[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — amount deduction

Dear Sir,
I am using Airtel Prepaid connection from last 1 year in Delhi.Yesterday 85 rupees deducted automatically from my amount without any information.I got to know when i called and it is said that your amount is low please recharge it immediately.When i called in costumer care, they said, u have downloaded a game from Airtel live, but i didn't activated or downloaded any service even i didn't get any massage to activate any service.They said, we cannot help you anymore and immediately cut the phone.
Next day(today) at the same time in evening, i got a massage that u have charged rupees 30 from your account to activate game service and when i checked i found my amount was deducted.So i called again in costumer care, they said that u have been charged for renewal of that service.U didn't stopped that service that is why u have been charged,but i already registered a complaint against it.
please tell me that these service provider can charged our amount anytime.Can't we take any action against him.this is totally blind game.
please take any needful action.

I have airtel prepaid service, Daily 5 rupees deducting from my Mobile account from 1month, So many times I have contacted to airtel customer care through phone and mails when ever i called to customer care they are assuring from last 1month still daily amount deducting from my account, I have all the evidance reg airtel (mail communications), Realy i am fedup with airtel service please please help me sir.

I am usin airtel prepaid connection last 7 years
now airtel deducting 3 rupees last 10 days
i will inform conitnusly last 8 days stop service but no response
everyday i am struggling
i informed persors shajen, darani and sivashanker
i want to stop the unwanted deduction
please help me

Airtel — Airtel picture post-tamilmovies service

I have not yet activated on (55563) airtel picture post-tamilmovies, but they are simply messaging me and charging money..I wish to stop the service. Hereafter, I do not want any other event like this....

Please share your contact number to deactivate the service.

AirTel — deduction of charges for services which i didn't subscribe

My airtel number [protected]. I've been charged Re.1 /day for the service "picture post tamil movies" which i havent subscribe. I got the sms that i.ve been active on picture post tamil movies and every day i've been charged. When i tried to stop the servcice by 121 or 321*44# therer is no response. Why should i be cheated like this by airtel? I've been using airtel for a long time but many times i've been deducted for many services which i didnt subscribe..Surely all airtel users will switch to some other network if this fraud activities goes on. Please do the needful to my account..

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have recharged my airtel no. [protected] on 06 Aug 2013 of Rs. 50 and from that day Rs. 05 have been deducted from my account in the name of Monsoon Masti Challenge service which I did not activate. Kindly stop this service and help me to get back of my Rs. 40 which had been deducted from my account. Hope to hear from your side soon.
