Wow now another bench mark set by so called engineers of Airtel Digital TV. After 5 days one engineer 'Roshan-[protected]' informed me that there will be charges of 100 bucks per visit on no fault of mine. I told him that I will call the Customer Care desk then. I informed the supervisor/dealer Chandan-[protected] about this. He said there is no such charges. Few minutes later I received another call from another engineer Kuldeep Rana-[protected] who insists to come and resolve the pending issue.
Now to my surprise 'Roshan-[protected]' came to the scene again and call me that he is coming to fix it. It is his good fortune that as I was in office he succeed to collect the charges from one of my family member who was unaware of this.
Enough is Enough. Now you people should get ready for the real game. Copy of all the emails as well as call details will be forwarded to press.

This is pathetic. Now call centre executives can disconnect the calls as many times they wish if they are unable to assist customers.
Way to go Airtel. Its time to switch over. I think I should change my four year old mobile connection as well as Airtel Digital TV.

The reason to write an email to you is the belief that I would not get any help from your customer care executives.
Since last 15 days I call up the Toll Free numbers to add CBS Prime as TOP UP. First of all the screen shows send SMS to subscribe..I send sms son't know how many times, received sms back that it will be processed within 48 hours and someone will contact me. But no calls. When I call back the lady thought I am a fool told me it is not available yet and the sms I received from Airtel might be a spam. Later she says the screen showing to add the channel is just an advertisement/publicity for the new channel. I wonder.
Few days later I received call saying the channel is available now and they will send an engineer. It is already 8 days now. No one turn up and not a call.
Last night I call up your call centre again as I am receiving error code SM2 in the screen.The representative was so sleepy he said within half an hour it will be ok. Till now in the morning it is the same and not resolved. I didn't slept till 1230 AM. It is harassment. Now it is never easy to connect the call to your call centre. I am trying since 8 in the morning.
Hope you can help. You can trace all the calls I made to the call centre. My C.ID is [protected].

Installation was promised immediate.
After calling Airtel sales (Mr Akshya ) he again promised. After no body turned up he smartly handed over number of franchisee who said boys have gone home. Please call tomorrow.
The local service manager Mr rahul when contacted says i will oblidge you tomorrow.
Airtlel needs to improve customer service if it wants to be number one.
I suggest customers not to pay before connection is actually installed.
I request Airtel to refund by booking mount.
