Dear Sir,
I am D.Ravi Kumar. I had two credit cards. One is axis bank & other one is HDFC bank. I used this credit card in my sister marriage in emergency.
but after that i was not able to pay that amount, but i paid even more that the amount which i used by credit card by minimum amount paid in every month.
then i stopped my payment for some personal financial reason. but after few month i paid all the amount with settlement (without knowing defaulter list),but i did not know that my name is in defaulter list by both the banks.It was the time last october 2009.

Kindly remove my name from defaulter list because i am not able to take any housing loan from any bank.
Kindly help.

    I had given an application for NOC for transferr of My vehicle(Swift) from Bangalore to Noida on 13th October 2009. The bank executives - Mr RAJ at Koramangla Branch didnt bother to inform me on the status of my application. I contacted the bank executives several times to knpow the status from October- December. In the month of Dec I was asked my transfer letter to Delhi. I prompltly provided te same. I was told that the verification report has come negative and they have sent for another verification at my residence which was subsequently done. The bank did not bother to inform me about the negative verification report. The customer care desk representative Ms Sheela, has today informed that the second verification report has also come negative. It

    I contacted them several times in the months of Dec and Jan but Mr Raj never responded on the same. Neither did the Bank Manager respond to the calls made on her landline number provided by the Bank.I even sent them reminders on their email ids asking for the status on the same. But their was no response from the bank. Is this the way Axis bank operates and harrases the customers? This is the worst service I have ever experienced from any of the banks.

    Please let me know what I need to do get this NOC from axis bank, Bangalore.

    I agree with this. In my case, i wanted to transfer my vehicle from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. The executive was not responding. The height is, i got the verification within 15 days of submission. When there was no progress in this matter, i asked the executive and he inquired abt my case. I was told that there was no such request from my side about the NOC. Now my question is, if verification was done, how they can say that there is no request from my side. I guess, either they have mis-handled my documents or they dont have any information.

      HI,

      I was holding a zero balance salary account with Axis Bank, I have changed my job in Aug 2008 so salary is no more crediting into that account. I have received an email with the statement which shows me that my account balance is running in negative it's -2600.00 I have called up Axis Bank and they told me this is penalty due to non maintenance of average quartely balance. I am really shoked to know I was not aware that this account will automatically convert into saving bank account.

      Now when I went to the bank they are asking me to clear the dues then only they will close my account.

      Please help me how to proceed in this case.

      sir, i am faceing a lots of problem in the AXIS BANK(dhanbad).Tomorrow i had gone in axis bank for the pass book with latter+signater of my father &mother insted he is not giving that pass book .after some time that clerk of axis is saying that pass book is allrady he had given. they didnot want to work poperly .only he want to know to give harracement

        Hi This is sandeep Kuamr, I had zero balance axis bank account (salary base), which is changed into saving account because of not working anywhere. But I’m not informed about it that axis bank now will treat my account as a saving account. I did not have 5000rs balance in my account, because of this, axis bank charged me consolidated charges. When I came to know I withdrew all my balance from my saving account. Now balance is 00.00. but now again axis bank charged me consolidated charges of 750. Without any prior information. Now balance is -750 something. If it’s my saving account can’t I withdraw my balance anytime. If balance is 00.00 why bank didn’t canceled my account, why axis bank charges me again and again. Pls tell me what to do now. I didn’t get any positive response from axis bank

        dear account holder that is the bank policy, weather u do not mailtain proper balance they will charg u minimum balance charge close ur account now else they will charge 750 more for next month and that will be -1500.i[censored] do not pay they will send u legal notice, better close your account

          On 23 Jan 2010 near about at 1400 hrs I (Vikas Bharti) use my Axix Bank ATM Debit card (A/c No.[protected]) for withdraw Rupees 500/- from Axis Bank ATM situated at Axis Bank Branch, AM-196, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. I have not received any money from ATM Machine because on that time machine shows that your transaction is declined after that I called the security man from the branch. He told me that your money will not deducted from your account because the machine shows that your transction is declined. But after four days I just want to check that my money is not deducted from my account, I take mini statement from the Axis bank ATM of Jeevan Mala Hospital, Rohtak Road on 28 Jan 2010 and that shows the Rupees 500/- debited from my account on that day i.e. 23 Jan 2010. It is requested that do the needful in favour of me. I am very grateful to you for kind consideration of my request.

          i am having an curent account of axis bank in anna nagar branch at chennai... i deposit rs 18, 000 n my ac. it will credited to my a/c...but they tell rs 30, 000 s on the lien balance ...my old balance is Rs.980 but now the amount is Rs is 11, 020 in debit...what we do

            Hi,
            I'm a 2.5 Years old customer of Axis Bank and holding my Salary Account in Hyderabad Ashoka Nagar Branch. I have taken a Home Loan AC No PH[protected].
            I think taking Hoam Loan from Axis bank is my biggest mistake of my life. Every Disbursement of the loan was a night mare and was late by atleast by 15 days. The RAC officeials dont pick up the phone and neither respond to mails. First of all to process the Application they took more than 2 months for me.

            My suggestion to all Home loan seekers that Dont go for Axis bank Home Loan. It will be difficult to tolarate the harasment.

            I totally agree with the opinion and I am also a victim of Axis Bank. They have taken 3 months time and finally rejected the application.

            Even they have not returned the documents submitted with the application.

            God only knows how Axis Bank works.

              I here by would like to make a complaint to thee Axis Bank officer.

              My daugther, Chin Pui Xin is studying in Aarupadai Veedu Medical College (AVMC) from Puducherry, India since October 2009. She has registered for an account opening, as it is compulsory for all foreign students to have one.

              YET, as for your information, today is already 15th January 2010, it has been about THREE MONTHS!! My daughter has been keep on calling thee officer, BUT it is always in busy or no answer AT ALL. I do not expect any extraordinary customer service, but AS A FOREIGNER, i would like to preserve and protect my rights upon my daughter!

              Thee in-charged officer gave fake promises to my daughter, saying that they will "courrier" the card for my daughetr the next day. HOWEVER, i am UNABLE to send money (NOT EVEN A SINGLE CENT!!) to my daughter, FOR HER DAILY EXPENSES. She is forced to borrow her friends' money throughout this period of time.

              I am wondering how long my daughter should wait for her debit card. I would like to show my GREAT DISATISFACTORY to thee bank, because if this condition remains UNCHANGED, i might have to take a very serious action towards this problem!

                My name has came under Defaulter's list, I made payment on time and also now have the Noc from the Axis bank, but bank didn't close the loan account Loan account number is [protected] because of that now my name is showing under defaulter list.
                Need the solution as now I am not able to get any credit card or loan. As it's not my fault and because of bank why should i suffer.

                    Dear Sir,

                    My name is Pankaj kumar Gupta I m account holder of Axis bank my axis bank account number is [protected] on dated 18th January 2010 between 12.30pm to 1 pm my ATM card lost. I immidate block my ATM card by request number HSR159724 and ask about the balance and balance was Rs. 6158/-. Now that I feel balance is correct but on dated 20th January 2010 I again ask about balance and balance is Rs. 4800 something I surprised how is that possible when my Card has been blocked then how anyone can do shopping. SO I would request you immidate take action on this and return back remaining balance as soon as possible in my Axis bank account.

                      Hi Axis bank,

                      I am having 3yrs ongoing car loan from axis bank. on 12th Jan, collection people has collected two emi and given me white receipt for same. On 13th Jan their recovery people came to my house and picked my car forcibly while it was not in NPA stage. i asked them to talk to collection guy then they refused for same. After that Collection guy called me in Branch and he took the last day given receipt with his trick [with fake promise] and returned my given cash to me. After that they started asking to pre close the loan forcibly. They told me there is REPO LOCK into your account , system is not accepting money. After that they asked me to come after few days as their authority person is on medical leave. Mean time i have visited other branch to pay the overdue emi and they accepted same. Now i don't have any overdue emi. I have visited again their branch on 18th Jan, and asked my car back. But they are not giving back my car. and forcing me to preclose the loan account. Their authority person yet to be join in office . Can any one help me or guide me on this. I am really helpless at this condition.

                        what is policy settlement policy to cancel officially my credit card which i am not using but can celled by your company to avoid cibil report as a defaulter if already send as defaulter kindly cancel same otherwise i have to go to consumer court do the needful as early as possible card no is [protected] and my cell no is [protected] please call for same urgently

                          myself shinde amardeep working as executive in aditya birla hospital pune taken axis bank corporate card details card no [protected] code no 4074 valid from 10/08 to 10/11 want to close the same officially and it is not used single time by me .your company send me letter that my card has been can celled by company as i am not using it but but if you show my report to CIBIL as a DEFAULTER I have to go to consumer court but i am giving 1 day period to settle the documents regarding this if you send my report as DEFAULTER without any reason you will be responsible for further consumer court.
                          So my kind request to you to settle the same as early as possible my cell no is [protected].

                            Dear Forum,

                            On 13th Jan 2010, I withdrew some money from Axis Bank Dr A S Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, branch via a check. I was given 32 nos, Rs 1000 denomination notes and remaining in 500.

                            I deposited this money in an another bank against my loan. There they identified 1 Rs 1000 note as fake. When i took this note back to Axis Bank they just denied as being issued by them.

                            The cashier and the manager both just kept saying that every note they receive they scan if for fake, hence no way a fake note would be issued by them. The cashier also mentioned that earlier whenever he accepted fake notes by mistake, hed had to pay the bank from his pocket, and he paid 12000 as such. I ask the cashier, is it the reason that you have a problem from bank and now you are passing down the problem on to customer.

                            I told them again that i appreciate for all the processes you are following, and i said this note that i hold in my hand is from the same money that i received from the bank just 30mins back. It was like i am trying to prove i am not lying.


                            On this they became reluctant and said that is not their note, and ask me to do what ever i want to do.

                            The most surprising part was, leaving alone customer service respect, they said it is not our responsibility, you can go where ever you want to or go to RBI whereever...

                            I want to know :

                            1. Is this how Axis treats every customer.
                            2. Is a customer or the cashier responsible for fake notes.
                            3. For such reasons would'nt the customer try to distribute the fake note/s further, saving his/her loss.
                            4. Is customer or the bank criminal.
                            5. Does a customer or the cashier needs to undergo such emotional trauma.
                            6. Shouldnt the process be to collect all such notes however they happen to come, and try to stop further distribution.

                            Please help me on the above and what the next steps should be.

                              Lien balance locked amount

                              Hi Axis Bank CEO,


                              My account no is [protected]...

                              Unfortunately my company is having salary account with your stupid bank.. where almost all the employees are useless. I have sent a mail related to my money got locked in lien balance by 8th Jan and till today havent got the reply. Spoke to call center twice and they referred loan department who has locked my amount in lien balance. Loan department...

                              Hi,

                              I applied for Home Loan from Axis Bank during mid December'09. In January 1st week I gave them a call and ended up in a shock. Loan was not processed. Now they say a life insurance attached to the home loan from Axis bank.

                              Surprisingly they say it is only mandatory for those people taking loan below 30 lakhs. This should not be the case since higher the loan amount the higher the risk with the bank.

                              They also refuse to send any official or written communication in this regard,

                              My loan document which was being handled by Mr. Seetharam and Mr. Sathies of Axis bank Kormangla branch in Bangalore is now being returned to me without giving any official reason for rejection.

                              Not sure how to handle such miscommunication and misbehaviour from Axis Bank.

                                I am from Bangalore, recently joined my new company, after they opened my new Corporate account, i havnt received my account Kit with the debit card yet, However i do have recieved all the pass words. Its almost a month now, got to know from my finance department that my salary has been deposited in my new account and that its activated. however its of no use as neither have my cheque book nor my debit card so that i could withdram money from my account. I dont even have my customer ID no so that i could log onto i connect and check my account status. All i have is my account no with which i cannot log in i connect. please help me.

                                I had applied for opening a new savings account in Axis bank at Madhyamgram branch on last week .I had submitted my all documents such as address proof, age proof, photo and also initial money of rupees 5105. But still now i am getting no response from Axis bank. Please look into this matter with immediate effect.
                                I paid Rs 5000/- on 28/1/2011 for opening saving account till date not received account number in kompally branch, near hyderabad, Dist Ranga reddy in Andhra Pradesh. it is very bad thing to opening account delay some other banks providing account bank in 1day but in your bank very delay. I dont want opening account in your bank. please cooperate me. I thought your bank was very bad relationship to customer.I want very urgent my account number.

                                  Hello Sir

                                  my a/c no is [protected]. On 26th of december. 2009 Rs 750/- and Rs77.25/- was deducted from my account with reference to CONS and SERV respectively.
                                  I can understand about the service charges, but why this amount of Rs750/- has been deducted from my account please explain.

                                    Dear sir, On 31/12/2009 I entered my gold debit card of axisbank in a SBI ATM (BRANCH RANGAPARA @-3883 Ph. Fax- [protected]) to withdraw Rs 10000.00. I swiped my atm card to withdrw and enter amount the atm machine show unable to process but Rs .10000.0 0 debited from my account.                                       Dear Sir,
                                      We have 4 saving account in Axis bank of Hari Nagar,Haridwar Uttarakhand branch my account no. is [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected].Axis bank charged on above four account Rupess.750.00+77.25 regarding to AQB Non Maintenance Charges.But i Manage Average Quterly Balance above 5000/Day during 25/09/2009 to 24/12/2009 . But Axis Bank Calculating AQB From 15/09/2009 to 14/12/2009 instead of 25/09/2009 to 24/12/2009 as according to their Schedule Charges Paper(Which I received along with my welcome kit).I Attached scan copy of their Schedule Charges Paper(Which I received along with my welcome kit). Axis Bank have to inform us if He change any AQB calculation cycle Anytime But Axis bank changed AQB calculation cycle without any prior notice So these charges are not applicable for My accounts.
                                      Kindly help us to get refund of Rupess.750.00+77.25=827.25/Account regarding to AQB Non Maintenance Charges from my Accounts and inform us as soon as possible. We are waiting for your earlier reply.
