[Resolved] Axis Bank — Net Banking Facility | |
Respected Sir, I am Sharad Vilas Pathak, having saving account in Axis Bank at Ahmednagar Branch. My A/c No. is[protected] Many times, i requested the bank authorities for getting me net banking facility. Even before, few days before i requested the newly joined Dy Manager for providing me net banking facility. for the purpose i have submitted the form (duly filled) to the bank authorities. But, until now i have not received the facility. Secondly I have send email twicely to [protected]@axisbank.com on 29th Oct 2009 & 06 Nov 2009, even though not received any reply. Hence, I am wating. Dear Sir / Madam,
we Have Account with your bank having Account no. [protected] Boisar Branch.we had applied for Net Banking Facility at Home branch and Ms. Manisha Singh your Branch officer loooking after the matter
we have received Net Banking Password from your side but we wont able to log in the net banking so we asked Manisha to help us out for Net baking operations so manisha asked us to mil her PASSWORD to her official Email id so we emailed her PASSWORD her Email id then after she has committed that she will activate the Net banking and how to lg in to site all this would done by within 48 hrs. These Communication was on[protected] and she has committed towards above mentioned things.
after time say 5-6-2015 i again asked her to activate my net banking facility but every time SHE TELL US THAT SHE WOULD DO IT WITHIN 48 HOURS. now she is not picking up our phone since last 10 days.
so what shall we do???
Please help us to activate Net banking Facility
