To All the Officials of Axis Bank,

Please go through the trail mail. Axis Bank has not provided the required service till date. I request you all to please activate the service only after finalizing the compensation for the delay. The following officials of Axis Bank have not responded at all:

1. Mr. S Sinha – email id : [protected]@axisbank.com
2. Branch Manager – Maninagar Branch
3. Operations Manager – Maninagar Branch

The email immediately below says that there was a TECHNICAL PROBLEM. Please note that there are in all 5 items / places where a customer puts in the data in the form provided to us for the facility, hence the reason TECHNICAL PROBLEM is just to misguide the customer, who does not have any power and is at the mercy of the Bank Officials.

Please note that till the time the problem is solved I shall maintain only Rs. 5000/- (which is the AQB to be maintained) in my account. Any charges deducted by Axis Bank will have to be bourne by them.

Let me know the penalty AXIS BANK takes up for the delay. Once I feel the necessary action has been taken from banks end, we can discuss for the rehabilitation of the facility. TILL THE TIME, PLEASE DO NOT ACTIVATE THE FACILITY.

Plz take time to go through the email trail. The Branch Manager Maninagar Branch and The Branch Operations Head Maninagar Branch, have not even thought of responding till date. The email was forwarded to them on 28th April 2009, and After 16 days, u are responding by email and I quote - WE WISH TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE CONCERNED BRANCH AND DEPARTMENT FOR THEIR NECESSARY ACTION unquote.

Sir, please understand that the email sent to so many people, including Mr. S Sinha ([protected]@axisbank.com) has failed to generate any response from your team. I understand that your team is not at all interested in providing service to the customers.

I request that a Senior Level Person be deputed for the case to find out why they are not willing to respond even after 45 days of the request. Also, I would request you to please keep me in loop for the entire process to let me understand why and how the process is being taken forward. I m really worried about my future with Axis bank ( Please understand that this is the first account opened at the start of my career and such a response from Axis bank might make me think twice before doing any further business with this account).

Await the Right person, as your Branch Team Maninagar Branch and Mr. S Sinha are quite lethargic a team to serve any client. (45 days and CC to so many higher officials and still no response).

Please understand in this time of recession, my time at office hours is also spent in personal matters...

Axis Bank — accessed rs.5000 twice from ATM but could not get

this is to inform you that I, Niti Kanchan, a/c no.[protected] (savings a/c), tried to withdraw first rs. 5000 from axis bank ATM in shastri nagar,ghaziabad today on 24th-jan-2010 around 11 am but the money didn't come out as the whole of it got stuck. It even showed a deducted balance in my receipt. Then next time i tried to withdraw rs.2000 which i got easily, but after this transaction, i tried again for rs.5000 and the same thing happened, the whole money got stuck but somehow i managed to pull the amount and got rs. 4100 in my hands and rest went back and showed a deducted balance in my receipt
so overall, I accessed rs.12000 and could get only rs.6100.

I request you to take this into consideration as soon as possible and refill my account by the amount unrecieved.

Dear All.
This is Sourav Sanyal, Axis Bank Premium A/C holder, A/C no-[protected], during my card swipe at nearest ATM (IDBI Bank, Golpark, Kolkata-31) it was been captured. AS soon as possible I got the matter to the concerned authority at Main Branch of Axis near theatre rd., Kolkata. They initiated the matter as well as they promiss to reissue a new card within 10-12 days. i am very much sorry to say that days infact month has bees past they have not yyet taken any positive steps to solve the problem out. It every time when I got the matter to their concern of Miss Nandini One of the customer care executive, she always carried on with some false consolation. more over now a days they saying the my card yet not been blocked.
Now my question is that if this type inconvenience occures consiquently then who is the person to give them authority to do their business.?? I need immidiate action no time to spare. Other wise I am bound to go to Judicial issue against the opperation head and all the staffing against it.

this is to inform you that I, Vijay Mamnaii, a/c no.3114 Indian Oversese Bank Branch Mansarovar Jaipur (savings a/c), tried to withdraw first rs.3000 from axis bank ATM situated at Kanwar Nagar Jaipur (Raj) on yesterday 16th-nov-2010 around 17.03 pm and 17.04 by card number [protected] ATM ID s1ac01010 and Record No.2637 and 2638 but the money didn't come out from ATM and I ricieving tow slips by reason of "Unable to Process" showing on slip Transaction Declined 072. After That I rcived a two SMS from my bank I.O.B.to my mobile No. [protected] on time 17.12 and 17.13 that Rs. 3000/- each total Rs.6000/- was debited from my account by above transaction.

I request you to take this into consideration as soon as possible and refill my account by the above said amount Rs. 6000/- unrecieved.

I will explain you entire my experience with your service

27th jan - 2013 I have opened my axis direct account at axis bank Rajpur branch that time I was given an I code and I was told account will activate after 10 days then you use this I did the same which did not work

25th feb -13 I seek on line help from you Mumbai office they explained sir we will send you another I code through courier - which never arrived

Then I spoke to Subhasis who actually convinced me to open this account - he said he will ask the axis direct person Subhankar will call you and do the necessary - which never happened

I waited again I called them then I said any way I am coming to Kolkata on April 15th - then they said once you are at Kolkata please come to the branch we will do it

17th April - 13 I been to the Rajpur branch there they told me by next day afternoon it will done I waited again - next day till 1500 hrs nothing happened again I called they said please come to the branch now we will do it - unfortunately I been there Mr.Pabitra tried get in touch with Mr.Sagar he convinced me sir we are not able to do it however within 3 days you will receive this is my promise

I came back to Hyderabad where I work 3 days passed again I called they gave me a speed post tracking no ( EM[protected]IN) which is not a valid no I could not retrieve any information from that

22nd April -13 I spoke to Ms Sen who is the branch manager of the Rajpur branch she said we are really sorry this is happening with you however we are not responsible for this because axis direct is a different vertical they don't respond us however I will speak to some one mean while please send me a mail regarding what you have gone through

After an hour Mr.Samarjit called me in conference call with Ms.Sen stating we will send you I code though your registered email please send us a request I have done the same, next day some one from Mumbai office also called me to send a request mail did the same

Today 30th April -13 I called Ms. Sen again to enquire the status she said by evening you will get waited till 1800hrs nothing happened called her again that time she did not have any answer I asked her I need to escalate this issue further then she gave me your mail I'd and a board no which I called to connect with you they kept me on hold for 15 minute then Mr.Bidhu panda told me I can't speak to you since you are very busy and you are not suppose to talk to any customer.customers are only allowed to talk to customer care. Then he told me your I code is ready with me to send to your mail - we have taken approval to send I code through email we are just waiting for your mail which I have send twice then he said please copy to me the moment I receive the mail I will send you I did the same

After 15 min Mr.Sagar called me along with Mr.Pabitra asking to send him the same mail to him also then they will forward me the I code in mail

Exactly after 15 minutes again Mr.Bidhu called me sorry sir we won't be able to send you the code through we will send you through courier only - I asked him only one question why did you tell me lie. Then again I ask him can I speak to Mr. Gipesh he said I can't allow

After reading this mail do you think you are giving a good service to the customer

I never asked to send the I code through mail I understand this is a security issue and that's for the customer only but the code should reach to the customer through courier

I would like to know what you are going to do on this and what compensation you will provide me in sense the money I have blocked for more than 120 days

Hope to see a quick response from you if it reaches you otherwise I would have to find some other way to escalate this issue

    Dear Sir,

    I Have a Axis credit card.They donot use to send the statements at all.but i was paying minimum payment for 2500 for 3 mnths.But still i hvant recvd the statements.I have a doubt that there were charging me additional charges.But when i call call center there was no proper response .But i got some financial issues.They dint properly acknowledg me.Now recovery agents calling me and threatening me without giving space to speak to me and using abusive language.I am not able to answer their calls.Please take necessary actions on them.The recovery agency name is Leo financials, rama talkies, vizag-phone number [protected]

      Hi,
      I had filed a complaint to axisbank on 10th feb, 2009 asking them for a charge reversal which was wrongly debited from my account. I had made a transaction of Rs. 512 on 7th Feb, 2009 at pizza hut brigade road, bangalore.But this amount was debited twice from my account. When i checked my account online to find out that i was charged double i instantly called them up to file a complaint. Also i told them everything that had happened and also asked them if there was anything which i needed to do like submit any written request or the transaction bill. They told me that there was absolutely nothing which i had to do and the amount would automatically be reversed after 45 working days. I kept checking in between if everything was fine and if i needed to do anything from my end. They have always kept telling "JUST WAIT FOR 45 WORKING DAYS" and your amount would be reversed. However after 45 days when i called the customer care they said they had no clue why it was not reversed so they would forward the request to the concerned department again. After that i got a call from the MG road branch from Ramya telling that i had to wait for 10 more working days and it would be taken care. I again enquired if i had to submit any document or bill but she insisted nothing from my end needs to be done.
      Now after 10 working days is over the amount is still not reversed and when i call up customer care they have no clue why the reversal has not happened. They said that i need to talk to my branch(i.e MG road branch). I instantly called up my branch and spoke to Mr Eraya. Finally he told me that i needed to get him the transaction slip for the transaction against which the double amount was debited. Also when i asked how much time it would take he mentioned that it would take another 7 days for processing the request.

      Is this the way a customer is to be treated. I as a customer do understand that there are norms and conditions which the bank has to follow. However, if there is a commitment from the bank then it should be met. In this case it is just a waste of my time and energy running behind them and getting it done although i have no clue if it will be done at all or not. Does it really take that long and if you needed a transaction slip to process the request was it not the duty of the bank to tell me the same in the first instance. It took them 3 months and repeated calls from me to realize that they need the transaction slip to process the request. And now after 3 months they say it will take 7 more working days to process the request which is completely unacceptable.

      Please help.

          On 09th may there was a transaction of Rs. 28000/- from my account and it was transferred to some third Partie, when I checked with axis bank they are telling some one got my password and they transferred fund to his account (His account also maintained with axis bank) for this they are telling I am responsible for this and bank is not going to pay any thing to me but they will give compliant with cyber crime branch and they will try to find out the details.

            One more case of Axis Bank

            Sub:- Bank had deducted 1000/- Rs. from my saving account

            .I have already paid 1000 Rs as a QABChgs last month(April 2009).

            This is to inform that I am holding a SAPPM A/c in your branch in Sector 16, Noida No [protected].
            I wanted to transfer Rs 1, 41, 520 fromICCI Bank Bubneswer to this branch.My father who is working near the bank enquired from branch regarding the charges. The girl dealing with the out station cheque informed that being a SAAPM a/c there would not be any charges if a/m is below Rs 1 lakh.So two cheques of Rs.95, 000 and Rs 45, 520 were deposited.The cheque of Rs95, 000 deposited on 2/4/09 was sent from the bank for clearing on 9th and was credited on 17/04/09 and so I lost interest of full one month. Also I had been charged with Rs 111 (total Rs 222) for two outstation cheques.So instead of paying Rs 111,
            I have been charged Rs 222 only because of wrong information from the bank. If I was informed of the charges, I would have transfered the money ion line in my ICCI bank in Delhi
            So the a/m of Rs 222 should be refunded to me along with interest of one month for Rs 95, 000

              Funds were deducted from my account inspite of transaction failing. I tried widrawing funds from an ICICI Bank ATM using my Axis Bank Gold Debit Card. The transaction failed with a message "Your request could not be processed". Later when I went through my transaction records I found Rs. 2000/- deducted from my account. After revieving it closely I found out that the said amount was deducted from my Axis Bank acount when actually that transaction had failed. This transaction took place on 29th September 2008.

              I submitted a written application to Worli Branch Manager for the same and was given an assurance that the said amount would be reverted to my account within 30 working days. Since then I have made atleast 10 visits to the said branch and no one there has the slightest clue as to why it is getting delayed. More than six months have passed since then with 10+ visits and two written applications.

              Everytime I am given an assurance that the they have forwarded my request and said amount would be reverted in a few working days, but nothing ever happens. Please look into my request as I am quite frustrated by these visits now.

              Each time I have to take a few hours off from my job to visit their branch. It brings a lot of agony and frustration with each visit which in turn affects my work as well.

              I had very worst experience with axis bank and there is no value for customer money. Nearly 2000 rs has been deducted from my account without any kind of intimation as consolidated charges and if i call to bank there is no response from the bank, so requesting all account holders be careful while going through this bank. My opinion is nationalized banks are always best in service and they give supreme value for customer money.

              With due respect, I would like to state that I Arpita Deb bearing the Account (No.[protected] have found that
              an amount of Rs. 35, 318 has been misplaced from my account without my knowledge.The ATM card was issued to me by Silchar Branch.From past 6 years I have been studing in St.Petersburg.I completed my MBBS and came back to India on June, 2009.
              Presently I am in Delhi preparing myself for MCI test.Regular transactions have been made from Delhi.On 3rd Dec, 2009 my father have deposited Rs.20, 000 in my acoount.So in order to widrew the money I inserted the ATM card and found that the amount of Rs.35, 318 was missing from my account.So, immediately I contacted the Silchar Branch Authority regarding the matter.I have sent an application from delhi to the bank authority in silchar on 4th Dec, 2009.The Application was recieved on 7th Dec, 2009.My parents have also submitted an application on 4th Dec, 2009.They went to the Bank every alternate day requesting the manager to investigate the matter but yet the problem is not solved.It has been more than 2 months that our problem is not solved.It seems that the transaction has been done by the Russian federation.So, as i am in delhi and only 1 ATM card has been issued by the bank how come the transaction can be done in Russia.When we consulted the Silchar Branch authority regarding the transaction they have handed over a bank statement for A/C No: [protected] regarding the transaction which is not the solution of the ATM dispute.Till today neither the amount have been returned in the aforsaid account nor any satisfactory reply have been given by the Bank Authority.My studies are hampered due to the loss of the amount.The Transaction shown as per statement:-
              1) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:24/1000.00/643.
              2) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:25/7500.00/643.

              I did not make the above transactions.So, i would like to know-
              a) How can such an amount be missing from my account?
              b) Where is the bank security which is being promised to be given to the Account/Card holders?

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I am a regular customer of Axis bank credit card issued by VISA, since last 1 and a half years. I regret to inform you that it has taken too long to solve the problem by the bank. So i am forwarding the problem to you.

                Actually i had purchased a LCD Tv on 12th of October 2008 from Pooja Electronics, Baroda Gujarat, holding ICICI bank credit card swaping machine and i had swapped for the amount of Rs.25000/- in three transactions i.e in the parts of Rs.10, 000/-, Rs.10, 000/- and Rs.5, 000/- respectively from my Axis Bank Credit Card (Card NO. [protected]), on the very same day.

                The respective bank had debited my card a/c by Rs.25, 000/- but the respective merchant Pooja Electronics has only received Rs.15, 000/- instead of Rs.25, 000/-. So we complained to ICICI bank and Axis Bank for the same, but are blaming each other that the money has been already transfered to the other bank. Finally both the banks are telling that the money is lying with VISA. But still the merchant has not received any amount nor i have received any credits in my card a/c.

                For this reason the merchant is harasing me all the time either for the money or to return him the product back.

                Now i hope that i am corresponding at a right place and i also hope that this time my problem will be solved as soon as possible.

                    Hello,

                    This is almost 30 days now and I tried to take help from Axis bank and same time SBI bank but could not get any response.

                    Almost 30 days back I withdraw 3000/- rs. from SBI ATM, I swiped my ATM card and put my password and everything it made a transition but I did not receive any amount or receipt for that and when I made a balance inquiry 3000/- rs was already cut down on same moment. At the same time I called SBI bank and they people said its not their issue we need to contact Axis bank for that, then I contacted with AXIS Bank Customer care and I got a response that this is not their issue also. After 2 days I called Axis bank once again and this time they logged my request (req. no. 9047466, executive name is Megha) and assured me that I will get my money back within 12 to 15 days, but finally I did not. Then I called once again after 15 days and this time they did not give me any proper response and suggested me to contact with the branch I opened my account.

                    And now i have shooted three mails to the person who is concern for my account, but no response.
                    I need your urgent attention on this.

                    Axis Bank — deducted amount is not refunding.

                    I was used the Axis Bank debit card for withdrawal of rs 1500 from Induslnd Bank Atm (Jaipur), but i was not getting any cash so when i checked again my acount bal.it was deducted Rs 1500.imidiately i called up the customer care of Axis bank and i was given a request about this & my request no is 9094428.but it was almost 20 days still i am waiting for my deducted amount.this is realy shows the carelessness of Axis bank .
                    I was used the Axis Bank card for withdrawal of rs 1000 from Citi Bank Atm (Bangalore), but i was not getting any cash so when i checked again my acount bal.it was deducted Rs 1000.imidiately.I am worried for my deducted amount..

                    This is almost 15 days now and I tried to take help from Axis bank and same time city union bank but could not get any response.

                    Almost 15 days back I withdraw 4000/- rs. from city union bank k k nagar branch, chennai ATM, I swiped my ATM card and put my password and everything it made a transition but I did not receive any amount or receipt for that and when I made a balance inquiry 4000/- rs was already cut down on same moment. At the same time I called city union bank k k nagar branch, chennai bank and they people said its not their issue we need to contact Axis bank for that, then I contacted with AXIS Bank ashok nagar branch & i give complaint letter and assured me that I will get my money back within 12 to 15 days, but finally I did not.
                    I need your urgent attention on this.
                    I Did a transaction from my axis bank debit card on 18th march. transaction amount is 775.82 rs. I did this transaction for airtel bill. My bill was not paid but money got deducted. I have registered a complaint through axis bank customer care on 19th itself. My complaint number was 6159424. It was not refunded till 27th march. I mailed on axis bank mail id and got no reply. My second complaint number was given to me on 27th i.e. 6186443. Still on 2nd complaint money was not refunded. I again called on Thursday 29th march and complaint number given is 6198647.
                    My money is not refunded till date. I want to ask axis bank do they think i am a fool who will keep calling customer care. They are exceeded the limits and i am not more patient for this now. its now more than 10 days and they have not refunded a net banking transaction. the service is too poor and no one should open an account in axis bank. Even they are not responding to the mail. If i don't get any reply of this mail then i am going to consumer court and will file a case against axis bank. Its my salary account and then i will transfer this.
                    Its my humble request to axis bank that refund my money as soon as possible. please don't force me to take a strict action against the bank.

                      To whome it may concern

                      Today around 12:30 PM a letter from Axis Bank(consg no:EW[protected] IN) was brought to my residence(21.P.C.Das Road.Howrah-711101) by one delivery person and refused to deliver it to our housemaid. Our house maid is literate and can put her signature as required.
                      But the delivery person told that her signature is not "PROPER".
                      My wife and I are a working couple and during this time of week days we stay at our working places.
                      Coincidentally and unusually we were at home today so we could see the incident as it happened.
                      We tried to explain him the situation but he shouted at us and told that "letters will not be delivered in this way, do what ever you can."
                      I am afraid if this is the scenario, then how many mails remain non delivered to us? And if this a stray incident, would any action be taken against the delivery person?

                        My family hold NRE, NRO & SB accounts since inception of your branch in Madurai Branch.

                        In May, 2008 I sought Home loans for my two sons with all the required documents and Your Home Loan division dragged for one month and at last they told they can not sanction loan. If they could have told initially I would be very happy.

                        Then I approached HDFC with the same documents and obtained two loans of Rs.30 lacs + Rs.7 lacs within three days. I am much satisfied with their dedcated service. I preclosed half the loan and will close next year. Due the Professional negligence of duty care, your home division thus lost many customers.

                        Now another negligence happned this week to my Son S.Arun sundar who hold SB account in Madurai Branch. Relience Mututal Fund directly send the redemption amount to his account and the same is rejected on 11.01.10 by your Madurai Baranch with the remark 'Mismatching Name'. I am wondering how it is possible mismatching the name when the account number and the name from relience is same.
                        Your Madurai Branch has not even made courtesy call my son and verify.

                        This act Negligence of Dury care by your Madurai Branch is against RBI guidelines and Banking Law. Your poor service made me sick with mental torture.

                        I am considering to close my all my family accounts and switch over to other banks.

                            Dear Sir,

                            Last year I have applied for an AXIS Bank Credit Card (I was approached for the card by their Marketing Executive) and after I have submitted all the documents and the verification call and house verification, i received no response from them. When contacted at their Mumbai office I was informed that they never received the application (the number i had mentioned in my communication with them). I contacted the executive who took my documents and he visited again and apologized and told me that may be my application have been misplaced.He took my documents again and after verification and all when i received no communication from their end I again contacted their Mumbai and was told that though they have received my application this time, they cannot process it as I have applied for a "Silver Credit Card" that they are not issuing any more. But at the time of application, I was told that i'm eligible for a "Gold Card" and when complained to their Higher Authority, I was informed that I may apply for a Gold or Platinum Card on condition that I have to have a certain amount of Fixed Deposit (around 80, 000/-) for at least 1 and a 1/2 years to apply for the same.

                            I never expected this type of response from a Bank as reputed as AXIS.

                                  I have attached the mail below which I have been sending to the bank. I made a payment if Rs.1500 to the bank through the bank executive who came to my work place to clllect it. The Payment was not reflected on the accoutnt for the next 08 to 10 months. I several times called up the bank, but did not get any appropriate responce from their end. After 08 o 10 months I sent a mail regarding the same and then it got reflected on my account after lot of hardwork of mine.
                                  I simply asked for an apoloy and reversal of the interest of what they charged me however I did not recievd any communication from them regarding the same.
                                  Today, I got a call from Abhishek Kumar with he mail id 'kumar.[protected]@axisbank.com'. He was damn rude and was not professional at all, also he started abusing me with all those hindi terms. I realy wonder whether he was calling from the bank?

                                  This is really sad to be in relationship with Axis bank. Today the Abhishek called me up regarding the payment on the card, he was very rude and was not speaking parliamentary language at all. This is what you call customer service, believe me I can only call it as a pathetic bank with no customer service. I have made the payment of Rs1, 608 to on of your executive, just because of courtesy. Also I will lodge a complaint in consumer court. I agree the payment is now getting reflected on my account however it happened after 08 months. No apology from the bank. I am really unhappy with the services of the bank & will never recommend Axis ban to anyone.

                                  Sir,
                                  I have requested for Cheque Book through telebanking (Customer Care no[protected] on 17th August 2009 and got a Request No-9387814. I was told to wait 6-7 days. I asked on 24th August when I did not receive the cheque book then they told me your cheque book issued on 19th August and dispatched on 20th August and you will get very soon within 2 days, again when I did not receive the same I asked on 26th they answered me same and told me to wait 2days more. I asked courier details and docket no- to tress out then they refused and unable to give . I have been following for same to Kakurgachi-Kolkata (My Loacal Branch Office) they also helpless to solve my problem. I fall in very big problem for this because I am taking a financial asst from a financial institute where I have to issue so many cheques in favour of them and I am being failed in my commitment. Again today when I asked to customer care and local branch office answers are same as previous.

                                  You are requested to suggest me that what should I do or how can my problem be solved and what are the other options ?

                                    Dear Authority,

                                    Our company, ”GANDHI AUTOMATIONS PVT LTD” has a “ZERO BALANCE SALARY ACCOUNT” for its entire staff at AXIS BANK Goregaon Branch.
                                    From the said accounts, there has been a deduction of consolidated charge on 30/3/09.from almost 150+ accounts of our employees
                                    While inquiring with one of the executive at the Goregaon branch we were told that such charges are deducted when the minimum balance of Rs.10000/- is not maintained in the particular account and also when number of transactions (including deposits, withdrawals) exceeds 6 (times)
                                    When talked to the Branch MAnager Ms.Arpita about the same she told that same was intimated to all the account holders in the last quarterly bank stament in the "FINE PRINT"
                                    As you know even the RBI guideline rules out "FINE PRINT" notices and amendments
                                    This is totally not acceptable and we want you to take up this matter

                                      I HAVE A SAVING ACCOUNT IN AXIS BANK IN INDORE BRANCH (Y.N. ROAD) WHICH ACCOUNT NO. IS [protected]. IT IS A ZERO BALANCE SAVING ACCOUNT. ACCOUNT CODE IS SBEZ1. I HAVE OPENED THIS ACCOUNT AGAINST MY AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD ON 20/12/2008. AXIS BANK HAS BEEN DEDUCTED CHARGES FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 30/03/2009, 5840/- RUPEE FOR NON-MAINTANANCE OF AQB AND TRANSICTION CHARGES EVEN IT HAS NOT WRITTEN IN THIER CAHRGES SHEDULE BUT EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE DEDUCTED CHARGES AND THEY ARE NOT REVERSING IT.                                       The account is still active but the acct. in nil balance for over an year. I was informed earlier that bank will close any acct with zero balance for over an year. I don't understand why it is still active and i am getting average balance charges.

                                      Rs. 5000. But last month i came to know that my saving account is getting debited every quater Rs. 800.
                                      When i enquery about my concern then the axis bank is telling that the saving account limit is increased from Rs.5000 to Rs 10000. without any information to customer.When i asked to credit all the amout they are not ready to do that.

                                        Funds Transfer TAB Deactivated

                                        Hi,

                                        This is regarding my bank account with AXIS Bank LTD. My funds transfer TAB on iConnect has been disabled without any notice. When I called up their customer care they told me that It has been deactivated because you haven't used it in 3 months. Now they are telling me to visit their branch.

                                        Please suggest how to proceed?
