Just wanted to share my experience seeing a lot of others here sharing there complaints. Though, I did come across similar complaints in forums before going for Axis Bank car loan, I thought I might not have a similar experience. Surprisingly, I got trapped totally the same way. First, because I am in rented apartment and my new flat is just getting finished, they had some verification problems with that. Then, they had problems because my office is in Bangalore and I work remotely from another city. But all this time, in the span of 4 whole weeks, they never told me, ok your loan is rejected, we cannot process it, but they kept delaying by some excuse or other. Finally, this Monday, before the start of the festive weekend, they said okay, your loan would be approved by today, disbursed by tomorrow. I went and paid my balance amount to the car dealer. Next day, Tuesday, no contact from them. Wednesday, when I call them back, the person in charge does not pick up his phone. When I call from another number, he picks up, and on this day, with no time left for me apply for loan at other banks, he tells me my loan has been rejected on some stupid excuse. I made the mistake of trusting Axis Bank even after getting some bad feedback, and I learned my lesson. I hope this will help others in not getting trapped like this again.

Wrong deduction from my balance dated 04/04/2009 at time 12.00am.
I try to withdraw 2000Rs. from the Karnataka Bank ATM, Vile Parle (E) branch.
ATM ID: KBL02023, Transaction Serial No: 846065
I initiate transaction but there is an error message on screen and slip printed with message "Issuer Down"
No money is come out from the ATM.I can provide printed slip.
Then I try at icici bank ATM near that ATM. There is also error message "Try after some time".
Then I went at Axis Bank ATM, Parleswar Mandir, Vile Parle(E), withdraw 2500Rs. Transaction successfully. I got 2500Rs.
But for that date i.e. 04/04/2009, 2000Rs. also debited to my account which I am not get.
Regarding this issue I register complaint at Axis Bank customer care, Complaint no.:9029774.
Please tell me when should I get that money refund to my account?
So please inform and assist me as early as possible.
