Hello.my name is rahul chaudhary.my airtel number is[protected].from 23 april-08, my balance is being deducted daily.sumtimes 20rs, sumtimes 18rs, 14rs...etc & many more.i hv contactd many times to customer care, but they said k i have been using airtel live instead of net on phone settings.but i don't have airtel live settings in my phone, to how can i use airtel live?
Now airtel has disconnected my customer care lines.i am facing lot of problems using airtel.i have been using the settings provided by airtel.these setting are not made at my home.them how can you deduct my balance.so terrible.
I have been using net almost 14 hours a day.if i will use airtel live then my balance will be cutted around 300rs. Per day.bt my balance but around 14 rupees.to there is someting wrong with my number.i have been fed up wid airtel.i have decided to approach consumer court regarding this matter.i have all the proofs against airtel.i know i will win this case.i am giving 48 hours to airtel to return my balance, after that i will go consumer court.you can do whatever you like.i don't care.

I am a airtel subscriber since last eight years having used two airtel numbers since my subscription span, i would like to inform you that I am completely dissatisfied with the Service Quality and Customer Support, has caused immense mental agony which cannot be compensated.

From the Day 18th February 2011 from 11:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs there has been deduction in my Balance Talktime from 88.80 to 0.00 without any service or facility being used. I contacted Customer Care the matter brought to their Notice and intimated that the matter be resolved by 22nd February 2011 with Reference No.CBDCC[protected].

The same situation occured the following day with a recharge of Rs 60 had received a talktime of Rs 51 on 19th feb 2011 at 19:00 hrs and by 22;30 hrs my Balance was 0.06 which is there till date and on contacting Customer Care no Satisfactory Reply provided.I am keeping my mobile phone Open for any Inspection if anything needs to be checked by airtel customer care associates.

I am looking forward to have a reply in this regard from the senior Management of Airtel and need a complete Explanation for the Balance deduction caused by the service provider.

i am charged rs70 from my account ..i had activated gprs plan at 11:00 pm on 6th feb...and start using net after 5 min..i used net for 35 min, .after that when i disconnect it shows 70rs deducted...sir plz i request you to plz refund my balance as it was not intentional and not my fault..i would be highly thankful to you..

I am cheated by Airtel bharti telecom.
althought this not the first time but this time Its too much.
Actually thing is On 14 october i put ISD pack for which i even got confirmation message and then i made numerous ISD calls keeping in mind the fact that I have ISD pack. But the airtel charge as normal and i almost lost 500 rupees within 2-3 days.I also contact airtel customer care they too are worst than airtel services. everyone has diffrent opinion on me. some says I did not do recharge and some says your recharge was done and we have cut regular amount and some even says your number does not exist.
I hope of something I am here today to express my ideas and ofcouse to lodge my complaint against airtel India.
And also want airtel to give there answer here in comment box instead private mail and private calls from there own operator.

    Subject : Since last one year regularly deducting charges by activating automatically unusual services,not refund deducted amount, non co-operation of employee.


    Respected Sir/Madem,

    I am Rahul Parmar from ahmedabad, Gujarat state.i am prepaid card user of Airtel Bharti telecom. i am using Airtel Sim Card for mobile since last Five years.i have not faced any problem for first three years but since last Two years i m faceing too much problem from service provider, they deduct 50-100 Rs after every two months by activating unusual service like voice chat,caller tune,cricket alert,video downloading etc. they dont send any activation message for this services and directly deduct amount from my main balance without prior notice.
    When i inquire about my balance deduction, customer care executives who talks with me are not providing sufficint information regarding my balance deduction and every time create embiguity by giving different different answers.
    By facing all this problem i decided to sue on the Airtel company as well as all those employees with whom i had talked.also i want some refund of my deducte balance and written apology letter with confrmation, that i wiill not face any problem like this again and if i would than company will liable to pay compensation.so i kindly request you to help me regarding this problem. you can mail me, i will provide you my all information regarding my details and case.

    Airtel — unusual deduction of amount

    sir, my mobile no. is [protected].today at 10, o clock i got the message from ad 543210 that 50 rs has been deducted from your a/c. I have not activated any service. So i try to talk to cc. But every time they dis connect the service. Sir i request you to refund the above said amount in my account. As i have not activated any service. One mora thing i would like to share with you that in december also i was facing same problem. And i could not get any resolution.       Annoyed at recent excessive billing from Airtel on my broadband connection, I had asked for disconnection and wanted to follow the procedures. They continued to convince me to stay back but I wasnt interested. Their customer care voice recording will reveal I had paid upfront for the DSL model and that I only need to pay up the latest outstanding bill and return the flimsy landline instrument. When they arrived at my door, they were not ready to take back the phone instrument despite me returning it to them as its a cheap make that I had replaced with my own cordless, The last outstanding bill has a due date of 15-April and I paid it 1 week earlier 7-April (online receipt attached). They send me a very rude letter despite being their customer for over 7 years and have never defaulted on payments. When I call up their customer executive, he asked me to ignore the letter if I have already paid. Why do they have to behave irrationally and send standard stupid letters only when their customer shifts loyalty to another provider for better service?
      Somebody did call up to understand my concern. Unsure if this is treated as resolved until I get a letter from Airtel confirming my final payment and that there is no dues from my side. I must receive disconnection of service as requested by me fully completed with no dues on payment/instrument, etc.

        on 7th of this month i sent message to datting service flirt.com whose no was 54999321 i sucessfully receive back the message with that ZONG has billed 99inr to my mobile and the transaction code is XWSEQ8 but i did not receive another message for confirmation with the result i am not able to use the datting service flirt.com for 7 days for which i have applied and paid 99inr then i consult the datting service they write me that the service provider has bloked the messages due to which i have not received another message for confirmation i therefore request u to look into the matter and inform me where are my 99inr.

        Zong's SIMs — Unathorised sim on name of subsriber

        i have only 3 sims[protected],[protected] &[protected] but as per your record 7 sims are on my name. please delete other 4 sims from mu name
        That is not enough, i just want my mony back to my account of no. [protected] or otherwise i and my 50odd sims of my relatives will be complled to surrender and go to any other co.

        Hope for an early refund of money.

          This is to bring your kind attention to one Problem which i am facing for the last few weeks. My name is Sayed Mohammed Gadhafi, Belongs to Malappuram, Kerala.
          I ported my Idea number to airtel ([protected]) two months back with all needed documents. after two address verification from the company three times they barred my sim( I had to get call for one final interview, which lost due to this). later i called many times to customer care and did complaint about the same. what they told that its happend due to the not verification of adress. And they verified my adress too. But unfortunatly again they barred my sim to call to cutomer care officers. . Later i called from one of my friends number and again complint about same. but still its not working and i tried to nodel officer, Appellate Authority as Mentioned in TRAI web site. But both numbers are not avilable the last two days.

            Hello Friends,

            I just want to share my experience with Airtel DTH. I have recharged my Airtel DTH account [protected] in June 2010 for Rs.500. My account is credited with Rs.500 after recharging
            from the recharge coupon. After 24 hours my account was suspended. When I called customer care, they didn’t have any clue why they have suspended my account. After number of follow up, they replied that some other customer claimed that amount and my account is debited without informing me. when I asked to get my money back, customer care executives disconnected by call several times?????. Now Mr. Naveen and Mr. Rakesh from Airtel DTH needs a proof of that the recharge coupon that I used to recharge my Airtel DTH account almost a year back.

            Is this a Joke????

            My Friends if you are using this service and recharging with recharge coupon then keep it and do not throw, else you will be the next in this list.

                Hello Everyone..

                I am here seeking help for the tremendous frustration I have gone through since last 5 days.

                I purchased a Sony LCD television on Monday 4th of April 2011. I purchased the LCD from :

                Sony World, Canada Corner, Nashik

                As per the ongoing offer from Sony, we received a free HD DTH connection from Airtel with our television which includes free subscription for three months. We were told the Airtel DTH team will come and fit the dish and set top box etc and we will need to pay Rs. 1000/- for activating our free Airtel HD connection.

                We were given the following number for Airtel customer service, where we needed to contact to get our HD DTH connection activated :

                Someone Mr. Navnath noted down our request and sent a couple of people to fit the dish and set top box to our house. We already had a Airtel Normal DTH connection. The new one that we received free with Sony television is a HD DTH connection. We asked the people who had come to fit the dish, if we can use one dish for two connections and they said, yes you can have both connections under one Airtel DTH ID. They told us, we just need to attach the HD set top box to the television where we wish to see HD tv, and the normal set top box to television where we wish to see normal Airtel DTH connection.

                They did all the fitting and took Rs. 1000/ from us to get the HD dth connection activated. This was 4 days ago i.e on Tuesday i.e 5th of April 2011 when they took Rs.1000 from us to get Airtel HD DTH connection activated, and told us, the connection will be activated in one hour.

                Their one hour has not come till now, and they have completely pissed us of with all types of illogical excuses one can think of. As a customer I have tried to communicate with them in every possible way to get our HD connection activated.. However, everytime I am being ignored and turned down with an answer "Your connection will get activated in a couple of hours". This has been ongoing since Tuesday.

                I have made almost 40 - 50 calls to their number mentioned above, and everytime being ignored with the same answer that connection will get activated in couple of hours.

                I also tried contacting Mr. Ranjit Chavan, who boasts himself to be the head of Nasik Airtel DTH Service Center. Even he lied to us, and told us the connection will get activated by evening 5. Everyone in Airtel have misguided us, lied to us, given us false hopes, and given all types of illogical excuses to activate our connection.

                I believe, just because the HD DTH connection was offered to us free of charge, these people are deliberately trying to delay our connection activation and deliberately trying to avoid us.

                I am here trying to seek help, where I can bring this pathetic customer service offered by Airtel DTH division in Nasik to a customer who is so very frustrated that I feel like filing a case against them for wasting my energy, time, money running behind them, and moreover for giving me mental torture and harrasment by purposely avoiding my request to activate the free HD DTH connection that I have received.

                I have tried to inquire any kind of contact information to any kind of senior executive in Airtel, but I am bluntly turned down everytime and refused to gain access to any such person.

                I am highly unsatisfied with Airtel's service and highly recommend, whatsoever happens, please please please, never go for Airtel DTH connection services. No matter how much cheap they offer, even if they offer free, never never never do any business with these people. These people are completely unethical people, having no values towards a customer and try to frustrate you in every possible way they can, without any kind of shame towards their deeds.

                I request someone to help me, guide me to get this sorted and that too at the earliest.

                I am going through the same problem right now. Waiting for 48 hrs for activation. I cannot even login to their selfcare. Customer ID is not getting displayed in my Menu. Whenever I am trying to call the customer care, they are turning down my request as the system wont even recognise my Customer ID

                  dear sir,

                  we have done activations as per the instruction of our asm(anoop) for the month january. but when the claim released we did not got the payement. when asked they told that payment has been blocked by head.


                  by that month i stopped the act from that month am discouraging the retailers from doing activation, bcoz they will not get the claim. airtel is cheating the retailers by saying good activation scheme and not giving the claim.

                    Since last few weeks Airtel started to cheat some customer. Unnecessarily it activates some value added services without customer's prior permission. And when we contact the customer care personnels, some fools (of them) try to convince us that we activated that service personally.
                    I am S.Ghosh, a Defence personnel, my mobile no. is [protected]. I have been a airtel customer since last 6-7 years. Usually I activate NOP or Mobile Office every month. And I think I need not to take any advice from a fool (some of them) to activate any service. On 08/04/11 I found that Rs.10 is deducted from my account for activating the airtel blog (Bachchan). Immediately I informed the c.care. But some 'Manik'(cust.care exe.) forcefully told me that I activated that personally. Some days earlier a 'chat service with some tolly actress' was activated automatically. Anyway, then Airtel admitted their fault and I got back my deducted balance. Some of my friends facing same type of VAS service activation problems for the last few months. So, I request the Authority to look into matter with immediate urgency. Otherwise we have to choose other option through MNP.

                    I deactivated my services of picture posts for hollywood and bollywood.
                    but it again gets reactivated on its own and i get the msg. for it had been reactivated and charged rs.10

                    it happened for 10 times.
                    as i deactivate it, after few hours it gets reactivated..

                    please get it solved as soon as possible..and i want the 100 rs. that had been deducted from my balance to be credited...
                    this is really a serious issue, as i cant even anyhow deactivate it...

                    i'll be very thankful to the concerned..!!

                    I never seen such cheating from airtel. Yesterday (23rd Apr 2011) on 8.37pm when I was on online using my mobile(moblie No:[protected]) network suddenly airtel radio activated service appears and Rs.20/- is deducated from my account.
                    Suddenly I surprice that I cannot enteror contact any services how it activate. I contact my demo service sim via (M:[protected]) to airtel representative they said that you yourself activated the service. (answered ticket nos: 75820650, 75821097, 75821246, 75822057,[protected]. How "worst it is?"
                    I say if you have to make money please leave your wife, mother & siters to prostitution give to customers to enjoy and earn money. Don't do like this.

                      with reference to my mobile no. [protected], since last six months I get unsolicited calls messages and many so called value[vulgar] added services are pouring in to my mobile phone. A lot of money is being deducted out of my pre paid balance. Therefore I have no clear idea as to how much amount has been deducted from my balance. The company does not issue any statement regarding the money swindled out of consumer account. MY request is ;1- stop the messages and unsolicited calls from my mobile,
                      2, refund all the charges with interest for at least of six months. 3 provide me a copy of of services added to my connection. The company should beg apology publicly for
                      for causing mental harassment and time wasted for getting rid of these uncalled commercial services

                        I am using this connection from more than 3 years and facing lots of problem from airtel side.I ahve check speed of this connection yesterday and found speed 412kbs ispite of 2MBPS.It is requested you to kind give me a favor to refund the total amount that i had paid for 2MBPS from lat 6 months and i am getting 412kbps and give me 2MBPS full speed of internet.Every time when go for cosumer comaplain,i got solution hope this time you guys will help me.

                          i an not using weekly sub service and still being charged,i only use internet service that is your gprs service which is to be used by the coustomer at the recharge of Rs 97every month.Please deactivate my weekly sub service as soon as possible on my number [protected]any plese improve your service in jammu because no one picks up the call at coustomer care numbers nor in the complaint helpline numbers.Please reach out to me about your action taken about my complaint at [protected]@gmail.com
                          yes.even they are deducting balance from my mobile also.
                          Worst and cheap tricks by Airtel.
                          Even my mobile also [protected] getting messages daily by deducting Rs. 30 everyday.

                          Do not activate unless I request through voice call.

                            Background on the issue:

                            1. On 6th april, 12.24 PM, I got a message that I have been subscribed to Gamesclubsubscription service from Airtel live <54321>.
                            2. I got two more messages the following day 7th april and 8th april at 1.31 and 2.06 PM respectively.
                            3. I get a message that some game has been downloaded and 75 Rs were deducted. There is no physical file/app of the game.
                            4. I got subscribed to a cricket service a while later and got a message from airtel live.

                            Resolution:
                            I called the Supervisor and he verified that I had browsed through my gprs connection to a site called wap.mauj.com and registered to the Games subscription service, which somehow got automatically done. Nor did I have any downloaded game nor do i acknowledge going to that site manually.. He reimbursed 85 rs into my account and advised me to disable any settings in my messaging applicaiton which auto opened any push service messages. I found no such option on my samsung galaxy S android phone.

                            Realization:
                            To investigate further, I opened one of the android apps and clicked on an advertisement and it redirected me to 203.115.112.79 website which I found is airtel live webpage, where I could see that no services or subscriptions are registered. However that ad that i had clicked led to a deduction of 50 Rs downloading a game again with no physical application file downloaded on my phone.
                            Note that I have deleted airtel live and airtel mms APNs on my mobile since I have switched to Prepaid almost a year ago and never had I faced such harassment.

                            Later at 10.30 pm on 8th april I get a message saying that I am not registered on DND and every 20 minutes thereon I got a Push message for Airtel Live WAP Cricket subscription. I strongly suspect some foul play with Airtel trying to push the airtel live messages deliberately.

                            and thats it staying loyal to Airtel for 4 years comes to an end.

                              I have purchased a prepaid card [protected] on 6th April and also submitted all the legal documents as per the company norms. The retailor shop name FREINDZ MOBILE(Neredmett Old Ps) promised that it will be activated within 24 hours after the given time the number is not been activated when I contacted the customer care 121 I did not get the proper answer i have made a numours calls from my mobile [protected] after 72 hours also the number is not activated when i contacted ms Veena in hyderabad she is unable to give me the suitable answer. Being No.1 Network is not great customer satisfaction is great Mr. Sunil Mittal please stop robbing from people pockets. I have wasted the time and money running back of a idiotic company.

                                I, Anurag Zope ([protected]) would like to inform you about random activation of services while browsing. I was browsing when a page opened for downloading games, I closed the window but still i got a message that I have subscribed to T20 game and I have been charged 99 Rs, again I was subscribed to airtel cricket pack for 30Rs without me having enabled it. If you can ask for confirmation for stopping a paid service, why cant you ask confirmation before you start/subscribe to any paid service/ third party applications etc. I have had to pay 130 Rs without my fault. Please ensure a confirmation mechanism is in place for charged services/apps before they can be activated / downloaded.

                                  before 2 months, i have balance 10 rupees. i didn't use airtel sim last two months. one day i put that sim on my cell and try to make the call. but i didn't make the call because my balance became negative 10 rupees. i shocked. usually airtel behave like this.

                                    From yesterday i called 121 for customer care to have discussion with customer care representative. I have a complaint regarding there very bad service: I tired 10attempts to call customer care representative even they are charging .50 paisa for 3 minute after forwarding call to representative my call got disconnected.

                                    I have recharged for Rs98 for net connection, got recharge is successful. I'm using Sumsung galaxy 5, i unable to connect the net. Please do favour

                                      i renewed amount of 444 on 6th april, then for renewing my 98rs gprs pack i've
                                      dialed *567#, it given message as i've been already activated this pack.
                                      i got a message that i gprs pack will automatically renewed according to your balance.
                                      on 7th morning my balance was 0.0rs (total lost 444rs+138rs)
                                      then i called up customer care they said to deactivate internet by *567*2# then activate it .
                                      but it has given option to NOP(net on phone) which by mistake, i've pressed costing me 99rs
                                      total lost 444+138+99, refund my amount.

                                      i am a customer of airtel prepared, Last day i got an sms saying, i have been charged Rs 30 for subscribing airtel radio. but i didnt subscribe anything. Then i tried unscubscribing and after some time, i got an sms saying, the service has been unsubscribed. but still i didnt get my money back, and now my balance is running negative. when i tried to call customer care executive, the call gets hanged up automatically whgile connecting with executive, iam not able to make any calls or anything, and this is pretty bad, what the heck is this ??. if a person cant make calls while they needs to.

                                      THOUGH I ACCIDENTALLY CLICKED ON THAT ADD, HUNGAMA PAGE LINK DID NOT OPEN AND LATER AFTER SOME TIME I GOT A SMS SAYING I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 99 RS.

                                      WITH OUT ANY NOTICE OR INFORMATION HOW CAN THEY DEDUCT AMOUNT

                                      THE NEXT DAY AFTERNOON I RECIEVED A CALL FROM AIRTEL EXECUTIVE AND I LODGED HIM MY COMPLAINT.

                                      HE ASKED ME TO DIAL 198 AND LODGE A COMPLAINT

                                      HE WAS SO RASH AND COULDNT JUSTIFY MY PROBLEM. HE TOLD ME IF I COULD HAVE CALD HIM 24 HRS BEFOR HE COULD HAVE CREDITED ME AMOUNT,,

                                      BUT I CALD HIM BEFORE 24 HRS ONLY AND I COULDNT GET MY PROBLEM SOLVED

                                      HE TOLD HE WOULD CONNECT THIS CALL TO HIS MANAGER, HE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR A WHILE AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL

                                      SOON AFTER THIS I TRIED TO DIAL 198 AGAIN BUT THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER I COULDNT REACH THEM

                                      This is to inform you that AIRTEL has become ONE of the WORST mobile services. I activated the internet pack of Rs.17-200MB for 3days validity,at that time i had Rs.110.52 in my balance, then i started browsing my email and downloaded my photo of 6.45MB size, which was not fully downloaded. It suddennly stopped then i checked out my balance it is showing Rs.0.52. I called up the customer service immediately and highlight the problem, but of no use in complaining to them. They play lot of game with customer and does not respond properly. Right now i have 3 compliant nos. but still the problem was not solved.
                                      Even though my internet service is not activated, i did the calculation of charges, that is AIRTEL is charging Rs.0.20 for 30KB to be downloaded, when calculated for 6.45MB it comes around Rs.45 only. Now when i tried to call the customer services my no. is being blocked by AIRTEL and im not in a position to speak to the service providers.
                                      there needs to be an updates as soon as my pack expires, than to drive towards default pack. Made calls to Customer care people for about 8 times and they made me waited saying will transfer to senior executive and no one lifts even after one hour..

Which I haven't subscribed yet, when I called customer care on 121 they asked me to call 198. when I called 198 they said its Karnataka customer care and asked me to call 121 but when I said I called them before and they have asked me to call 198, then they asked me to call chennai customer care and gave me the no [protected]. When I called this number they said its aircel customer number. Again I tried to call 121 but now they blocked my number Iam unable to connect customer care on 121.
