[Resolved] Axis Bank Debit Card — not receiving the pin no. | |
Dear Sir /Madam I opened my salary account with debit card in the month of july from janakpuri branch, New Delhi. but i could not use my debit card for 1 month so my debit card pin no. was deactivated. i complaint to Axis Bank Sanjay Place Agra in the month of December the password was issued on 24 dec but still i could not receive my password from the bank . so kindly please issue me the password on my mail -id as soon as possible my account no is:-[protected] For further confirmation :- [protected] with kind regards Lakshmikant Sharma Was this information helpful? | |

Recently I have changed the PIN Number of above on security grounds.
After change of new PIN number I could not able to do any transactions by above card as message is appearing that PIN number is wrong . Kindly inform the course of action to reinstate the same so that I can start my transactions and use the card.

On 26th march, 2011.at 21:46 i went to my nearest ATM (GTB Enclave Janta Flats) and I have make a request of witdrawal of rs. 13800/- but at the same moment i can take only 8500/- money and rest cash amount returned into ATM machine.
I have also called in many helpline numbers i.e., [protected], [protected], [protected] but not any single number helps me .
I felt axis bank is the bank which is giving the worst service i have used.
The reason i am telling if you try to call there phone banking numbers means you are going to loose your time money. It never connects to the service executive.
At last i have gone to axis bank in Darya ganj a log a complaint . He gave me compalint no.i.e.,[protected].
now how much time u people take to get back my money i don't know.

atm card — how to generate new pin code . after the date of expiry
me sampath had been applied for atm card .and it was delievered to my address. but i could not go to our bank having my sbi account to get the pin code within 45 days. so now the card has been lapsed. so how to regenerate the pin code of my atm card. piease give me solutions Hi Sir /Madam,

Initially it shown that transaction under process and later as 'Timed out and transaction cancelled. Then I again tried and succeeded to withdraw Rs 3000/- after 5 minutes . However I found Rs 3000/- also deducted from my account against the transaction which shown as cancelled.
