Dear Sir,
Please help me(Biswa Mohan Dash) opened an account with Axis Bank Limited but at first instance cheque book was sent to me without debit card in month of august-09 upon query with customer service and Bank Personnel its been informed that the first card was not generated and secondly requested to re submit photograph and sign the form provided by Mr. Vishnu, Vasantkunj Branch. Upon non receiving the card again second time visitied the bank on 23.09.09 revisited the bank and been informed by bank that Rs. 28200/- was debited from my account without my notice. And upon further query its been adviced by them to wait till further investigation.
As this saving amount is desperately needed for my expenses and bank is not in a mood to provide any solution right away please help me with urgent assistance.

    EDC MACHINE

    We have ur edc machine connected to TATA INDICOM WALKY phone for the past three years. (MID [protected] / TID[protected] At the time of settlement there is a frequent problem of "TOTALS MISMATCHED" & "MACHINE GETTING INOPERATIVE FOR BATCH LOCK PROBLEM". It takes atleast a couple of days or more before the complaint is attended. This problem has occurred over past 2~3 months.

    Dear sir I m Rajesh adhikari from Indore (m.p.).I had opened new current account for axis bank (A/C No. [protected] & Customer Id No.[protected] month of June 2009 on your bank. But still date didn’t receive my iconnect Password’s. I have told many time reminder to my home branch (Vijay Nagar Indore M.P ), but they are not help to us. Kindly do the need full action as soon as possible & Pleases send me firstly my password on my mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in .and my mailing aedeses also.

      I have requested many times to revert back Invalid Transition amount
      Rs. 9000 . This amount Rs.9000 is automatically detected By The Bank But I have not made this transaction for Rs9000 .

      Please check this Transaction which wrong and we not made this transaction
      because this is Advance Date i.e. 14/09/2009 when I check the Balance inquiry it was 13/09/2009.

      It has been passed more then two weeks but I am not getting my money. On every time when I call the Customer Care .they say to me forward query to reminder and hold next for 48 hours

      Customer Care Request NO : 9485666(Third time)


      I am being harassed By The AXIS BANK . It seems that They don’t want to return My money.

      Hello Sir,
      Wrong deduction from my balance dated 04/04/2009 at time 12.00am.
      I try to withdraw 2000Rs. from the Karnataka Bank ATM, Vile Parle (E) branch.
      ATM ID: KBL02023, Transaction Serial No: 846065
      I initiate transaction but there is an error message on screen and slip printed with message "Issuer Down"
      No money is come out from the ATM.I can provide printed slip.
      Then I try at icici bank ATM near that ATM. There is also error message "Try after some time".
      Then I went at Axis Bank ATM, Parleswar Mandir, Vile Parle(E), withdraw 2500Rs. Transaction successfully. I got 2500Rs.
      But for that date i.e. 04/04/2009, 2000Rs. also debited to my account which I am not get.
      Regarding this issue I register complaint at Axis Bank customer care, Complaint no.:9029774.
      Please tell me when should I get that money refund to my account?

      So please inform and assist me as early as possible.

      I am (Pradeep Kumar Rawat) account holder in your branch last four year, but now I am facing with some problem. As on 2nd Oct-2010 three debit transaction of Rs.1001 is made from my account but I don’t know about this transaction and who made this transaction, but amount of Rs.1001 have credited in my account automatically and again Rs.1210 is debited. so I requested to you please query about this transaction..

        I am Sri Kishore chandra Bishoyi having account in AXIS Bank and my A/c number [protected] and my ATM card Number 5516 on[protected] saturday, i did with drawn transaction for the amount 5000/- in DENA BANK using Axis- ATM Card at that time system shows that Transaction unsucessful. when i went to AXis Bank ATM and check my mini statement it shows that amount already reduced with the AXIS ATM TXN ID S1AC2123

          Dear Sir,

          I have acount in Axis Bank, Vashi Branch, New Mumbai. I canot access my Debit cum ATM Card from axis ATM also can't use my debit card for shopping. when i was use Debit card at that time declain is come. when i was use ATM card then my 100Rs. diducted but cant come in hand through ATM on 15/09/09. after above day i cant access my ATM card also.
          For all this i was complaining on from 15.09.09 to till date.
          Axis bank does'nt take any action on it.

          Till date dudction of 100 Rs. is not added on my account.


          Please take some action on it.

          I have an account in axis bank and using my ATM card for last 7 yrs, one month back I tried to use my card, and due to some machinary fault the card remained inside and was locked, the bank management told me to collect it after 5 days and use after 2 more days, According to their advice, i used my card, but it was locked again, i met bank managemant, the corresponding person Mr Rudra admitted some fault in unlocking, after same procedure i got my card, and according to their instruction i used my card, and it was locked again, the machine showed invalid transaction

Right from that contacted customer care regarding changes in my number from CUG to normal. Even, camplain has been given in writing at your prahaladnagar, 100 ft ring road, satellite, Ahmedabad. Than also when approached for change of address on your customer care as well as stores and web world, every body is insisting visit the corporate office of yours for just sake of change of plan from CUG and for the change of address also, which already submitted earlier to your company at Ahmedabad above mentioned address.

            If MNC like yours are not responding for such a small issues like this, than it will encourage me to switchover the relationship from your company to other.

              I wanto register my complain against the AXIS BANK Noida's Sector 16 Branch. The bank has delivered its poorest of the services along with the mental harrasement. I lost my ATM on 23rd August and blocked the same on 24th Aug.'09. I have applied for a new ATM on 24th August 2009,i.e. Monday the very next day. Till now , neither i received my ATM card, nor any call from the bank. I have contacted the bank authorities many time, They promised me that i'll get it with in first 8 days, when i contacted them after 10 days then they started disconneccting my calls, I have the name of two employees TUMPA and ANUP ([protected] and [protected]). It has been 25 days now and i have not got my ATM. Everytime i have to walk uopto the nearest branch for taking money, whichis 10 KM from my home and sometimes they verify my signatures as if i am a theif or something. Its a mental Torture. Even the bank authorities has never listened to my problem. Today in the afternoon i called them at[protected], [protected] and [protected]. They disconnected my call after Hearning my name. I want to lodge this complaint not against the bank only, but also on the Employees for not doing their Jobs properly.

                Hi,

                Just wanted to share my experience seeing a lot of others here sharing there complaints. Though, I did come across similar complaints in forums before going for Axis Bank car loan, I thought I might not have a similar experience. Surprisingly, I got trapped totally the same way. First, because I am in rented apartment and my new flat is just getting finished, they had some verification problems with that. Then, they had problems because my office is in Bangalore and I work remotely from another city. But all this time, in the span of 4 whole weeks, they never told me, ok your loan is rejected, we cannot process it, but they kept delaying by some excuse or other. Finally, this Monday, before the start of the festive weekend, they said okay, your loan would be approved by today, disbursed by tomorrow. I went and paid my balance amount to the car dealer. Next day, Tuesday, no contact from them. Wednesday, when I call them back, the person in charge does not pick up his phone. When I call from another number, he picks up, and on this day, with no time left for me apply for loan at other banks, he tells me my loan has been rejected on some stupid excuse. I made the mistake of trusting Axis Bank even after getting some bad feedback, and I learned my lesson. I hope this will help others in not getting trapped like this again.

                  I am sure that this must be an error and I would like you re-credit the amount to my account.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    In the the month of July I put an inquiry online on Axis Bank website and I got a mail that they will send somebody to me for the further paper work but after repeated mails nobody came then I personally went to the bank and filled the form given by its sales representative( Mr. Kiran) of its Gajuwaka Branch, Visakhapatnam in the end of August. After 10 days I got a SMS that my application no. 1947184 has been declined. From that day I am trying to call that representative but he not picking up the phone and the bank is also not replying that on which grounds they have rejected by application when I am fulfilling all the terms and conditions as stated by them while filling the form. i want to know what step i should take next.

                      I have applied yamuna expressway authority- Residential Plot Scheme(2-3-09 to 4-5-09) through AXIS Bank's Financial scheme for 30 mtr plot.                       The YEA scheme for plot is turning out to be a doubtful issue. Now, the latest is, for 300 mtr plot applicants, the draw has been postponed to Nov 17, 2009. It is more like harassing people of their time and giving scope for more red tape to benefit culprits.

                      I doubt anybody will listen to the plight of common man as UP Government appears to be playing a spoil sport for its own benefit.

                      It is all upto Almighty now, whether luck is still going to favor us or not. Let wait till the next advertisement comes out informing about another postponement of draw.

                      Just to add on, I was surprised to know that 300 mtrs plot was not for General Category. Its reserved for Agriculture class. Unfortunately this was not clearly mentioned anywhere in the application form. Even when I deposited the application form, it was checked by the support staff present there from the YEA and was not pointed out. So, I not only have paid the initial booking amount but also another 2200 which the Axis bank has demanded. Now, after checking the list of eligible candidates at YEA site, i shockingly realised that I am not the contender to the game. Not sure what to do here now...

                      Maybe there are others like me just hopeing for something that is not to be! :(

                        hello my name is Vikram, i also got 1000 Rs short when used my debit card to withdraw money from ATM of AXIS bank ...from last one month we have been following up with AXIS bank customer care and the customer care executive now after one month of one sided followup said that she will forward the request to the concerned deptt. Hope the money gets back to us soon coz considering the speed of the AXIS customer care on this issue till now, i think it will take alot of frustation, hassle & time before i get my money back. I would advise all users of ATM machines that plz make it a habbit to check ur withdrawal before leaving ATM to avoid confusions later! Its though a very rare case problem but it really frustates when it does happen. This is the 2nd time that i have faced such problem, the first time i faced the issue with ICICI ATM while i was withdrawing 20000 Rs. and nothing actually poped out of ATM, i reported the thing immediately to ICICI bank customer care and got my money back within 10 days approx.

                          I am bit confused by banks policy to charge different rates to new and existing customers, not sure this falls under fair practice norms, i was verbally confirmed the rate of interest is 8.75 % but when i received my statement i was charged at 9.50 %.

                          My complaint is not towards one bank, but why are banks allowed to change different ROI to two customers.

                          I received a senction letter from Axis bank by mentioning the interest rate for first year is 8.25% and for second year is 8.75% and from third year onwards as per the base rate of RBI + 1%, and validity of that senction letter is 90 days.

                          After 50 days on 25th Jan-2011 when I requested for first disbursment they have changed the rate for second year is 9.00% from 8.75%. I received a message on my cell and document at my home and they disbursed the payment on 27-JAn 2011 and today is 8th Feb-2011 although my builder has not received the payment.

I am using a Axis bank gold ATM card but before completion(1yr) I am surrender this card and apply a new normal visa card. But problem is when I am issuing this Gold ATM card they are charged from my a/c Rs 562.00 branch manager tell to me this is Rs 281.00 for annual advance charges & Rs 281.00 is issuance charges. But before completion period I am surrender ATM gold card. But later I mean after surrender gold ATM card two another charges debited from my a/c for my surrender ATM gold card. i.e Rs 276.00 & 230.00 on the dated 14 august & 27 august. Also my new card charges debited from my a/c Rs 108.00 on the dated 31 july.
                                So they have debited extra charges Rs 506.00......

                                  They have a really bad customer service. Their SLA is to reply within 2 days.

                                  I got frustrated a lot b4 getting my netsecure toolkit (1-touch). After getting that I had pblms like the pin synchronization. From last week, my 1-touch device wont start up and they want me to mail it to tech division in Mumbai. I'm in US right now. I'm not able to access my account or transfer anything. Axis Bank safe bank? I would rather call is costly banking.

                                  The best of all, I got someone else' monthly statement emailed to me. They replied me after 1 week to ignore that.

                                  I'm planning to close my account and move on to some other customer friendly bank.
                                  Better logde an FIR against the Bank Manager for illegally blokcing your account...

                                  I am also a salary account holder at Axis bank. I am trying to book tickets with my debit card since last 3 days but everytime there is one or the order problems being faced. Now i have to use my i connet facility to do the booking but then it askes for netsecure password. i registered online for netsecure and it said that the password would be sent to your mobile within 15 minutes. but have not received any password. Now am not able to book my travel tickets... Axis card is more of a problem then convience to customer. Am very upset with this.

                                  My account will not open after entering login id and password , it always ask to enter activation code which is send by sms on registered mobile number but unfortunately sms service is banned in our state , so it will not be able for me to receive sms.

                                  Plz help me to overcome this situation asap.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I opened a saving A/c. at Axis Bank Ltd., branch Civil Lines A/c. no. [protected] Name: Jitendra kumar Dhiran, in February 2009, later on 05/04/2009 I have watched my profile through internet banking & was surprised to see that all of my personal details are incorrect, but I responded positively & submitted an application regarding the details of mistake made by Bank & requested to correct them on 11th April 2009, Enclosing Xerox of my Mobile Bill & PAN Card.

                                    The mistakes were as followed.

                                    I have the receipt copy of the said application with bank stamp. Later acting bona fide I registered for online funds transfer facility, (I am working as an accounts Manager in a company so I am unable to do banking in the office hours) but was unable use it I couldn’t register for net secure just because my personal details with the bank are incorrect (for which I have submitted all documents twice). The net secure was forcefully imposed by Axis bank on consumers, no other bank have done so. I have sustained huge loss because of this. Further on 17th August 2009 I resubmitted an application regarding the same along with the Xerox of my Mobile Bill & PAN Card (I have the receipt copy of the same) but still no action is been taken. The employees of the bank are very irresponsible that they even do not answer in proper way & language.

                                    I request you to take some action that no customer should be treated by bank in this manner.

                                    i am previsouly worked in your axisbank and i releaving on[protected], But right know i am not getting my provident fund so please do some favour for, even i am give a request to branch as well as the southern zonal office but nobody give a correct response to me. and my employee id no is 26560 my SE code is S1705, so kindly give some responsible reply

                                    I gunjan arora have left axis bank in Nov 2007. My employee code is 14529 . But to till date i am not getting my full and final settlement and my provident fund, Infact i have requested to my branch as well as Zonal office to settle down. But i have not got correct information.So kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                      I am Ramachandran.T, Corporate Card Holder.

                                      I had made a payment for my last month credit card bill for the amount of Rs.2471 on 18/08/09 through ICICI bank (by online transaction). The respective amount had been debited from ICICI bank on the same day and they had provided me the reference number for the transaction. Till, the amount has not been credited into my Axisbank Credit bank account.

                                      Upto now, I had contacted Axisbank Customer Care for 15 times and had sent the mail for 4 times. The problem has not been resolved till now.

                                      First of all, the Customer Service Executive asked me to wait for 12 hrs, and then again 12 hrs and then asked me to wait upto evening and then 48 hrs and then they booked the callback but didn't called me. I had called again, they asked me for the Amount transaction Reference number, i had sent it on the same day and then they asked for the print screen for the amount debited from ICICI bank and now they are asking for the scanned copy of the ICICI bank statement.

                                      i had made 15 calls upto till date. For each call the CSE's had take approximately 20 minutes and approximately i had spent 300 minutes with Axisbank Customer Care for this issue. So i had lost Rs.650 approximately (300 x 2.25).

                                      ICICI bank had given me the reference number for my payment (Payment ID: [protected]). Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                      This is ganesh i joined at citi club at September, i had life time member ship card with 18000rs only and i got kodaikanl trip and home theatre as complementary, as per my suggestion compare to other club citi club is good, i would refer citi club is good.,
