I had recharged my airtel prepaid connection( [protected]) RC44 for SMS pack.But they activated cricketnews service free for 2 days.After 2 days they started deducting Rs.1 / day.Customer care executive told me that they cant deactivate it online and asked me to wait till 15th of this month.Remember, Rs 1 is deducting each day.Cant i get a solution for this? I had purchased 32" Sony Bravia LCD before one week and after contacting several time to customer care on phone you people are not able to install Digital TV at my home (Junagadh, Pin 362001). We have Airtel Digital TV connection since last 1 year. Recently there was some signal problem from Airtel becuase of which our connection has been lost since last 5 days. We registered a complain on the second day itself on which problem started. At that time I added about 60-80 valid Airtel customer to airtel network from my family,relatives, friends and co-workers circle.
