Debit cum ATM Card

Dear Sir,

I have acount in Axis Bank, Vashi Branch, New Mumbai. I canot access my Debit cum ATM Card from axis ATM also can't use my debit card for shopping. when i was use Debit card at that time declain is come. when i was use ATM card then my 100Rs. diducted but cant come in hand through ATM on 15/09/09. after above day i cant access my ATM card also.

Poor services and mental harrasement by AXIS Bank

I wanto register my complain against the AXIS BANK Noida's Sector 16 Branch. The bank has delivered its poorest of the services along with the mental harrasement. Declined ATM Transaction but Amount Debited from Account

I anbukumaran went to One of the AXIS Bank ATM at Srinagar Colony, HYDERABAD to Withdraw Rs20000/- from my Account operated with AXisbank .

Delay in Draw/ Axis asking more payment

I have applied yamuna expressway authority- Residential Plot Scheme(2-3-09 to 4-5-09) through AXIS Bank's Financial scheme for 30 mtr plot. The tantative draw date was 10-8-09 but the draw date has been extended to 14 oct09 and the bank is demanding 2200/- more to continue the loan for 300 mtrs plot. Axis banks all numbers provided are busy from last 3 days am out of home. I don't know what to do.....

Floating rates

I am bit confused by banks policy to charge different rates to new and existing customers, not sure this falls under fair practice norms, i was verbally confirmed the rate of interest is 8.75 % but when i received my statement i was charged at 9.50 %.

My complaint is not towards one bank, but why are banks allowed to change different ROI to two customers....

Credit card is blocked

I was trying to pay my EB bill .I was not able to pay. Hence spoke to one of the customer service rep and he advised me to register at www.axisbank.com.I tried to register my card details and its blocked right now.

ATM card charges

Dear sir/madam
I am SK SABBIR ALI a/c holder of axis bank ltd. I have a problem regarding my ATM card charges. I am using a Axis bank gold ATM card but before completion(1yr) I am surrender this card and apply a new normal visa card. But problem is when I am issuing this Gold ATM card they are charged from my a/c Rs 562.00 branch manager tell to me this is Rs 281.00 for annual advance charges & Rs 281.00 is issuance charges....

no reply from bank on request for netsecure procedure

I am a customer of Axis Bank with salary account which was opened by my company (which is forcefully ). I have iconnect passwords both, login & transction, i have requested to bank through mail to their customer care mail id for the procedure to activate the netsecure. Amount not transferred

I had made a payment for my last month credit card bill for the amount of Rs.2471 on 18/08/09 through ICICI bank (by online transaction). incorrect information while selling card

Sir,
The sales representative of Axis bank informed me that their Platinum card was safer as it had a chip and that a PIN number would be required for authenticating the transactions. I am familiar with this system as it was present in the UK. Axis charges Rs 1000 / year for this card.
While other banks offer free platinum cards, axis not only charges you a fee but also a tax on it which they do not tell you.

Processing Fees refund

I have applied to Axis Bank for home Loan in June'09 I received the sanction letter after 2 weeks. Later on due to their internal issues could not disburse the loan even till August 1st week. ATM Transaction failed but money deducted

Hello Sir,
Wrong deduction from my balance dated 11/Aug/2009 I try to withdraw 15000Rs. from the Axis ATM, ICF Chennai branch.
I initiate transaction but there is an error message on screen "Time out" No money is come out from the ATM. But for that date i.e. 11/Aug/2009, 15000Rs. also debited to my account which I am not get.
