not able to send sms to any of my contacts. It not even shows "sending message". Also the sms i receive from my peers is shown blank. As a result i cannot read their sms. my mobile no is [protected]..i am using AIRTEL service since 5 years.
from last 15 days, they are deducting my balance 1 rs/2 rs/15 rs etc. without any reason.
on 19/11/2010 i have recharged for 50 rs.after i made outgoing call just for 5 min.
they have deducted 13.80 Rs .
than deducted 10 Rs at 5.00am on 20/11/2010..
than 0.30 rs many times.from that 50 rs i have jst used 3 rs.
and they are doing this evrytime eventhough they dont have reason for this.
i called your customer care executive.he replied that," there is no services activated on your mobile.and you have not called that i can see.there is not problem from here.we don't know why your balance is being deducted.sorry..
call at 7 in the morning."
and now they have stopped my airtel care service from which i can call airtel complaint center.and they have put me on their blacklist so i can't call them.
please give my deducted balance back and give me permanent solution for this.

Airtel Prepaid — 9860385860 Barred No.Automatically
Dear sirI am using prepaid mobile service of Airtel No.[protected]
and using it for incoming and outogoing also
but from last 10 days ( 1/11/2010) i have noticed that the card said invalid sim card
means its automatically offline..when i ask for customer care about this problem
they say its deleted by our system..Can this happen..????
and also they say u are not using the card...i have proof of sms recieved from airtel
till the date ..they come to gallery and pay charge and then ur no.will be online
Can this a policy of making money of Airtel..
and also they charge for customer care calling also
i think..Vodafone is best for Using now..because they never irritated customers..

I have recharged Rs98/- in my mobile no [protected] on 17.11.2010 for internet service of 2GB down load pack.but till to day no ballance has been shown in my mobile . What is the number from which mobile internet ballance can be checked? please looked in to it.
