s i agree even i have policy and the premium date is 5 th of may and i already applied for ECS still the money is not transfered and the custcare no which is totally waste its not 24/7 and the IVER killing my cell minutes kindly take care of these issues cause customers are the back bone of a orgination

I am really fed up with your customer care call numbers and with your service. No one on your customer care desk picks up the number and there is no other way to contact your company. my premium was due on 27/08/2008 of 24000/- for which i had been to your office MG Road 4th floor bangalore, they were not ready to accept the cheque and secondly it was showing in their system as it was raised a request from ABN credit card, secondly i had called to your call centre [protected] to lodge a complaint for not charging the card, one Ms.pearl she was not ready to understand my query i request you kindly not to charge my ABN card and amready to give you a cheque on intimation.
Note: As i had signed the Mandate form for only last year ie 2007.

I had taken policyNNU14294895 . wHEN i GOT DOCUMENTS. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE CHARGES ETC AND THE COMMITMENTS MADE BY YOUR REPRESENTATIVES WERE FALSE. I WANT TO GIVE BACK THE POLICY AND WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I SHALL BE FORCED TO GO LEGALLY. MY NO-[protected]
