[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Airtel cheating customers

I am using Airtel prepaid card NO.[protected]. On july 14 2010 7:51 PM I received a SMS from Airtel Number 54321. RS. 15 deducted from my account but i never did that activation .but when i called custumer care, he said("aap ke no me jab ye activate huwa hai tho aap is ka labha uthoo ") .
WHAT A SERVICE GIVEN BY AIRTEL!!!

the SMS content is
You have been renewed for model_wap_pack subscription service from Airtel.You have been charged Rs. 15. Enjoy Models Club http://203.115.112.5/SM/

i am getting abusing message

i am getting abusing messages from sender ae-uosnet in 24 hours what i do do not get these messages
my bill cycle is from 8th sep to 7th oct.

but charged for message sent in july.

how can this happen. and what about trusting the big list as made call.. ????

Airtel is cheating its customers, although we all know that, we don't have time or patience to fight.

Closely watch your bills, initially you might notice a small percentage of increase in your monthly post paid bills. However once they notice that you are some one who blindly keeps paying your bills, they gradually increase the bill amount and one find day you start getting bills which will have twice than what you would have spent.

Recently when I enquired about my hefty bills, I got very shocking responses. One update i got was that I was in some plan x which was very old and hence i am getting high price bills. But I was sure that, customer case was bluffing. But i was told that they would update to new plan where I will get 4GB, and bill will be only 499. But it in reality i am getting thrice the amount, even though my usage is very limited.

It would be good if you are able to find service porivders . Just image if each person is getting cheated by 200 to 300 Rupee for every person / month, they would have made a lot of money..
I have not asked for Liveonreel service but I got message that Liveonreel service has been activated and Rs 75.00 deducted from balance. The message shows unmatched time of activation and message received, which can be seen in screenshot attached.

How the message was generated at 5.30 PM for activation of LIVEONREEL service @ Rs75.0 for 30day(s) at 18 05:27 on the same day? For verification, screenshot of the message is attached.

I have not asked for such service activation. I would like Airtel to recredit Rs. 75.00 to my mobile balance immediately and fix the responsibility for such wrong doing by Airtel official under intimation to me.

During may and June 2021 also I continued the package and paid @ Rs. 3999/- Now in July I returned back to India and Airtel is sending me inflated bill of near 16000/- which I didnot accpeted . It is pure cheated against Indian general Public and to sue the owners of the Airtel . Can anybody help in this matter.

Let me clarify again: During my visit to USA by 25th April 2021 entered in AIRTEL international roaming package @3999/month. Reached India on 9th July 2021. In between Airtel raised actual bills and I paid. But when I reached India I am getting inflated bills for huge amount. Air tel never informed me about this inflated cost before I use this package. Offering and package and after using the period and sending infltted bills are pure cheating. Airtel never informed me the inflated cost before using or even while using. So as Indian general public I should not be cheated at any manner and to be punished the owners of such organisation
