[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Airtel cheating customers

I am using Airtel prepaid card NO.[protected]. On july 14 2010 7:51 PM I received a SMS from Airtel Number 54321. RS. 15 deducted from my account but i never did that activation .but when i called custumer care, he said("aap ke no me jab ye activate huwa hai tho aap is ka labha uthoo ") .
WHAT A SERVICE GIVEN BY AIRTEL!!!

the SMS content is
You have been renewed for model_wap_pack subscription service from Airtel.You have been charged Rs. 15. Enjoy Models Club http://203.115.112.5/SM/

My Mob No is [protected](hyderabad). Mr 54321 is cheating me by frequently charging Rs 5/- for Airtel services subscription services. If airtel does not stop it immediately I will stop using Airtel sim and its services.

I m talk many customer care members. All members talk but all person send request forward next 2 days but problem not shootout. I m face this problem date 19/08/2010 and my charge daily cut. What can I do? Tell me. Plz refund me my cut money and deactivated my all services and never start future this type services.


Kindly u check urgent base this problem and shootout.

Sir, I am airtel costomer. my no. is [protected].I have observed at more than one occassions that some amount of my prepaid balance is deducted. In that series today also Re 1.00 has been deducted, when I contacted costomer care executive, she gave me the usual reply ' Sir you might have opted for some service' which is not true. when I asked her to subtantiate her claim she is unable to give satisfactory reply.
My request reference no. is CBDPP [protected]. hoping that needful will be done to avoid such reoccurences in future.

my airtel no [protected], this happen first that call to 198 toll free no, ask for my query i hv not activate any of services, but from 12th august every day one rupee is deducted from my account. asking to deactivate the services & on requesting for refund the amount the call centre person discounted the phone twice & block my no. this is totally disappointed me .seen first time. didn't expected atleast from airtel.
why do this ppl sent useless msg, like love tips, jokes, thought of the day …etc who had ask for that?
my no [protected], we should start an protest against airtel, make awareness among ppl not buy airtel sim cards. before i had same issue, but they hear me refund all my money but this time it horrible disconnected call & block the no. so i can't cALLback on 198/ so rude this cll centre ppl.

Airtel is a fraud company.

Don't use airtel sim/net/phone connection/any product of airtel, they will charge you unnecessarily and they wont provide refund also.

Don't belive them, I remind you again.

If you have any of airtel products please change them immediately.

Be Aware, its your money that they are charging for doing nothing and that money didn't come from sky, you have gained it by your hard work, ..etc..

We have to dump them down, please join hands, since no one is asking they are doing like this.I don't know about other networks but please don't go for Airtel for anything.

Airtel SUCKS.

Please help me spread this information.

Vodafone — detecting 1.50 rs for messages

Hi,

My number is [protected], Iam using this vodafone number past 6 years. yester day when am sending messages to a local number it is being charged rs 1.50 . After a long wait of about 10 mins, one customercare guy says that as iam adding +9180 to the local vodafone number it is taking as national number, How ridiculus. I have sent some 10 messages , that to i was just replying to messages their is no way i have added this(+9180 )number. And this thing never happend before. This is how vodafone is cheating people. Like this if vodafone does to some 1000 customer what will happen. Now guide me what should i do?
Today i had recharged Rs 50 thru internet banking but still not acivated why

I am holding Airtel number [protected]. I have been mischarged with Rs 10 due to Airtel's fault. I did not agree to listen Radio Mirchi Music but by using their own power Airtel deducted that amount from my prepaid account. Why this type of cheating is doing by Airtel. AirTel — AIRTEL THINKS CUSTOMERS ARE MADE.unnecessarily charging my account

iam a customer of airtel since 2004.since last two months airtel is charging 20 rs/weekly subscription for some services,which i have not activated.when i call to the call centre they r giving back the talk time 9 or 10rs instead of 20rs.

and one more good thing is to complaint any thing they charge for that also.

dear airtel dont think u r a grt service provider.
change the logo is not a big thing.u should satisfy the existing customers.
Airtel cheating customers :

I am Arpit, just converted my prepaid connection to postpaid.
After successful conversion i am fasing lot of issues and its taking my focus away from the routien work.
As while taking this connection Airtel representative told me all servicess are free and no extra charge for any other service excluding mention on the paper...
BUT its not the case...they will chage you for very minor minor services...
In my case
1) when i come to know that i could not make conferrence call, i called to Customercare (for this call also you have been charged) and updated the same that time he asked me to active this service and you wil be charge 50/- pm.
2) After all verification and confirmation call, within 10 days they STOPED MY OUTGOING CALL AND SMS saying you need to re-submit your documnet to AIRTEL GALLARY. - they think we do not have any other stuff to do...

This seams very stupid.

Please avoid taking AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION

I am also with you all. I am using Airtel for more than 3 years continuously. Today On 21.1.2011 at 5:45 PM Airtel charged RS.7 from my account. Now a days I am following that one or two SMS is coming from 53030 no and Rs.1 is charged every day. When I contacted customer care 121 they told this no should be FREE, they could not give me any suitable ans why Rs.1 is debited from my account every day and why Rs.7 is deducted from my account.
I didnt found any mail id to lodged a complaign. If you know the proper way then plz help me.

Airtel Prepaid Connection — do not want caller tune and do not charge and do not renew the service

un wanted caller tune for moble no.[protected] and the charges were deducted automatically

please do not provide the caller tone service for the said mobile and do not charge any charges

i am sorry to inform you that, i didn't act any friendz chat(543216).but they were activated and deducted from my balance Rs.30 ever months.please cancel this friendz chat.

i had mad an call log on airtel customer in jan for 3G shifting but still now i didnt get any reply from this issue..
when ever i send a msg regarding this the only reply from both customer executive and the msg reply ll be same under processing ...

when they will give the solution for this i m not calling to customer care in free of cost i had lost nearly 35.00 rupess on calling them but no issiue cleared
ispite of having message pack i m being charged for the messages m sending and customer care representatives are not listening also properly. their words "go wherever you want, even to customer court but you wont get your full money back". my balance was 205 and it has reduced to 85 just because of the messages. and still i m being charged for the messages i m sendin. and my calls are also blocked so i cant contact customer care service.
is this the way to care for your customers???
