I am holding Airtel prepaid connection([protected]) since 6 years, i have recharged RC 123(transaction ID[protected] on 2nd april 2011, its benefits are airtel to airtel tariff 10 ps/minute, other local mobiles 50 ps/minute and validity is 30 days, but it worked only 4 days, from 7th april onwards iam getting charged 50 ps/minute for every call, i registered complaint on 8th April with ref number CBDPA[protected]. They just closed complaint without any feedback to me, again i call CC to know the status they transferred call to their supervisor, i was in waiting in the call for 10 minutes for the supervisor response, after call was disconnected, it happened same three times, after three times iam not even getting the option to talk to CC. Again next day i called CC then i was successfully connected with supervisor, he confirmed that wrong billing is happening, he raised again complaint with ref number CBDPA[protected], and he told my problem will be solved in 3 days and i will be credited the balance whichever is deducted due to wrong billing. But it is not solved, and i got a service message from airtel i.e "You are charged correctly as per your tariff plan and to know your tariff send PLAN to 405", even i tried to send PLAN to 405, this message itself getting failed telling check network services. The same happened in March month also, even their is no proper resolution for the complaint given in March....
Kindly do the needful to solve my problem....

I am Mohiddin Kamal from Manlgaore, i have been served to Bharti Airtel Telecom for 3 years in diffrent roles.I got re leaved from this esteemed institution in the year 2008 (June) due to better offer from Banking Industry.
Here I am very sad to express that even after my several request i couldn't claim my Provident Fund. Kindly note my Employe Id.28745 & guide me to do the needful.
