On 30/03/2009 a amount of Rs. 700.00 hadbeen deducted from my account by the bank under the head"consolidated charge ". this is an Saraly account with zero balance. I have contacted to many times by e-mail but nobody is clealifying why the had deducted the ammount.

    Axis bank service is the worst service, its customer care cell is very irresponsible ……………I will never suggest anyone to be associated with axis bank,

    Subj;- complaint about Atm debit card no. [protected] of ICICI Bank, which has been retained by axis bank atm machine stationed at axis bank ifsc code no utib0000795 situated at rahe murtaza rampur

    Reference to the subject I am enforced to mark a mail to you, yesterday I visited axis bank atm stationed at axis bank premises situated at AXIS BANK branch, Rahe Murtaza Civil Lines Rampur,

    I had to withdraw money through my ICICI bank atm, so I inserted my atm card and it was swallowed by atm machine, within a moment I got receipt showing the transaction declined, and my card could not be spurted out of the machine, after a short while I went to the Branch Manager and explained the total scenario, he said to me that your card has been retained by the atm machine and it could not be given to you, and you have to contact your bank, after that I went over my bank i.e. ICICI, my bank manager said to me it is not their fault because the atm machine was of axis bank atm, he also said to me ICICI bank can issue a fresh card against the amount 225/=.

    Sir now please tell me whose fault is it anyway, I think my bank is right, coz the atm machine was not of icici bank so why should they get involved while the atm machine is of axis bank, and secondly who will bear the loss of the amount of 225/= which is to be paid against issuance of fresh atm card.

    You are requested to please look into the matter and sort out the issue, I am also the customer of Your Bank, but I am not going to mention my account number because I want to cope up this situation as a commoner .

    Axis Bank — atm swallowed by axis bank atm machine

    Hey, You their is no use posting message on this sight. First write a complain and submit to the bank manager. Dont forget to get acknowledgment on your copy. Then if the bank does not reply within 10 days again send reminder, again you should have a proof, get acknowledgment on your copy, ...then still their is problem write letter to head office...wait for 10 days ...if no reply after one months complain the banking ombudsman reserve bank online complain is to be done, ...usuallly they take one month for giving solution, u can get the money and also compensation. if reserve bank also not giving solution don't worry go the district consumer court file a case against the axis bank and teh reserve bank. Dont cry like a coward, learn to fight back.
    it means the axis bank customer should have no work except passing through rigmarole again and again, is this the solution of the complaint
    bad bank with poor service and status, its not wise to be associated with such a bank

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      As per Axis Bank Platinum Credit Card promotion scheme, I applied and paid the prescribed charges, and as per routine I received my card + add on card, and also as per promotion scheme I received the prescribed form for free return international flight ticket to any one destination out of three, they offer. I and my wife who is addon card holder have to finish our return journey before 12th Sept.2009 as per schem's condition, I also agreed for that.

      But now when I contacted in customer care of Axis Bank, they reply that this scheme has been discontinue from 3rd March 2009, but for those who apply after that date, but what about us ? who are already having the vouchers for flight tickets ? Actually as per the form details their last date of submission of form was 23rd March which I didn;t know, but it doesn't mean that for that reason I am not eligible for the scheme ! I am ready to finish my return journey before 12th of Sept.2009 as per their condition and even ready for what ever date and the destination they offer earlier of after the daedline of 12th Sept.2009. But at any cost I don't want to miss this opportunity, even if I have to knock the door of Consumer Court ! Because of this attractive scheme I became ready to avail the paid credit card against entry fees and plus yearly fees, what ever they charged, otherwise I had already six credit cards and all are life time free of reputed banks.

        I have paid thro Axis Bank Ch, no.824554 dated 11 April 2009.But still Iam receiving SMS messages for non payment.The cheque was dropped in dropbox.
        Today Ihave received a message to pay with penality which is not acceptable as iam not at fault.
        As this is my first transaction, request you to waive offf the penal interest.
        Awaiting for your confirmation.
        I have a Gold Credit Card Holder since 2007 which converted to platinum last month and got the PIN 05 days back thru Courier boy, the due date of payment is been kept almost last day of month i.e 30th or 31st sibce inception of card issue

        Would like to know whether The payment due date would be change to first week of the month or Not ???? or else I Submit my Card to bank and discontinue the services from Axis.

          I, a customer of PNB of India yamuna colony Dehra Dun with saving a/c no. [protected], transected for withdrawal of Rs.3000/- from the said ATM on 6/5/2009 at 19:43 hrs. ATM did'nt give any cash but entered on the slip issued for successful transaction. The matter was reported to the managerial person at the Axis Bank Rishikesh at 11:00 am sharp on 7/5/2009, the person did'nt entertained my application and behaved so rudely to lodge the matter with the PNB Yamuna colony Dehra Dun. Then I reported the matter to PNB D.Dun and officer grevance cell Customar care PNB D.Dun. Now Customer care Axis Bank is requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to do the needful for return of my Rs. 3000/- to my saving a/c reff. above

            Dear Sir,

            I have Power Home loan from Axis Bank. Along with the home loan by mistake we signed the empty form of Metlife insurance also which was never intended. The premium was given by Axis Bank to Metlife without our notice and simultaneously the Home loan amount was increase by the single premium amount of Rs.55229 /-. Now it seems there is no way out.
            Will this not be considered as cheating as i was not aware of this Insurance neither Axis bank has called to inform about the premium amount.
            What can be don now? I really dont want to leave this issue by accepting the burden of another Rs 55229 /-.

              We had sweep card on 07/11/2009 for Rs.88, 000/- in our office vide transaction id. 26316737 and
              inv. no. 000065. Unfortunately this amount sttill not credited in our account. We are doing this as
              per our urgency, but there is no seriousness from your side. pls credit this amount at he earliest
              sir,

              main axis bank ka credit card use kar raha ho .lekin last week kisi ne mere card se vodafone ka bill bhar diya, jo ki amt-rs.4575 ka hai jis ki maine koi transcation nahi ki. maine jab custmer care par baat kare to wo bole ki ek dispute form bhar do aur ek f.i.r kara do aur card block kara do.maine apana card block kara diya hai aur card replace ke liye 10 days ka time diya, aur mujhe kahin par dispute form nahin mil raha hai pls maine kafi pareshan ho, pls help me

                Im basant tolerating some bad customer service.i wanted to get my mobile office activated on my cellphone(nokia E61i)but im not getting.infact one o[censored]r executive told me to recharge with 30rs & enjoy free surrfing on ur cell or pc.i did recharge with the same amount,but i could'nt connect with the pc,when used on my cell phone i have lost my rest of balance too.
                this is for ur information start giving ur that service only which u uses to give.
                whenever i call to ur customer helpline,ratherthan sortout my problem they put me on hold,not issue to be putting on hold,the issue is they say's 45 sec only to be on hold but always make me wait for 15 minutes to 25 minutes,& after that without any response they do disconnect the phone.
                its happining with me for last two weeks.

                  Hi all,
                  Beware of Axis Bank Credit Card. The Bank released Rs.49180/- to Birla Sun Life Insurance on the basis of an authorization form which was not signed by me. Later, they are sending huge bills to me to pay. They did nothing after complaining nor replying. I want to see the said authorization form but they never sent t to me.

                    on 3rd march i made a transaction of 10, 000 from an atm machine located in clock tower(ghantaghar), dehradun. During the transaction some problem occurs and the money doesnt came out but one note of rs. 500 was half in and half out . i just made a call in axis bank, they told me tht they are coming in half n hour. i and the security guard of the machine wait there for half n hour then some Mr. Anand who was the concerned person of the bank came, went inside and put down the shutter. i dont know what anand was doing inside.
                    After few minutes Anand came out and told me that my money would be transfered to my account. after that i went to axis bank located in Rajpur road, there i met Miss Rachna Bautiyal and Mr. Amit Gupta, they also told me that my money would be transfered to my account as i am having my account in corporation bank with acc. no. 1923 in greater noida branch. After one n half month i once again went to dehradun axis bank to ask tht why money is not transfered yet then they told me that my transaction was successful and now they cant do anything as i have that security guard as a witness that i havent received not even a single money but one thing more that Mr. Anand told Miss Rachna that yes an amount of 10, 000 was there inside the window of machine but when he mixed that money with rest amount in machine then their balance was tallied as Miss Rachna had a talk with that guard and the guard told her that yes, this thing happ that day.
                    this was the fraud which axis bank have done with me. now i m going to lodge fir against axis bank rajpur road branch, dehradun and going to lodge a case in consumer court.

                    Question which i wanna ask..
                    1. if transaction was successful then what about that 500 rs. note which was lying half inside and half outside of the machine?
                    2. if Mr. Anand received 10, 000 rs. inside the window of the machine then it means that some transaction happened there and when the transaction was successful then it means that money was mine beacuse money never comes up to the window until a transaction is done.

                    plz solve my problem...

                    Axis Bank is really really a very Bad Bank I m totally unhappy with their services...
                    Because i m also having an A/c with this bank and before a few days something like this happened to me also..
                    I had withdraw some amt i didn't got my money but that has been deducted from my a/c ..I hv given a written complaint and they hv not even ready to give me a complaint no.. the only words they r repeating again and again r u'll get money back in ur a/c in a few days..
                    Now i m waiting when they'll cr.. my a/c..

                      I have taken home loan last year from Axis Bank. This year when I contacted them for loan enhancement for registry of the flat, I came to know that there is a policy change at Axis Bank and now they will not enhance the loan even for the registry which was promised to me at the time of apply for the loan. So, I got my home loan transferred to IDBI Bank. I have completed all the formalities and handed over cheques (one from the IDBI for balance transfer and one checque from my own account for the interest on 2-May-2009. When I checked my account on 8-May-2009, I found that the cheque from my account was withdrawn on 5-May-2009 in to Axis Bank Home Loan account. I immediately sent a request to Axis Bank to know when I will get my security documents. On 18-May-2009 I got one SMS that my EMI will be presented on 20-May-2009 from Axis Bank. I called their customer care executive and asked him why bank wants to take EMI when all my payments are already cleared by 5-May-2009. He told me that this is a automatic SMS and no EMI will be presented to my bank. But on 20-May-2009 it was withdrawn. I called him again and asked why the EMI is debited and also as promised to me that I will get my security documents with 10 Days of clearance of payments I will get the documents. He gave me a shock by telling me that my loan account was closed on 18-May-2009, while all payments were cleared by 5-May-2009. When I started calling him every day to know about the status of my security documents, he gave me another deadline of May 2009 end. They sent me a statement of my account, which shows that payments started reflecting in my home loan account on 13-May-2009 and they have charged me interest till 13-May-2009 (8 days extra).
                      Following are the points which I would like everyone to know what Axis bank do when you go for loan closure.
                      1. On 2-May-2009, when I completed all formalities and made payment for the loan closure, I was told that I will get my documets within two weeks. Now they are telling me that it may take till May end (almost a month)
                      2. My payments were cleared from my account on 5-May-2009, but they are charging me interest till 13-May-2009. They have some of their own process which takes 8 days to actually reflect my payments in their own books. Something like a Bhahikhata system where someone enters the payment at their own ease. I am thankful to that guy as he has not taken a long leave otherwise it may have taken longer than that.
                      3. My EMI for the month on May, 2009 withdrawn when the payments was received by the Axis Bank on 5-May-2009. Again a kind of Bhahikhata System where the entries were not done in their books when bank present my cheque (every 16th of month)
                      4. I tried contacting senior managers of Axis Bank, but there is no effect, may be they don’t interfere in work being done/not done by their subordinates or they are too busy. I contacted Axis Bank, Home Loan Noida Branch customer care managers, and then North region customer care managers, but there is no change.
                      5. Now I have to pay 18% interest to my builder on the remaining payments as IDBI Bank will not release any fund before getting the security documents. Also 8 Days extra interest charged by the Axis Bank.

                      I recently took a home loan from Axis Bank, the complete process was very smooth and transparent. It took exactly 6 days for me to get the sanction letter and the loan was disbursed in 3 days. I was quite happy with the quick disbursement.

                      The only issue was I had to take property insurance from Bajaj Allianz & term insurance for the mortgage from Met Life, even though this was informed to me at the first instance by the Axis Bank executive that these are mandatory, surprising the Axis Bank sanction letter terms & conditions mentioned these as optional.

                      The Metlife premium seems to be on the higher side compared to equivalent plans.

                        Bank has debited Rs 650 as a transaction charge on saving bank account for one quarter ending Mar 09 and Rs 295 was debited for QE Dec 08 for similar reason. I sent mails and several reminders asking for details from the bank but so far no response. When contacted over customer care phone no. [protected] yester day (23.4.09)at about 5 pm, they were irresponsible to say that we cannot verify and asked me to contact home-branch.

                        Now the news is that Axis bank has started charging their account holders @ Rs 50 per transaction effected except through ATMs.

                        How the bank can start charging for every transaction? Govt, on one hand encourages transctions through banking channel but here the banks have started charging @ Rs 50 per transction. This quite detrimental to the small and medium class public holding saving account in the banks.

                        Even it appears RBI have no say in the banks charing interest or service charge on their customers. These banks after providing incentives while opening the account starts debiting charges to the account without even getting concurrence from the customers. Now the bank is saying you can close the account if not interested.

                        People are left high and dry. Is any one to look into this ????

                        Dear Sir

                        I had opened above mentioned Savings Account with your Branch with a condition of Rs.2500/- minimum Quarterly Balance.

                        However, I was shocked to receive my recent Bank Statement wherein an amount of Rs.750/- has been deducted on account of Below Credit Limit Balance. Since I had balance above Rs.2500/- (Approx. Rs.4000/- quarterly balance being maintained), I enquired to your bank. I was surprised to know that my Quarterly Balance has been revised to Rs.5000/- minimum Quarterly Balance, without any intimation to me from your bank.

                        Neither I had received any written communication nor Verbal from your bank informing about revision of my limit from existing Rs.2500/- to Rs.5000/- per quarter. Further, I an amount of Rs.700/- has also been deducted on account o[censored]sage of Axis Bank ATMs more than 5 times. It is most shocking since I had used my ATM Card at Axis Bank ATMs only and not at any other Bank ATMs.

                        You are requested to kindly look into the above and Credit not only the aforesaid deducted charges to my account but any other charges also which have been deducted on account of above since I have suffered for no fault of mine.

                        Further, also kindly intimate me the current Quarterly Balance Limit which I have to maintain to operate this account. It may please be noted that failure to do the needful from your end will force me to Close the said account. I await your further advise in this regard.

                          Unfortunately I have lost my Debit card on dated 16 May, 2009. The founder has used my debit card no [protected] and purchased mobile phon/accessories as per Axis bank statement PUR/MOBILE POINT/[protected]/170509/21 and PUR/MOBILE POINT/[protected]/170509/21 from Mobile point shop on dated 17.05.2009.

                          Sir,

                          As per ethics/rules of the banks the signatures are always being verified before any transaction is made.
                          Once the founder has purchased the above said items by swapping the card and signing the purchased slip.
                          Ultimately the slip might have come to Axix Bank Indirapuram Ghaziabad (My Salary A/C Bank). It is sure that the signature might have not been verified by the bank staff and blindly transferred the amt. ( Rs. 12607+1887=14494/-) which is a big amt for me. May I request you sir, to help me to get my said amt refunded in my above said a/c.

                            I Have taken balance transfer from Axis Bank to Barclays of rs 30000 in Oct 2008, unfortunately it was drawn in drop boxe of axis bank. In dec 2008 I was requested him many times to cancell, they were informed me that they require scanned copy of the indemnity bond worth Rs.100 on 23rd dec, ref:no[protected].They issued cheque of balance transfer over phone but not cancell after many verbal & written request. I was mailed scanned copy of the indemnity bond worth Rs.100 on 20th jan.09, but they have not cancelled. On 31st mar they have informed me that they have not recieved. Again I forwarded the mail of 20th jan on 31st jan in favour of scanned copy of indemnity bond. They have not cancelled and giving excuse that your phone was out of range. Everything is going on written communication and they are trying my phoe-what is joke? Still the have not cancelled balance transfer cheque and demanded physical copy, if physical cop was required than why they were demanded scanned copy.

                            Hence I request to you kindly take an strong action.

                              I tried to withdraw 5000 rs using axis bank debit card from ICICI ATM m/c on 02.05.09.But no money has come out from m/c and my balance was reduced by 5000 . I reported the complaint on 04.02.09.                                   Dear sir,
                                  I have a AXIS BANK Credit cad (Silver).My credit card number is [protected]. I have dropped a cheque for the full amount towards the statement for the month of November 2008 in an ATM of AXIS BANK. They have missed my cheque and asked for payment by cash. They claimed less than what I need to pay. I made stop payment for the cheque and paid the money by cash. In the next month statement, they imposed penalty and asked me to pay the amount. I refused to pay the amount and informed the custoer care by mail and insisted that I am ready to pay principle amount if any. But, no reply inspite of my repeated mail. But every month till today, they were sending the statements with addition of penalty for each month. I have spoken to the customer care many times but nothing concrete happpend. I am fed up with their calls. How many times, I can reply the same thing?

                                  When somebody called up from collections division, I repeated the same thing. They asked me to talk to the customer care. They gave the number[protected]. But it seems this number is not in use.

                                  I never shied away from paying the amount what I transacted with credit card. I think there is no proper system in AXIS BANK. I dont want to receive calls or statement any more. Let them come out with a summary of statement from September 2008. I am ready to pay if I need to pay any principle amount. Otherwise, I am ready to face any legal proceedings.

                                  I have a AXIS BANK Credit cad (Titanium).My credit card number is [protected]. I recieved my july2012 credit card statement, in that they are mentioned debit bounce charges 300Rs and service charges 37RS without intimation. I payed my credit card bill within time regularly, eventhough they are adding penalty in my statement.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    I was having a salary a/c with the axis bank Rajouri Garden Branch since 2005 with name of Chiranjeev Singh Nanda a/c no [protected]. When i left the job they changed my salary a/c to some other scheme a/c (SAPPL) without informing me and after that they imposed some consolidation charges on it of RS.220.20/- on[protected] saying that i have done more than 9 transactions in 3 months, before this i have done so many transaction but non charges have been imposed.They said that this is the new schedule of charge.

                                    This is the duty of the bank to inform me about changes made to my a/c and without informing to the user they cant deduct any charges. if the new schedule is released, they must have informed me prior any deduction. When i asked them to reverse the charges, they denied to do so.

                                    Kindly help me in this matter n do the needfull.

                                      Myself Nirav Shah, I withdraw 10, 000 Rs. of my Axis bank debit card from other ATM ( ICICI-Nehrubridge, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujrat ), I am not getting any money from ATM and received only sleep, which shows that 10, 000/- deduct from my Axis account. After that once again i windrow 5000/- and getting transaction ok.
                                      Within 30 mints i already put application requires at your Ahmedabad Law Garden branch with attach transaction slip of 10, 000/- and 5000/- and last 10 transaction details copy.
                                      I surprise that Axis people said that this query will be solved within 30-45 days. Is it ok??
                                      And also I surprise when Axis Bank staff said "Do not transaction Axis debit card from any other ATM” if you know there is problem occurred frequently so why you not suggest your customers before make them in trouble?
                                      I have 22 K salary and my 10, 000/- rupees stuck up (45 % salary) due to your internal technical fault. Is there any solution or make any policy to re-immerse temporary some of my money??
                                      Maximum 72 hours is enough to know and solve the query.

                                      Pls guide what I have to do to get back my money?

                                      HERE is the details,


                                      My self Nirav Shah, i widhraw 10, 000 Rs. of my Axix bank debit card from other ATM ( ICICI-Nehrubridge, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujrat ), i am not getting any money from ATM and recived only sleep, which shows that 10, 000/- deduct fom my Axis account. THE BANK OUSOURCED ME THROUGH THE I SMART GOLBAL PVT LTD. IN FEB 2009 AXIS BANK RAC HEAD MR. MERZYAN PATEL TOOK A MEETING WITH ALL BACK OFFICE STAFF & INFORMED US THAT THE BANK HAD DECIDED TO DISCOUNTINUE THE I SMART GLOBAL PVT LTD & HE ASKED US TO RESIGNE FROM THE I SMART GLOBAL PVT LTD.
