Matter is Simple here, why bank convert my salary account to saving account without any information and my knowledge. You know very clearly in salary account if i not deposit the continue 3 months salary than bank closed the account.
i was also costumer of HDFC Bank, why HDFC bank closed my salary account not convert to Saving account.
Now Axis bank charged the unmaintain saving account charged in my salary account without any information and my knowledge and stop the my balance in my account.
Please release the stopped amount.

On scrutinizing your account we find there has been no salary credit in your account.
As a result after 3 continuous non credit of salary a no salary harge of Rs 750/- has been levied and your account has been migrated to SBSA3 wherin you are required to maintain an AQB of Rs 5000/-.
Afterwards also you have not maintained AQB and as a result AQB charges of Rs 750 has been levied in your account.
However we would like to intimate that as the account was not having sufficient balance to recover the charges only Rs 40 has been debited and balance Rs 1460/- is under lien and yet to be recovered.
You are requested to deposit Rs 1460/- so that the balance charges can be recovered and also intimate us in writing through your organization that now salary will be regularly credited. Only then this account can again be converted to salary account.
Please note that till the time we do not receive any such letter from you this account will remain to be SBSA3 scheme and you will be required to maintain AQB of Rs 5000/- for each quarter starting 15th of March to 14th of June and so on.

I'm a existing axis bank customer just like anyone
I had two account from which i lost all the information i had of one account .
Just to let you all know that due to security reasons the customer ID is not provided to anyone via phone (customer care)
Instead you could try send an SMS in the below format from your registered mobile number
CUSTID XXXXXX010059X634 (CUSTID space account number )
To 5676782 or [protected]
Please note if you send it from a non registered number you will not get the custID
Reason :
1.Any one can get any ones cust id using the above format, as many people leave bank account number on webpages like this one and can empty our account in seconds .
Hence due to security reasons its not shared
2.Customer representatives may mistake a fraudulent caller as the account holder and could put our account in jeopardy
Last Resort :
Go down to the main branch of axis at your location and give a written copy with your details to a representative

For customer id you say to SMS CUSTID A/C no to 5676782. but the SMS doesn't get sent and we do not get the ID.
The customer ID gets changed and we are not aware of it. if you yourself change the customer ID then its your duty to inform the account holder about his new customer ID.

They made to go through hell for several documents, going to my bank to get sign verification doc keep doing it so that all other options you will throw off due to time you are spending here. On the last day they asked me cheques and two guys called me, not sure who, second guy said he has document copy of loan too. So I asked him to come. I was about to hand over cheque when I saw the % of interest its 13.5 .
Then I had no option to reject inspite of I need money immediately .. Then some one else call and ask why you do it. Now it will goons calling you. Not the nice lady who who engaged you till date, She will switch off phone.
Entrie thing is outsourced to third party people AXIS bank noway involved.
