[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Airtel cheating customers

I am using Airtel prepaid card NO.[protected]. On july 14 2010 7:51 PM I received a SMS from Airtel Number 54321. RS. 15 deducted from my account but i never did that activation .but when i called custumer care, he said("aap ke no me jab ye activate huwa hai tho aap is ka labha uthoo ") .
WHAT A SERVICE GIVEN BY AIRTEL!!!

the SMS content is
You have been renewed for model_wap_pack subscription service from Airtel.You have been charged Rs. 15. Enjoy Models Club http://203.115.112.5/SM/

Dear sir

I have been using airtel no-[protected] from last three year. from last fore or five days my mobile balance is being deducted itself.i have neaver subscribe any service with any reason i have loose one fifty rupees. when ever i get recharge, with out boing any comment by mobile reflect one message and show that youer a/c has been deducted by .30 p and now your balance is this. in every five mintue i am geting this message.i am not able to call nither customer care or any other no wether i have balace .

i have called no of time by different no in airtel customer care but they are not entertaining properley and telling that they are not able to see the problem in system.

Kindly please solve the problem as soon as possiable because with out rechage my mobile is dummy.If yor are no able to solve the proble within two days i have to chage my network.

i am Airtel user since last 1 year, I am also using Airtel mobile intenet by mobile office,
i am also activate DND specially for AIRTEL add.
but alternately they charging extra, airtel reply by 121 value added but customer executive says that charge for AIRTEL LIVE,
this is cheating with the customers...

I am a prepaid airtel consumer. I am disgusted with Airtel, they have deducted 30Rs from my account telling me I have subscribed to a service called FRENDZ?? I did not subscribe to this service and in my opinion it must be illegal for them to deduct money for a service I have not subscribed to. I want them to refund my 30Rs and stop this service. I have tried to unsubscribe but the instructions are only in Hindi not english.
Furthermore I can not receive international sms messages. I have complained to Airtel customer services but they just tell me they will resolve the issue within 48 hours. they have not done so. What an awful service, must be the worst company in India.
I am user of airtel prepaid service no [protected] . I here by telling you that refund atonce my money to cut off agianst unwanted autoactivation of value aided service., plz respond atonce otherwise we bother to write TRAI of India

Dear sir,

Really Airtel is cheating Customer because unneccesary amount dedited amount in my prepaid account on 02.05.201. I have contacted customer care and the customer care representative person told me that. We are taking your request and we will get back you on 05.05.11. but 06.05.11 not yet recieved any respoce. i called on 06.05.11 taht time i come to know that i have used internet thats the way they debited the amount but that is false. I am not able to convence them so please help me to get my amount to my account.

This is a complaint regarding invalid balance deductions. my no is [protected]. i have recharged my sms card today morning dated 21.05.2011. with rs. 24. and after sending 2-3 msgs only my balance has been deducted for sending a MSG.yesterday also customer care has activated a service which i have not requested for. As a customer of airtel i am highly dissatisfied regarding the services of airtel. customer care is also not picking the call. Its not a matter of 5-6 rs. its a matter of service provided by airtel. kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Same thing is happening with my moms mobile as well airtel is really a thief they are activating services on there own and the customer service executives have no clue it is really irritating they recently they have started deducting rs 5 everyday for some contest which we never agreed upon at the first place there should be some serious action taken against these so called corporate thiefs.
I am a resident of Nabha, District Patiala in Punjab and have been using an airtel prepaid number( +[protected] I have been useing this no.since year 2002 .I inform with dissappointment and frustration that your prepaid services, of late have been causing me more inconvenience than ease. Every time, I get my phone recharged, I recieve a message from 54321 that my balance has been deducted as I have subscribed to some xyz service or pack. I have no interest in all those useless services I am being subscribed to, because of which I lose my cell phone balance. On complaining at the nodal office in Chandigarh, I get an assurance that my balance will be restored in 72 hours and it will not happen again. My balance is restored but again, when i get my phone recharged, my balance gets deducted. This has been happening regularly for the past 2 years and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience. My patience has started wearing out now. I am tired of complaining again and again. If nothing is done to rectify this problem, I am afraid I will have to close this number. I request you to look into this matter now and solve my problem.

airtel postpaid 5 sim cards — wrong names of the subscribers

Sir, we have received 5 sim cards under postpaid CUG and the bills received are in different names which needs rectification so as to process for making payment. The Sim cards are [protected],35,36,37,38.pl rectify the bill with correct individual names n furnish to the same address urgently the due date for making payment is11-june-2011.the user names are-[protected]-Santosh,[protected]-UVN Raju,[protected] Saibaba,[protected] KMadanMohan Rao,[protected] Guruprasad.pl correct the names urgently.
totally agree that airtel is just doing its business in fooling the customers. its a bleedy service provider doing nothign best to their customers they know to only fraud and mess up with the customers... deducting unnecessary balance have become their bleedy hobby...

I completely agree with you. This even happens to me all the time. Airtel really cheat customers a lot. They have been falsely deducting balance from my account. Yesterday also I lost 5 rs for no reason. I got a message saying that I have subscribed for a service which I've not done at all. Somebody in a right position should royally screw airtel for the mental torture they give to customers. I personally ask you to go with your own decision on sueing them.
Airtel is real cheat. They sent an SMS informing me that I have been charged Rs.10 for downloading a Game...whats is this nonsense...though my no. is in DND, still they send unnecessary msgs and calls. The height of cheatness is, they deducted my Rs.30+ balance twice in the night, how could they do it, and when i called the customer care, a lady said that she dont have the details of my transaction..I mean what is the need of customer care then...i wasted my Rs.2 there for no reason again.

I am their customer since 6 years and have 2 SIMs of Airtel, but now my trust has been broken...

Airtel — i am happy and content with services

this guy was awsome.he fixed problem in 5 minutes and found out its problem with dns and and ip and told me to force it.if he spend some g0ood time i can make him learn beyond this nutshhell.

AirTel — Cheating of pre-paid customers

Dear Sir
I am receiving SMS from Airtel, Bhopal (MP) that "Thanks for downloading and or subscribing to some serveces" which I have never asked for. They have deducted more than Rs. 80 so far. This is a clear case of cheating and un authorised deduction from pre-paid customers. The Airtel Mobile service centre in New Market T.T. Nagar failed to solve the problem. The unauthorised SMS numbers whic are coming are : 555630-Beach models, AD-54321-Bikinibabes models. How does a company like Airtel is cheating the pre-paid customers is surprising ??
Hope Airtel shall stop this unauthorised deductions immediatly.

I am user of airtel prepaid service . My numberv is [protected] & [protected] . I posted several compliants for Valueadded autoactivation in my mobile and cut of balance . But customre care donot avail the compliants and donot return the balance in saying that your compliants forward . I am reading several compliants regarding this problem and looking harrash due to your Menu, Docomoco Ad alloo ka mulli ka prattha why do so and cut the balance without subscription . Reading this & return the money atonce .so kind of you .

Airtel Prepaid — Cheating/looting Customers

Y'day i recharged my Airtel prepaid mobile with Rs 100 and today they subscribe for CallerTunes without known to me and deducted Rs 30 from balance.
Such a big Mobile company and doing this kind of fraud and looting the customers.

last night I was recharged 98 rupees. it is net tarif, 2GB free. To day i want to see my net balence my & it was just 823 MB. this is totaly [censored] Lest night i was working only 4 or 5 hours . mobile number [protected]. plz solve this problem. and give me my lost MB.
