Change of of salary account into savings account without the consent or customer or without any intimation.

Respected Sir, Through you I would like to state my grievance against Axis Bank, Nirman Bhawan Branch, New Delhi. That I opened a salary account with the bank while working in M/o Health & F.W. cheque bounced because of bank mistake

sir, This is for ur kind attention that i hv deposited my axis bank cheque(058867) worth Rs 7000 only in State bank of Patiala ,Hisar in favour of Sachin Arora Car loan acoount on 24th February but the bank has refused to clear the cheque on 25th February because of insufficient funds but there are RS 13443 in my account at that time .when i talked to concerned person in State Bank Of Patiala they told me that Axis bank has refused...

My debit card is expired on April 2009 and I have been continuously trying to get a new debit card and pin to operate my A/C.I have been continuously visiting to nearest branch Chandanagar, Hyderabad and requesting to get me debit card and pin number.I have filled application form several times as suggested by Bank executive in Chandanagar. Till now I have not received complete kit (Debit card received 15 days before but pin no not received even after repeated inquiry) even after repeated follow up and reminder.

      When i applied fr car loan in Axis bank fr a lakh,they rejected my application stating their is cibil report in my icici credit card.
      details-i didnt pay Rs6000 approx fr my credit card.But in my credit card statement their is nothing like that,even customer care confirmed their is nothing happened in my entire usage.they also said iam a prompt payer,in fact my money of rs1619 is in my credit card a/c as extra.I have paid rs 8000 well before and they are deducting insurance amt of rs 400 monthly other than that iam not using the card fr any purpose.then why this.iam not able to attach the statement

        i have not recieved a cheque book from the bank even though i have sent the requisition form in Nov and thereafter sent two reminders to the bank.On getting no response i approached the local branch in delhi who also sent a couple of e mails to the bank and also spoke to them on the phone.still the bank is not responding.i do not undrstand why this ineffeciency and gross neglegent attitude of the bank??? pl help

          If you forget your password for iconnect login. you can apply to your branch for new password(i lost three times). and also you can only try 5 times within a day.after this your account will be blocked for that particular day. but next day you can try again.

            Axis Bank Saving Account — No account existing in spite getting Email having statement of savings account

            I have been getting emails for last 6 months about my savings bank account statements from Axis bank but reality is that I have no such account existing in that bank. I am worried that may be somebody is using savings account in axis bank in my name and email address. Please verify that as soon as possible. Also if such account really is not existing so why I am getting emails from Axis bank.

              I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHEN THERE WAS A INQUIRY ON SHREE OMSAINATH CAR ON RENT DUE TO CHEAQUE BOUNCE WHY THERE IS NO INQUIRY OF AXIS BANK AT THE SAME TIME WITH THE SAME IMPORTANCE I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT MR.ROOPESH VERMA HAD MADE A COMPLIANT OF AXIS BANK WITH THE RBI BANKS OMBUDSMAN MEANS THE HIGHEST AUTHOURITY IN RBI WE ALSO COME TO KNOW THE COMPLAINT WAS MADE BY MR.ROOPESH VERMA ON 25TH NOVEMBER BY HIMSELF PERSONALLY I DO NOT KNOW THE PROCEDURE HOW TO RETREIVE THE COPY OF THE SAME FROM THAT DEPARTMENT IF ANY CLIENT WHO IS LEGALLY EXPERT OR HAVE FREINDS IN RBI AT ANY WORKING POST COULD PLEASE HELP BY RETRIEVING THE COPY BY ANY MEANS AND PLEASE HELP IN CIRCULATING THE COPY AND PUTTING THE QUESTION MARK ON ALL INVESTIGATING AGENCIES AND MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND THAT THE THOROUGH INVESTIGATION OF THE PROJECTED BANK IS VERY NECESSARY.

              Sir, i fully agree with you. I also have four schemes and feeling very helpless in all these legal proceedings. Its unnecessary delay and corruption in our system. I would request all the investers to be proactive snd send the affidavits as soon as possibly. Also the role of the alleged fraud by Axis bank needs to be scrutinised.

                Sub : Non Credit of Cash deposited over the counter inspite of several reminders.
                Ref . : Account No. [protected].

                As on 2nd February, 2010, cash of Rs. 14,000/- was deposited on as usually at Malad west branch Cash Counter and a clear instruction was given to the staff accepting the cash that it does not get credited immediately in 5 to 10 minutes like other banks. The female staff over the counter assured that it will get cleared in 10 minutes but it got credited after one and half hour

                (a) after talking with branch manager,
                (b) office staff and
                (c) after making 3 calls to the branch
                (d) and being transferred from here to there, Branch manager merry dsouza gave an excuse that it is first time in here operational career such type of activities have taken place. I talked with another executive who refused to say his name and his team leader’s name.

                Gr8 banking policies and Gr8 customer services.

                I was aware it will happen again, as on 18th February, 2010. cash was deposited on the Malad West Branch counter at 10.25 am...

                It can be seen from all the print screens of the internet banking account no.[protected] that even at 11.53 AM, no cash deposit is reflecting on the internet banking id with username[protected] from axis bank.. I sent a mail through my online inbox of axis bank giving complaint of the same at 18/02/2010 11:07 AM . I have again checked again and again. Still nothing is reflecting in the system. Print Screen of the internet banking account of axis bank showing time of checking and account balance have been duly attached with the complaint.

                At 11.59 Am, some of the officials called me with regard to tax challan of annaya govind naik, at that time a complaint was given to them, first they said they are from back office and it was clearly told to them the cash deposit is still not reflecting in the system and when her name was asked she disconnected the call. Wow, gr8 customer service again.

                I have given complaint with regard to the same to sandeep as on 13th January, 2010 with regard to the late credit. He assured me that sir aapka koi cheque bounce nahi hoga, tension mat lo… if there is no cash in the account then who is responsible for the dishonour of the cheque, bank will back away by saying humko puchhke cheque diya tha kya…

                As on 2nd February, 2010, a 2nd complaint of the same was given to the merry dsouza and she has surprisingly said to me that it has happened for the first time in the last month. the system is down. whereas in the month of jan and feb the same has taken place for 5 to 6 times.

                It has happened several times in the past and in spite of several complaints, cash deposited in the Malad west branch over the counter is not reflecting even after a period of hour when checked online.

                My client who was issued a bearer cheque no. 374646 issued in favor of her dated 18th February, 2010 for a sum of Rs. 2000/- has been returned from the cash counter after being told that there is no balance in the account. For this act of embarrassment and mental inconvenience, who is responsible...

                I understand level of knowledge of the person reading this mail and the person who will be replying this mail with sorry for the inconvenience caused. I will give you reason behind all this...Kindly show your poor intelligence to your relatives...the real world is more different. and act as you are working in bank and not at your home and not at place of your in-laws.

                The person who has been newly appointed at the cash counter is too much proud about the bank job which he has got and thinks now the whole world moves around him from the way he takes with customer and even your guard harishankar tiwari. What at the counter they are doing is that they are accepting the cash and keeping it on side...to clear the crowd. fast...whatever they have written in the branch that cash deposits takes 5 to 8 minutes is not at all true...and is just for fooling general public at large. UTI pehle uth gaya tha, now it is turn of axis...

                When they are called the nos. is transferred from one no. to another..and everyone says it is not my department..

                Copies of returned Cheque No. 374646, Cash Deposit Slip as on 2nd February, 2010 and 18th February, 2010 and this is clear cut deficiency in consumer services as per the consumer protection act, amended till the date. in other banks this does not happen. cash reflects immediately..icici and hsbc bank where I have accounts does not and have never said to me that system is down..

                the system is not down..but the counter guys and manager is down i.e. thakela and lazy...and all of them are having lot of misconceptions about them that they are working in bank...my office staff is more efficient than all of them.

                kindly take down my complaint and issue me a complaint no. and give a written reply of the same with action taken against malad west branch employees managing inquiry counter and cash counter, the guy managing your computers, server, and your inefficient manager merry dsouza and I hope you don’t reply by saying ye mera department nahi hai...yaha nahi waha pe mail bhejo..

                Kindly pay a compensation of Rs. 25,000/- for the rude behaviour of your branch officials, harassment caused due to dishonour of the cheque over the counter, non-deposit of cash due to negligence on your side in performance of your duties. The account no. is with you.copy of the same is forwarded on your email addressed also. All the necessary attachments be checked and verified.

                  Sir,

                  My name is Nitin Asthana, I have a savings account at your bank, but I am facing a lot of problems with the services your bank is providing me. what happened was I lost my Debit Card in December 2009 & requested for a new card, I got my new card but when it comes to recieve my PIN, I never got it when I inqured about it I got to know that it has been expired & I've to reapply so I did that on December 19' 2009 but again didn't get it. It was even fine because I was able to do my transactions with my cheque book now what happened is from feb 1st they stopped my all the transactions due to some incomplete paper work. I mean how can you imagin about incomplete documents after 3 years my account was opened in October 2007 & I never had a problem after 3 years, now I am in a condition thatI can't use my money.

                  This is not fare I need an answer & resolution of this problem as soon as possible.

                    Axis Bank has deducted Rs. 3066.00 from my account, account no. [protected] with transaction remarks BAGIC ON 9th January 2010. whenever i asked about that matter they told my mediclaim policy is deduced. my mediclaim had expired on 11 November 2009 and my money was deducted on 9th January 2010.

                      I am working at Sterling Hospital, Vadodara for the last couple of years. I had a Salary Account with Axis Bank, Vadodara Branch since September 2007.

                      My zero balance S. B. A/C No-[protected]

                      Axis Bank, Baroda branch has charged me Rs. 78.24 (on 30.06.2008) and Rs. 1,045.36 (on 30.07.2008) as a consolidated charges in 'zero balance account. The best part is their officers have neither mentioned nor they know for what they have charged me. After talking with them thrice they told me it was by mistake and it will be credited back very soon. After waiting for another 8-9 months, I have finally decided to close my account with specifically requesting them to give explanation for the charges.

                      They were kind enough to close my account without any explanation. Till today I am requesting them to revert those charges directly and indirectly through my Hospital...but, nothing happened.

                      This is to request you to do the needful.

                        I am Mr.Proloy Biswas writing from kolkata,in regards to the Axis bank breach of trust.I haold an Credit Card of axis bank whose outstanding is due as I am undergoing financial crices and as I have to run my family.I have called them for settelment but they didnot agreed on to that.Now when I have recived my salary on my Axis bank salary account (A/c No.[protected]) my account has been stopped and I am not able to withdraw any of my money for my family expenses and my account is showing in negative balance(which is never possible).Without any information to me they have done this which is an offence.When I visited to the nearest branch office it was told to me that my salary a/c has been lien against my credit card.I called up Axis bank Credit card department (the phone number is [protected]) and Mr Vijay (operation manager) told me they cannot do any thing as I am marked lien and my money will not be credited to my account as bank as full authority to stop access of my personal account which is not thier own property.But I have never ever told that I will not pay the outstanding amount moreover without my permission they have touched my hard earned salary account money.Now I am helpless and hoping a help from your side.

                        Personal — Complaint against a lien on salary account

                        I have a salary account since march 2008 with Gurgaon sector 56 Branch. As on 18th sep 2009 my account balance was 52,000 INR. i issued a cheque of 40,000 INR in favor of Sanjeev Dhiman, my elder brother who was in great need of money but the cheque got dishonoured on 24th sep 2009 due to insufficient funds. when i called ICICI bank i was told that there is a lien put on my account for 19,038 INR against a credit card that was issued to me by ICICI bank in the year 2006. this card was settled down on nov 15th 2008 for 6000 INR paid in favor of ICICI bank. according to the settlement letter (copy enclosed) that i have paid 6000 INR in two equal installments of 3000 each in Nov 2008 and Dec 2008. I also have the reciepts for the payments along with the settlement leter.

                        Now ICICI bank says that they do not any information in their database of this Credit Card account being settled in Nov 2008 whereas the fact is that i have recieved a settlement letter in this regard form the bank which was personally recieved by me from the representative of the bank. Above all Bank do acknowledge the payments (reciept enclosed) made against this setlement in Nov 2008 and dec 2008 for 3000 INR each.

                        I am in touch with ICICI to sort out this discrepency at their end and also had writen to the senior officers in the head office in Mumbai. Have also sent the scannd copies of the payment reciepts and settlement letter on 19th sep 2009. However the matter is still pending and i am being harrassed by branch officials and not being allowed to withdraw my own money from the account.

                        Hence i am forced to take this step.
                        Kindly help me to get justice thru your good office.

                          Hi,

                          I have a Salary account with Axis Bank. I tried to withdraw Rs 7000 from Development credit bank ATM on Jan 17th, 2010 at 12.45 PM. The account got debited but the cash was not dispensed by the ATM machine. Lodged a complaint with Axis bank who in turn contacted DCB who say that the transaction was sucessfull. When requested for Video recording proof which is present in the ATM centre, they deny saying it is not possible. What is the use of having a camera if it is not helpful to the customers. Request you for reversal of the amount of Rs 7000. My account number is [protected] Axis Bank

                            the customer service of the branch is in lowest ebb. all staff having aristocratic attitude,they are master of dailiatory tactics,therefore i wished to close my sb account no.[protected]. account from such branch.but my request not attended to. my request is lying in dustbin. the branch manager does not like to listen over telephone.he is not fond in branch even in business hours. i request pl get closed my account proceeds be send on the address available with the branch.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I am D.Ravi Kumar. I had two credit cards. One is axis bank & other one is HDFC bank. I used this credit card in my sister marriage in emergency.
                                but after that i was not able to pay that amount, but i paid even more that the amount which i used by credit card by minimum amount paid in every month.
                                then i stopped my payment for some personal financial reason. but after few month i paid all the amount with settlement (without knowing defaulter list),but i did not know that my name is in defaulter list by both the banks.It was the time last october 2009.

                                Kindly remove my name from defaulter list because i am not able to take any housing loan from any bank.
                                Kindly help.

                                  I had given an application for NOC for transferr of My vehicle(Swift) from Bangalore to Noida on 13th October 2009. The bank executives - Mr RAJ at Koramangla Branch didnt bother to inform me on the status of my application. I contacted the bank executives several times to knpow the status from October- December. In the month of Dec I was asked my transfer letter to Delhi. I prompltly provided te same. I was told that the verification report has come negative and they have sent for another verification at my residence which was subsequently done. The bank did not bother to inform me about the negative verification report. The customer care desk representative Ms Sheela, has today informed that the second verification report has also come negative. It

                                  I contacted them several times in the months of Dec and Jan but Mr Raj never responded on the same. Neither did the Bank Manager respond to the calls made on her landline number provided by the Bank.I even sent them reminders on their email ids asking for the status on the same. But their was no response from the bank. Is this the way Axis bank operates and harrases the customers? This is the worst service I have ever experienced from any of the banks.

                                  Please let me know what I need to do get this NOC from axis bank, Bangalore.

                                  I agree with this. In my case, i wanted to transfer my vehicle from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. The executive was not responding. The height is, i got the verification within 15 days of submission. When there was no progress in this matter, i asked the executive and he inquired abt my case. I was told that there was no such request from my side about the NOC. Now my question is, if verification was done, how they can say that there is no request from my side. I guess, either they have mis-handled my documents or they dont have any information.
