on 3rd march i made a transaction of 10, 000 from an atm machine located in clock tower(ghantaghar), dehradun. During the transaction some problem occurs and the money doesnt came out but one note of rs. 500 was half in and half out . i just made a call in axis bank, they told me tht they are coming in half n hour. i and the security guard of the machine wait there for half n hour then some Mr. Anand who was the concerned person of the bank came, went inside and put down the shutter. i dont know what anand was doing inside.
After few minutes Anand came out and told me that my money would be transfered to my account. after that i went to axis bank located in Rajpur road, there i met Miss Rachna Bautiyal and Mr. Amit Gupta, they also told me that my money would be transfered to my account as i am having my account in corporation bank with acc. no. 1923 in greater noida branch. After one n half month i once again went to dehradun axis bank to ask tht why money is not transfered yet then they told me that my transaction was successful and now they cant do anything as i have that security guard as a witness that i havent received not even a single money but one thing more that Mr. Anand told Miss Rachna that yes an amount of 10, 000 was there inside the window of machine but when he mixed that money with rest amount in machine then their balance was tallied as Miss Rachna had a talk with that guard and the guard told her that yes, this thing happ that day.
this was the fraud which axis bank have done with me. now i m going to lodge fir against axis bank rajpur road branch, dehradun and going to lodge a case in consumer court.

Question which i wanna ask..
1. if transaction was successful then what about that 500 rs. note which was lying half inside and half outside of the machine?
2. if Mr. Anand received 10, 000 rs. inside the window of the machine then it means that some transaction happened there and when the transaction was successful then it means that money was mine beacuse money never comes up to the window until a transaction is done.

plz solve my problem...

Axis Bank is really really a very Bad Bank I m totally unhappy with their services...
Because i m also having an A/c with this bank and before a few days something like this happened to me also..
I had withdraw some amt i didn't got my money but that has been deducted from my a/c ..I hv given a written complaint and they hv not even ready to give me a complaint no.. the only words they r repeating again and again r u'll get money back in ur a/c in a few days..
Now i m waiting when they'll cr.. my a/c..

    Hi

    I have taken home loan last year from Axis Bank. This year when I contacted them for loan enhancement for registry of the flat, I came to know that there is a policy change at Axis Bank and now they will not enhance the loan even for the registry which was promised to me at the time of apply for the loan. So, I got my home loan transferred to IDBI Bank. I have completed all the formalities and handed over cheques (one from the IDBI for balance transfer and one checque from my own account for the interest on 2-May-2009. When I checked my account on 8-May-2009, I found that the cheque from my account was withdrawn on 5-May-2009 in to Axis Bank Home Loan account. I immediately sent a request to Axis Bank to know when I will get my security documents. On 18-May-2009 I got one SMS that my EMI will be presented on 20-May-2009 from Axis Bank. I called their customer care executive and asked him why bank wants to take EMI when all my payments are already cleared by 5-May-2009. He told me that this is a automatic SMS and no EMI will be presented to my bank. But on 20-May-2009 it was withdrawn. I called him again and asked why the EMI is debited and also as promised to me that I will get my security documents with 10 Days of clearance of payments I will get the documents. He gave me a shock by telling me that my loan account was closed on 18-May-2009, while all payments were cleared by 5-May-2009. When I started calling him every day to know about the status of my security documents, he gave me another deadline of May 2009 end. They sent me a statement of my account, which shows that payments started reflecting in my home loan account on 13-May-2009 and they have charged me interest till 13-May-2009 (8 days extra).
    Following are the points which I would like everyone to know what Axis bank do when you go for loan closure.
    1. On 2-May-2009, when I completed all formalities and made payment for the loan closure, I was told that I will get my documets within two weeks. Now they are telling me that it may take till May end (almost a month)
    2. My payments were cleared from my account on 5-May-2009, but they are charging me interest till 13-May-2009. They have some of their own process which takes 8 days to actually reflect my payments in their own books. Something like a Bhahikhata system where someone enters the payment at their own ease. I am thankful to that guy as he has not taken a long leave otherwise it may have taken longer than that.
    3. My EMI for the month on May, 2009 withdrawn when the payments was received by the Axis Bank on 5-May-2009. Again a kind of Bhahikhata System where the entries were not done in their books when bank present my cheque (every 16th of month)
    4. I tried contacting senior managers of Axis Bank, but there is no effect, may be they don’t interfere in work being done/not done by their subordinates or they are too busy. I contacted Axis Bank, Home Loan Noida Branch customer care managers, and then North region customer care managers, but there is no change.
    5. Now I have to pay 18% interest to my builder on the remaining payments as IDBI Bank will not release any fund before getting the security documents. Also 8 Days extra interest charged by the Axis Bank.

    I recently took a home loan from Axis Bank, the complete process was very smooth and transparent. It took exactly 6 days for me to get the sanction letter and the loan was disbursed in 3 days. I was quite happy with the quick disbursement.

    The only issue was I had to take property insurance from Bajaj Allianz & term insurance for the mortgage from Met Life, even though this was informed to me at the first instance by the Axis Bank executive that these are mandatory, surprising the Axis Bank sanction letter terms & conditions mentioned these as optional.

    The Metlife premium seems to be on the higher side compared to equivalent plans.

      Bank has debited Rs 650 as a transaction charge on saving bank account for one quarter ending Mar 09 and Rs 295 was debited for QE Dec 08 for similar reason. I sent mails and several reminders asking for details from the bank but so far no response. When contacted over customer care phone no. [protected] yester day (23.4.09)at about 5 pm, they were irresponsible to say that we cannot verify and asked me to contact home-branch.

      Now the news is that Axis bank has started charging their account holders @ Rs 50 per transaction effected except through ATMs.

      How the bank can start charging for every transaction? Govt, on one hand encourages transctions through banking channel but here the banks have started charging @ Rs 50 per transction. This quite detrimental to the small and medium class public holding saving account in the banks.

      Even it appears RBI have no say in the banks charing interest or service charge on their customers. These banks after providing incentives while opening the account starts debiting charges to the account without even getting concurrence from the customers. Now the bank is saying you can close the account if not interested.

      People are left high and dry. Is any one to look into this ????

      Sub : Deduction on Account of Below Limit Balance

      Dear Sir

      I had opened above mentioned Savings Account with your Branch with a condition of Rs.2500/- minimum Quarterly Balance.

      However, I was shocked to receive my recent Bank Statement wherein an amount of Rs.750/- has been deducted on account of Below Credit Limit Balance. Since I had balance above Rs.2500/- (Approx. Rs.4000/- quarterly balance being maintained), I enquired to your bank. I was surprised to know that my Quarterly Balance has been revised to Rs.5000/- minimum Quarterly Balance, without any intimation to me from your bank.

      Neither I had received any written communication nor Verbal from your bank informing about revision of my limit from existing Rs.2500/- to Rs.5000/- per quarter. Further, I an amount of Rs.700/- has also been deducted on account o[censored]sage of Axis Bank ATMs more than 5 times. It is most shocking since I had used my ATM Card at Axis Bank ATMs only and not at any other Bank ATMs.

      You are requested to kindly look into the above and Credit not only the aforesaid deducted charges to my account but any other charges also which have been deducted on account of above since I have suffered for no fault of mine.

      Further, also kindly intimate me the current Quarterly Balance Limit which I have to maintain to operate this account. It may please be noted that failure to do the needful from your end will force me to Close the said account. I await your further advise in this regard.

        Dear Sir,
        Unfortunately I have lost my Debit card on dated 16 May, 2009. The founder has used my debit card no [protected] and purchased mobile phon/accessories as per Axis bank statement PUR/MOBILE POINT/[protected]/170509/21 and PUR/MOBILE POINT/[protected]/170509/21 from Mobile point shop on dated 17.05.2009.

        Sir,

        As per ethics/rules of the banks the signatures are always being verified before any transaction is made.
        Once the founder has purchased the above said items by swapping the card and signing the purchased slip.
        Ultimately the slip might have come to Axix Bank Indirapuram Ghaziabad (My Salary A/C Bank). It is sure that the signature might have not been verified by the bank staff and blindly transferred the amt. ( Rs. 12607+1887=14494/-) which is a big amt for me. May I request you sir, to help me to get my said amt refunded in my above said a/c.

        I will be very thankful for your act of kindness.

          I Have taken balance transfer from Axis Bank to Barclays of rs 30000 in Oct 2008, unfortunately it was drawn in drop boxe of axis bank. In dec 2008 I was requested him many times to cancell, they were informed me that they require scanned copy of the indemnity bond worth Rs.100 on 23rd dec, ref:no[protected].They issued cheque of balance transfer over phone but not cancell after many verbal & written request. I was mailed scanned copy of the indemnity bond worth Rs.100 on 20th jan.09, but they have not cancelled. On 31st mar they have informed me that they have not recieved. Again I forwarded the mail of 20th jan on 31st jan in favour of scanned copy of indemnity bond. They have not cancelled and giving excuse that your phone was out of range. Everything is going on written communication and they are trying my phoe-what is joke? Still the have not cancelled balance transfer cheque and demanded physical copy, if physical cop was required than why they were demanded scanned copy.

          Hence I request to you kindly take an strong action.

            Sir,

            I tried to withdraw 5000 rs using axis bank debit card from ICICI ATM m/c on 02.05.09.But no money has come out from m/c and my balance was reduced by 5000 . I reported the complaint on 04.02.09. The complaint no. given by the customer care executive was[protected].But till today my money was refunded to me .This hapeened in Lucknow, near patrakarpuram petrol pump, gmotinagar.

              On dated 11.05.2009 Rs.23700.00 has transfered from my account without my knowledge.Now my account has been freezed by the Bank. I have asked the concered Branch . I have submitted one written complaint at the Bank . Till date they are not giving me proper respond. Even they are not telling about the a/c number where the money transferred. Please advise me what to do. Now a days I have no single money to spent.
              Everyday I am asking the bank regarding same. But there is no positive answer.

                Dear sir,
                I have a AXIS BANK Credit cad (Silver).My credit card number is [protected]. I have dropped a cheque for the full amount towards the statement for the month of November 2008 in an ATM of AXIS BANK. They have missed my cheque and asked for payment by cash. They claimed less than what I need to pay. I made stop payment for the cheque and paid the money by cash. In the next month statement, they imposed penalty and asked me to pay the amount. I refused to pay the amount and informed the custoer care by mail and insisted that I am ready to pay principle amount if any. But, no reply inspite of my repeated mail. But every month till today, they were sending the statements with addition of penalty for each month. I have spoken to the customer care many times but nothing concrete happpend. I am fed up with their calls. How many times, I can reply the same thing?

                When somebody called up from collections division, I repeated the same thing. They asked me to talk to the customer care. They gave the number[protected]. But it seems this number is not in use.

                I never shied away from paying the amount what I transacted with credit card. I think there is no proper system in AXIS BANK. I dont want to receive calls or statement any more. Let them come out with a summary of statement from September 2008. I am ready to pay if I need to pay any principle amount. Otherwise, I am ready to face any legal proceedings.

                Dear sir,
                I have a AXIS BANK Credit cad (Titanium).My credit card number is [protected]. I recieved my july2012 credit card statement, in that they are mentioned debit bounce charges 300Rs and service charges 37RS without intimation. I payed my credit card bill within time regularly, eventhough they are adding penalty in my statement.

                I called to customer care office but there is no response from the Axis bank side.I am ready to face any legal proceedings.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I was having a salary a/c with the axis bank Rajouri Garden Branch since 2005 with name of Chiranjeev Singh Nanda a/c no [protected]. When i left the job they changed my salary a/c to some other scheme a/c (SAPPL) without informing me and after that they imposed some consolidation charges on it of RS.220.20/- on[protected] saying that i have done more than 9 transactions in 3 months, before this i have done so many transaction but non charges have been imposed.They said that this is the new schedule of charge.

                  This is the duty of the bank to inform me about changes made to my a/c and without informing to the user they cant deduct any charges. if the new schedule is released, they must have informed me prior any deduction. When i asked them to reverse the charges, they denied to do so.

                  Kindly help me in this matter n do the needfull.

                    Dear Sir/Team,

                    Myself Nirav Shah, I withdraw 10, 000 Rs. of my Axis bank debit card from other ATM ( ICICI-Nehrubridge, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujrat ), I am not getting any money from ATM and received only sleep, which shows that 10, 000/- deduct from my Axis account. After that once again i windrow 5000/- and getting transaction ok.
                    Within 30 mints i already put application requires at your Ahmedabad Law Garden branch with attach transaction slip of 10, 000/- and 5000/- and last 10 transaction details copy.
                    I surprise that Axis people said that this query will be solved within 30-45 days. Is it ok??
                    And also I surprise when Axis Bank staff said "Do not transaction Axis debit card from any other ATM” if you know there is problem occurred frequently so why you not suggest your customers before make them in trouble?
                    I have 22 K salary and my 10, 000/- rupees stuck up (45 % salary) due to your internal technical fault. Is there any solution or make any policy to re-immerse temporary some of my money??
                    Maximum 72 hours is enough to know and solve the query.

                    Pls guide what I have to do to get back my money?

                    TULIPIT LTD — Mondy dedut from Saving account but not comming out from ATM

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    HERE is the details,


                    My self Nirav Shah, i widhraw 10, 000 Rs. of my Axix bank debit card from other ATM ( ICICI-Nehrubridge, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujrat ), i am not getting any money from ATM and recived only sleep, which shows that 10, 000/- deduct fom my Axis account. After that once again i widraw 5000/- and getting transcion ok.

                    With reference to saving a/c no. [protected] in the name of Radha Krishna Gupta, there is transaction showing in my account statement on 08-07-09 for withdrawal of 2, 000/- from SBI ATM, but this transaction was not being completed and money was not withdrawn from the ATM.
                    Surprise about had done this transaction, kindly request to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                    With due respect I Yengkhom Romina Devi would like to complain you thank I tried to withdraw Rs. 400.00 from my SBI Account no.[protected] on 01/04/10 around 11.00am from the Axis Bank ATM, I didnt receive my money nor the receipt, i then checked my account balance from Vijaya bank ATM and I found that the money is already deducted fom my account, I could not give any complain because the bank is close today.
                    I would like you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                      I HAD WORKED WITH AXIS BANK RAC NASIK AS AN BANK & BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE DURING THE PERIOD OF APRIL 2008 - FEB 2009. THE BANK OUSOURCED ME THROUGH THE I SMART GOLBAL PVT LTD. IN FEB 2009 AXIS BANK RAC HEAD MR. MERZYAN PATEL TOOK A MEETING WITH ALL BACK OFFICE STAFF & INFORMED US THAT THE BANK HAD DECIDED TO DISCOUNTINUE THE I SMART GLOBAL PVT LTD & HE ASKED US TO RESIGNE FROM THE I SMART GLOBAL PVT LTD. SO I RESIGNED FROM THE POST.

                      AFTER 2 MONTHS STILL I'M WAITING FOR THE EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE & RELEAVING LETTER FROM THE I SMART GLOBAL PVT LTD.

                        To All the Officials of Axis Bank,

                        Please go through the trail mail. Axis Bank has not provided the required service till date. I request you all to please activate the service only after finalizing the compensation for the delay. The following officials of Axis Bank have not responded at all:

                        1. Mr. S Sinha – email id : [protected]@axisbank.com
                        2. Branch Manager – Maninagar Branch
                        3. Operations Manager – Maninagar Branch

                        The email immediately below says that there was a TECHNICAL PROBLEM. Please note that there are in all 5 items / places where a customer puts in the data in the form provided to us for the facility, hence the reason TECHNICAL PROBLEM is just to misguide the customer, who does not have any power and is at the mercy of the Bank Officials.

                        Please note that till the time the problem is solved I shall maintain only Rs. 5000/- (which is the AQB to be maintained) in my account. Any charges deducted by Axis Bank will have to be bourne by them.

                        Let me know the penalty AXIS BANK takes up for the delay. Once I feel the necessary action has been taken from banks end, we can discuss for the rehabilitation of the facility. TILL THE TIME, PLEASE DO NOT ACTIVATE THE FACILITY.

                        Plz take time to go through the email trail. The Branch Manager Maninagar Branch and The Branch Operations Head Maninagar Branch, have not even thought of responding till date. The email was forwarded to them on 28th April 2009, and After 16 days, u are responding by email and I quote - WE WISH TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE CONCERNED BRANCH AND DEPARTMENT FOR THEIR NECESSARY ACTION unquote.

                        Sir, please understand that the email sent to so many people, including Mr. S Sinha ([protected]@axisbank.com) has failed to generate any response from your team. I understand that your team is not at all interested in providing service to the customers.

                        I request that a Senior Level Person be deputed for the case to find out why they are not willing to respond even after 45 days of the request. Also, I would request you to please keep me in loop for the entire process to let me understand why and how the process is being taken forward. I m really worried about my future with Axis bank ( Please understand that this is the first account opened at the start of my career and such a response from Axis bank might make me think twice before doing any further business with this account).

                        Await the Right person, as your Branch Team Maninagar Branch and Mr. S Sinha are quite lethargic a team to serve any client. (45 days and CC to so many higher officials and still no response).

                        Please understand in this time of recession, my time at office hours is also spent in personal matters...

                        Axis Bank — accessed rs.5000 twice from ATM but could not get

                        sir,
                        this is to inform you that I, Niti Kanchan, a/c no.[protected] (savings a/c), tried to withdraw first rs. 5000 from axis bank ATM in shastri nagar,ghaziabad today on 24th-jan-2010 around 11 am but the money didn't come out as the whole of it got stuck. It even showed a deducted balance in my receipt. Then next time i tried to withdraw rs.2000 which i got easily, but after this transaction, i tried again for rs.5000 and the same thing happened, the whole money got stuck but somehow i managed to pull the amount and got rs. 4100 in my hands and rest went back and showed a deducted balance in my receipt
                        so overall, I accessed rs.12000 and could get only rs.6100.

                        I request you to take this into consideration as soon as possible and refill my account by the amount unrecieved.

AS soon as possible I got the matter to the concerned authority at Main Branch of Axis near theatre rd., Kolkata.                         27th jan - 2013 I have opened my axis direct account at axis bank Rajpur branch that time I was given an I code and I was told account will activate after 10 days then you use this I did the same which did not work

                        25th feb -13 I seek on line help from you Mumbai office they explained sir we will send you another I code through courier - which never arrived

                        Then I spoke to Subhasis who actually convinced me to open this account - he said he will ask the axis direct person Subhankar will call you and do the necessary - which never happened

                        I waited again I called them then I said any way I am coming to Kolkata on April 15th - then they said once you are at Kolkata please come to the branch we will do it

                        17th April - 13 I been to the Rajpur branch there they told me by next day afternoon it will done I waited again - next day till 1500 hrs nothing happened again I called they said please come to the branch now we will do it - unfortunately I been there Mr.Pabitra tried get in touch with Mr.Sagar he convinced me sir we are not able to do it however within 3 days you will receive this is my promise

                        I came back to Hyderabad where I work 3 days passed again I called they gave me a speed post tracking no ( EM[protected]IN) which is not a valid no I could not retrieve any information from that

                        22nd April -13 I spoke to Ms Sen who is the branch manager of the Rajpur branch she said we are really sorry this is happening with you however we are not responsible for this because axis direct is a different vertical they don't respond us however I will speak to some one mean while please send me a mail regarding what you have gone through

                        After an hour Mr.Samarjit called me in conference call with Ms.Sen stating we will send you I code though your registered email please send us a request I have done the same, next day some one from Mumbai office also called me to send a request mail did the same

                        Today 30th April -13 I called Ms. Sen again to enquire the status she said by evening you will get waited till 1800hrs nothing happened called her again that time she did not have any answer I asked her I need to escalate this issue further then she gave me your mail I'd and a board no which I called to connect with you they kept me on hold for 15 minute then Mr.Bidhu panda told me I can't speak to you since you are very busy and you are not suppose to talk to any customer.customers are only allowed to talk to customer care. Then he told me your I code is ready with me to send to your mail - we have taken approval to send I code through email we are just waiting for your mail which I have send twice then he said please copy to me the moment I receive the mail I will send you I did the same

                        After 15 min Mr.Sagar called me along with Mr.Pabitra asking to send him the same mail to him also then they will forward me the I code in mail

                        Exactly after 15 minutes again Mr.Bidhu called me sorry sir we won't be able to send you the code through we will send you through courier only - I asked him only one question why did you tell me lie. Then again I ask him can I speak to Mr. Gipesh he said I can't allow

                        After reading this mail do you think you are giving a good service to the customer

                        I never asked to send the I code through mail I understand this is a security issue and that's for the customer only but the code should reach to the customer through courier

                        I would like to know what you are going to do on this and what compensation you will provide me in sense the money I have blocked for more than 120 days

                        Hope to see a quick response from you if it reaches you otherwise I would have to find some other way to escalate this issue

                            Hi,
                            I had filed a complaint to axisbank on 10th feb, 2009 asking them for a charge reversal which was wrongly debited from my account. I had made a transaction of Rs. 512 on 7th Feb, 2009 at pizza hut brigade road, bangalore.But this amount was debited twice from my account. When i checked my account online to find out that i was charged double i instantly called them up to file a complaint. Also i told them everything that had happened and also asked them if there was anything which i needed to do like submit any written request or the transaction bill. They told me that there was absolutely nothing which i had to do and the amount would automatically be reversed after 45 working days. I kept checking in between if everything was fine and if i needed to do anything from my end. They have always kept telling "JUST WAIT FOR 45 WORKING DAYS" and your amount would be reversed. However after 45 days when i called the customer care they said they had no clue why it was not reversed so they would forward the request to the concerned department again. After that i got a call from the MG road branch from Ramya telling that i had to wait for 10 more working days and it would be taken care. I again enquired if i had to submit any document or bill but she insisted nothing from my end needs to be done.
                            Now after 10 working days is over the amount is still not reversed and when i call up customer care they have no clue why the reversal has not happened. They said that i need to talk to my branch(i.e MG road branch). I instantly called up my branch and spoke to Mr Eraya. Finally he told me that i needed to get him the transaction slip for the transaction against which the double amount was debited. Also when i asked how much time it would take he mentioned that it would take another 7 days for processing the request.

                            Is this the way a customer is to be treated. I as a customer do understand that there are norms and conditions which the bank has to follow. However, if there is a commitment from the bank then it should be met. In this case it is just a waste of my time and energy running behind them and getting it done although i have no clue if it will be done at all or not. Does it really take that long and if you needed a transaction slip to process the request was it not the duty of the bank to tell me the same in the first instance. It took them 3 months and repeated calls from me to realize that they need the transaction slip to process the request. And now after 3 months they say it will take 7 more working days to process the request which is completely unacceptable.

                            Please help.

                                On 09th may there was a transaction of Rs. 28000/- from my account and it was transferred to some third Partie, when I checked with axis bank they are telling some one got my password and they transferred fund to his account (His account also maintained with axis bank) for this they are telling I am responsible for this and bank is not going to pay any thing to me but they will give compliant with cyber crime branch and they will try to find out the details.

                                Kindly some one help me how can I get my money back.

                                  One more case of Axis Bank

                                  Sub:- Bank had deducted 1000/- Rs. from my saving account
                                  (Bank A/c No :******** Branch :-Cochin Branch )without any information.
                                  .I have already paid 1000 Rs as a QABChgs last month(April 2009).

                                  This is to inform that I am holding a SAPPM A/c in your branch in Sector 16, Noida No [protected].
                                  I wanted to transfer Rs 1, 41, 520 fromICCI Bank Bubneswer to this branch.My father who is working near the bank enquired from branch regarding the charges. The girl dealing with the out station cheque informed that being a SAAPM a/c there would not be any charges if a/m is below Rs 1 lakh.So two cheques of Rs.95, 000 and Rs 45, 520 were deposited.The cheque of Rs95, 000 deposited on 2/4/09 was sent from the bank for clearing on 9th and was credited on 17/04/09 and so I lost interest of full one month. Also I had been charged with Rs 111 (total Rs 222) for two outstation cheques.So instead of paying Rs 111,
                                  I have been charged Rs 222 only because of wrong information from the bank. If I was informed of the charges, I would have transfered the money ion line in my ICCI bank in Delhi
                                  So the a/m of Rs 222 should be refunded to me along with interest of one month for Rs 95, 000

                                    Funds were deducted from my account inspite of transaction failing. I tried widrawing funds from an ICICI Bank ATM using my Axis Bank Gold Debit Card. The transaction failed with a message "Your request could not be processed". Later when I went through my transaction records I found Rs. 2000/- deducted from my account. After revieving it closely I found out that the said amount was deducted from my Axis Bank acount when actually that transaction had failed. This transaction took place on 29th September 2008.

                                    I submitted a written application to Worli Branch Manager for the same and was given an assurance that the said amount would be reverted to my account within 30 working days. Since then I have made atleast 10 visits to the said branch and no one there has the slightest clue as to why it is getting delayed. More than six months have passed since then with 10+ visits and two written applications.

                                    Everytime I am given an assurance that the they have forwarded my request and said amount would be reverted in a few working days, but nothing ever happens. Please look into my request as I am quite frustrated by these visits now.

                                    Each time I have to take a few hours off from my job to visit their branch. It brings a lot of agony and frustration with each visit which in turn affects my work as well.

                                    I had very worst experience with axis bank and there is no value for customer money. Nearly 2000 rs has been deducted from my account without any kind of intimation as consolidated charges and if i call to bank there is no response from the bank, so requesting all account holders be careful while going through this bank. My opinion is nationalized banks are always best in service and they give supreme value for customer money.

                                    With due respect, I would like to state that I Arpita Deb bearing the Account (No.[protected] have found that
                                    an amount of Rs. 35, 318 has been misplaced from my account without my knowledge.The ATM card was issued to me by Silchar Branch.From past 6 years I have been studing in St.Petersburg.I completed my MBBS and came back to India on June, 2009.
                                    Presently I am in Delhi preparing myself for MCI test.Regular transactions have been made from Delhi.On 3rd Dec, 2009 my father have deposited Rs.20, 000 in my acoount.So in order to widrew the money I inserted the ATM card and found that the amount of Rs.35, 318 was missing from my account.So, immediately I contacted the Silchar Branch Authority regarding the matter.I have sent an application from delhi to the bank authority in silchar on 4th Dec, 2009.The Application was recieved on 7th Dec, 2009.My parents have also submitted an application on 4th Dec, 2009.They went to the Bank every alternate day requesting the manager to investigate the matter but yet the problem is not solved.It has been more than 2 months that our problem is not solved.It seems that the transaction has been done by the Russian federation.So, as i am in delhi and only 1 ATM card has been issued by the bank how come the transaction can be done in Russia.When we consulted the Silchar Branch authority regarding the transaction they have handed over a bank statement for A/C No: [protected] regarding the transaction which is not the solution of the ATM dispute.Till today neither the amount have been returned in the aforsaid account nor any satisfactory reply have been given by the Bank Authority.My studies are hampered due to the loss of the amount.The Transaction shown as per statement:-
                                    1) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:24/1000.00/643.
                                    2) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:25/7500.00/643.
                                    3) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:25/7500.00/643.

                                    I did not make the above transactions.So, i would like to know-
                                    a) How can such an amount be missing from my account?
                                    b) Where is the bank security which is being promised to be given to the Account/Card holders?
                                    I therefore earnestly request you to investigate the matter and help me in getting back the lost amount as soon as possible.Awaiting for your quick action as it will be highly appreciated.Please consider my case sympathitically and do Whatever is further needed.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I am a regular customer of Axis bank credit card issued by VISA, since last 1 and a half years. I regret to inform you that it has taken too long to solve the problem by the bank. So i am forwarding the problem to you.

                                      Actually i had purchased a LCD Tv on 12th of October 2008 from Pooja Electronics, Baroda Gujarat, holding ICICI bank credit card swaping machine and i had swapped for the amount of Rs.25000/- in three transactions i.e in the parts of Rs.10, 000/-, Rs.10, 000/- and Rs.5, 000/- respectively from my Axis Bank Credit Card (Card NO. [protected]), on the very same day.

                                      The respective bank had debited my card a/c by Rs.25, 000/- but the respective merchant Pooja Electronics has only received Rs.15, 000/- instead of Rs.25, 000/-. So we complained to ICICI bank and Axis Bank for the same, but are blaming each other that the money has been already transfered to the other bank. Finally both the banks are telling that the money is lying with VISA. But still the merchant has not received any amount nor i have received any credits in my card a/c.

                                      For this reason the merchant is harasing me all the time either for the money or to return him the product back.

                                      Now i hope that i am corresponding at a right place and i also hope that this time my problem will be solved as soon as possible.

                                        Presently I am in Delhi preparing myself for MCI test.Regular transactions have been made from Delhi.On 3rd Dec, 2009 my father have deposited Rs.20, 000 in my acoount.So in order to widrew the money I inserted the ATM card and found that the amount of Rs.35, 318 was missing from my account.So, immediately I contacted the Silchar Branch Authority regarding the matter.I have sent an application from delhi to the bank authority in silchar on 4th Dec, 2009.The Application was recieved on 7th Dec, 2009.My parents have also submitted an application on 4th Dec, 2009.They went to the Bank every alternate day requesting the manager to investigate the matter but yet the problem is not solved.It has been more than 2 months that our problem is not solved.It seems that the transaction has been done by the Russian federation.So, as i am in delhi and only 1 ATM card has been issued by the bank how come the transaction can be done in Russia.When we consulted the Silchar Branch authority regarding the transaction they have handed over a bank statement for A/C No: [protected] regarding the transaction which is not the solution of the ATM dispute.Till today neither the amount have been returned in the aforsaid account nor any satisfactory reply have been given by the Bank Authority.My studies are hampered due to the loss of the amount.The Transaction shown as per statement:-
                                        1) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:24/1000.00/643.
                                        2) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:25/7500.00/643.
                                        3) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:25/7500.00/643.
                                        4) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:26/5000.00/643.

                                        I did not make the above transactions.So, i would like to know-
                                        a) How can such an amount be missing from my account?
                                        b) Where is the bank security which is being promised to be given to the Account/Card holders?
                                        I therefore earnestly request you to investigate the matter and help me in getting back the lost amount as soon as possible.Awaiting for your quick action as it will be highly appreciated.Please consider my case sympathitically and do Whatever is further needed.
