Bhopal MP Nagar branch of AXIS Bank has dishonored my ECS for the premium payment to LIC for the policy No[protected] Reference Code –[protected] for the payment of Rs. 1021/= on 24/05/2010.
Though the sufficient fund was maintained in the account.
Moreover the bank has not even bothered to inform me.
When enquired the reply was that we have changed our banking software ( finacle…etc) so this has happened............ without expressing any regret . And even saying that we are levying any charge from you for dishonoring........ great service culture of so called best bank
On account of this LIC has discontinued my policy.

    Hi,
    My name is P.S.Naidu, and a resident of Geetanjali Enclave, New Delhi.and I have savings bank account # [protected] with Bank of Maharastra, Press Enclave branch. On the 10th of June 2010 I went to the ATM to withdraw Rs 12,500/- I was in a hurry as I had to catch a flight and there was long line of people outside I just collected the cash and rushed out. I was not aware till the next day in Bombay that instead of actual amount the machine dispensed Rs 10,000 but my account was debited by Rs 12,500/-.Is there anyway this problem could be addressed?. On the hind sight even if I would have counted there who could have addressed my problem, the security gaurd?
    The details of the withdrawl slip are as follows.Atm Geetanjali Enclave, Malviya Nagar,Date : 10 June, 2010,Time : 11.25 AM,Term : S1 AND152,Record number is 9126, and the last four digits of my debit card are 7623.

    Hi,
    My name is DILIP Jain. I have savings bank account[protected] with Your Bank, at Dadar Branch. On the 09th of April 2011 I went to the ATM to withdraw Rs 25, 000/-. the cash came in my hand was 24, 500/- & receipt was printed of 25, 000/-. on next day when i check the online statement my a/c was debited 25, 000/-
    The details of the withdrawl slip has been sumitted to dadar branch. but one month they have still not reversed my 500/-.

      My sister has S/B account in Faridabad Branch of Axis Bank. She had deposited a cheque in the drop box at Sahibabad(Ghaziabad) on 19.5.10.After a few days a telephone call was received from the said bank that there was some mistake in writing the cheque and that the same was being returned by courier. When the cheque was not received after quite a few days, inquiries were made and it was told that the cheque was sent sent at her old Faridabad address, when my sister had already got the address changed five years back and was receiving all communications including cheque books etc at the new address at Sahibabad. Now one week has lapsed but the cheque has not been received back from the said bank.

        I am an AXIS bank customer, I tried withdrawing (1500/=Rs two times.Total amount=3000/- Rs) money from HDFC bank ATM, Sector-4,Panchkula, on 12th June,2010, unfortunately the ATM machine did not dispense the money but amount debited from my account. When I called customer care and logged complaint on this (0145296 on 11/06/2010) they said, it would take 2 to 12 working days. Even after (12/06/2010) I did not get my money back in my account.

        I am an ICICI bank customer, I tried withdrawing money from Axis bank ATM, unfortunately the ATM machine did not dispense the money but amount debited from my account. When I called customer care and logged complaint on this (SR[protected] on 5/10/2009) they said, it would take 12 working days. Even after (26/10/2009) I did not get my money back in my account. When I called customer again, they said "due to some mistake of their back end team" my earlier request was closed and they never processed it. Now they have taken another escalation request (ST[protected] and they say, it would take another 12 working days to process.

        I am a SBI account holder. I tried withdrawing amount Rs 2000 from AXIS bank ATM located at SHAPUR NAGAR, JUBILEE HILL, HYDERABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH with ATM code SPAN03023 and record Number: 3175 .I got transaction slip with transaction declined status but the amount got debited from my account. Please do the needful so that i get my money back.

          Dear Friends
          In my professional and personal life I am going close all accounts & relation with Axis bank. I will never be with Axis Bank in my future.

          as a your well wisher and as my social duty to aware you too, to protect you from such incidence happened with me , please read the below incidence , think, protect yourself and aware your friends also if you think there was something wrong happened with me , and at last 'be unite (all common people)' and take strong decision , be cos "bank hum (common people) se he " as we are with bank ;

          "On 24-09-09 at solan branch I submitted / completed all formalities to close the Acc. no.[protected] with Axis Bank. however before closing the account I checked the balance (ATM outside the bank and it was more than / about 1000 Rs.)
          I can withdraw that money at that same time and can make the balance Rs.0.0 , and can left the account, but as a common man and good customer of Axis Bank i still preffer to close the account systematically , which results ME as loss of Rs. 750/-

          Axis bank' s system arises some question to me and i also asked to bank as below :

          1) Is it my fault to follow the system ?

          2)After closing the the acc. on 24-09-09. i have no right to withdraw that money. why my acc. was closed on 06.10.2009 ? (after about 12 days)

          3) who was the owner of this account after/in between 24-09-09 to 06-10-09 ?

          4) WHY MY MONEY WAS DEDUCTED after 24-09-09 ?

          5) WHAT IS THE CARE AXIS BANK DO FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS?"

          Even bank was also unable to answer any of these question except these words "We apologise for the delay in account closure and the loss caused to you"

          Today bank has send me the Pay Order of about Rs. 250 only.
          Deducted Rs. 750 was the income of my very HARD WORK and it's my strong belief that bank will never rise with doing this ...............

          [AT LAST , IF SOMEONE IN BANK WAS HELPED ME AT THEIR END , I WOULD LIKE TO THANKS FOR HIM/HER, FOR THEIR CO-OPERATION AND EFFORTS]

          Common people live in a non formal way and may forget to maintain that balance, bank should contect and inform to account holder at least one time by direct or indirect way before or after one dedction. there should be some provision to save cutomer's money.

          3) On 24-09-09 at solan branch i submitted / completed all formalities to close the Acc. no.[protected] . and about after 6 month . i have not got the my money back (acc. balance) at my all contect address, how ever my acc. no.[protected] is now closed



          if there was some provision to save costomer/ my money..........then there was no need to close my Acc. no.[protected] / relationship, which may be now forever closed

            Sir,
            With the axis bank credit [protected], I purchased materials for an amount of Rs.31047/- and the due date of remittence was 31/05/10. Till 02/06/10 the amount was not debited from my sb a/c [protected] (as per instruction submitted to the bank for debit). When I enquired with the axis bank authority I understood the software problem they had and talked with the customer care centre. As per their advice I lodged a cheque for the above said amount on 02/06/10. But in the evening when i took the a/c statement i found twice the amount was deducted, So I requested the nagercoil axis bank branch to take necessary steps to divert the excess amount to my sb a/c.

              Dear sir,

              My march'10 Month bill was due for me on April 12 th 2010 for an amount of 716.95, but I have made the payment online through 10th April 2010 itself, Even though after several calls from my end the same has not been sorted out till now, I have also submitted the transaction receipt, my bank account statement and the lodged compliant vide customer voice form .the are unable to reactivate my services .
              but every month bill is generated and getting added up.

                This is regarding part payment crediting to my home loan account. I had done a part payment of my loan at one of the branches of AXIS bank. Due to system maintenance when I had intimated them about the part payment, they asked me to contact after two days. I did contact after exactly two days for which they replied that the same shall be done. After asking for a statement, I was shocked to see that the same is not credited wheras the loan emi is taken off. After investigation with my bank, the issued cheque was cleared on 18th of may, whereas my due date is 20th of may.
                The emi is credited on 25th and the part payment is credited on 31st that too after a lot of persuation and queries.
                Now I have been charged for the interest of part payment portion also, even though the clearance was done before the due date, which is quite substantial and over a period of my loan term adds upto a huge amount. I have been asking for proper credit of the part payment before the due date, but they are not ready to respond to the mail inspite of two reminders. Need help from anyone who has faced this situation and how to tackle this. I am planning to go to consumer forum or the banking ombudsman. Need advise.

                  i had given a request for a cheque book on the 22nd of May 2010 at Paschim vihar Branch where i was committed that my chequebook wud reach me within 5 working days. I receiced a SMS on 25th confirming my request and informing me of the dispatch of the cheque book through OPT courier which i did not receive. again on 29th may 2010 i received a sms from the bank that my cheque book has been dispatched on 29th through BSA courier which also i have not received. Kindly look into the matter

                    Dear Concerned,

                    I preclosed my Axis Bank CAR LOAN - AU[protected] on 6th May 2010 and was assured that all formalities were done and a stop payment order would be issued on my post dated cheques and that I would get back my cheques in a few days.

                    Inspite of closing the account and getting the letter from Axis, the bank has still deducted an EMI from my account on 1st June 2010.

                    I have left the city and its difficult to manage to find the bank person on the phone, hoping my best to get a refund asap.

                    This has been now settled, I have received a refund Demand Draft from the bank finally after 3 weeks.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have an Axis Bank Account with Gurgaon DLF Brancj. On 29th of July, I deposited two Bankers Cheques each 2.5 lacs in my savings Bank Account at Janakpuri Branch. On the basis of these Bankers Cheques, I issued a Cheque for Rs. 4.5 lacs. On 8th of August, my cheques were returned with a note that there is no sufficient fund. On contacting the bank's call centre, I found both my Banker's cheques were not credited to my account till that date and also till date. I have registered a complaint on 8th August and also sent a registered letter to the bank. Till date I have not received any reply. Also , the bank has charged me a penalty for returning the cheque un paid though I had deposied enough funds for clearing the cheque. Request you to look into this matter and get me
                      1) refund of the penalty charged
                      2) Interest from the date of depost

                      This is with ref to my credit card number [protected] which was valid from 09/2011 but unfortunately i couldnot continue this card and card went on final closing and i paid all dues.now when i applied for my personal loan they approved but could not credit money in my account due to my wrong updation in cibil database.when i inquired about the same than it came in to light that while applying for the credit card your executive put wrong PAN number which was never my card ever & that number was given by the bank is BKXPS6070Ewhich is not My PAN card.My only and authentic card number is EAYPS6271P.the wrong Pan card which was produced in my cibil database was never my card or neither i put any signature on the documents related with the PAN.i have been a honest customer of the bank & provided all the details authentic.

                      I also request to provide me the documents in which i have given any wrong information to the bank for my PAN card.

                      i have been going through such an horrible experience from last few weeks due to negligence behavior of the bank employee.

                      Pls do the needful on urgent basis.

                        i have an penssion acount at palam coloney delhi [protected].now i setteld in sohana. i wisited in sas nagar branch for check book request four times in four months.twice they send e mail also for check book.but i did not get it.if axis bank issue the check book it delivers it by blue dart,which service is not there at sohana.in all 4 requests i have given note also to send it by registerd post but ball in vain.when ever u go to bank they say fill the form and hand over to resception.so finaly they suggested me to open account at mohali.i deposited all documents but still it is not opendsince 10 days nothing is done to open a new account.
                        i think it is beter for me to leave such bank for future.

                          I have applied credit card [protected] of axis bank allahabad branch and get the same & then transfered in uttrakhand in haldwani city and i have updated my address and my mobile no. in the company and i was satisfied with the service if axis bank because i recive the statment of that card timly here in haldwani also, There after my card was expired in april 10 but they have not send me a fresh one ,while i pay the bill timly and there is no dues from my side, while making many calls to there call centre and mailed to there customer service they have genereted the fresh card and send it allahabd address while i want the card on my haldwani office address where my all statment of cards recived, while i have made another complaint no-SERVICE REQUEST NO IS.466627, for delivery the card in my haldwani adress but they have send it again on allahabad adress, now again i have raised the fresh request no[protected], on there call centre but still they are not send my card, please help me to solve this problem.

                          I am never able to reach axis bank toll free numbers.Even if they say it's tollfree the amount deducted from the main call balance is usually huge and most of the time call gets disconnected in between.Even if the call gets connected the wait time is so much that all balance is gone just in waiting.
                          Is there any real toll free number to reach axis bank especially for credit card related queries.

                              hI. I have been an Axis Bank customer for the past 2 years.

                              They regularly delay Cheque deposits and transferrals citing a a server problem.

                              As a result I have to wait for days on end without money for my salary deposits.

                              In addition, the phone banking executives are clueless and the bank branch itself extremely unco-operative.

                              Kindly never take anaccount in this bank as it is extremely frustrating and pointless.

                              Has has the worst service I've ever experience with any bank till date.

                                I am surprised at the customer service provided by you Bank. I have been desperately calling your officials for the improper lien attached to my account when the loan was foreclosed on 21st April itself. I received a call on 6th May that I need to pay a balance of 447 which was also paid within two hours of your request by a net transfer. However, despite the due diligence shown by me in honouring your orders, I find that the bank went ahead and placed a lien on my account. I came from travel on 15th May and have been calling the TNagar office and no one is responsibily answering. I fail to understand how an organization like yours do not have a Business continuity plan and servers are always down.

                                Since I have been put into mental agony and pain in the last few days, If I do not get a apology mail and NOC that the loan has been closed and lien removed by 5 pm today evening, I will be approaching the Reserve Bank of India and Indian Consumer Complaints for resolution. I am sending a copy of this letter by registered post to them.

                                  Dear Sir , I am ( WAS ) an NRI account holder with your bank ( AXIS BANK) for the last 3 years having saving account no.[protected] .In november 2009 my debit card was slightly damaged and I had approached your Dehra dun main Axis Bank branch for a new debit card . According to the lady who attended to my complaint I was to get a new debit card within 2 weeks. However even after repeatedly personally approaching your dehra dun main branch several times I was not issued a freshcard and kept on receiving lame excuses like the head office is not repling or attending to my request. I still had faith in your bank and its supposedly efficient staff that on my one such visit I had even invested in your mutual fund launched in Jan 2010 .
                                  I had even personally written a complaint and submitted it by hand to this same lady to send it immediately to your head office but it all was of no use.
                                  Finally today when I called up your bank I was told that my card had been dispatched to my address and had been supposedly received by me 4 months back.
                                  I was shocked and immediately rushed to your dehra dun branch and was told something about an email received by your staff from your head office that my card had been sent to me and also that it had been received by me some 4 months back.
                                  Sir i was so disgusted with this extremely callous handling of my case that I was forced to withdraw all my money from my account and close it permanentely .
                                  Sir , I would like you to personally look into this matter which has forced one of your loyal account holders to be pushed to an extent so much so that he is forced to take such drastic action and break all links with your bank , so that at least in future no one else is made to suffer like I was .
                                  Also do give a reason why I should not initiate any appropriate legal action against you for the ammount of mental harrasement and agony that your staff has caused me .

                                    I farrukh, an nri working in Saudi arabia have a housing loan from axis bank, asif ali road, delhi. The loan was opened on[protected] I am paying my loan on time till 20 march 2010.
                                    Last year when I was in delhi I got the letter from axis bank in which they asked for pdc.

                                    I send the pdc according to their requirement. But unfortunately the letter issued by axis bank has mentioned wrong information the account number. The letter is with me which I can produce any time and I can send u the scan copy of it.

                                    Now I am in Saudi Arabia they are disturbing me time to time by sending e mails ,miss calls, calling my brother many times even making every thing clear by sending e mail and phone calls but they keep on blaming me for sending pdc (post dated check) with wrong account number.
                                    I do not wanted any litigation so I send check in favor of axis bank one month back. It was cleared three days back the loan amount 13375/ nri account icici bank I think it must be for april because the due date for may month is 20 may.
                                    I am quite upset in Saudi Arabia by their attitude now they issued me letter at my delhi address as defaulter the last 24 pdc which I sent is still with them.

                                    Apart from money they are giving me mental trauma and social harassment.

                                    Now I want to complain and request you to do something against harassment.

                                        My loan EMI directly linked to my savings account was deducted by axis bank but the same amount was also put into lien balance .
                                        Axis bank is the worst bank to contact and get problems sorted out ..
                                        I an trying since 15-20 days on all customer care numbers ,Branch numbers ..They ask for details and then bring some excuse or other not to entertain us ..They gave us some email IDs to send our problem ...The email ids are also mentioned on their website ...but they do not work and email bounces ..

                                        Pathetic Customer Orientation of Axis Bank ...Just changing the Name from UTI to Axis does not make you a MNC bank ...Learn customer care and value their time also ..
