I Amit kumar have earlier requested you regarding my problem regarding the use of AXIS Bank ATM where I suffered from getting 1500 Rs. less amount of what i wanted...

I submitted my complain form on 11/06/2009. But till date I have neither received my money nor i m getting any satisfactional response from my branch.

Date of 8-Aug-2009 when i contacted the head office(Hyderabad) they informed me that my complain have been rejected.I also informed my Branch manager(Preet Vihar) Mr.Gupta but he told me to contact AXIS bank regarding this issue.I asked for the contact no. of AXIS bank but he refused to give me the number.Date of 9-Aug-2009 i contact Axis branch manager he told me your total money received. but i informed you date of 10-july i used axis bank A.T.M Ambedkar road ghaziabad U.P i want 2000/Rs. Access but i received.only 1000/ Rs. after some time i want 1000/Rs. access but i received only 500/Rs. next day date of 11-July i submit our branch charge bank for Preet vihar delhi. I want to know the actual reason of rejection of my complain as soon as possible...

AXIS BANK GHAZIABAD BRANCH — ACCESS-3000.Rs RECEIVED 1500.Rs

I Amit kumar have earlier requested you regarding my problem regarding the use of AXIS Bank ATM where I suffered from getting 1500 Rs. less amount of what i wanted...

I submitted my complain form on 11/06/2009. But till date I have neither received my money nor i m getting any satisfactional response from my branch.

Today when i contacted the head office(Hyderabad) they informed me that my complain have been rejected.I also informed my Branch manager(Preet Vihar) Mr.Gupta but he told me to contact AXIS bank regarding this issue.I asked for the contact no. of AXIS bank but he refused to give me the number. date of 13/08/09 i talk to AXIS BANK Branch Manger Ambedkar road ghaziabad he talk me your total payment received. but i informaed you i want access 2000.Rs. but atm. access 1000.Rs after some time i want 1000.Rs. but i received 500.Rs. total amount 1500.Rs. access But our account Debit 3000.Rs. I want to know the actual reason of rejection of my complain as soon as possible...

    Hello Sir,
    Wrong deduction from my balance dated 11/Aug/2009 I try to withdraw 15000Rs. from the Axis ATM, ICF Chennai branch.
    I initiate transaction but there is an error message on screen "Time out" No money is come out from the ATM. But for that date i.e. 11/Aug/2009, 15000Rs. also debited to my account which I am not get.
    Regarding this issue I register complaint at Axis Bank customer care, Complaint no.:9375474. No response from bank side for the past 1 week, Though I called thrice. Please tell me when should I get that money refund to my account?

    So please inform and assist me as early as possible.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      This is to bring in your notice that I was operating a RD account in your Bank vide A/c No. [protected], The same got matured on 25/05/2009.
      On[protected] my R.D. A/c statement shows that an amount of Rs. 103714 have been transferred to my Saving bank A/c No. [protected] but the amount credited to the said account is only Rs. 84678.
      When I visited your branch Manger- Vasai Branch personally to enquire about the discrepancy, He could not give me any satisfactory reply and said that it is a penalty and you have to pay. Despite of my request I have not received any written clarification regarding the same.

      At the time of opening the said account I was informed by your manager that an installment of Rs 2000 per month will be transferred to my RD A/c from my saving account. I enquired specifically at the time of opening account that will there be any interest or penalties for non deposited installment in any month; I was clearly told by the respective person that there are absolutely no such charges and interest would be calculated and paid on the actual investment.

      I here by advice you to clarify the following things.

      1) When I was informed by your manager at the time of opening the account that there would not be any penalty for missing Installment, then why the same has been imposed at the time of maturity?



      2) When I missed my any installment, why bank did not send me intimation or demand note?





      3) Why bank did not invest the installment on first come first serve basis?



      4) Why quarterly statements sent by you were showing the accrued interest as actual rate and why penalties were not reflecting in the said statements.





      5) In the annual balance and interest certificate why bank mentioned actual interest without adjusting the late payment/ penalties?



      6) Why bank didn’t send me any intimation in total term of my RD ie. 5 years, about penalties why it is calculated at the time of maturity only?



      7) Why bank has not provided me any written statement till date about the said penalties?

      It clearly shows your mela-fied intention as you never wanted your investor to realize that the penalty is being imposed in the account so that investor should not pay in time and you could earn some extra money.

      You have violated the rule of Caveat emptor by not making your buyer beware about your product/scheme.

      You are hereby advised to recalculate the actual interest without imposing any penalty in my account and pay the balance amount within 7 days from the day of receipt of this latter, failing which I shall be forced to approach to Banking Ombudsman under Banking Ombudsman scheme.

        Dear Sir,
        I am rajesh. ihave an axis bank account. On 06 th july-2009 i withdrawn an amount of 7000.00 by using Axis bank debit card from Axis bank ATM in BTM LAYOUT, BANGALORE. afterwords i not tried any where.
        But on the same day(06.07.2009) an amount of Rs 10, 000 reduced from my account.And once again on 11.08.2009 an amount of Rs13, 000 reduced from my account with out any transition. totally i lossed 23, 000 from my acoount.

        Sir,
        I am a customer of sbi .I was withdrawing 1500 rupees from ICICI Bank ATM (AT:Bargarh, near indian oil petrol pump, N.H.6, PIN:768028, ODISHA) On 1st May, 2009 but the machine didn't dishpense money, when i had checked my account, this 1500 rupees deducted.I had given so many complain in my branch office, to the nodal officer of ICICI Bank, to the nodal officer of SBI Bank and also to the chairman of sbi bank.I haven't gotten any result.please concern on my complaint.

          THIS HAS REFERENCE TO MR SYED IMTIAZ AHMED [VP, MORTGAGES], MR PRASAD LELE [MGR, RETAIL BANKING] AND OTHERS OF AXIS BANK

          THIS HAS REFERENCE TO THE BANK'S LETTER IN RESPONSE TO OUR QUERIES AND INQUIRES !

          AT THE OUTSET I MUST SAY - THAT THE BANK'S RESPONSE, COMING AFTER OVER A YEAR AND A HALF - SURE COMES ACROSS AS VERY SHODDY, PATHETIC AND SAD !!

          (A) THE BANK'S RESPONSE TO THE MRR - THAT WE HAVE SIGNED IT - YES, WE AGREE. BUT THAT WAS NEVER THE ISSUE - WE HAD CLEARLY SPELT OUT THAT THE ISSUE WAS THAT WHEN WE ASKED IF THE RATES CAN BE REDUCED OR ALTERNATELY THE MRR MARGIN CAN BE INCREASED - WE WERE TOLD THAT THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE - WHILE IN OUR SUBSEQUENT MEETINGS IT WAS VERY AMPLY CONVEYED THAT THE VALUE OF RATE BELOW MRR VARIES FROM CUSTOMER TO CUSTOMER - & THIS NOT TOLD AT THE TIME OF DISBURSING THE LOAN - WE CONSIDER THIS AS INFORMATION BEING WITHHELD, A WAY TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMER !! MR PRASAD LELE WOULD REMEMBER OUR THE DISCUSSION HE HAD AND HE MENTIONED THAT 3% BELOW MRR IS OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS WHOSE LOAN AMOUNT IS LESS THEN 70% OF THE COST - WELL THEN OUR LOAN AMOUNT WORKS OUT TO BE 59% OF THE COST AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE - THIS I WAS TOLD WAS BECAUSE OF THE RISK FACTOR - SO WHY THE DISPARITY IN WE BEING OFFERED 2.75 % BELOW MRR????

          (B) FURTHER, THE BANK HAD VERY CLEARLY TOLD US THAT THE RATES WOULD BE KEPT AND MAINTAINED IN CONSONANCE WITH THE MARKET RATES AND SO, WOULD BE THE SAME AS THAT OFFERED TO A NEW CUSTOMER - AND RIGHTLY SO WHEN THE RATES WERE INCREASED - OUR RATES WERE ALSO INCREASED IN TANDEM WITH THE NEW CUSTOMERS - HOWEVER WHEN THE RATES DROPPED - THE SAME WAS NOT FOLLOWED - WHY ????

          (C) INTEREST IS BEING WRONGLY CALCULATED BY THE BANK. WE HAVE CALCULATED THE INTEREST AS PER THE WAY TOLD BY THE BANK AT PUNE AND THERE HAS BEEN AN UNEXPLAINED DIFFERENCE WHICH REMAINS UN-ANSWERED BY THE BANK EVEN AFTER A YEAR AND A HALF.

          (D) THE ISSUE OF LEAP YEAR REMAINS IN DOLDRUMS - THE LETTER OF SANCTION MENTIONS THE RATE OF INTEREST AS 9.5% pa - THEN IT IS NOT UNDERSTOOD AS TO WHY IN A LEAP YEAR AM I CHARGED FOR ONE EXTRA DAY - COZ, PER ANNUM MEANS - WHAT EVER THE YEAR IT IS - WHETHER A LEAP YEAR OR NOT - YEAR IS A YEAR!!

          (E) AND THE BANK HAS THE CHEEK AND THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME AFTER ONE AND A HALF YEAR THAT THE BANK WOULD RETURN / AMEND THE WRONG ROUNDING OFF OF INTEREST - IF I TELL THEM !!! DOES THE BANK NOT HAVE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS WITH THEM TO CHECK WHERE THEY HAVE DONE - " INTENTIONAL WRONG ROUNDING OFF !! " - I SAY SO BECAUSE THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN SO PROGRAMMED TO DO THAT AND MANISH GUPTA, BANK RAC I/C EVEN TRIED TO ME BY SAYING THAT IT WAS RBI POLICY - I AM SURE MANISH REMEMBERS !! THIS IS MORE SO EVIDENT BECAUSE IT TOOK THE BANK MORE THEN 18 MONTHS TO AGREE TO OUR CONTENTION OF ROUNDING OFF!

          (F) IT AMAZES ME AS TO HOW THESE BANK PEOPLE CAN LOOSE THEIR OWN CONSCIENCE AND SPEAK / WRITE LIKE THAT - DOES WORKING IN THE CORPORATE WORLD MEAN THAT THEY HAVE NO COURAGE OF CONVICTION AND BE ABLE TO DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN THE RIGHT AND THE WRONG AT ALL ! WHERE HAS THE ETHICS OF HONEST BANKING GONE OR ARE WE LIVING IN THE WORLD OF SHYLOCK SEEKING A POUND OF FLESH ???? (OF SHAKESPEARE'S MERCHANT OF VENICE FAME)

          AT THE END, I WOULD ONCE AGAIN REITERATE THAT ITS NOT ABOUT A FEW BUCKS FOR ROUNDING OFF OR INCORRECT CALCULATION FOR A LEAP YEAR OR STRANGE CALCULATION OF INTEREST TO ONE INDIVIDUAL LIKE ME --- IT IS ABOUT THE BANK INTENTIONALLY HAVING A SYSTEM ON COMPUTERS DESIGNED TO CHEAT NAIVE AND UNASSUMING CUSTOMERS AMOUNTING TO CRORES OF ILLEGITIMATE WEALTH TO THE BANK.

          MR TIGGA OF THE BANKERS' OMBUDSMAN MUMBAI HAS ALSO BEEN IN THE LOOP FOR QUITE A WHILE NOW BUT NO CORRECTIVE ACTION HAS BEEN FORTHCOMING FROM THERE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES. IS IT BECAUSE THE BANKERS' OMBUDSMAN IS TAKING PLAYING FAVOURITES, AS OF NOW IT APPEARS SO SINCE THEY ARE NOT COMMITTING/ RESPONDING.

          PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE WHILST TAKING A HOME LOAN ESPECIALLY FROM AXIS BANK
          - CHECK THE MARKET RATE OF INTEREST AND THE RATE OFFERED TO YOU
          - TAKE EVERY THING IN WRITING
          - CHECK THE METHOD OF CALCULATING OF INTEREST
          ASK FOR WORKING BY GIVING EXAMPLES

          housingloan — Wrong calculation of intrest

          i Have taken the loan at andhrabank for an amount of 8 lakhs for an interest rate of 10.25 due to market changes the intrest rate was now changed to 10.75 but the bank is charging @11% so what should be my approach to resolve the problem..

          Axix Bank Home Loan — Why the interest rates for existing Home loans not yet reduced?

          Hi All,
          My Name is Amit Rajput, have taken an home loan (acc no- [protected]) in June 2007 from Axis Bank, One question to Bank authorities is why the floating rates are not reduced when other banks have declared their reduction. When there was an increase that time within one week we got the letter that your tenure has been increased but see the difference when it is reduced on wef 27.11.2008 till date no action taken.
          I may be wrong but if yes bank has taken some steps to give some sort of relief to the customers then please please revert with the details.

          I have also sent two reminder to Axis bank regarding my current interest rate. But no reply from them.
          Usually they give reply immediately on other queries.
          If Axis bank is not transparent in these case then we may think to switch to other bank.
          Why Axis bank is not mentioning current inerest rate in internet banking account.
          To whome we can take this matter or We can camplaint.Please give me mail ID.I will compaint against Axis bank.

          Home Loan — Floating Rate of Interset in bank Loan

          Sir,

          I have taken Home Laon from HDFC Bank on Floating Interst Rate In the Month of October.

          Whenever RBI cut interest rate their is qucik reduction of interest rate in new loan however for current user redution in rate came after 1-2 moths latter.it is not for my loan only but became the policy of all Pvt. bank. is it fair ? as people have taken loan on floatin interest rate they should get benefit of reduction in rate.

          Banks are immediatly reduce rate for new loan to get more business. but for current loan they do not pass the benfit immediatly.

          Please tell me what can i do???

          Axis Bank Ltd — Taking more rate of Interest

          Hi,

          I applied for a car loan with axis bank, they approved the 3.05 lac of loan with 11.50% of rate of Intrest and when I actually Enquired with the bank twice they told me that rate of Intrest for Corporate Salary account holders is 10.75%, but the bank is taking 11.50% from me. I want Justification.
          Rate of Interes 8% in market but it takes 9.50 % this is very bad,
          Today I am being charged 9.75% iterest rate. I have opted for Floating rate of interest. They are not reducing as per actual market rate

          Home Loan — Excessive Interest

          I have taken a Home Loan from SBI, RACPC Rourkela of an amount of Rs. 8.0 Lakhs

          On completion of the house and home loan amount regularly visit the RACPC to get start the home loan deducted. (EMI). But they never gave any importance.

          After eight months I came to now that penalty amount has been added to my home loan account because I was unable to pay the disbursement amount (EMI). Wheras I have already submitted PDC's for deduction of loan amount and my account has suffiecient balance to get deducted.

          The AGM - RACPC agreed there mistake (Not linking my SB A/C to Loan account) and commited to refund back the excess amount, but I need to deposite the whole penalty amount first.

          I deposited the same amount to the bank, but its more than 02 months I have not got my refund back beside the positive committment of the RACPC AGM.

          Axis Home Loan — Axis Bank is very bad because it is not inform me what will the floating rate of interest for five year(home Loan)

          Sir i want to know that what will apply floating rate of interest in Axis home loan.
          I am charged 12% for Floating rate of interest for 15.8Lakhs Loan, now the interest rate in market is 10.75%. If I ask them Why 12% they are asking me to pay 1% of loan outstanding or Rs.10000/- which ever is higher. While taking loan they never told me that they will charge money to reduce interest when the market rate comes down.
          I am in the same situation as when I applied for the for the loan in Jan-2008, it was agreed to be 3.25 below the MRR. Now in my recent statement it is still charging me 12% instead of 11.5% whilst at present the MRR stands at 14.75 (source :http://www.axisbank.com/personal/loans/home-loan/home-loan-faqs.aspx)
          When I put up this to customer care ..no response yet..

          I would not recommend anybody to go for the Axis Bank home loans...specially the floating rate...

          My online banking is not working

          I don't know why but my online banking is not working. Even if I ask for one time password its not generated in my mobile. Could you please look into the matter. I have asked several times in bank also but no one could rectify it.

          I Deposited cash as per message of axis bank 2 times but till now I didnot receive any bag. Date of deposite are 10/08/2015 Rs10, 000/ Dt 30/01/2016 Rs 20, 000. my mobile no is [protected]. My a/c no is [protected]

At that time system shows that "host server offline ..please try again later". After that i went to IOB-ATM and check the mini statement..it shows that amount already reduced with AXIS ATM TXN ID.
            I already informed to IOB Bank in nellore.I requesting you please verify and reback amount in my account.

              I had applied for the Axis Bank saving account on 10th of May, 2009, my account was opened on 12th June, 2009. I was waiting for my ATM card but I didn’t receive even after a month. I then enquired the call centre and I was informed that my address has been entered incorrectly and that I should visit the Axis bank at sector-18, Noida and collect my welcome kit.

              When I went to the particular branch, I was told that it could not be handed over in person and it could only be delivered to my address. To my disbelief, I was asked to fill up a form to change my address with the correct one. I was surprised to hear this as I had already provided the bank with my correct address along with the proof. If Bank didn’t entered it correctly, it should be their responsibility to verify and correct it rather than me filling up a form to change my address.

              However, to expedite the process, I agreed with the bank manager and filled up the address change form and submitted it to the branch. I enquired about a week later as to why I haven’t still not received my welcome letter. To my disbelief, I was told that the address mentioned against my record is still not matching.

              After complaining, some how they manage to correct my address and sent a checque book on 4th of August 2009 to me. I was worried about service so I decided to take my cash (5000) back and close the account. With the cheque I tried to transfer 5000 INR from Axis to my other account, but that cheque bounced due to insufficient fund.

              How would I know about my balance amount without any debit card or net login?

              After Contacting Axis I got to know that some amount has been charged for the debit card without my knowledge, however, I have not received any Debit Card yet. Now my balance amount after deducting cheque bounce fine is 4508 INR.

              It was not told to me that Bank will charge me for the debit card, moreover, why should I pay money for which I have not received? I don’t think I should pay fine for the bounce cheque. Please let me know how can I get my money and close this account.

              If I the problem is with Axis, why should I pay this amount, I want my money back. I have already informed “Zonal Head” of Axis bank, but no action has been taken.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have a saving account in Kolkata main branch of Axis bank a/c No. [protected]. Due to the change of period of a quarter from Axis Bank side my average daily balance has fallen less than Rs.5, 000/- and bank has deducted consolidated charge of Rs. 1047/- from my a/c. But as per the old period of quarter my average daily balance was more than Rs. 5, 000/-. This is not my mistake as I was maintaining the balance as per banks norm, but bank has suddenly changed its period for quarter without pre informing to me.
                    Bank should not charge anything for this reason as this is not my mistake. Therefore I request you to reverse the amount already charged from my account.

                      Axis bank despatch me 2 cheque book in one quarter by mistake of bank for that they have deducted charges from my account. after somany calls to customer call centre and branch they agreed to refund the amount if I give back one cheque book to bank. I request them to consider that the other cheque book in next quarter and refund my money. but they are not agree and force me to contact bank with cheque book. to contact bank i need to take leave from office which is not possible. i give them other option like courier, atm or after 6.00 pm i can contact bank but they are not ready for that and told me to ccontact bank. for a notmal amount of the Rs 55 i have already spent lot of rs on phone call and now i have to contact the bank or forget my money.

                      before this bank has deducted Rs. 660 from my acoount which was refunded after 100s of call and lots of follow up at the bank.

                      wrost ever service has been given by Axis Bank. There is so many hidden charges which they told free at the time of account opening.

                      My heartly request to all the citizens of india is that Please Stay Away from Axis Bank as they are only intrested in your money which they want to deduct by any way from your account.

                      It depends how you behave and aproach them, the axis is supposed to the best pvt bank.

                          I started a SB Account in your bank six months before (SB [protected]).One of your customer care executive, Mr. Sreekanth Bose of Kottayam Branch, Kerala, constantly approached me for starting a new bank account. but as I am having SB account in SBT, ICICI and IDBI bank, I rejected him. But He kept on coming to me and bugged me to start an account. He told me that the minimum balance for maintaining Quarterly annual balance is only 1000 Rs. He also convinced me that there are some offers for the Govt Doctors that we need to maintain only 1000 rs in the SB account for QAB and there’s no bank processing fee and Debit card will be issued free of cost.
                          I believed him and deposited 1000 Rs for starting a new account. As I am having bank account in three other banks, I didn’t use your bank account and I thought my money will be safe as it in one of the leading banks in India. One week back I thought of depositing some money as fixed deposit in your bank, and I went to your bank. But shockingly I discovered that there’s only 165 rs left in my account. I enquired about it and was informed that 750 Rs were deducted for non maintaining the QAB and some 175 rs for starting an account.
                          Actually that Customer Executive was cheating me by giving false information. I trusted him as he represented one of the best banks. I was sure that your bank has some policies for selecting Customer executives as they reflect the quality of your bank.
                          I gave a written complaint about this incident to the Kottayam Bank Manager. But he said he can’t take any steps as the concerned customer officer who cheated me resigned the bank three months back. I wonder how a reputed bank like yours’ could appoints some fraud persons as customer officer and some way or other try to get money from the public and let him resigns whenever he wishes. I think this kind of matters definitely affects the reputation of your bank. One thing I am sure is that as a Doctor of Medical college I won’t recommend your Bank to any of my Colleagues or relatives.
                          Kindly take necessary steps to get my money back. I don’t think 1000 Rs is a big money. But I feel that I should get that 1000 Rs back because your bank through your Customer care executive cheated me to get it.

                            2) Chq no - 633558 - Amount - 146003/-

                            Your customer care executive told to contact Malad branch as am holding my account with Malad Branch ( Axis Bank ), So i called axis bank malad branch in morning to confirm the status, than i was transferred to a clearing dept, Where i had a coversation with some executive and even i intimated him abt my 2 cheques, he replied me our Axis bank system is very slow, so i will get back to you very soon and he took by account.no and mobile.no, but i did't received any call from your executives regarding same, even i intimated him that its urgent for me and pls get it cleared once it comes for clearing.

                            But just now i received a call from my company that both my cheques are been hold due sign mismatch by Axis bank, Where still now i have not received any call from your Malad Branch - Axis bank.

                              I am having account with axis bank at palam colony, new delhi, i used my atm card in SBI ATM machine at palam, new delhi, for transaction of Rs 3000/- on 7th june 09, after few days when i did another transaction i came to know that Rs 10000/- has been transacted from my account, one minute after the the transaction of 7th june.
                              I filed a complain with the axis bank, they assured me that after 45 days i will get my money, but after 45 days they told me that my transaction was succesful, and they are helpless in this matter.
                              please look into my matter as this is my hard core earned money.

                                I have 2 accounts with AXIS BANK. Accounts No. 1 which was my salary account & No. 2 which was an account created for reimbursements ONLY.

                                There was some amount creditted to 2nd account & there has been deduction from that without my knowledge nor any notifications from the Bank before deducting. On enquiring about the same at the branch (Vijayanagar - Bangalore) they said it was deducted because I did not maintain a minumum balance. But I have always maintained a minimum balance in Account No. 1 which is my primary account. When I stressed at this point the Bank representative said there could be some error in this & can be rectified if I visit my main branch which is located at Koramangala, Bangalore.

                                I have a year old baby & is not possible for me to make time to visit your branch all the way from Vijayanagar which is too far. The service should be catered at all branches regardless of where I hold my account.

                                Now coming to the issue, how can the bank deduct any amount from secondary account or whetever you call it, when I have minimum balance maintained at all times in my primary account? To make the matter worse, there is still some LIEN AMOUNT showing in my 2nd account. I am no way ready to make that payment & want the amount that was deducted previously to be creditted back.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have applied for Loan in Axis Bank. after waiting 4 months, i came to know that my CIBIL report is saying that i m owning a credit card which have 720000 rs. credit limit, and i have to pay 600000 rs. I can't believe that a bank can set so much credit limit for saliried employee like me who is getting only 4.8 Lack p/a.

                                  Please suggest what should i do against this bogus CIBIL and its report.

                                  Step1: You collect the CIBIL report from AXIS bank (RBI notified banks to issue the CIBIL report on customer request, if bank is rejecting the loan because of bad cridit report.)
                                  Note: In case bank refuses to give this report, you can complain to the banking ombudsmen, they will help you to get the report from bank

                                  Step2: Check the report for any incorrect loan outstandings, defaults, credit card outstandings/defaults

                                  Step3: If you find any mismatch in the report, approch the bank or lender and ask them to correct this detail and update it in CIBIL database

                                  Step 4: Once the wrong entries are removed from CIBIL database, you can approch AXIS bank again

                                  Note: In case if you own this credit card and if it has wrong entries, huge interests and service charges, you can discuss with the credit card company to waive off / reduce payments. Or you can take the help of banking ombudsmen to assist you to resolve this
                                  I had similar experience in my last loan.
                                  coincidentally the bank to which I applied the loan was Axis bank in Gurgaon.

                                  Now since I have dealt with this, I can tell you what to do.

                                  1) Get your credit report from CIBIL.
                                  2) Complaint to them that the claims on you are bogus.
                                  3) Once you file complaint against the party which has logged a complaint they would be defensive if they are at fault. Then they shall try to hold you for not complaining to the consumer court.
                                  4) If you have some little time to spare PLEASE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM IN CONSUMER COURT. (I could not as I had to flew out of the country after a week)

                                  Axis Bank — Wrong CIBIL report

                                  Hello Sir,

                                  Recently I have applied for personal loan with HDFC bank. My request has been REJECTED! .

                                  The reason stated to me is due to adverse history of cheque bounce on my account found on CIBIL report. As far as my knowledge I'm keeping up with all of my EMI with Axis bank commitments and statements clarifies the same.

                                    I am pranaw kumar, I withdrawed money from my Axis Bank account from Union Bank ATM situated at MG Marg, Hardoi (U.P). Same time I have visited in UBI branch and tell about fake note of Rs- 500. Branch Manager and ATM officer are so confident and saying that they doesnt have any duplicate notes in atm. . if banks will not keep a check on it then the customers will have to suffer with this problems.

                                    In this case RBI should solve the problem. Otherwise who is responsible for these type of cases. there are many people who r facing this problem..

                                    I was forced to burn my hard earned Rs 1000 under humanitarian ground by ‘kindhearted ‘Branch Manager of SBI Gokul Branch, Mathikere on 11/11/09. My fault--- I withdrew Rs30000 from SBM ATM Mathikere & wanted to deposit the same in SBI.

                                    To my utter disbelief I was told by the counter staff of SBI that one Rs 1000 note bearing 2AQ series is counterfeit. Immediately I rushed to meet the manager of SBM who demanded proof of counterfeit note coming from the ATM. On producing the ATM receipt did not help rather he was least interested even to take the issue as serious one. I pleaded my innocence & asked him to help me to report this incident to the concerned authority. I got the shock of my life when I was told nothing can be done as there is no concrete evidence that the fake note came from ATM. How on earth can anyone prove that!!!
                                    After much argument finally I was allowed to burn the fake note under humanitarian ground by the SBI Manager & advised to forget the incident as sheer bad luck!

                                    I searched in the internet & RBI website as well but it seems there is nothing that can be done in this case. I have reached dead end. There seems to be clear involvement of the outsourced agencies who is handling ATM operations.

                                    Notwithstanding the fact that I had to literally burn my hard earned Rs 1000 with no fault of mine, I’d like to raise one simple question---lots have been heard & said about counterfeit notes but has anything been actually done to tackle the situation other than simply publishing it on newspapers? Is there any mechanism which can be installed in the ATMs so that innocent customer like me can prove that the counterfeit money has actually came from ATM? Is the RBI governor listening????

                                      I had never requested AXIS bank to convert my account into priority account. I have never signed any document where I have allowed them to convert my account into priority account. But still then have converted my account into priority and started deducting charges (Quarterly charges are 1, 000 rupees plus 10.3% tax !!!). I have submitted an application, raised a complain through their telebanking, called them 5 times (!!), mailed them 7 times (!!!). But no response WHATSOEVER.

                                      Request them to revert back all charges and convert back my account into normal.

                                      Below are mails I had sent to them:

                                      Hello,

                                      This is Jaydip Mehta, an AXIS bank customer.I have concere regarding my account number XXXXXX, at Ahmedabad main branch (Ellise bridge). This account is expected to be normal savings account but it is catogorized under priority salary account.

                                      This a account is expected to be salary account till Nov'08. Because than after my salary is not geeting deposited in this account. But strange enough, this account still shows under salary account rather than normal saving account category.

                                      Second, I have NEVER requested this account to be considered under priority account but it is catogorized under priority account, I don't know why. And if it has been considered under priority account, why I have not been assigned any relationship manager or why I have not received my priority debit card yet?

                                      So two complains/requests for you:
                                      (1) Please change my account type from salary to savings. (As salary is no more getting deposited in this account, automatically it should have been converted to savings. Is not it?)
                                      (2) Please change my account type from Priority to normal and most importantly revert back all the charges been deducted from account till now. (As I have NEVER requested to change my account to priority, it should not be catogorized under priority and no charges should get deducted from my account, Is not it?)

                                      I am wondering weather anybody is really caring for this !

                                      There are three ways only, I guess, to reach AXISBANK. Via mail, via telebanking and via direct branch number.

                                      I have tries all of them, but did not get satisfactory response from anyone.
                                      - Direct line either gets cut because of XYZ reason or nobody picks-up the phone.
                                      - eMail nobody is either acknoldging or responding.
                                      - Telebanking request is been raised numbered, 9310994 but no conculsion yet.

                                      Looks like I am dealing with some typical old aged government organization and I do not have any work other than following-up about queries/complains with AXISBANK.

                                      Just to let you know, I have not really got satisfactory clarifications for both of my complains.

                                      Looks like, without follow-ups things are not going to move.

                                      I have submitted an application for reversal of charges at Bangalore, Marathalli branch on 21st. It should have reached you (ahmedabad) branch yesterday (22nd). Now, can you please tell me, when charges are going to be reversed? When are you going to convert my account into non-priority account??

                                      I had called Ahmedabad branch on 27th noon and they had promised me that both of my request are going to be done today. Today is 29th, I am not seeing ANY of the request been fulfilled yet. Any Valid reason?

                                      Just to remind you (if you have forgotten), I do expect reply for my mails. This is my 5th mail of follow-up but nobody has responded me yet !!

                                      Just to let you know, this is not resolved yet. Let me also summarize what and all has happened till now:
                                      - Today is 31st July. I had raised complain on 11th July. Its full 20 days now !! But no resolution !!!
                                      - 7 Mails from me, and absolutely no reply whatsoever from anyone !!!
                                      - 4 calls to Ahmedabad main branch, but except false promises nothing happened.

                                      I too have same kind of experience with Axis Bank priority account. Am using it from 5 years. They mainly focus on their business promotions like forcing us to take additional accounts, insurance, deposits, ….

                                      I gave them number of applications to my family accounts and also demat account. But it never happened, in fact they were kept on charging on those accounts. No use, though I sent so many mails and personally met.

                                      I personally do not suggest Axis bank priority because of their worrest service. I am planning to get rid of this priority and change to another bank.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I am forced to approach consumer forum as i am not able to set solution or final decision from Axis Bank. I have mentioned case history. Would like your intervention to solve this case.

                                        Case History:-

                                        I had taken car loan (Car loan no AU[protected] in the month of June 2008. I had also availed the faclility of ECS with Citibank. ECS was supposed to have start date of July 2008. The same did not happen. On enquiring with Axis Bank officer who is deployed on Laxmi Motors Mira Road, i was informed there was some problem with ECS facility between Axis bank and Citi bank. From that month onwards the payment of EMI was made through cheque. In interim i tired calling branch of Axis Bank and Laxmi motors asking for fresh ECS faclility, but the nobody even bothered to help me out. From Aug 2008 to till date i started keeping Zero balance in my citi bank account just to avoid double payment from my side (as i was also making the paymnent thorugh cheque). Now all of sudden in the month of June 2009 collection agency of Axis bank has informed me about the outstanding interest due of 9000/- and odd Rupees. My questions are :-

                                        1) Why was the overstanding interest due was not communicated to earlier (i.e. from Aug 2008 to June 2009).

                                        2) There was no communocation of any sort of ECS failure of interest due from Axis bank to Client

                                        3) If Axis bank claims that they have done the same, then i would require the details.

                                        My only point is Axis bank is not going to communicate the oustanding interest due then how come customer will know about the same. If it's eastablished that they have communicated the same and if consumer forum agrees that i have to pay the total outstanding payment, i will not negate the same and will make the total payment.
