Sir,
I am a franchise owner of Reliance money ltd for Kollam District in Kerala.Based on the discussions with then UTI Bank, kollam branch authorities, on 2007, it was assured that all Reliance money demat account holders will be provided with savings bank account by UTI Bank and the QAB will be Rs 2500/- .As per that myself and 70 percent of my clients openned SB account with Axis bank.Now all of them are complaining o[censored]nauthorized debits by bank.On 30th april my account got debited Rs 1561.16.On query, its being clarified that due to the non maintanance of QAB of Rs 5000.00, they have charged Rs 750 and rest amount is debited as transaction charges for transaction done in a non QAB maintained account.I lodged a complaint at [protected]@axisbank.com on 2nd may, 2009, for which a reply mail was received on may, 6th, guiding me to send the complaint to Kollam.[protected]@axisbank.com or Kollam.[protected]@axisbank.com.As per that I send the complaint to those addresses on the same day.So far, after two months of waiting, no information has been received .Today again Rs 1333.7 has been debited from my account stating the same reason.
As the bank authorities are not interested to answer, I request you sir to kindly do the needful to resolve and let me get the answers for the following questions.
1.How is QAB amt assured to me changed from Rs2500.00 to Rs 5000.00?
2.Why didn't they informed neither me nor any of my customers?
3.Why the particular branch has not replied inspite of reminders?
4.Non maintanance of QAB charges is stated as Rs 750.00, How did they charge 1561.16 and Rs 1333.7 when I have banked only with the same brach where I have openned the A/C?

Axis Bank — not accepting add prof for change in address
I am customer of Your Bank, Branch : Kranti Chowk, Aurangabad. M.S. Request form for change in address given to the branch with Certificate of office with seal but they refuse to accept it & demand Light Bill or Phone bill as a Address proff, though they are accepting Certificate of office with seal for opening of account for same office.Pravin
