Recently when i went to the Axis Bank ATM to withdraw money,I found that there was two security guards chatting inside.I asked them that whether both of them will stay there or they will leave.To my highest astonishment one of them replied with enough rudeness that they both will stay there as they are changing their duties.But through out my transaction I found them gossiping in a very relaxed
way,there was no sign of hurry in their actions.My question is that are they supposed to stand inside an ATM and chat with there colleagues,when a customer is not felling ease with their presence?Throughout the country most of the bank account hacking caused due to this ATM frogerry?If this being the attitude,our money are no longer safe.Please answer my question.I am really annoyed with this behaviour.

    Respected Sir,
    I am Suranjan Das , have an A/c in Axis Bank Ltd in Dankuni Branch .My A/c no. is [protected]. On[protected] , a sales executive had come from H S B C Bank Ltd , name Sonali Ganguly , and offered me a credit card . She also demanded for as documents copy of pan card, telephone bill , two copy photos and two cheques, dated[protected], One is in name of HSBC and another is a cancel cheque for ECS (NO.-017197, 017198).
    Then someone forged my sign and changed the date from[protected] to[protected] in cheque no. 017198 and withdrew Rs 30000 from my A/c from Dunlop branch(Axis Bank).
    Afterthat when came to know about this matter , informed to Branch Manager of Dunlop Branch. But the Manager denied this matter and did not take any steps about this matter.
    Kindly, I inform to you , take some step and arrange to credit my A/c.

      Dear sir
      I have taken a home loan in the year 2004. for purchasing independent house from VUDA authorities vishakapatnam. Bank has sanctioned me home loan of Rs 360000/-.After one year i sold out the above property with the permission o[censored]TI bank now AXIS BANK.Before selling the house to the third party I have cleared entire outstanding loan amount with prepayment penalties. I have also taken no dues certificate from the AXIS Bank. The home documents were also handed over to me. After one year when i have approached for other flat loan i was surprised to note that that my name is in the CIBIL list. which was reported by UTI BANK. This is highly ridiculous action taken by the bank even then i have paid all bank dues with integrity.I have complained to this bank several times but invain.

        Hi,

        I forget my Axis Bank netbanking(iConnect) password(pin) so I'm using my account via ATM card only. Recently, I lost my Axis Bank debit card also so I immediately requested the Bank to block the card so they did it. Then I requested for new pin but it was unable to reach me due to somehow.
        These days, I could see a very good option in iConnect site where we can generate new pin if we have our debitcard number,expirydate and debitcard pin. I have all the required information with me but, I couldn't use that facility as my card has been already blocked. So, could someone help/suggest me how I can get iConnect password.

        i want railway reservation through the internet. but my card not supporting about password. so please send the details about process and do the needful for accessing in reservation for rail ticket and flight ticket and to all travel tickets.

          Hi,

          I have been talking to customer care for reporting an issue of
          threatening, abuse and mis-behaviour not only to me as a user but also
          to my retired old parents who have no relationship with Axis Bank. On
          my each attempt to lodged the complaint I was told there are technical
          issues and they will not be able to take a complaint and provide a
          complaint number. Finally I would like to appreciate "Rajesh" from
          Axis Bank Mumbai who called and helped me to find this email id.

          I had a Axis Bank Credit Card Bearing Number:[protected] which was
          lost in the month of 19th January 2009. After that incident I have
          never used the credit card at all. However, I have made payments
          during Feb-Mar-Apr 2009 of amounts with denomination of: Feb-5000,
          Mar- 4500, Apr- 5000 to a collection agency in hyderabad and the
          collection agent named Abdul or similar. I have the 1 receipt of
          payment, which I have retained after realizing that the payment is not
          reflecting on my Credit Card Statement.

          I have called the Axis Bank Toll-Free and reported the same and after
          that I had not received any communication from Axis Bank. Recently a
          person from Axis Bank called on my permanent residence and reported to
          my old retired parents and told them that I have defaulted on my
          Credit Card Payment and there has been a Legal Case done on me and the
          Warrant is issued but he can stop this hassel if my parents make a
          payment of 45000/- INR immediately before 12:00pm on 29th of April
          2010, as he was the Legal Manager, Axis Bank he could help to sort
          this out. My parents being retired with no source of income could not
          make a committment and told they would inform me to get in touch with
          him and collected his phone number: [protected]. My Parents were not
          able to reach me immediately and during that period this person has
          repeatedly called on the landline and threatned with mis-behaviour as
          my parents told they are not able to reach me.

          I called back on the number immediately and discussed the matter with
          him and also provided him with the history of this issue and reason as
          to why the payment which I was making regularly discontinued. I agreed
          that I would like to settle the amount with Axis Bank regarded I am
          provided clarity on my missing payments that I made during Jan to Apr
          2009 and wave of the interest on the money which I had already paid.
          This person was Named C.S.SAILESH KUMAR. Mr. Sailesh Kumar upon
          enquiry also mentioned that the person who had called my parents was
          Mr. Srinivas Reddy, Legal Manager, Axis Bank. When I asked him for the
          contact details of Mr. Srinivas Reddy, Sailesh Kumar mentioned he was
          not in office and he is not aware of his Phone Number.

          Mr. Sailesh Kumar told that the total due on my credit card is
          99,000/- INR which was not the total credit card limit even. Then he
          told me that a payment of 61,000/- INR was made and 38,000/- INR is
          pending. To which I told I have made a payment of around 15000/- INR
          so what happens to that amount. He said we will wave this amount as
          discount. Later he sent me a letter stating 26000/- INR as Full &
          Final Statement. Yesterday when I went to the bank, they informed that
          I would need a print out of the full & final payment letter. Later I
          spoke to my lawyer and asked for some clarification from Sailesh on
          email.

          He replied to me on SMS that he busy with collections and would only
          be able to clarify at or after 6:30pm today but I should make the
          payment by 3:30pm. I certainly dint see any professional approach or a
          process where customer makes payment first and gets clarification
          later. Hence, I decided to go to the Bangalore, Rajajinagar branch of
          Axis Bank Card Department and do the settlement.

          Later I received a call from Mr. C.S.SAILESH KUMAR from his mobile
          number: [protected] and he started shouting at me for not making the
          payment today and was not willing to listen to why the payment was not
          done. He started threatening that he will see now how I will make a
          settlement with Axis Bank, because he will cancel settlement option
          and I have to pay the full payment and how he is going to make my
          credit credibility bad. He was absolutely rude, abusive and upon being
          reminded that I am recording the call he got more violent and he hung
          up on me.

          Immediately, he called up my parents and started mis-behaving and
          threatening them on the call about how I am a cheat and not making
          payment to Axis Bank, which I feel is absolutely un-professional, not
          compliant to customer policy and me being an above 21+yrs and not a
          minor talking to my parents and troubling them is illegal.

          Request you to kindly assign a Axis Bank Payroll Employee who can
          contact me and I shall make this payment immediately. Also I would
          like to have a compliant registered against this employee of Axis Bank
          Mr. C. S. Sailesh Kumar for allegation on my moral, allegation on me
          for looting public money, for using abusive language and threatening
          to spoil my Credit Records and an compliant from my Parents for
          forcing them to undergo harrassment even tough they are not Axis Bank
          Customers. All emails, phone calls and sms recorded for proof, can be
          submitted as required.

          Please let me know how to take this up with Axis Bank Ethics and
          Ombuds and get this resolved.

          Rajesh I know him perwonally and he is a very good worker. I would request the customers to be polite when they approach the bank officials and they will giive prompt servicce. Regarding the Atm Card and iconnect, if the customer visits th Branchconcered he will find it there. I feel in genral, Axis bank service to their clients if much better then other bank. v. balasubrmanian, thaane

HE ASSURED ME THAT IT WILL REACH WITH IN A WEEK AT MY HOME ADDRESS. BUT AFTER SO MANY REMINDERS TO BRANCH, 28 DAYS PASSED I COULD NOT GET MY CARD TILL TODAY. AS PER RULE THE NEW CARD SHOULD REACH MINIMUM 15 DAYS BEFORE EXPIRY OF THE CARD. TODAY WHEN I ASKED AT BRANCH, THEY REPLIED MY CARD HAS BEEN DESPACHED ON 6TH APRIL TO MY HOME ADDRESS.             Axis Bank — NON RECEIPT OF DEBIT CARDS

            i have a joint account savings account (with my wife) [protected] in axis bank shakti nagar branch new delhi. In aug 08 my debit cards expired. i was out of india for a few months. in jan 09 i was told that new cards were despatched to my add but were returned to the branch undelivered. i applied for the cards once more but till april got no no response from the bank.I am a defence personnel posted to a remote location at west bengal.i rang up the delhi branch but was kept on hold for 25 min and then the line was dropped with no concrete result. i went for an exercise to delhi area from where i again enqired about my cards btu was requested by the branch manager to give them some time to look into the matter. This time period was to be 15 days wherin again on my call from bengal the branch gave me a blazeflash courier airway no the detais of which on the courier site were ambiguous.
            herefater i rang up the mumbai office where the customer executive apologised for the whole thing but requested me to apply for the cards again.all this while i believe i have been paying for the new cards.

            there has been no endeavour from the bank to contact in an event of non receipt of debit cards by me either thru mail or telephonically.i have an internet access to my account and there also a portal exists to send/receive email.i have used this channel many a times but to no avail.the bank has not even sent an email regarding this whole issue.
            i applied for a 2nd add-on card and twice the application has come back 2 me saying provide
            residential proof of my son. my son is only 17 and my address proof should be accepted. i also furnished his college i/d which HAS his residential address on it. wat more do u expect is not clear. plz reply.
            Aslo my son (HANOZ PATEL)has received his new card but i accidently misplaced his pin np. plz issue one urgently as he is a student and studying in baroda.

              Hi!
              I'm Gaurav Kumar Garg, My Axis Bank Account No. is [protected] .
              Axis Bank deducted Rs. 2100.00 without any reason and showing them as consolidate charges.
              Previously they have deducted Rs. 311.00 as well. And still showing Rs. -194.31 (-ve balance). without any reason.
              My account is a salary account and therefore it is supposed to be a ZERO balance account.
              When I called the customer support, they said that these charges are because I've made more than 5 transaction in last 3 months. I can't understand that how can a bank set transaction limit into a salary account?

              I hope someone from Axis Bank will look into this and refund my money so that I'll continue my account, otherwise feel free to close this account. I don't want to waste my money without any reson.

                I was applied for Axis bank(Saltlake,Sector-1,Kolkata) Salary Account on 30th of March,2010 and I got an SMS on 13th of April,2010 that my welcome kit has been dispatched through AFL courier service. Though I have received the debit card PIN related letter but didn’t received the welcome kit, check book and debit card and other necessary documents.
                It will be very helpful if you please check the issue and do revert as I am waiting for it for 1 month already.

                Axis Bank Salary Account — invalid deduction

                They have deducted money from account on the name of consolidated charges and service tax. while my account is 0 balance salary account.
                I was applied for Axis bank(Patna, 800001 location) Salary Account on 12th of June, 2012 and I got an SMS on 29th of June, 2012 that my welcome kit has been dispatched through FIRST FLIGHT courier service. Though I have received the debit card PIN related letter but didn’t received the welcome kit, check book and debit card and other necessary documents.
                It will be very helpful if you please check the issue and do revert as I am waiting for it for 1 month already.

                  Vizag Branch — Home Loan Cleared

                  i'll cleared the loan amount on 13-nov-2009 the A/c No: LBSKK[protected] and LBSKK[protected] alredy cleared the amount but dockments are not received me in Vizag Branch was not Responced So Please Responced me im waiting sinc 3 Months Ago so Please Responce me Immidetly My Contact No :[protected]
                  Dear Sir

                  I L.Srinivasa Rao having House loan account with your bank in Visakhapatnam branch vide account no. LPV[protected]. I submitted 12 No’s cheques in your branch for clearance of monthly installments.

                  The cheque no. 293199 dated 20 Apr 2010 was bounced due to the amount in Words & Figures differs. I contacted the visakhapatnam branch and paid the install ment. I have been penalised Rs. 552 /- from Axis bank and Rs.55/- from ICICI Bank. Moreover i requested them to donot submit the remaining cheques for clearance.

                  Now again, the another cheque no. 293200 dated 20 May 2010 was also bounced for the same reason. The penaltis are all same.

                  Hence, I request you to resolve the problem immediately or suggest me for further action.

                  Further requesting that do not submit the remaining three cheques for clearance to avoid the penalty.

                  I paid the instalment of May on 25 May 2010 along with fine. I will pay the installment for the month of June 2010 in cash mode and will submit the new cheques or ECS at the earliest.

                    Sahakarnagar Pune Branch of Axis Bank opened many "Salary" accounts of LIC Agents. These were Zero Balance Accounts with FREE ATM cards to operate the account.
                    After one year, they started debiting Charges for these Debit Cards (which nobody uses for shopping). Bank said they do NOT issue ATM cards As a policy but issue only ATM-cum-Debit Cards !!
                    No communication was explicitly sent about the Charges, and even today very few Agents are even aware that such Charges have been debited.
                    I had complained about these saying I do not need a Debit Card unless it is FREE AS INITIALLY GIVEN AT THE TIME OF ACCOUNT OPENING. Till date no corrective action to Reverse the Un-Authorised Charges by the bank.

                      My mother was not received anything from blue dart so why you send her acknowledgement.Blue Dart Courier vide courier reference number : [protected] on April 09, 2010

                      To day i received a percel from IPL through BLUE DART COURIER & I asked delivery person who was came my home.
                      If you want You can see attach document ,he say they are not supply anything from Axis bank in this month.

                        I am Arunkumar. S. I having account in Axis Bank. My account number is [protected].

                        My account is Salary account. Its Zero balance account. No need to maintain minimum balance.

                        But they have deducted Rs 738.27 as Lien balance. I called them and asked regarding this lien balance.

                        But they are not properly responding to me. I sent email to RMI [ within my netbanking account ]. They

                        asked me to send mail to concern manager. Again i sent mail to concern manager. But he is not

                        responding.

                        I kindly request you to take necessary action against them.

                          DEAR SIR I HAD SETTLE DOWN MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AS PER THE SETTLEMENT LETTER OF THE COMPANY WHICH I HAD RECIEVED AND GIVEN ALL THE CHEQUES TO THE COMPANY AS PER THIER REQUIREMENT WHOSE RECIEPTS ARE WITH ME AND THE SAME HAD BEED CLEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT NOW THE BANK AGAIN IS CLAMMING THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF OUT STANDING ALONG WITH THE INTREAST AND THEY ARE ADDING INTREAST DAY BY DAY AND WHEN I HAD DISCUSSED THE SAME WITH THE BANK OFFICIALS OF CREDIT CARD DEPT. THEY SAID THAT YOUR SETTLEMENT IS WRONG AND YOU HAVE TO RE SETTLE THE SAME AGAIN AND PAY FOR THE SETTLEMENT .
                          ONCE WHEN I HAD CLEAR THE PAYMENTS AS PER THEIR LETTER THEN WHY I WILL DO THE SAME AGAIN.KINDLY HELP ME AND DO THE NEEDFULL.

                            I am Prashant Jain, recently befire 3 months back I have joined Shyam Telecom in Gurgaon, for which I was given salary account in Axis Bank (Gurdaspu Branch). Despite continuous follow ups with Axis bank's people on phone & also face to face, they havn't delievered my ATM card's password & Internet Banking password kit. Account was opened one month back but I can't not access it because I don't have password of either ATM card or Internet Banking.

                            This is really very worst condition of AXIS BANK............................Totally Fedup..................

                                  Hi Sir,

                                  Few months back, i applied for a home loan through Axix bank which was approved and the senction letter was handed over to me in Nov'09. There was a validity of 90 days and if the dispersement doest happen within 90 days, i was told to reapply without paying any extra processing fess.

                                  Since the project i invested in was not approved by axix bank, i could not get the loan duspersed and the validity also expired. Now, when i reapplied, Axix rejected my loan stating there are certain unpaid credit cards. They are not paid since 2007. On asking why was the loan approved earlier, was told that there was a human error and the report could not be fetched properly. This "human error" of Axix bank is costing me 6 lacs since that the amount i paid to the developer against the first 2 installments basis the approval letter i recieved from Axix. Since the 3 installment is round the corner, i have no time to apply home loan anywhere else.

                                  i submitted all proof of the final payments made to the respective credit card companies( payments made in 2008_2009) to Axix however they are still not convienced and want me to get in touch with respective banks for getting the same reported to and corrected by cibil. Plse help.

                                  I am K Murali. I got personal loan from axis bank last year.
                                  Even though, I had given ECS mandate form for my emi account, it got rejected twice. For that, they advised to open a zero balance account. I agreed to open it and I submitted the document.

                                  After few days, I got nearly ten individual calls from axis bank customer care people and they told me that I have to maintain minimum of 10000 rupees every month as fixed. Two days back, I got warning letter from Axis bank saying that if I fail to maintain, I would need to pay Rs.300 every month as penalty for not maintaining account.

                                  This is utter fraud and I am looking for your help and assistance on this.

                                        My name is Azra Lakdawala and I tried to withdraw money at around 8:36 PM on 9th July-2014 for Rs. 5000) from axis bank ATM (my account no.[protected] of Dena bank) ATM at Bharuch Panchbatti Road- 392001.The transaction got declined and it said transaction declined. Than I left the ATM center and within a few minutes I received a message on my phone that the money has been debited from my account.I checked my balance and the money has actually been debited but I have not received any money through the ATM.Kindly help!!!

                                        Hi this is prasath. I have tried to deposit amount Rs. 2000/- ( 1000x2), After counting the amount it shown 1x1000. So i have cancelled the transaction and i got Rs. 1000 only from that machine and 1 no of Rs.1000 retained by machine. I need the money which retained by machine.

                                        Recently i have contacted with customer care people they are telling its fake note. if its fake not machine need to eject right.. how machine can retained. bank to show and prove that is fake note. in that fake not how serial number came? image shows the serial number of the note...

                                        I just withdraw money from axis bank and they gave me turn note which nobody will accept it try to Change it at the bank axis bank, they said no they can't change it, what to do?
