I HAVE NOT RECD THE CREDIT CARD FROM AXIS BANK, I HAD APPLIED 2 MONTHS BEFORE, IF IT IS REJECTED KINDLY PROIVDE BACK MY ALL DOCUMENT LIKE PAN CARD XEROX, RATION CARD XEROX, SALARY SLIP ETC. YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO KEEP THE DOCUMENTS WITH YOU IF APPLICATION IS REJECTED ...!!!

I applied for my New Debit Card in December 08 but it didn’t go to my Corresponding address of Mohali (Kothi no 524 phase 1 Mohali-Punjab).and permanent address is 57, New Gauri Nager indore Behind Patel market

Infact it reached Back to indore branch. And I have talked to ATM dep. of axis bank.
They said that I should write a mail to you to handover my debit card to my father on Producing this letter originally having my signature.

So kindly handover my debit card to my family member on producing this letter

Through my account no. as above your agent/your employee came to me and propose for a credit card as my account in Axis Bank. He got my signature in the application form duly filled up and assued me to get the credit card within a fortnight.But unfortunately mention here no Credit Card is received by me as yet. I got a massage from your organisation intimating a no. for further reference which is lost by me. Kindly send the Credit Card immediately otherwise documents which were attached the application form may kindly be returned to me.

    As ususal i also got a credit card against my sb account in Axis bank, which doesnt have a proper customer care call center, to get a customer care executive online is a full day task. few days before i got a call from Bajaj Alliance for some Insurance policy for this axis card holders, i agreed for the policy, from that date onwards amount is being credited to bajaj alliance from my credit card, i have not received any policy doccuments, nor i am getting proper informations about the same from Axis bank credit card department or from Bajaj Alliance inspite of lodging complaints on and off.

    I really dont know how to go about it, dear frineds dont think of taking bajaj alliance policy tru axis bank or any other banks credit card.

    I have made my vehicle insurance with you, i renewed the policy in July2011, till now i have not received the original document.

    And i ave made a medical policy with you till last year i have paid Rs.6500/- aproxmately and your people came with Rs.10400/- aproxmately and when they were questioned about that they have no idea that how much the policy coverage and what is the policy.They went back and till now truned up, this was happened 10 days back.

    This kind of sevrvices i never expected from your end, if it is like this, i have think again.

      Dear Sir,

      i am having an axis bank card. no.[protected].i wanted to cancel the card so i called up them to cancel the card.they assured me but till now the card has not been cancelled and the total outstanding Bal.is 1212.40(incusive of All Late Payment Charges, Service Tax, Annual Fees).

      Regarding this i had complained Several times(Reuest no.241283 on 6/5/8, and online request on 8/7/08 at 2.55 p.m)but it unsolved till date.Suddenly i received a letter from Credit Card Department that they will recover the amount from my Bank Accounts.

      So pls help me what to do further?

        It is regarding Less tailoring from Sec 17 ATM Branch in Gurgaon. I had withdrawal 25000 Rs on 03/07/08 11:15 from ATM ID :-S1AC05612 But only 24500 Rs has been withdrawal from ATM . I had approached to Security guard & he said it is due to less amount in ATM & he suggested me to approach nearest Branch in Gurgaon with Written Application .I had also noted down complaint in ATM complaint Register.

        I had submitted the same written application to Gurgaon SCO-29, Sector-14, Near HUDA Office, Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road, Gurgaon Branch to Operation manager & Branch assured me that amount will be credited after 48hrs in my a/c But still nothing has been credited in my A/c .

            I had applied for a personal loan on 3rd of july 08. Axionfinancial people approched me and they initiated the process. They had promised me within 12th july i will get the loan amount deposited to my citibank account. As per thier promise everything went very smoothly and I got sanction letter on 8th July 08. (Approval No. Axis Bank/(LNPPG/LNPPD)/117253-AXION-07-180/RAC (location)07-08 July 8 2008).I submitted EMI cheque and security cheques upon recieving the sanction letter. Today is 19th July 2008 I still not recieved the loan amount.
            If I call the executives of Axion Financial on [protected] Mr. Martin told me DD has been deposited to my account on 17th of July. Again I confirmed with citibank they confirmed me DD is not yet deposited. Again I called Axion Financial, Mrs. Gracia told me DD has been deposited on 16th of July itself. Again I called Axion Financial Mrs. Nancy told DD has been deposited to my account on 15th July 2008.!! If this is the case Where is the money?
            I am not getting proper response from any one.

              It was my mistake that I failed to pay the minimun due, I do admit that even though I have so many personal issues, but not a single reminder came from the Axis bank and of course they have freezed the salary account and then sent a mail that we are putting a lean on your account.

              I approached the Bank they told that only thing I can do is to pay the whole money in a single mode then only the card will be activated.

              Even after the whole due amount is payed, bank has withdrawn the money from the salary account which they have put a lean on and making N number of requests to customer care executives no action has been taken but they guaranteed me that my card is permanently blocked and will never get activated again. What I have to do to get my money back.

              Axis Bank — Due to Credit card my salary account has been blocked

              I used to hold a credit card o[censored]TI bank n i made the payemnts as well always on time n later on from past few months i didnt received the statements as my address got changed though i tried to change the address in there records but there people were not willing to do that. Bcoz of that I was not able to make the payments n i tght to settle the amount by making a payment in one shot. I called up so many times to there customer service n I visited the branch as well but every the answer used to got that I have to wait for few months in order to get the settlement letter. I was under impression that they will give me the letter however all of sudden without giving me any prior notice they just blocked my salary account as well as it was in UTI bank only. I was not able to withdraw my money from my account only. Still I was showing my patience and again I contacted that release my account and take ur payements give me the letter. But they are not taking it seriously I guess. Its been 3 months again that i waited to get my account realased. Its my company account I cant even change my bank a/c. I manage to get my salary through checks from past 3 months. BUt now even my company cant do that as its againts policy. Im stuck in a worst stiuation where bank is not even bothered how there customers are being treated. Im ready to make the payments but still they are not bothered. Please help me out....what shld i do...

              Is there any chance of paying the Axis Credit card payment online by not registering the biller?? because as per your rules IF I MAKE THE REGISTRATION OF THE BILLER NOW, the biller will be considered from the next billing cycle, so there is no chance of making the payment now it self...awaiting for your reply

              I was having the Axis Bank personal loan for the amount of 2 lakhs and i have closed my personal loan and got the proper settlement letter from the AXIS bank-agent Mr. Suresh kumar to get the housing loan from ICICI bank.But ICICI rejected my Settlement letter which i got from AXIS Bank and they said the letter is not the valid one . when i contact AXIS bank they are very least bothered and not helping me to solve this issue.

                Hi,

                I am working with Accenture Software Services in Bangalore.In Month of December i lost my Credit Card(13th Dec) but i came to know about it after some days.As soon as i came to know it is Lost i reported the Matter to AXIS Bank from where i got the Card.

                By the Time i got the Card Blocked there were already some Transactions of 37k (Total) done on my Card.

                They asked me to File a Complaint with the Police Station which i Did Immediately (I have Xeror of FIR as well)
                and a Dispute Form.I completed all the Formalities and sent it to AXIS Bank Credit Card Fraud Department in Mumbai.

                After that continuously for 6 months i was getting calls from their Collection Department to deposit the Amount.I used to tell them that i have already logged a complaint with police as well as with Bank.But i never got any calls from their Credit Card Fraud Department.

                All of a sudden after 6 months Axis Bank Blocked my Salary Savings Account which i got from Company.Every month my salary goes there and they blocked the Account and have taken my 45k which was the Balance in my Account.Account Blocking date was 1st July '08

                When i asked them they told me initially that they have only marked it as Lien but they are not going to take any amount from my Account.But after a week on 9th July '08 they took an Amount of 10, 686 from my Salary Account without asking for my authorisation.

                AXIS Bank already knows that i have not done those transactions since they have already got some amount from their own Merchandisers(About 5k as per the Information i got from Bank).

                Axis Bank is also going to get the Amount from Insurance Company as each Card is under the Insurance Cover but still they are not releasing my Hard Earned Money.

                Because of this i have till now suffered Huge Depression as i am not at all used to this.

                Kindly help me in fighting for my rights as i have done no wrongs.

                I am totally new for Credit Cards and waiting for the Card Statement from the Axis Bank. But after 3

                months I have received the statement with shocking amount to pay i.e. above Thousand Rupees. Immediately I

                have complianted to the Chairman of the bank and to the greviences cell to cancell my credit card. He

                farwarded the mail to greviences cell for further action. But no reply from the bank greviences cell

                people.

                *2 months back Axis Bank debited the amount Rs.2343/- from my salary a/c (Axis Bank salary account). Before

                this they directly debited the amount Rs.300/- 2 to 3 times.I have requested them so many times to cancell my card.

                *Till the date no response and I got another bill for the amount dur Rs.1038/-.

                What I have to do? Plz help me.

                From the time I have taken the Axis Bank Credit card.. my life has become hell... Without any notice/ without any statement they have dared to debit my salary account by 13, 000/- .. I have made hell lot of calls to them to send me my statement so that I can make the payments.. but this company has no odacity to respond. My bill amount at no cost is so huge.. and i WOULDNT AGREE TO PAY ANY LATE PAYMENT CHARGES cause it is because of their delay that I have to finally suffer
                If my amount is not credited back I will drag this issue tot he consumer court...

                AXIX REFUNDED ABOUT RS 12000 WHICH WAS A FRAUD COMMITTED BY BUYING 2 AIR TICKETS THRU EASYGOONE TRAVELS AND TOURS P LTD. [THEIR COLOBA, KHAR NEVER RESPONDED TO WHO AND HOW THE FRAUD WAS COMMITTED]ON MY CARD BUT HAS NOT REFUNDED RS 2106.24 FOR FRAUD COMMITTED BY UNKNOWN PERSONS BUT HAS CHARGED INTEREST OF RS 2440 ON IT.

                AXIX PERSON MR ALI/ANSARI TEL[protected] HAVE REFUSED TO GIVE THE THE DETAILS AS HOW THE FRAUD WAS COMMITTED .THEY STAY FRAUDS ARE TO BE KEPT SECRET.

                Yes, this happened with me too. My account was closed and not even a mail or message or call was given to inform regarding the account being locked. I have been using this account past 3-4 years. They need minimum deposit of 10K in savings bank so they freezed my account.

                I came to know when I reached the bank. SO BADDDD

                  respected axis bank credit card management.

                  i have received ref no 1200622 on[protected], but i have not received the card yet.
                  i have applied after u in hdfc bank and they sended me GOLD CARD WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH A LIMIT OF 1, 56, 000.I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY AXIS DOESN'T DID IT.THIS YEAR MY TAX DEDUCTIONS ARE 46, 000.
                  AND U R MAKING LOSS O[censored]R SELF BY NOT SENDING THE CARD.CONSUMERS HAVE LOTS OF MORE OPTIONS.

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is with reference to letter received from M/s Axis Bank with respect to renewal of debit card which got expired on July 2008. The renewal request has been sent to me without seeking permission from me. While going through the finer points of the manual of renewal debit card usage guide, it is reflected that the tariff sheet for the same is as follows:

                    Issuance Fees : Rs.95.00
                    Annual Fee : Rs.100.00
                    Card Replacement Charges : Rs.100.00
                    Duplicate Pin : Rs.50.00

                    As the renewal of the card carries above mentioned charges, we have tried contacting their consumer lines in Mumbai and Delhi but to my utter dismay they have responded that you have to go to your respective branch for withdrawl of services. My Humble request is that since I had not requested for the above mentioned services, the bank should have sought my consent after clarifying the fee strucuture for renewal of card.

                    Here I would also like to highlight that my Father had gone to the Lajpat Nagar Branch of Axis Bank for discontinuation of the services, here to our dismay he was not entertained despite hte fact that all branches are core banking. They coldly told us to go to Connuaght Place for cancellation of charges other the same would be charged.

                    I have tried calling to the their customer care numbers but to my utter dismay have not get any help.

                    I ghereby appeal to the Consuemr Forum to take up the matter seriously with the Axis Bank and ensure that the service get discontinued and I am not charged any fees for the same as i had not requested renewal of card.

                    I am Sandip Mukherjee and hold a savings account with axis bank. Customer ID[protected].
                    The issue is that my communication address needs to be changed and axis is insisting on either voter ID or Driving license at the address of communication.
                    It is an accepted fact that such ID carry the permanent address. We are transferrable CPSE Employees and it is not feasible to change voter Id and D/L everytime.
                    My debit card is expiring in July 21 and it is feared that if the replacement card is sent to present communication address it will be misplaced.
                    Have followed up with axis bank but they are not helping on the matter.

                      My name is Mital Barot. I am having an account with AXIS bank for more than 2 years now. The account no is : [protected]. The account is from Mumbai branch as earlier i was in Mumbai. Now since one and a half year I am in Ahmedabad. I had taken a loan from HSBC and had given my PDCs of AXIS bank, which comes for clearing on the 1st of every month. Now, this month that means for my July month's EMI, I deposited total of Rs.2500/- on 30th of June so that my cheque of Rs.2560/- can get cleared as there was already a balance of Rs.95/-.I was not able to go to the bank, so i sent my sister to deposit the cash. she deposited it but at that time the staff at the counter didn't inform her that there will be some charges of Rs.113/- for depositing the cash as it was an outstation account and bank gives one cash transaction in a quarter. Now, just because of that my cheque got bounced and bank charged me Rs.394/- for that. Again the same cheque came in for clearing on 9th of July and it got bounced again and again bank charged me Rs.394/- for that. Is it fair? its not at all my mistake. I was not informed about this rule of charges to be taken on depositing the cash. I met the manager at AXIS bank main branch, Law garden, Ahmedabad but he is saying that it is not possible to inform you at the time of transaction as we have 90% customers who are doing outstation transaction. Without my mistake why should I bare this loss of Rs.800/-? Its my hard earned money and I want some help in this.

                        Hi,

                        Sorry to read what was happened with you. But they did the same with my account too and deducted 1, 350.00 without my consent. There are some more sufferer, if you search by 'Axis Bank Complaints' in this website. So, I think it would be better if we all get together and send a Mass complain to RBI about this. How on earth anybody can take off my money from my account without my consent.

                        Please mail me, so we can make a forum to protect our rights.

                        My name is Wasim pasha I am An existing customer of Axis Bank
                        My A/c No. [protected], I have taken the credit card from Axis bank. I was not feeling well for couple of months so i could not able to repay the credit card payment as soon as i recovered i have paid the remaining Amount of 25000/-, mean while i have changed the name in my salary account in the name of A. Mumthaz Ahmed Khan all the transactions are in the name of A.Mumthaz Ahmed Khan A/c No. remains the same, but Credit card people from Axis once again they have withdrawn the amount of Rs.20000/-, which was my salary, since 25 days i am following up with customer care many std calls i have made but no solution nobody are helping out the issue
                        simply they are giving the mass commitment that with in 4 days it will be transferred, or with 10 days i will be getting the DD,
                        and one more reason they are telling that name does not match with the account No. but when the have deducted the amount from my account the name showing was A. Mumthaz Ahmed Khan

                          I have booked the Credit card from Axis bank in the month of Arpil08, The person came at my office and i did fill the form. He promised that credit card will be delivered in 21 days and there are no join fee, no anual charges. He Promised that it is absoultly free.
                          In the month of May arroud 15th, I did called to customer care for card delivery and asked for the same then again one person promised 10 days for card delivery.
                          Now the Month is running July08, Still i have not recieved Credit Card, Even yesterday i recieved Creditcard statement, which is asking to pay 900 rs for Joining, anual Fee and services taxs.
                          I was very surprised and afraid, How to fight with Axis Bank now.

In May i applied a netbanking password i can't received in 15th june that i complaint to the branch, & in 17th june i applied 2nd time for the same but till on date i have not received any document from my branch i also consult to the branch head and other dealing staff.
                              so, my complaint is that, if axis bank failoure to give service to the customer then to closed all branches of axis bank, why a customer wait 4th month for a simply netbanking password, if banking service not known properly plz.change your banking staff.why staff move door to door to open a account and haress customers.

                              This is Tanveer ali from Hyderabad, I have got my whole kit with Debit card before two months ago but the problem is this I have not get the my PIN number. Sir I have given so many complaints by phone as well a Email but whole this matter there is no reply from the AXIS bank, and Sir without this I am unable to take my Salary because Axis bank branch is so much far away from my house and office and timing is not matching by that branch, genrally on that time I am in office.                                 I have Axis Bank Account for the last three months. With the following particulars.

                                A few days back(On 16/06/08) 50000INR has transferrd to my acount through ICON. Some friend has taken that amount from me. Rs. 50, 000/-(Fifty Thousand rupees) has been transferred from my account on 02/07/08 with out my notice. When I was contacted to bank officials on today (07/07/08), they have declared that my account has frozen. How is this transaction was happened without my notice?

                                  your statement 10.6.2010 to 10.07.2010- payment due Rs. 298-22


                                  Please let me know what are the charges of Rs. 298-22,

                                  further, kindly note that I was out of country from 22.6.2010 to[protected] and while I was in USA, I did receive a missed call from your office and did talk to the person, who told me about the payment due and I explained that I am out of country and soon I return, I will make the payment

                                  although I returned on 25th august, immediately I went to hyderabad and came back only on 5th sept. in the meantime, I might have received atleast 5 to 6 calls about the payment, due to being busy and for the fact that I was not in Bangalore all the time I could not make the payment.

                                  Suddenly I get a sms saying that I need to pay rs. 600 and odd amount. you should understand that it is a Rs. 298-22 is a small amount and you cannot
                                  charge rs. 300-00 and odd, as a penalty, to a person, who is a previlege account holder in your axis bank, Banashankari second stage, branch of Bangalore.

                                  If you insist on paying this amount, I am sorry, I will have to CANCEL this credit card.

                                  I dropped the cheque in one of the ATM centers in city(Near Kothrud, Pune) on Nov end for the total amount of Rs.22,840
                                  Cheque details are : Drawn on : Axis Bank Ltd. (JM Road Deccan Gym Pune)
                                  Cheque No: 671351 dated 8-Dec-2010
                                  This was the total payment as per the statement dated 20-Nov. This payment was due on 10-Dec,2010
                                  Thus it is clear that I made full payment in time.
                                  Now it is mentioned that your bank does not accept post dated cheques; however there has been no formal communication on this any time till date
                                  Also when the bank received my post dated cheque, I was never informed that this will not be cleared and I will need to drop another cheque.
                                  In absence of any such communication, I was under the impression that payment has been made. I realized it when I started receiving messages/reminders
                                  for payment
                                  When I enquired and investigated further I could know the reason.
                                  Your bank also could locate the cheque and cleared it for payment after that.
                                  Now the payment has been cleared and you laso have confirmed it however this all has resulted in late payment.
                                  I fail to understand in this whole process what is my fault for which i am being penalised with late payment

                                    This is in reference to the Lifetime free Credit Card Scheme AXIS BANK offered me.
                                    One fine morning a AXIS bank employee calls me and informs me about this Lifetime Free Credit Card Scheme wherein I’m eligible for a Gold Credit Card. He tells me that all the employees of EnCircle (my current employer) are eligible for this Credit Card Scheme. Then the next day, they turn up at my office and call me outside my office to give more information about their Scheme, thus hurting my production time. Although reluctant to proceed with the AXIS bank, some how he convinced me to proceed further with the application as it is Lifetime free. The Salesman told me that I’m eligible for the Gold Card and took all the required documents from me.
                                    Then came the round of Nagging Phone calls for Verification from the AXIS bank CC team, and I replied the same honestly.
                                    Today I got a SMS from them that my Silver credit card application has been denied, without any clarifications. Now have these guys gone crazy……first its not me who applied for this Credit Card, its they who offered me this Card, wasted my precious time, took my documents and then tell me that your application has been denied. Secondly they denied me a Silver credit Card, but according to them wasn’t I eligible for a Gold card? Third on what grounds have they denied me a Credit card. I have a pretty good credit history and also my monthly inflow is pretty good which forced their Salesman to tell me that I’m pretty easily eligible for a Gold Card.
                                    I would advise others not to waste time with AXIS BANK in Credit Card matters as I have heard from my colleagues about similar complaints.

                                    Axis Bank Credit Card — Credit Card Denial

                                    One fine morning a AXIS bank rep came to our office for AXIS bank credit card. Although reluctant to proceed with the AXIS bank, some how he convinced me to proceed further for application . Since i already hold Gold credit cards from ICICI and SBI, i gave hime latest statement copy with other details and papers. As per their criteria, i am eligible for GOLD card, and i keep a close check on credit card payments in time.

                                    Then came the round of NAgging Phonecalls for Verification from the AXIS bank CC team ., and we replied the same honestly.

                                    Today i got a SMS from them that credit card application has been denied.. without any clarifications but- ofcourse. I called up their Phonebanking and got the same reply "SORRY'

                                    now i give a damn even if they give me 100 days credit with the credit card ;), but i would like to request all people that TAKE EXTRA CARE WHILE GIVING YOUR CONFIDENTIAL INFOS (especially current credit card statements / Photocopy of credit card and other confidential details ), especially to AXIS bank.
                                    You may never know in future you may come up with a hefty amount of Bill from that Card, even you have the old card in your wallet. (You must be knowing how Internet transactions is being done)

                                    Axis Bank really has an awful credit card service. The employees of the said department of the bank are not only nagging when it comes to their never ending queries, but also ill mannered when it comes to answering calls of the customers. I was offered agold credit card ond declinrd also.The reason is really unknown to me as I fulfill all criterions. Is there anybody who can tellme why it was declined. I am, by the way, acustomer of the said bank.

                                    I wants make credit cards at axis bank
                                    Same happened with me too. They approached me to take up a platinum card. Wasted my time in filling up useless forms and submitting huge documents. Then came the verification calls (same as in your case).

                                    Then finally after 10-12 days - a rejection sms, I think the are only collecting personal data to supply to other telecom companies. No interest in the credit card business.

                                    I think they should rewrite their vision to: "Becoming the most pathetic financial solutions provider excelling in customer harassment through poor insight, uneducated employees and a waste of technology.
