Axis Bank — Worst Customer Service

Mr. CCO,
I am Avik SenGupta. Presently residing in Japan. I am spellbound with your customer service. What a way! I have an account in your bank at Dunlop Branch of Kolkata, West-Bengal. Details are given below--

After submitting full information of my Visa, I always got disturbing mail or phone calls to my home in Kolkata saying that this persons visa is expired. But till date I have a valid visa and I have not ever extend my visa. Due to this irritating behavior I made a decision to close my account.
I went to India on 25th January of this year. On 9th February I went to your famous Bank and much more famous branch to close my account. Middle person(Fair complexion, 25-30 years, with specs) of three person on front row had guided me to my smooth destination!!! When I told him I want to close my account he told me "OK. Just issue a check or use your Debit card and take all the money". So, I took my "value less" money by debit card leaving a amount of Rs- 43/- as this amount can not be drawn by card.
Today, they have issued a mail that I have Rs- 900/- credit. When my old father went to that worthless bank, the same person sitting on the same position told him, "I don't know who told this("Mujhe maloom nehi kisne kaha hoga")!!! But you have to keep at least Rs- 5000/- in account otherwise you will have to pay fine".
OK, no problem. This might be your rule. I am a customer. Your duty is to guide your customer to right direction, but not to a wrong direction by telling them the half fact. My present account is a joint account with my mother. Now that person told me that I have to produce an application that I want to close my account. I have to send it from Japan. Longer time it takes, much more money will be added to your bank. Application only from my mother is not sufficient. All these are rules. Fine. No problem. But you should make it clear to your customer specially like me who are away from country.
Probably you could not make a solution to this case. If I am lucky enough I will get a "Sorry" mail from your side. Thats all. If you can't handle International customer stop all the nonsense in the name of NRE service. I will tell all of my friends that please dont go for Axis Bank or please go for that if you want to know how much a customer service can be WORST.
Now Mr. CCO, convey this message with me, "Please dont come to Axis Bank. It serves only harassment!!!"

new debit card — bank people not responding

this is to inform u that i am a employee of Domino's pizza (I) Ltd. in 24 the mall shimla and have an salary account in your bank(HDFC).before 20 days i got my debit card but when i was gone to the ATM that card was not working.then i complain regarding this to bank people. they told me that there is some technical problem in debit card so you have to surrender this card and fill another form.At that day i have filled the form regarding the new debit card.After then i was waiting for my debit card but still i have not recieved. on 05/12/07 i gone to the shimla hdfc branch and there was no person at enquiry counter. i asked one of the bank person(mr. ankush) about my related problem.he answered me very rudely then i asked about the branch manager(Mr.deep Pathak) but that guy told me that there is no manager working in this branch, we all are manager.he treating me as an illiterate person.I never expect this kind of nonsence behaviour from hdfc bank imployee.

I am Shashidhara.V. I HAD SUBMITTED A DD ON 03/02/2008 IN MALLESHWARAM BRANCH BANGALORE, WHERE THE BANK EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT THE AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED IN NEXT DAY.

BUT THE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED AND I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ON 03/06/2008, SHE TOLD THAT THE AMOUNT IS IN FLOATING STATUS AND IT WILL BE CREDITED BY 07 OR 08.

IF I CALL THE CSR THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ANSWER THE CALL AND GIVING JUST CANNED ANSWER WHICH ARE THOUGHT BY AXIS BANK.


AT LAST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE AFTER I WILL NOT USE AXIS BANK AND I WILL LET ALL KNOW ABOUT THIS.

Axis bank is not maintaining the ATM machines properly and I have done transaction on 6th of may at Moula-Ali ATM and I have not received my money(Rs 1000) from the ATM. So I called the customer care dept and made complaint and CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT, ATM CELL DEPT are telling it is perfect transaction and no one is not taking care of it and I haven't look such type of service from any other international bank.


I'm still struggling like any thing calling customer care dept and went to the nearest branch "A S RAO NAGAR" Branch and The manager MR. SATYANARAYANA said he will get back to me and Asst Manager MR HEMANTH KUMAR not even is not responding for any complaint

Axis Bank — Poor Service

I had visited to the axis bank to get a DD. I gave the cheque and application form. Eventhough I am the priority account holder, i was waited for more than two hours. They didn't take care about my application. I felt very bad about axis bank service.

Axis Bank Credit Card — Its worst customer service

Before taking Axis Bank Credit card, i visit so many forums and find that its service is not good even my frds also suggest me not to take its card but i was thinking that after UTI, Axis bank will handle it properly but only name changes, performance is still same, even get worst.

I am giving this information because i don't want anyone to be mentally tortured like me.

I can say simply that axis bank is giving worst service. If bank will go in the same manner, very soon it will lose its most of the customer.
Almost all the bank give facility to apply for BT over the phone and after 3 or 4 days customer receive its DD, but in Axis … it check all the patience of customer.

First time, for BT, I send a form on 9th of April and from customer service, I get this information that they don't receive it so I asked to send it again,

Second time, I send it on 23rd of April, now they told me that ur total credit limit of other bank is not mentioned in the card statement that is simply impossible as we all know that in every card statement, credit limit is very clearly mentioned, fine again I asked to send all the documents .

Third time, I send it on 5th of May, and after 18 days, on 23rd of May, I receive a SMS that a DD has been dispatched to me, I was happy that after getting such a great pain, finally I will receive BT DD but sooner my expectations of getting DD turns into bad dream. When I don't receive it, I call on 28th of May, no proper feedback was received. Finally I give a complain on 9th of June and again no reply. Finally on 24th of June, I receive a mail that my DD has been returned and cancelled so I need to send all documents again.

I have sent my BRF form with dully filled and send back to you on 14.04.2008 but till date I have not recieved any call from TLC. I hope this is the false commitment from your end. Please look into the matter and solve the issue at the earliest.

I was new Accouter in our AXIS BANK,

I have receive one checkbook, ATM card (debit card) also ATM card password and iconnate password.

I connate password is not supported in my ID .I was typed in 3 times then was my ID is closed

Please give me any help! Sir please

sir from my saving account nearly 800 rs are deducted ...pls give me the reason so much account you are deducted at once this is worst if it is valid. My transaction is pending due to this.
if your deduction is valid then you may deduct in slums..

dear sir, my 2account with your mumbai vile parle west branches no[protected]...102216...and 102209 receved your quaterly statement you are debit rs 130 i clearly ask when i open acccount i dont want any credit/debit card last year i also paid 130 per year and i dont want any facility ither you give me credit this charge or not i want my account close my next problem is 102209 sms charges you debit in my acccount i give 30 of july letter in your branch i have a copy of your reciept rs 130 is not credited in my account iprassnly talk with sonali i also say to her i want to talk with your branch manneger she reply me he go for lunch 12.40 saturday 18 october talk with sonali i am not satis fied with your staff reply me what i do you give me credit or not thanking you Arvind Akhani

Axis Bank — VERY DIRTY SERVICE

I am MANOJ MANE using the credit card of this bank but to be honest the service is very bad
customer serviceis busy charging extra on every statment. never issue the statement on time
I agree completely. I had taken Car loan with them, but they never issued statement, neither contacted me. Only I come to know about In-Force loan when my account gets depleted by EMI
I also experienced the same with Axis bank, Sec-7 Faridabad branch for their poor services.

[protected] in TELIBANDHA Branch RAIPUR(CG), and rightnow i m in SIDHI (MP) and here i submitted a cheque of amounting Rs.14, 600approx of STATE BANK OF INDIA which was payable at delhi(out of station), on date31/03/09, at the time of depositing of cheque ur officer told me it will be cleared wihin 10days, but till today(17/04/09) there is no response from ur side. n when i went again ur officer told me u r not my costumer and u cant make any quarry from us i[censored] wanna ask anyting then go to ur bank not here, tell me how it is possible, and if it is possible then too what is the meaning of core banking...should i go to consumer forum against you or SBI...

sir my account in your axis bank ujjain branch yash air ltd, onesky, aviation publication sir our required every 15 day statement for reconcillation but may statement not recived 9 june 09 i call persnol 4 to 5 time in bank but not response
i insetred my ATM card and then did the needful to draw an amount of Rs 1200 but no cash came out of the ATM machine at moulai but my balance was debited by Rs 1200. How is it that without the transaction being processed the amount is debited?? who will bear the loss ??please look into it.Please contact me for the details at -[protected]
i ankit mittal, operating 3 current a/c, and 5 saving a/c's in axis bank from last one year, given investments also, fd's also.. first time in year i asked my branch for new 10rs notes, i was having a event at my home and given 1 month time to bank, also talked manager regarding same but there was only one reply .. sorry sir not avaliable.. I REALY WANT TO THANKS AXIS BANK, SWASTHYA VIHAR FOR GVING ME SUCH A GOOD SERVICE, AND i aslo got to knw that how much valuable i am for my bank
