can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

Airtel Prepaid — Non-connectivity to numbers starting from 9844xx

Hello,
My number is[protected] begin_of_the_skype_highlighting [protected] end_of_the_skype_highlighting. I am facing a peculiar problem with this number. Any calls TO numbers starting from 9844xx or spice customers in my case never get through. Infact it never gets connected. This has been from the day I bought this SIM. Almost everyday I give a call to the Airtel customer care and I need to explain my problem to everyone and as Airtel has started to charge some amount if you talk to the customer care, I get charged heavily... There have been a lot of occassions where people at Airtel have assured that this problem would get fixed. I have even spoken to a senior executive named ARJUN and he said that this issue would be fixed and they ll get back to me. But nothing has happened on this front eventhough it has been more than 4 months. I have written to TRAI about this too...

I hope something good happens soon..

The above is the complaint made by me on 22nd June 2010...There was a problem and Airtel finally acknolwedged it...This was the reply and I could see a resolution

my no.[protected] has been activated a day before...i hv recharged with rs 100 & i got 149 bal as par scheme.the prob is that my 50 rs bal had been deducted without service activated & it has been deducted like 10 rs at one time, 30rs at another & again 10 at another time & all this on same date.On tha same date i call to customer at afternoon, when only 10 rs has been deducted. they says that u hv activate some gamepalin...so thats why it has been deducted rs 10 from ur a/c.. i said its ok..its just abt rs 10. and on that i deactivate my all working scheme.& he says know no bal will be deducted from ur a/c. but at evening
suddenle msg came to me, that ur 30 rs had been deducted & after 1 or 2 hour another msg came& written that ur 10 rs had been deducted...i was totally irritated at that time.without activating any scheme my bal. is being deducted. I have to say that Airtel is making money unethically...i know no one will be taking any action...this complain will remain a complain...i wonder, why they do such irritating things?????

sorry 2 say that the distrubutor is not active in the new conncetions to activate the retailers the distrubutor wants 2 total benefits the activate the new connections he did nt distrubute the sim cards he and only activate and sale the activated sim cards at the lost cost. he did nt give any information about the scemes of new activations i[censored] want the details u check the retailers demo cards. ple verify and improve our sales ple tel our marketing represetives 2 slove the problem thanking you.

i am javed B. Qureshi using ur airtel company's prepaid connection with number [protected]. i complained 2 months ago for sending sms & deducting money without reason i didn't apply or register anything for any service. so why ur company deducting money. & that time i applied for do not disturb service & ur staff told me after 45 days it ll fully do not desturb service ll work you ll not get disturb by sms & unnecessary deduction. but again deduction has been done & they deduct rs 30. for friendship.without my knowladge .
know tell me why shuold i continue ur service ur staff only taking away ur customer & i also herd from lots of people like this company deducting lots of money for no reason.
if like this happened in future i ll not continue ur service.

I have been recieving messages that are asking to resubmit all my documents. I have been using my airtel number for the last 4 yr. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL . My Prepaid Mobile No.[protected] is rarely operated.Iam a senior citizen aged 76.
Some time ago I lodged a complaint to Airtel that I was getting lots o[censored]n wanted messages.I was advised to resort to DONT DISTURB module. But that was a temporary method.Again Iam tormented by sickening CINI NEWS AND JOKES which are not jokes at all.I have to delete tens of this stuff every day from my mobile resulting in unnecessary recharging.
AIRTEL is aware that Iam a senior citizen [from the data I furnished] and that naturally I would NOT be interested in their CINI NEWS and STALE and rubbish JOKES .
IT IS HIGH TIME THAT ALL THIS UNWANTED STUFF IS STOPPED FORTHWITH.No customer, Iam sure would like this interference from a Mobile company into their privacy and get perpetual nuisance for the money they spend on mobiles.This is a classic case of disturbing a customer and therfore a disservice.
