Sir,

Recently i ported my number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel.But when i try to call my number from a landline i get a response like "This is an invalid number" and in addition to this i still get messages from vodafone.I informed the same to the Airtel Customer care, so the next day i get a message from airtel saying that my issue has been resoved, but when i check its the same old response.

Im really frustrated.Any help would be apppreciated.

    Few things I want to bring your notice which is disturbing me a lot
    1. Few days before massage came saying “you have been renewed for LOVE5 subscription service from Airtel . You have been charged Rs. 5” when I have not asked for it. Not only one time, it happened four times and they cut my money.
    2. Recently a massage came saying “Dear Customer, Apki FREE ELUV service active kar di gayi hai.” And they activated it forcefully.
    3. Every day many unwanted massages used to come which makes my inbox full, I have to spend time to delete them.
    From come out all this problem I registered myself in “DO NOT DISTURB”. My registration no is [protected] but still massages are coming.
    If this happen continuously I will be forced to switch over from AIRTEL to other company

    My number [protected] has been forcefully subscribed to Airtel Games pack, without my opting for it. Inspite of writing to their customer care they say that the number is not in the rigjt format. The number above is written as per their format. Kindly look into the matter and punish the guilty.

      My broadband fixed line number is[protected].
      I am using your services and am satisfied customer.At home also I have three mobile connections of airtel for self wife and son.
      I received one mail from airtel in which I misclicked and I realised that it was my mistake by which my plan of Rs 1299 got changed to Rs 1699/- This happened on 1st march 2011.I immediately talked to airtel executive on March 1 and informed him what happened and informed that i dont need any change in the plan.

      No action was taken on this request.

      I again talked to airtel on 19th march and then personally walked to airtel office in Faridabad (sector 14)and requested that my plan is yet not changed.
      Today i got call from airtel informing me that plan can be changed only from april 16 because that is billing cycle. It is radiculous that you immediately changed my plan prom 1299 to 1699 even after requesting not to do so while for changing the plan to 1099 you need more than 45 days

      This is not acceptable.

      If I am made to pay extra amount and if you change the plan only after 17th April then I will surrender the connection and go for reliance I will not hesitate to surrender all other airtel connections also.

      My request is to change my plan with immediate effect.

      You are treating your customers in a very bad way but please remember we have options
      My request number is 44329728 and I can give you other requests number also (given to me on 1st March and 19th march)Any plan change if it takes so long then how you quickly changed my Plan from 1299 to 1699 .I am getting the feeling of being cheated.
      I hope someone sensible in Airtel will help me and will do the changes immediately and inform me.

        not working for more two weeks

          I use Airtel since 4-5 years now. My phone number is [protected]

          Previously, i did not have any problem with Airtel but now, they have been deducting amount from my account for something i have not used at all.
          They have been deducting my Rs.10 weekly for TIPS BY YUVRAJ SINGH service and Rs.30 weekly for Video Mode Activation. I have complained earlier to your Customer Care and deactivated whatever was activated on my number. But still, I am facing the same issue. Whenever I call them, they say i have gone to their site (Airtel Live) and downloaded some stuff from there that is why the amount is getting deducted. But i never go to Airtel Live for net surfing. 19-Mar-2011 again they deducted Rs.10 for “TIPSBYYUVRAJSINGH” I am not able to understand what should I do regarding this issue.

          I have already complained about this issue 3-4 times, but of no use.
          They tell me to go to Airtel Live on my mobile My account in that and unsubscribe, But I do not see “My account” option at all in my Airtel Live menu.

          Can you please resolve this issue .

          Airtel / Prepaid Mobile — IMPROPER BALANCE DEDUCTION--SAYING CHARGED FOR HELLO TUNES

          Sir
          i am Nikhil and my mobile no is [protected]. Today morning i saw 2 sms in my mobile, one of Rs 30 was for hello tune monthly charge and other of Rs 15 for song selection but i had not made any request for that.
          when i called service provider then they told me that we received a call from u at mid night and we had activated it from our side as per ur request.I was surprised as i had slept at 10:30PM and my mobile was switched off due to low battery. i want my balance to be refunded back but they are not willing to do so.

          Also 2-3 months back i had converted my mobile from post paid to pre paid and had credited Rs 178 more to airtel and i was told that u will get ur refund back in 2 months but now i am not getting any favourable response from them
          Please help, customer support of airtel is also very poor and they are not willing to help and moreover talks rudely.

          I am also facing the same problem now. I have rarely visited Airtel Live site recently less use it for any kind of download. But I have been charged Rs.10 by this so called "Tips by Yuvraj Singh" service, the name of which I have never heard before.

          Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

          Airtel Prepaid — improper balance deduction

          Airtel deducting my account balance for some services that they activated on their own and a worst customer care who cant find any details of my account . airtel mobile prepaid sucks . i dont recomend airtel mobile prepaid services .
          DEAR SIR I HAVE COMPLAINT U OF AIRTEL COMPANY. SIR IT HAS CUT MY 150-/ RS FROM MY MAIN ACCOUNT.
          WHEN WE COMPLAINT HIM THEN THEY SAY TO ME THAT I SUBSCRIBE MOBILE T.V BUT I Didn't do this after complaint they send me a sms link to download mobile t.v
          so i complaint u that they cut my wrong balance so i requested u to refund my airtel balance soon.
          my accoun balance was before 1288. and after cut 1138.rs.
          Sir, i am using airtel pre paid card... Mostly i will be in browsing but while in browsing suddenly they are deducting the balance by creating a wrong link... Its happens regularly for me... Very worst service... No response from the customer care also... Waste o[censored]sing this airtel connection...
          My number is [protected]. I am also facing this problem. I have complained to Airtel CC and also wrote to [protected]@in.airtel.com, but of no use. Every time they say that, they are taking the request to deactivate the service and send me a request number also, but they never deactivated this service. I think there must be some software issue in the back end or airtel must be doing this intentionally. GPRS/AirtelLive is not atall supported in my mobile and I have never visited Airtel Live and how they have activated this and why they are deducting(the reason that they are giving) for this cricket tips is some thing illlogical.

          Pls resolve this issue.

          Please write a mail to [protected]@airtel.in, it might help, also after raising my problem in public form like this people have stated calling to my cell and asking for yuvraj singh, i feel this was deliberately done my airtel itself, they recently again dedcuted money from my balance. I am not finding any time to change the service provider if not i would have changed it by now.
          I am Also Having The Same Problem...Please unsubscribe For My Number [protected]...

          yes you are right, Air tel People are fraud, i am also facing same problem without our knowledge they activating like Music on demand, hello tune, and tips by yuvaraj singh etc, when a were you call to customer care regarding this problem they telling activation happen from our side, this is relay disgusting, they are high dramatic people, they are deducting daily even single rupee also like beggars.
          Buddy, I am also getting this problem... per 10 days they take 10 rs for that service which is not on when i contact Customer care he/she says their is no service activated on your mobile... So i am leaving airtel

          Airtel Prepaid — Registration to "TIPS BY YUVRAJ SINGH "

          My number is [protected] and I have been using Airtel for 10-11 years. I am also facing this problem (every 10 days I get a message that your subscription to "TIPSBYYUVRAJSINGH" has been renewed and Rs. 10 gets deducted from my balance). the strange this is that it never gives an easy way to un-subscribe. I have complained to Airtel CC multiple times, but of no use. Every time they say that, they are taking the request to deactivate the service and send me a request number also, but they never deactivated this service. I have never visited Airtel Live, have never activated any service on my cellphone and how they have activated this and why they are deducting for this cricket tips is some thing illlogical.

          Pls resolve this issue.

          Airtel / Prepaid Mobile — regarding deduction of money and D&D

          i am prem chand.
          i got sms from airtel regarding airtel blog and they told me that i can hear that voice mail at free of cost by dailing *1*. they mentioned nothin g else thn this.
          i did the same. then they activate the airtelblog service on my no and deduct my account. i made complaint regarding this to customer care but they disconnect the call 6 times and then they blocked the customer care helpline on my no.
          this is not the first time.
          before this they activate missed call alert and job alert on my no without any sending any request from my side to the airtel.
          DND service is activated on my no since 2007, even thn i got promotional msg and call on my no.
          many time i got sms from airtel regarding frndship to girl.

          i have some of these sms in my phone.

          what i can do now.
          shall i move to Court.

          Dear Sir/Mam,

          I am customer of airtel from last 5-6 years and my no. is [protected]. Since last 2 months the service of TIPS BY YUVRAJ SINGH was started automatically and its not getting deactivated. I have complained many times to customer but they were also unable to deactivate that. They always telling any silly reason and solutions that does not work. I am giving you last 10 days for solving this problem if it is not solved; i will go to the court. I have all recording of mine with your customer care and also proofs of deductions. Its not matter of 10rupees deductions, its a matter of belief. So think on that.

          My mobile number is [protected].
          I am also victim of this fraud service "TIPSBYYUVRAJSINGH". I never opted or consented for this service. This seems to have been done by service provider AIRTEL on its own to loot unsuspecting customers.
          Afterall where this money is going? Can any body help to find out and expose the fraud? If any body can guide how to deactivate it, pl inform me.

          Airtel / Prepaid Mobile — False SMS

          I am Ravinder Singh, I have AIRTEL mobile no [protected], many time disturb me by airtel digital tv with SMS, your ID [protected] servive is suspended. Recharge it.
          I am many email to AIRTEL DIGITAL TV, we are not any your digital tv connection. After some days again and again send me SMS from AD-Airtel "your airtel digital ID [protected] servive is suspended. Recharge it"
          My Mobile is alredy register with DND service.

            My present plans assures me for speed of 1mbps till 15Gb and then reduces to 256kbps, but I can assure that i have not used 15gb of data and then also my speed is reduced to 256 kbps. I have checked the same with my acct on Airtel site and it states high data uses of approx 13Gb+ on 19th of this month. Which can't be possible as on 19th I had very busy day and returned in late evening and just checked my mails. There is definitely some kind of problem, which has to be sorted out as soon as possible

              Dear sir,
              this is to state that my airtel no. is [protected] and I am a regular customer of airtel since last 4 years. I used to surf web via gprs mobile office 4 year back same problem of gprs slow speed was then and same now. I could not get more than 4-5 kb download speed in sonipat while during roaming in delhi i got up to 30 kbps downloading speed. So my request is to upgrade their servers in sonipat city area so that we may not move to other services like tata, vodaphone etc. I want airtel to be no 1 in all type of services. Thanks in advance.

                This complain of mine follows the complain made on 28 feb 2011. I will first publish the previous complain and then move forward to my current grievance.

                Previous Complain -:
                I had applied for mnp on 17 feb 2011. I got a upc , which i submitted to docomo on 19 with the processing fees. Since then I am receiving calls from airtel saying that due to some technical glitch the porting out will be delayed. They are trying every trick in the book to retain me. Its is none of the Airtel's business to enquire about which subscriber I am applying for. Airtel then indulged in a grossly unethical business practice on 24 feb 2010. I got a call from Airtel ,again saying due to technical problem we are unable to port out followed by the pursuance to retain Airtel. When I refused and told him about the distress they are causing (specially running on zero balance for porting ) he offered me a plan which he said I could use mean while. The details given by him where as follows
                Send cpr <mobile no> to 51619
                He told me this plan has 6 months validity and the first month calling is free so u could use this plan for free in mean while my porting out gets processes.I repeatedly asked him whether sending this would negate my mnp request and he assured me anything of that sort would not happen.

                When I did the required I was bewildered to receive the message that " your port request has been canelled". I recharged my mobile immediately to call to customore care. I requested them several times but to no use. I got my second shock when an Airtet representative deceived me by giving a random complain no which did not have any complain.Again I called to customer care and had a conversation with Mr. Asif who set my call on hold and did not respond.
                Its such a harrasment caused by Airtel and running to customer representative of Nagpur (zone 1) has been like being kicked like a football
                Airtel being such a big company is not expected to be indulging in such practices and this needs to be a alarm of sorts.


                Current Complain -:
                After behaving in the way the did, Airtel is not ready to stop this illicit behavior. They rejected my port out from Airtel (upc dated 17 feb 2011) citing the reason that "your porting request can't be made because the upc code submitted does not match the upc code generated. Following this I verified with the -would be- subscriber. They told that the upc code generated is correct. I waited for porting to happen but my upc lapsed. Then I generated a new code on 9 march 2011(which lapsed on 23 march due to Airtel's deed). My -would be- subscriber submitted the code. Again the Airtel came up with this unique mismatch theory.The interesting thing in both the version is that after generating the upc code Airtel called punctually to ask the reason for MNP and tried somehow to retain me. I rejected it upright. After that they came up with this grear mismatch theory and interestingly no calls followed afterwards.
                What about the losses which I have incurred due to non availability of balance on my mobile?Who is going to compensate for the urgent calling requirement which i encountered? Who is going to compensate for the harassment caused, energy wasted,time wasted in those innumerable visits made to airtel, new subscriber ,(airtel call centre on phone).
                Its really distressing to see a costumer treated like this, Pathetic !

                What have you done to resolve the complain. Please educate me as to what action you have taken.I find no change in the attitude of airtel. Airtel simply is incognizant toward the trouble, losses and harassment caused due to their trikery and unlawful behavior. My second request for porting is also being denied, employing some crooked reasoning by your company.

                I don't know what resolution you are talking about. Its been 2.5 months and there's no action taken. My complaint status remains the same. I haven't got any relief. Please be precise and tell me if Airtel is willing to resolve. Or this forum is of no value to Airtel. I am sending this complaint also to [protected]@ bloomberg UTV for making it public as the private one on one conversation bears no importance to you people.

                  I AM HAVING CONNECTION FROM AIRTEL VIDE A/C NO.16086690 AGAINST WHICH I WAS GETTING SATISFACTORY SERVICES TILL DECEMBER 2010 BUT SUDDENLY IN JANUARY I GOT INFLATED BILL OF RS.8709/- AGAINST THE SAME VERY CONNECTION WHICH NEVER EXCEEDED 661/-. I HAD COMPLAINED TO THE COMPANY VIDE REF NO. 43071170 DATED[protected] FOR THE SAME AND ALSO CHANGED MY PLAN FROM THE EARLIER ONE TO IMPATIENCE 1399 AS THEIR OFFER OF PAY RS.100/- AND DOUBLE SPEED DID NOT WORK AT ALL. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BY THE COMPANY TO REVERSE THE EXCESS CHARGES BUT I AM GETTING THREATENING CALLS FOR DISCONNECTION OF THE SERVICES. WILL BE COMPANY LOOK INTO THE INFLATED BILL AND REVERSE THE SAME TO THE PREVIOUS MONTH. FROM FEB 2011 I AGREE TO PAY AS PER MY NEW PLAN.

                  Airtel Broadband — False inflated bill

                  I got an Airtel broadband connection for personal usage last month (Landline No.[protected] ; Account No.[protected] and opted for the plan as per my usage after discussion with the Airtel Rep.

                  In second week of March I get this call informing my usage has crossed Rs. 5, 000. I replied highlighting the fact that this is impossible as I am a mild internet user and requested to immediately rectify the false usage and shift me to the unlimited plan.I was assured proper action will be taken and I will get a follow up call on this.
                  The follow up call never came though everytime a different person calls up asking to pay the pending bill.

                  I have opted to shift to other service provider and wrap up my existing airtel account and informed airtel customer retention dept. about this.

                  After repeated emails I finally got a call from customer retention dept on 25th March informing that the bill is now Rs. 9, 000 and they will give me Rs. 3, 000 waiver but I will need to pay balance Rs. 6, 000.

                  I highlighted the fact that I am a very mild internet user and my bill cannot be more than Rs. 1, 000 maximum and also why didnt I got a call before the bill crossed 2, 000 as we get for a mobile connection informing to pay immediately as credit limit is crossing and now am being told that my bill is Rs. 5, 000 and Rs. 9, 000.but all this was of no help.

                  Is there no way customer be protected here? What if tomorrow I get a call informing my bill is Rs. 50, 000 now?

                  Request immediate intervention on this.

                  I am also facing the same prob, MY bill crossed my Expectations i have filed several compalint that at least provide the Detail bill. That they are not providing,
                  No doubt. I have received a call from Airtel that my usage has crossed Rs 50000 and I have to pay the amount immediately. I am in a plan with 1199 as monthly rent with about 15 GB usage limit.

                  From the time of connection (2 years 7 months), my usage has never crossed 6 GB.

                  In fact, this month I have used the internet much less as there was lots of power problem in Karnataka.

                  I really got tensed up and my BP went real high. In just three days my mindset and health went really low.

                  I have finalized to settle the issue in court. I have collected some technical details and going through other judgment copies in similar cases. We need to teach these guys right lesson. They are here not to do business but extortion.

                  These kinds of fraudent and unfair practices by them can kill a person like me.
                  So far nothing has been done to resolve my complaint and on the top of it connection has stopped working at all.

                  May I expect to be heard and matter resolved immediately.
                  On contacting 198 airtel complaint I am told that the services have been barred and I must pay to get the services. The matter can be kept open and I wait for the outcome of my complaint. I have, under compulsion, made the payment of my previous bill for Rs.4388.45, which is disputed. I await early resolusion to the inflated bill.

                  God knows what is happening in Airtel. This small matter has taken more than two weeks with no outcome. Please get fast.
                  Today I have been informed that Airtel is unable to resolve the issue in my favour and hence under compelled circumstances I have decided to surrender the connection. I HAVE WRITEN E MAIL TO THE COMPANY AND ALSO LODGED TELEPHONIC REQUEST TO disconnect the services from 10th April 2011 i.e. the end of this billing cycle. After this date I shall not be liable for any billing under any circumstances whatsoever.                     I had first logged a call with Airtel Customer Care on 8th March' 2011. Its been 16 days now, no resolution. My Airtel HD STB Box hangs every hour or so, no fix even after 5-6 hours on call. Connection ID: [protected]. Manish.

                    I am really fedup with Airtel service now. They simply close my tickets without fixing it, which is even more frustrating. Any help will be highly appreciated.

                    Note: Im thinking of Switching to TataSky in April'11. Im paying Airtel Rs 650/- for 3 connections, now I think its not worth. I was Airtel loyal customer in Broadband too, and was very happy with their service, which is why I chose to buy Airtel even if it was expensive at that time. Now I am repenting.

                      I am Arjun Singh, a Airtel prepaid Mobile SIM user fro Uadaipur Rajasthan. I lost my mobile phone.
                      I am in the need of duplicate SIM of my mobile number. I have lodge a complain the against the mobile theft in police station and blocked the SIM to prevent from miss used.

                      Now, I have asked to service center in udaipur about the duplicate SIM for my
                      previous number ([protected]), they told that SIM is not in stock for this
                      series. So I asked them till when they will be available in the store. they
                      gave me 10 days to inquire about the same. I did it after 12 days, but again I
                      got the same reply that SIM is not in store.

                      It has been one month for me to wait for the duplicate SIM and facing the
                      problem. The attitude of the service center people highly objectionable. They
                      do not care about the customer's problem and also do not pickup the phone.

                      I want to know " how and when I will get the Duplicate SIM" from Udaipur
                      Service center.
                      if you can not provide the SIM, you can say to customer that your service is
                      poor, so i can switch over to another service provider.

                      Please do the needful.

                        Good Evening Sir,

                        I am an airtel customer. I am using airtel's blackberry service for the past 1 year. I have faced number of problems since then. It had stopped working for a while in between and after repeated calls nothing got solved. It took almost 15-20 days for the service to resume. Also, none of your customer care executives guided me and my husband properly (he had similar issues).

                        We are facing the same issues again for the past 3-4 days. The EDGE in our Blackberry has started coming in small letters, which means that the internet service is not working. When I called the customer care number. It took almost 15 mins for the call to reach the customer care executive. I have no idea how the 121 service is designed, whatever I press, it doesn't go to the customer care executive. I keep going round and round through the same menu. When I tried calling the 198 complaints number, it went to 121 and when the customer care executive spoke to me, she wasn't able to identify my complaint and asked me to call 198 (which I had already dialled and the call went to 121). I have no idea how this happened. She couldn't guide me properly. She couldn't even speak in English, she was speaking in Kannada and I don't understand Kannada as I am not from this state. She asked me to call the Blackberry Support number 7070 (which again I had called as we had gone through this trauma earlier as well). Before speaking to this executive I had already tried calling the Blackberry Support number, which said that the service is not available on the phone.

                        We tried calling the Nodal office number, where the person misguided us and asked to call again. When we tried calling again, nobody picked up the call. May I ask why airtel is giving such pathetic treatment to it's customers?? We went through this last year as well. Inspite of paying for the internet if we cannot use it then what's the point in having the service. None of the customer care executive guided us correctly. We are not able to use the internet which is quite important for us, considering our work.

                        We are going to wait for another 2 days and we are switching to other service provider. We have been using airtel for the past 7-8 years and I regret to say that airtel's standard has detoriated which is forcing it's customers to switch to a different service provider.

                        Yes surely that issue was rectified after I went through all that torment. I have the same kind of issue now and hopefully you have a justification for why it is gone again to this level.
                        I activated BB internet 399 plan on 11th July 2011 which means that the plan can get deactivated only on 11th Aug 2011. Fair enough!!! But the plan gets deactivated on 28th July 2011 all of a sudden my BB internet connection goes down and they(customer care executive) say that it is the server problem and everybody is affected. When I ask that how is that my friends and colleagues are not affected, they say only some are affected. First I tried calling customer care 121, complete WASTE of my time and energy because some unknowlegeable person on how to handle a complaint and what questions to ask and how to rectify the issue, speaks to me in a not so good accented english which I barely understand and gives me this no. [protected] supposedly the new airtel BB complaints number. When I call this number, one more executive probably taking the call in his dreams picks up and tells me the same old series of insensible things. Switch off, switch on your phone and BANG ON!!! EDGE will become caps and the internet will start working...which obviously doesn't happen :( Then he asks me to take the battery out and put back in and restart my phone...poor thing!!! this escape also doesn't work !!! Then he finally says that the problem will get rectified in 3-4hrs which I am sure will not happen.
                        I tried calling the Nodal Office but they don't seem interested in picking the calls. So after next 3 hrs I am planning to call the Appellate Officer whose considered as the highest authority to complain. If this also turns out to be a dead end then I am switching my service provider.
                        Hopefully the above paragraph shows enough for you to understand that I am not at all happy with your airtel service and this frequent encounters with the customer care executives.

                        Hope my service gets back on track within the next 3-4hrs as I was promised.

                        I guess it is not yet that you have seen the above complaint. The issue has been resolved and you saved yourself a customer :)

                        I will still not take back the words said as I have been going through the same situation for more than 4-5 times now since past 3 years.

                            I had made an enquiry for buying the Digital TV from Airtel on March 18 2011 from the Airtel website. Within a span of 1 hr, I received a call from Mr. Ajay Kumar of Vriti Infocom, with details on how to make this purchase online. He sent me a mail with all the details. I was told over the phone that the connection would be given on 19th March if the Payment was done the same day.

                            I made the payment online via Bank Transfer from ICICI the same day and sent him the form reference number for processing the payment within 15 minutes.

                            Till date I’ve not received my digital TV connection. I’ve called the airtel customer service 10-11 times, each time with a different response catalogued below:

                            1) The payment has not yet been made.
                            2) The connection is suspended because of negative balance
                            3) The connection will be given in 24-48 hrs (This was said 72 hrs ago)
                            4) You’ll receive a call in 3 hrs from marketing. (2 days ago)
                            5) I’ve requested a call back from my supervisor to address this issue.7) …

                            Even vriti infocom is conviniently out of reach, now that the dirty work is over.

                            Are these the set of standard hurdles one has to go through when buying the digital TV connection online??!! I’m frankly fed up of the service offered even before using the service.

                              Its my airtel mobile number past one month before it is a vodafone number i have change into airtel via mobile number portabilty, while travel to roaming im not getting any signal it shows emergency calls only not able to make and receive calls while in roaming if some one calling means it says this number is SWITCHED OFF but i dont off, now im in roaming only ( BANGALORE ) my cell is not switched off, now also im facing this problem, nobody helping with this in airtel complaint given 2 times but no response in AIRTEL customer support, i dnt what to do. . im totally upset. . no calls from my parents and my job related. . i think i made mistake that changed to airtel. .

                                  Airtel — Unidentified STD calls in Bill

                                  I have received Airtel landline bill which has unidentified STD calls to some number in West Bengal mobile (about 100 calls). I did not make any of these calls. These calls were made during day time Mon-Fri, when me and my wife both are in office.
                                  When I called Airtel, the customer care say that "Airtel is such a big company. They would not do such a small thing." Despite of complaints they did not revert back to me.
                                  I think their line-man or somebody else has tapped our phone and used.
                                  I have since then locked my phone and also switched to BSNL and would disconnect Airtel landline.
                                  My question is what if some unsocial element had done these calls? Is there any way I can complain to somebody about these calls?

                                  I am Rajesh, doing job as a Software Engineer in Bangalore. I have applied for Airtel Broadband Internet Connection. One of the agent (Named Mahabaleswar, his mobile no: [protected]) came to my house and filled the internet connection form and asked my Pan Card xerox copy, passport size photo and collected the money of Rs. 4000 (Advance Payment for 5 Months)a nd he told like 'with in 3 days you will get the connection'. After few days I Contacted him for the same & he said that "'in your area maximum connection (50 connections) has already been provided, so we can't provide more connection and told like our customer executives will refund the advance money (Rs. 4000/-). But till this date I didn't received the money. I even called the Airtel Manager also (His name is Durai Raj, his mobile no: [protected]). He replied like your money will be sent by Courier. This is not the question of refunding my advance money but 'How IRRESPONSIBLE these airtel customer care executives are'.

                                  I strongly feel that these people are collecting the money from Customers & cheating with out giving the connection.

No -22/110 Nr Vahidia School Fatehgarh Bhopal 462001on the Dated on 19/sep/2009.Mr. Faisal commit me he will arrange my connection in four days but now a days he is not recieve my call he sms(message) me and send a number of Mr Pankaj Jha [protected] .I talked to Mr. Pankaj Where he said to me he will clear all the thing at evening (7/oct/2009) now he is not picking my phone.no body at there in Airtel Broadband who help ME .i Requested to you sir plz take seriously and take the action for the same.

                                  I name is ami asthana. I have apply for Airtel broad band connection at Nithkhand 3, indrapuram, Ghaziabd. During the time of connection i have given all the paper and one check of 500 rs. Then after Airtel people came at my home for fitting and they mash up my house and made a hole in front of my main gate. After waiting long time, i found no one call me to complete the connection even no concern about the mash they did at main gate of my house. I call then to complete the connection and clean the mash but no one was there to listen and suddenly when i call, they told we are not going to provide Airtel connection.
                                  My question is, if they could not provide the connection then they should not take paper and check from me ( even that check is already creadited to Airtel account) and mashed at my house.
                                  Finally i found Airtel managent and people handling is very had they don't have any concern and response regarding the problem. i faced.
                                  Even after all this issue, They still call me for new connection and when i told then the problem i faced, they said i have to apply for new connection again with new 500 Rs of check and they said there is no meaning of doing and complients because so many complients are already pending.......

During the time of connection i have given all the paper and cash rs 500/-on dated 1st march 2013, but yhe connected is no processed till today on 17/3/13.

                                    Hello,
                                    I'm an airtel costomer. I requsted to port in my tata indicom no. (+[protected]) to airtel in 2nd march. and No. converted on 7th march. But on 14th march incomming and outgoing facility disconnected while I submitted all document to "VR Technobuild Shop No 3 Jagat Fram Gama Ist 201301Noida".
                                    They said to submit document agian on 15th march. but till now they couldn't connect my no. every day I go to airtel retail shop, call and mail to nodel and applate officer but they didn't responce . I already missed 2 interview called.



                                    So please solve my problem as soon as possible

                                      From this [protected] airtel number coming unnecessary messages and phone calls to my sister number.She was in more depression now.so it makes torture and illness from her studies.many of times i am warning to that number but again and again it is continuing.. so give an solution for that..what i should do...?
