20000=00 deducted from my account due to atm problem

Dear Sir/Mam,
I "Akhilesh kumar" having account in Axis Bank.I transected RS20000 FROM UNION BANK OF INDIA, MAHARAJGANJ DISTRICT GHAZIPUR, (U.P) on 1st July, but I didnt get my money and Rs 20000 deducted from my account.
So there is arequest from me to check my account and deposit my money in my account as soon as possible. My Account No. is [protected], and card no. is[protected].

This the copy of letter sent to the AXIS BANK LTD., Gandhingar.

Dear Sir's

My self Brijesh Patel having savings account in your bank as enclosed herewith.

I have purchased a new flat taking loan from Syndicate Bank. So, I have to change of my address.

For that I went to your Axis Bank, Gandhinagar branch as per attached Customer Request Form with Possession letter, Telephone bill & Electricity bill of my new purchase flat. But their, No one were collect my document.

Than I went to Mr. Maulik - Branch / Executive manager of your Gandhinagar Branch. But he cant attend & resolve my problem. I also told him that I will submit agreement deed of my newly purchase house in proof my address regarding change of address. But he is not interested at all ! He is busy with some personal gossip made with someone.

I think that this is not the way to give the service to the Customer.

LIC of India already change of my address with my newly purchase house possession letter. This is for your kind reference.


I have also submitted my complaint in CONSUMER FORUM.

As per RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT please give me RBI guide lines for Change of Address.

This letter is question mark against your policy of CODES OF BANK'S COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER.

ITS ALSO SAY BREACH OF CODE OF CONDUCTS FOR EMPLOYEES

So, it is my humble request you to Change of my address in my Savings Accout.

Please reply me ASAP & try to resolve the problem.

Axis Bank — not accepting add prof for change in address

I am customer of Your Bank, Branch : Kranti Chowk, Aurangabad. M.S. Request form for change in address given to the branch with Certificate of office with seal but they refuse to accept it & demand Light Bill or Phone bill as a Address proff, though they are accepting Certificate of office with seal for opening of account for same office.

After registration for VBV when I tried to use the card to buy an airticket, the card advised me to recheck my authorisatiion password. I repeated the password I had registered. a messagecame up stating that my card was blocked.

What should I do now to use the card again?

Even I had the same type of reaction when I went to Axis bank koramangala. They did not consider letter from my company to change the address. When I told them i will close the account, that help desk guy was happily giving account closure form.

My God I had a very bad experience visiting Axis bank MG road branch I understand every organisation as its own rules and regulation but when it comes to customer satisfaction they first think about the customer and act accordingly but these people sitting there are all ... they have no mercy no humanity no common sense nothing at all they are worst than a machine...

No customer satisfaction at all I wanted to change my mailiing address very urgently and also wanted to apply for cheque book for which they are telling it will take 10 working days when I say its real urgent please do something they are not ready and when it comes to document verification they are so irritating they say driving license is not acceptable and then when I say I have my passpost they told ok but we want the passport in hand now to verify and when I say my passport copy is in my gmail can you please help me get the print they are not ready and I don't know any cyber cafe in MG road and I don't think there is one near the AXIS bank not only this there have been several bad experience that I have had with this bank they are not customer friendly at all...

My sincere advise is not to have account with these funny people who can't understand the customers need and all work so shabbily that no one can understand our urgency so slow and so restless people...

A very big nooooooooooooooooooooooooo to this bank am also going to close my account soon...

I move from Kolkata to Mysore a few months back. I requested change of address at Axis Bank, Kuvempunagar (Mysore) branch. After a month, it came to me as a shock when I found my address has been wrongly changed to some address in Madhya Pradesh!

On noticing this error, I have submitted a request for the second time at Salt Lake BD (Kolkata Branch) about three weeks back. The correction is yet to take place.

It disgusting ... !!!
Above said request is to axis Bank, so kindly remove from this list its not demo of this is disgusting which i have come across till date ... !!!
Axis bank only allow government ID proof for address update on account ... earlier they use to allow others ID proof like rent agreement, company HR letter etc.
Now they are making customer suffer.
Most of the ID proof are taken from their home town. But have to travel place to place in search of job etc.

What should we provide as government ID proof when I am staying in rented house ???

It’s making me suffer atleast to order for a check book .. demand draft online etc.
I am trying to change my address for axis credit card but struggling hard from long. Called customer care they informed to visit branch. Visited branch today but the member there informed there is option on axis website home page to login to credit card seperately and update address, but I don't see any such options. I updated my address in my bank account through internet banking but that's not reflecting on my credit card. Bank representative are not willing to help not sure even they are aware how to update address for credit card?

    Sir,

    I am a franchise owner of Reliance money ltd for Kollam District in Kerala.Based on the discussions with then UTI Bank, kollam branch authorities, on 2007, it was assured that all Reliance money demat account holders will be provided with savings bank account by UTI Bank and the QAB will be Rs 2500/- .As per that myself and 70 percent of my clients openned SB account with Axis bank.Now all of them are complaining o[censored]nauthorized debits by bank.On 30th april my account got debited Rs 1561.16.On query, its being clarified that due to the non maintanance of QAB of Rs 5000.00, they have charged Rs 750 and rest amount is debited as transaction charges for transaction done in a non QAB maintained account.I lodged a complaint at [protected]@axisbank.com on 2nd may, 2009, for which a reply mail was received on may, 6th, guiding me to send the complaint to Kollam.[protected]@axisbank.com or Kollam.[protected]@axisbank.com.As per that I send the complaint to those addresses on the same day.So far, after two months of waiting, no information has been received .Today again Rs 1333.7 has been debited from my account stating the same reason.
    As the bank authorities are not interested to answer, I request you sir to kindly do the needful to resolve and let me get the answers for the following questions.

    1.How is QAB amt assured to me changed from Rs2500.00 to Rs 5000.00?
    2.Why didn't they informed neither me nor any of my customers?
    3.Why the particular branch has not replied inspite of reminders?
    4.Non maintanance of QAB charges is stated as Rs 750.00, How did they charge 1561.16 and Rs 1333.7 when I have banked only with the same brach where I have openned the A/C?
    Hoping a favourable action at the earliest.

      As there was trial based facility was avilable getting any trasction on mobile I have applied for trail for 60 day that was free after that I don't want to continune the the facility even I have sent the necessary massage also even thugh the bank has decuted Rs 180 agaist this facility it is not acceptable I want my money back and hight of the case is I am not even reciving massages also ???
      i don't konw what thype of services are being provided to the customes

That time it was showing unable to process. But it is very surprised that Rs. 4000/- is debited from my account.

        Axis bank / Debit card — Amount wrongfully debited from my salary account

        My salary a/c [protected] has been debited by rs. 10000. Upon reporting this issue to Axis customer care and bank I came to know that the bank reports show that I have withdrawn the said amount using an ATM at 9:42 AM 4th of Feb 2009, which ATM they dont know, the customer care lodged complaint 8856266 about this, the Bank says they have not received any such complaint.

        I have been chasing people for a week now, making 15-20 calls a day, I dont see any progess on the issue.
        I Am A simple Man.I Am not rich man Rs 4000 is my one mounth salary. So please return my money in my account.

          I and 2 of my friends are really frustrated to the core, with following up on issues with AXIS BANK Peenya Branch in Bangalore. The manager and the bank people are reluctant to any any request, emails sent to them. I have been sending emails to help us reverse the consolidated auto debit charges levied on our accounts due to misinformation provided to us by bank officials while creating the account.

          we wanted normal SB accounts, but were lured by bank to create priority and smart privilege accounts. but were not informed about the average balance and other requirements. and suddenly we see consolidated charges being debited from our accounts (Rs.1200+)... and we have been requesting to change the account type to normal accounts, but since December we are facing these charges on our accounts. and have been unsuccessful in getting the charges reversed. :(

          we have not been assigned even a complaint number to track the issue.


          please suggest me how to reach complaints section and get redressal to my and my other 2 friends' issues with same branch.

              I have opened a saving account in Axis bank (JJ Road Branch) on 16/06/2009. The exec told me that the starter kit will be delivered to me with in 3 working days.But the was not delivered, only pin no was delivered. When i inquired about the kit, exec told me that the courier was not delivered because my address was not found.So i verified the address and ask them to resend it to me on this address.After 8 days when i ask them why the kit is not yet deliver, they said that when courier person went for delivery no body was at my house.But this is impossible because i have a grandmother who is at house 24x7. Now these people are saying i need to collect it from their branch office, or some one from there branch will come and give a hand delivery, since i am working so they need authority letter but they cannot recourier it.

              Hello, I wanted to open saving+Trading account in Axis and I have registered through online link provided on Axis bank website.
              One of their represenatative called me up and get all my documents and cheque (also cash for some formalities). He told me that my account will be open within 3 weeks. Its almost 1.5 months now and still there is no response from bank. I have asked in Axis customer care by mail and they told me that my form is never submitted there. I called up the representative and he claim that he already submitted the form, and now I am not getting any reply from Customer care for this matter. What should I do now? Can I make any big complain about it anywhere?

I withdraw an amount of Rs.1500/- as on dt: 14/02/2011 at Axis bank ATM ID no : TWAW1127, Samantaraypur, Bhubneswar, but unfortunately cash not withdrawal due to slow link connection but the above said amount deducted from my account. After one hour again I had tried same amount on same date at UCO Bank ATM ID no : DA039701, Nimapara branch, Nimapara, But same thing happen cash not withdrawal but the above said amount deducted from my account.

                Please credited my account as soon as possible.

                  This is to inform you that i am very disappointed with your customer service.
                  On 29th June 2009 i had been to AXIS BANK Mangalore to deposit some cash to my account. But my Rs.1000 note was rejected because of a very minute damage to the note. When i asked about this problem to Mr. Manager of The Branch he recommended me to change the note in S.B.I (State Bank of India) and he told that you people have no such license.

                  If i should change the note in SBI and deposit in your AXIS bank then why the hell should i have an account in your bank which doesn't have license?

                  I will never recommend any of my friends and family to AXIS BANK in my life.

                  I HEARD THAT AXIS BANK HAD A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
                  NOW I CAME TO KNOW THAT IT IS BULL .

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have a savings Account with AXIS bank in Dunlop Branch- kolkata ( A/c No - [protected] ) since more than a 2 years.

                    I have a complaint about my balance i have around Rs. 4508.78- in my account as on 28/06/2009 but when i checked through my atm card it it is only rs.3681.53/- remaining . i had got shocked and i want to know why and for what the bank deducted the amount Rs..750/-as consolidated Chages. and rs. 77.25 as Service Tax .
                    How this amounts being deducted ?? Can you please help me to short out this matter ???Plz return me the whole amount 750+77.25 without delay please. see into this matter and please inform by e-mail as soon as possible.

                      I was working in GE money homeloans Dst, but they closed down dst at that time i used axis bank credit card and i have not got job till today and for that reason i was not able to pay the bill but now i am going to make payment but the Collection Agency head PRAFUL MACHI in surat using bad words for collection and he says that he is very dangerous man. I insist you please stop that person otherwise he will responsible for non payment. Please revert me for the same.

                        I was surprised to receive a SMS on my mobile on 24.06.2009, in the evening that Rs.34000.00 and Rs.9000.00 has been debited from my SB A/C [protected] & [protected], through internet transaction.
                        I was totaly disturbed and made a telecon on [protected], the emergency numbers. They did not respond positively and asked me to contact at 9AM in the morning.
                        I have found out through the Axis bank i connect portal that the transaction has been done as per the following details:
                        Acct. Holder Name: Sunil Agrawal, Acct Number: [protected], Acct Type:SBA, Acct. Category: SBEZY, Branch Name: Kandivali(West), Mumbai.

                        Pls. look into this fraud and illegal transaction and help recover my money.
                        I am attaching the details for further refrence.

                          I have done a transaction of Rs 9142 at gold showroom through credit card and called the customer service of Axis bank (as per system) to convert my transaction into EMI the personnel there said that your EMI will be Rs1604/- for 6 Months. But this EMI system was not activated by him and now after two months I have again called but AXIS bank customer service persons are saying that I havent called and that my application of EMI conversion is not there. Now I am facing problem that this big amount is costing me alots of interest.
                          This is leading me towards mental uncomfort
                          Please help me in this regard.

                            I have opened an account in axis bank coimbatore with A/C.no.[protected], which is linked with a demat account and an online trading account. The staff who opened this 3 in 1 account stated that this is a zero balance account, but continuous debiting of charges took place for not maintaining the charges. I've made several complaints to the bank relating this issue from the beginning of this problem.They say and reply in email that they would definitely reverse the debited amount but this has not done for the past 6 months. This is really a fraud thing. People suffer a lot like these.

                              I purchased 999 worth merchandise from Westside on 7th June 2009. They swiped my card for 1300 and then void sale. But 1300 got debited from my account. Again they swiped my card for 999. First, they told me 1300 amount will come back within 24 hours, 2nd time I visited them they told me it will come within 3 days and also asked me to approach to axis bank. I gave a written application in axis bank also. Even after 15 days the money had not been credited into my account. The axis bank are saying it will come within 30 days.

                              I had to visit to bank and Westside many times to get proper information.

                              Finally after much trouble and 15 days, I get the cash from Westside after they took from me in writing that they will get it back from me as soon as the axis bank credit into my account. Neither axis bank or Westside is ready to accept it's mistake and compensate for that. Both are blaming on each other.

                              The dispute is given by axis bank on this is[protected].

                              I suffered all this because of Westside who swiped my card wrongly.

                              Action should be taken against this as this is wrong doing to customer.

                                Hello,

                                From last 1 week i am trying to transfer funds from my account through online transaction facilities,
                                but iam unable to do so.if i go for power registration there in final step it is saying wrong id and password but i gave correct details.if i try through funds transfer, it says wrong account number, but it is correct.

                                At the bottom it is showing, " For security reasons your access to all transaction facilities may be disabled if the same have remained un-used for more than 3 months. "

                                How can i get my Online transaction facilities again ?

                                  Mr. G Kranthi Kumar Ex. Employee of Alkor Technologies, Hyderabad
                                  Holding a Saving A/c No.[protected] in your esteemed branch.

                                  Whereas when he claimed for his Provident Fund with drawl, he mentioned this account no for credit his Provident Fund amount to this account.

                                  Provident fund authorities send the amounts vide cheque no – 373333 dated 27/01/2009 for Rs. 12274 & Cheque No -428169 dated 22/01/2009 for Rs. 6238,
                                  to your bank thru Registered post on 28/01/09 vide Regd No. RL No A0198. Copy of the letter from PF authorities - Hyderabad has enclosed as attachment.
                                  When employee checked with your branch authorities they stated, they have not received any cheques pertaining to this account so far - from PF authorities – Hyderabad.


                                  When we checked with PF authorities – Hyderabad for not receiving the cheques by bank,
                                  they are asking for a confirmation from the branch stating that they have not recd the above mentioned cheques. So that they can issue new cheques.

                                  Hence you are requested to look in to the matter, and issue a letter enable us to ask Provident Fund authorities - Hyderabad to issue new cheques.

                                  Pls help us to solve the issue.

                                  I have deposited a nri check on last month 16 that is on feb 16. the money has been withdrawn from the usa account with in five to six days after we deposited the check in india/bangalore. we have been waiting for the response from the bank and we called them after 25 days and we were informed that it would take 21 working days for the money to be transfered. now it has been more than 1 month and we still are said by the bank to wait 2 more days when ever we call them. they have been telling 2 days, 2days for the past 1 week. How can a bank be so irresponsible. when approached by us, the bank higher officials are giving us irresponsible answers. They said that the branch where we deposited the check delayed the process and that we have to wait 1 more week. If that is so then where is fair deal to the consumer. who will do justice to the consumer. do we have to bear the faults done by private banks. we lost a land deal due to their negligence. who will answer to our loss. we need justice and if any body could help us about what to do please help us

                                    As per IDEA mobile customer care above amount are not recharged the given ATM record & Received hard & soft e-mail copy of idea cellular ltd.also given to the bank

                                      I am having my my Savings A/c No. [protected] withe Axix Bank Ltd. Bank has debited Rs. 50/= as consolidated Charges (Cheque Book Charges). I am surprised to know that Bank have debited chequebook charges in my savings A/c in which usage of Cheques are very very very much below the permitted usage of cheques as per RBI guidelines.

                                      >Sir, I had filled up the Cheque book requisition slip and drop that requisition slip in the ATM drop box, after passing around 15 days I had inquired with the local Branch (Vallabhvidyanagar Branch) about whereabouts of my Chequebook, in reply Bank official have advised me to RE-ORDERING of fresh chequebook through ATM insted of manual re-filling of another Requisition slip, and as per his advise I have re-ordered the fresh chequebook through ATM. In response to which I have got TWO cheque books, actually which I have never ordered for TWO cheque books. Hence this is mistake on Bank's part and not on my part for which Bank have penalised me by debiting the cheque book charges.

                                      I am an account holder of Axis Bank Ltd. when I opened my account I am being told that my AQB maintainance would be 1st day (of Month one) to 25th day (of Month three), suddenly there AQB maintainance date changed as 14th of 1st.month to 15th of last month .I am not being intimated for that, and thus my AQB has not been maintained properly, and they have deducted Rs.850 plus service charges for non maintainance.I have already given a complaint for that but the reply was negative.
                                      Now please suggest me wahat should i do?

                                      when i have seen my balance on my saving account, i have seen than Rs 459.33 has been deducted from my account([protected]), transaction description is DPBill#[protected]oct09-IN300484, pl Clearly why it is deducted.
