I have an salary account and have visa gold card in AxisBank.In salary a/c of visa gold card there is no deduction of transactions,balance enquiry and many more. I withdrawed Rs. 600/- from Bank of India , my a/c got deduct of Rs. 600/- but i did not recieve cash from atm machine due to machine hangs. I did lots of complaints in Head office Mumbai and also at the branch where is my a/c is held . They said within 45 days we will credit back your money.But still no any result from last more than 3 months..

Hi, i applied for personnel loan and its approved on 9th April 2008 and first EMI is deducted from my salary account on 15th April 2008 .For 6 days duration Axis bank charged one month interest.now second EMI is deducted on 5th May 2008.what is this process can you please respond me ASAP.I tried to make a call to customer care numbers i.e.,[protected]/102/105 but those numbers are not working.Please respondme.My mobile number is [protected].

Kindly check because this a/c is opened under Average amount maintains Rs.2500/- (Smart privilege)(Branch has also checked and asking it is wrong deducted) and this is also maintained from long time. Kindly check and refund the amount in my account and inform the same immediately.

Dear Sir,

Please note that I have a savings account with Axis bank since last more that two & half years. My account no. is [protected]. Axis bank has deducted Rs. 184 on 07/10/08, Rs. 394.00 on 07/10/2008, Rs. 15.70 on 29/9/08, Rs.1.94 on 29/9/08 & Rs. 57 on 11/10/08. Please provide the details & give the reason. Also suggest what should be done to avoid this.

When I contacted your pune office in Bibwewadi, they said you have to visit head office in Mumbai. Please note that I have been transferred to Pune since January 2008 so it is very difficult for me to travel all the way from Pune to Mumbai for just checking why you have deducted above amounts.

I request to look into this matter as early as possible.

Axis bank deducted Rs 2650 saying its Consolidated Charges for A/c...but when i asked for the details they never respond...when i call customer care...they was also not sure why the amount has been deducted and ask me to contact the brach...i contacted to them but they never respond...Please help. here are the contact email...they never respond...

I have maiontiain Piority Account at Axix Bank Siliguri Branch and without my consent and also without any cheque an amount of Rs 40, 000/ debited to Met life Co. on 9.04.09 I personally request to RelationManager Me. Abhisek Vatal Singh at Siliguri spectrum Branch not to debit any amount from piority accout to Metlie, he assured me there is no scope to debit any ammount without any cheque, but it is most illegally without my written consent and without any cheque the Axis bank Siliguri Branch at Spectrum Building debited an amount of Rs 40.000/- from my account to Metlife by illegal means and csusing brach of trust to me by the Relation Manager Mr.Abhisek vat Singh, I again persinally contact him over phone after such knolege by no redressal and no positive response from him as such I lodging this complaint for redressal .

This is a complaint from a frustrated customer.

I need an explanation regarding the deduction of money from my axis bank account
in the name of "Consolidated Charges for A/c".when it happened the first time i had called the
base branch(pathanamthitta) and enquired the above mentioned issue.The answer I got from the Bank
was that the deduction was due to non maintainence of average quarterly balance and asked me to
maintain an average quaterly balance of Rs 1500. Since then i have been maintaining the average
quaterly balance of 1500 RS/-but still it had happened more than four times, Last time Rs 600/-
had been deducted from my account. I need a detailed explanation regarding this as early as possible.
Or else i will be obliged to proceed to further steps. I am very much ashamed of such services
rendered by such a nationalised bank.

But at present before few days my aforesaid a/c has freezed by any staff of that branch without any notice or information. At present I have Rs.81843/- in my a/c. But there freezed for debit.
Before few some one of branch staff has informed me that I have to submit my residence proof, and after that I have submitted that document (Bank of India Passbook xerox on same address). But still now I am suffering for this freezing system, due to I cant with drawl the amount of Rs.70, 000/- to deposite for other my emergency purpose.
Please do something as earlier possible to continue my a/c without any hackle. otherwise I must be close my a/c.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have submitted my application form along with all required supporting documents for opening new saving account with your bank at Aurangabad branch on dated 11.10.2010 (Monday), but till date I have not received any confirmation from you & Aurangabad branch.

Number of times I have enquired status of opening new saving account with Mr. Joshi (Adalat Road Aurangabad Branch) on phone (almost daily since from last 10-12 days) but I have not received positive response from him & now I am fed up and hence putting here my views.

Below are the few points of my experience with your bank, while opening new saving account.

1. Phone not attended by Mr. Joshi many time (Cell no- [protected])
2. Today you will receive your account number
3. I am not in branch
4. I am in meeting
5. I will call you after 10 minutes but he never called back to me

I also surprised to know such a poor response by a reputed bank.

As far as my knowledge I have completed all the documents required for opening new saving account & also the same is confirm by Mr. Joshi.

I don’t understand why there is delay from your side.

I now request you please take immediate action & open my saving account and send me saving account kit without any further delay.

You lost your money for penalty. Rule created by the bank. You can do nothing now. forgot about it. Close the account.
Have a account in SBI/PNB like bank. Live happy. or even open a account in District Cooperative Society bank.
These banks are not for the consumers like you and me. They expect you to deposit in their bank. they enjoy your money and pay you 3 to 4% interest. if you fail to do they will take rs. 750 to rs. 1000 depending on the pvt. bank. at last if you didn't see your account for 4 month you will have negative balance. In private bank they welcome you to even close the account and to open account at any time. all their need is your money and your silent. go for SBI use MoD option in savings bank account they give more interest for your savings and you can withdraw money any time
we all fall to such banks for their tech words and tech facility. but all are tricks of pvt companies. they don't add value for your money. don't fall again.
if any one of your friend goes to open a account in such a banks save him and save our society.

    Dear sir,
    I am an account holder with your bank and have been receiving statements of my demat account from you periodically by post. However, I wish to bring to your notice that off late the statements are reaching me after a long time and are invariably damaged. The last statement received by me on 25th January was a shocker!. The statement was completely open, the envelope torn and ragged to the extent that only the front cover of the envelope was present. This is a serious matter and makes my personal details available to everyone en-route, besides being a security breach.
    I hope you will look into the matter and the needful will be done.

      I am an Indian Air Force Personnel presently working in UNO Mission,Sudan.I had been issued with credit card in Jul 07. I have not been using the card for last 3 months and I cleared all the dues 3 months back. But every month the bank is sending SMS alert telling that U are due for 300 Rs(Approx) even after clearing also.

      Silversmith — Non Issuing Bill

      After buying Two Silver coins of 50gm from Silversmith on 05-11-07...when we asked for the Bill...they asked us to wait for a day since their computer was down...And now after following up & visiting five times, Mr. Hasmukh Solanki the Director has refused to give the Bill...since they are not registered with Sales Tax...or any Authorised Government authority...Please note the below address and do the needful....

        I got a message that the my application number 1238418 is recieved . I got no further communication. Please let me know if the card is approved or not.

          I had availed of a Power home loan for a property that never started construction. UTI retracted their support to the project. I offered to shift to another project by the same builder that was nearing completion as my entire amount had been disbursed by UTI. Instead of helping with the transfer where they stood to gain as well, they decided to start fleecing me. Charged processing fees again, increased my rate of interest, did not return my old cheques as a result of which they withdrew the old EMI as well as the new increased EMI. On being told to now debit the new EMI next month, they wish to charge an interest on it!! Gullible customers are being duped by this bank day in day out. No contact directly to the bank - only useless agencies.

          Since disbursement of loan in Nov 2006 the undersigned had been requesting the bank for the working out of the loan account in excel sheet – ie the calculation of interest etc so that I could follow / track the account, to this effect I have even called Mr Ramesh the previous RAC head at Pune TILL DATE THE EXACT METHOD OF CALCULATION HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN BY THE BANK!!

          Also I had been regularly calling the bank in general and Mr Ramesh n Ajit in particular for the information on change in the ROI – but till date there has been no correspondence to that effect. The bank is supposed to inform the client about the revision of the ROI especially if it is a upward revision and give an option of revising the EMI to maintain the tenure same. During the visit when checked the system showed that NO LETTER TO THIS EFFECT WAS SENT TO ME. This in effect has cost me a recurring loss!!!

          The other issue is that of rounding off of decimals – all good banking rules say upto and inclusive of 0.50 is rounded off to the lower and from 0.51 upwards to the higher. That is the rule AXIS bank follows for the savings and current accounts too – so HOME LOAN is no different. You can't tell me that it is the RBI policy – if so please send me the extract of the policy or guideline – RTI.

          Imagine the quantum if you consider all the loan accounts the bank has.

          Then THE BANK HAS a policy that if the 5th of the month is a holiday – THEN THE BANK will work the account on the 6th or the 7th and charge interest on interest for the difference of days – again THEY claim it is the RBI policy and Bank rules - the issue here is that if a particular day is a holiday – or if there is a delay in the clearing house – does the customer have to suffer – a policy issue !!

          As has been categorically told to me by your staff and is evident from the calculations as also from the printout given by your bank – [though initially your staff were not sure themselves] the interest is calculated on the number of days in the month [interest * number of days in a month / number of days in a year]. 2008 being a leap year your bank has calculated the interest for the month of February for 29 days, but……….. the denominator which also has to change to 366 instead of 365 has not been done – this suits the bank as it collects interest for one extra day – this procedure has been confirmed by an email sent to me from your bank. This amounts to about Rs 480 odd in my case! Imagine the quantum if you consider all the loan accounts the bank has.

          Lastly, despite all this or rather without giving due cognisance to all these issues – there is a difference of about Rs 90 odd even now- which remains unexplained!! What perturbs me most is the fact that not a single soul in the whole RAC Pune could explain the way the loan account functions the way the interest is calculated etc.

          Besides – while speaking to Mr Gupta he repeatedly mentioned that he was trying to help me [more then he should be doing]– but then I thought that was the basic duty of the bank staff towards their customers – and this is more of clarifications then help being rendered. The mail sent by the bank on the 5th of March is more like – these are the ways of our bank – please lump it – you cant leave though!!! The last statement could be corroborated with the reaction of Mr Gupta when I told him that I would have no choice but to take remedial measures – to which he said "Please go ahead – our legal department will deal with it."
          TAKE HOME LOAN FROM AXIS BANK AND " GHUM TE REH JAO GE ON THE AXIS "

          WE HAVE UNFORTUNATELY TAKEN A HOME LOAN FROM THE AXIS BANK WAY BACK IN SEP / OCT 2006. HOME LOAN ACCOUNT NO [protected]

          WE HAVE A NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING ISSUES REGARDING MY HOME LOAN WHICH I HAVE ASKED THE BANK FOR REDRESS THROUGH PERSONAL REPRESENTATION IN THE OFFICE OF MR MANISH GUPTA, AXIS BANK [HOME LOAN DEPT], BHANDARKAR ROAD, PUNE IN DEC 2007 AND THROUGH REPEATED EMAILS TO - AXIS RAC <Customercare.[protected]@axisbank.com>; ANIL DIGHE <anil.[protected]@axisbank.com>; Manish.[protected]@axisbank.com; SINCE THE EARLY 2008. TILL DATE NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN FORTHCOMING !

          THE ISSUES ARE ENUMERATED BELOW

          NO RESPONSE FROM AXIS BANK, HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT, ON THE ISSUE OF : -

          A> WRONG CALCULATION OF INTEREST ON HOME LOAN - THE CALCULATION SPREAD SHEET WAS GIVEN BY ME ON TWO OCCASIONS TO MR MANISH GUPTA - I PERSONALLY LOADED ON HIS COMPUTER ONCE.

          B> WRONGLY ROUNDING OFF OF DECIMAL PLACES AND CLAIMING IT TO BE A RBI DIRECTIVE. THE COPY OF THE DIRECTIVES WAS REQUESTED - BUT TILL DATE THAT HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN.
          AND THE SAME ISSUE WAS CHECKED WITH THE AXIS BANK [SAVINGS BANK ] - WHO AGREED WITH MY CASE.

          C> NOT INFORMING AT ALL OF THE CHANGE OF RATE OF INTEREST - HENCE DEPRIVING ME [THE CUSTOMER] OF THE CHANCE TO CHANGE / REVISE MY [HIS] EMI AND HENCE MAINTAIN THE TENURE OF LOAN - HENCE CAUSING A LOSS

          D> THE INTEREST FOR A LEAP YEAR IS CALCULATED FOR 366 DAYS BUT IN THE FORMULA THE WHILE CALCULATING INTEREST FOR ONE DAY IT IS DIVIDED BY 365 DAYS - IN EFFECT THEY TAKE A DAYS INTEREST EXTRA. THE AMOUNT OF GAIN IS COLOSSAL / HUGE - CONSIDERING THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE EFFECTED.

          E> CLAIMING THAT THE CORRECT ADDRESS WAS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN THE SAME WAS GIVEN AT THE TIME OF APPLYING FOR THE LOAN AND SUBSEQUENTLY THE REVISED COMMUNICATION ADDRESS WAS PROVIDED ALONG WITH MOBILE NOS AND LANDLINE NOS.

          F> CLAIM BY MR MANISH GUPTA THAT - THE BANK CANNOT AND WILL NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND THAT I [THE CUSTOMER] CAN KEEP TRYING TO FIGHT IT OUT, THE BANK HAS THEIR LAWYERS TO DEFEND AND FIGHT FOR THEM

          G> LASTLY - NOT CARRYING OUT DOWN WARD REVISION OF ROI AND MAINTAINING A HIGHER ROI, WHICH IS AGAINST WHAT WAS TOLD AND DISCUSSED WITH ME WHEN THE LOAN WAS SOLD TO ME, THAT THE MARKET RATE OF INTEREST WOULD BE MAINTAINED, BOTH WAYS. IT IS PERTINENT TO MENTION THAT ALL UPWARD REVISIONS WERE VERY PROMPT - THAT TOO WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING ME.


          H> I HAVE EVEN REPRESENTED MY CASE TO MR ANIL DIGHE WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN CHARGE OF THE HOME LOAN DEPT AT THE AXIS BANK H/O, ALSO REPEATEDLY ASKED HIM FOR THE MOBILE NO AND EMAIL ID OF THE GENERAL MANAGER IN CHARGE - BUT TO NO AVAIL!

          THESE ISSUES HAVE CAUSED ME IMMENSE HARDSHIP DUE FREQUENT AND REGULAR VISITS TO THE BANK BY MY WIFE AND CONSTANT MENTAL AGONY WHICH DOES AFFECT MY WORK ESPECIALLY AS A DEFENCE PILOT, BESIDES LOSS IN TERMS OF MONEY ON TWO COUNTS - EXCESS INTEREST AND LOSS DUE TO FREQUENT VISITS AND PHONE CALLS.


          I PRAY THAT THE BANK BE ASKED TO RESOLVE THE OUTSTANDING ISSUES AT THE EARLIEST AND THE BANK BE ASKED TO COMPENSATE DUE TO - THE LAXITY AND IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR SHOWN BESIDES CAUSING CONTINUED EXTREME HARDSHIP AND IMMENSE MENTAL AGONY - WHICH AMOUNTS TO LACK IN SSERVICE PROVIDED ! IT IS ALSO PERTINENT TO MENTION THAT THE BANK APPEARS TO SHOW THAT THEY ARE ABOVE LAW AND CAN GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING.
          I completely agree with your comment. I also have a similar issue with the bank. They have reduced the tenure, increased the EMI without any intimation and now asking for interest rate on the difference of amount which I am not aware of. I am planning to lodge a complaint in the consumer court.
          The same thing happened with me when Axis bank redueced the tenure @ of down in ROI and when I asked them to keep tenure constant and reduce my EMI amount then they are offering me very small amount difference as per their internal calculation. Instead of their current 9% ROI they are charging 9.5% to me.

            My name is ravikumar V of Vijayawada/Andhra pradesh.
            I have applied for Credit card with AxisBank almost seven months back (Application Ref No.694172). And the telephonic verification done by Hyderabad people .on 08th October'07 verification is done at my office. But still Credit cards is not issued - reason not known - when i checked with Credit cards people [protected]@vijayawada.

            Axis Bank / Credit Card — wrong bills

            I am an axis bank harassed customer , I applied for the card when axis bank executive told me that the card will be free for lifetime for me as it’s a corporate card but in the 1st statement only I got the joining fees added . so I called the customer care where I was told that the amount is been levied on you by mistake and promised me that it will be reverted back I also requested for the cancellation of card because of very poor service ( complaint number is 18006) but now I am getting a statement which says 1131.50 as outstanding for me I don’t understand how you people can levy this to me .

            I want all the outstanding to be reverted back and my card to be cancelled as soon as possible because I don’t want to be a customer of such a bank which unnecessary harasses its customer and make false promises.

            What you have mentioned is absolutely true.Their service is very poor and their person manning the tel is rude and unapologetic.
            I've had bad experience of non receipt of statements since it was linked by auto debit to Axis bank. The amount withdrawn by Axis card is contradictory.

            i am trying to reach the customer care executive , which are supposed to be available 24/7 however hardly get connected to them n get lost in the horrible tones/tunes which the bank has kept.

            PLeasssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee understand the value of customer's time and push the process

            I am Abdul, I got a call from ur executive for a lifetime FREE credit card with several benefits, i thought let me apply for it and submitted my documents and got the credit card after 6 months but the issue is that i have been charged for the credit card an amount of Rs.432. why should i pay when i was told it's a lifetime FREE credit card..? Immediately i called customer care, after trying for nearly 30 mins a customer care executive received the call, he gave me a Request No. and informed me a higher authority will get back to me within 7days but there is no response till now it's already 1month. 15days earlier i called up customer care again he gave me a another Req No. and he told its in HIGH PRIORITY now and for sure a higher executive will be get back to me but again nobody called me yet(already 10 days) and i got a message to pay an amount of Rs.730. Atlast i called a customer care again but nobody is receiving the call from past 1hour, I am so bugged up with this that i decided to complaint. I have HSBC, ICICI, SBI credit cards but never faced any such kind of problem. Its the worst customer service ever seen. why dont you think about customer satisfaction..? I have an account in AXIS BANK and I am totally satisfied but why dont you provide same kind of service for Credit card division. I hope atleast you read this and in response call me to speak regarding this issue or atleast mail me to my email id -- [protected]@yahoo.co.in

            Axis Bank / Credit Card — Blocking savings account

            I missed to pay dues in time due to certain reasons. One cheque given at month end of rs.1500o to credit card got bounced. But as soon as I came to know about same I immediately paid Rs. 15000 by cash ( deposited personally in Axis bank NIT branch)
            But I found that My saving account with same branch has beed kept on hold by credit card department. I approached customer care dept & got request no to sort outissue (no197272). Limit given was 4 days. Request made on 6/03/2008. As i was not able to get call by 10th I also sent mail to them for settlement saying that you can auto debit further more Rs.10000. I can send minimum autodebit form & you can deduct this amount.or I will give undertaking to deduct certain amount every month to settle down the issue. Till no answer. If I am not able to operate my savings account I can not move for job as i am in sales, no job, no money so not possible to repay. how anybody can come out of this if one side is not ready to listen anything

            I would like to share my experience with Axis bank..
            They offered me a free charges life time Credit Card and charged me all fees like annual charges
            joining fee etc. Then illegaly charged for a Insurance policy of bajaj Alliance.
            I never signed any document regarding the Credit Card or the Insurance policy. Now they are sending me Legal notice through their Advocate for the above mentioned payments.

The representative who contacts me is mr jitu, his no is [protected].when he contacted me he assured me for creditcard.I have also saving account in axis bank.I have given all documents which required by mr jitu on that time. Yesterday I visited axis bank nappeansea road branch and asked mr jitu about my credit card he replied me that if you fix rs25000 then you get credit card easily.I am permament customer of your bank, in terms of services these things are very bad.             Be happy that they didnt issue the credit card. i got platinum credit card and used for 5 months. Service was bad so i decided to cancel and placed the request. After cancellation of the credit card, there was an excess 458Rs in my account and i requested them to refund to my savings account linked to my account. Later they told i have to submit all the payment proof and then they ll refund the amount. Later when i called the customer care, they told they will not refund any amount after the card cancellation. In mail they ask me to send all the payment proof for refund initiation
            They are doing daytime robbery. Be happy

              Dear Sir,
              I would like to bring to your kind notice the following things.
              I was called by the axis bank and was asked whether I want to go for a credit card
              I submitted my documents
              I got the sms on my mobile no[protected] that my credit card is dispatched through Firstflight courier and was asked to call the courier service if I dont receive the card in 72 hours.
              I did n`t receive the credit card in 3 days so I called Firstflight Courier,they told me that my credit card was returned back to them: Reason was: Wrong address.
              After a week I got sms that my card is returned to the bank.
              Within a week I received my PIN number through the post on the same address.
              Till date I have not received my credit card.
              Enquiries made so many times and atlast I gave up calling Axis Bank.
              I gave complaint through e mail-Response was NIL
              Today I have received BILL FOR THE SAME CREDIT CARD which I have not used.

              Please ask the concerned department to do the needful.

              Axis Bank Credit Card — Wrong Bill Received

              I am a Axis Bank Gold Corporate Credit Card holder and i received a bill of Rs. 71854.55 but i haven't used my credit card for a single rupee and when i gave a call in axis bank customer care they said that the payment is made by Addon Card, but i havent received any addon card and that card has been given to someone else and the same has been misused by that person. When i asked in Axis bank fort branch they said we cannot help you, you have to co ordinate in call centre only. Kindly let me know what is to be done in this case should i launce a police complain also
              I am a Axis Bank Gold Corporate Credit Card holder and i received a bill of Rs. 1020 at hyderabad but i haven't used my credit card for a single rupee. at that time i was in train to come hyderabad.                 dear axis bank customer care people,

                the complaint box i have seen of the axis bank is the worst service and response also. why because yesterday i made a call to the land line number[protected] .one of the person alked with me . actually they didn't send the statements in time and they told while i was applied for the card is its a life time free card.afetr when i made purchase of of nearly 1600 rupees in june but they didn't send the statement. so i didn't pay the amount . i was out of county for the twomonths . after i reach india i made a call to customer care ans asked for the statement . at that time they told u have to pay of 3500 rupees.

                i asked why they told that it was with late payment and the service tax ,joining fees and etc.at that time i made complaint but they didn'y give the response and also the complaint number also.

                and again i called them they asking for the complaint number. i told at that time u had not given .so it was my fault that i didn't asked them. see how they are response with the customers. this is the way thay are behaving with the customes.


                they directly deducted from my saving account 3500 rupees with my permission . and the axis bank people also not informed me also. with credit card section the saving account people also like that only.and i have paid theamount for what i made purchase of 1600 rupees and the late payment of 1100 rupees also.


                when i asked for that they told the money will not be revert back.

                see this is the way the axis bank is working. so dear friends don 't go for axis bank.otherwise it was the problem will hapened to you also.

                I am having the axis bank credit card, my limit was 35000/-. but axis bank is cheating people by allowing of more than limit & then imposing penalties on it. If limit is fixed, that there should be validation on limit. otherwise what is the mean of limit. In my case my usage exceed 50 rs from my limit & bank charged 337 rs on it. This is very much wrong

                  I am having an S.B. Account in your CTO EXTN. Br. Nampally vide A/c No.239134. It was opened at the request of your Bank on ZERO Balance Facility at the time of opening of your said Branch. Recently, an amount of Rs. 534.47 + Service Tax of Rs. 55.05 has been deducted from my account on 31-07-09. When I approached your Branch for clarification, the Incharge of the Bank has informed that the same has been deducted as minimum balance has not been maintained in the account. In this regard, it is to inform that when the A/c was opened with ZERO Balance Facility, how can you deduct the money from my A/c without intimating to me, which is nothing but cheating and forgery. When Mininimum Balance has to be maintained you should have given me a notice to that effect. Hence the action taken by you in mercyless killing is highly deplorable. When you want new accounts your people will approach the public like beggars, after opening the accounts we will be made beggars by you. Hence you are requested to revert the recovery made, otherwise, I will approach Ombudsman to settle the issue.
                  This month i deposited the chq for the due amnt at axis bank drop box on 10th ofnov for rs 684 which was presented by your bank at late what is my fault in this case your people at call centre says that it take 5 days for the chq to be cleared either your bank is violating the RBI norms or you have different rule than RBI I have been asked to pay late fee of Rs300+ servicetax +INterest.I am going to file in this regard through RTI regarding the rule for this I will not payPENALTY+SERVICETAX+INTEREST as the fault is at your end and not on my end.My card no is [protected]-RENU JULKA.hope you will care in this regard and update the people at the call centre people and make them update RBI rules regarding clearing

                    So i was told to make a fresh application by Mr Sumit Pakhira of TAMLUK branch. I applied for it again on 26/12/07. Till date i have not received it. And also Mr Pakhira's behaviour towards us has been o[censored]tter negleigence. His attitude is total callous to say the least. Kindly look into the matter and let me know the status of my ATM card and when will i get it.After all Axis Bank has such a high reputation here, that I expect it to look into this apparently petty matter but which is of high importance to me.

                    AXIS Bank ATM card pin — pin not received

                    Hi,
                    I did not received the AXIS bank pin within 20 days month and after complaining them they told me the pin gets destroyed after 1 month .But as the month was not over they again sent me a PIN and this time also it was not received.After one and a half months they deducted 57 rupees from my account saying these arte the duplicate pin charges.AXIS is a fraud bank.They havent provided me a single pin and have claimed 57 rupees as an extra charge and i still havent received the PIN.

                    This is actually an advice towards axis bank. i am a Axis bank account holder. I felt axis bank is the bank which is giving the worst service i have used. I have HSBC, SBI and HDFC accounts including Credit cards. THe reason i am telling if you try to call there phone banking numbers means you are going to loose your half an hour and lot of money. It never connecty to the service executive. Same thing for iConnect(Net baning) that will eat your 1 hour that is sure (it keep on saying that you have some security issues on your system).

                    So please dont go to AXIS bank. Mine is a salary account so i cannot change so easily so still i m using it. But is keep on asking my Admin people to change.

                    AXIS BANK DEBT CARD — dispite change of pin card not working

                    Dear Sir,
                    I wish to bring to your notice the following regarding my AXIS DEBT CARD no.[protected]. I am a SENIOR PRIVILLAGED saving a/c holder with a/c number [protected] at your 16sector, NOIDA branch since 1999.
                    1.The above mentioned international debt card was issued to me as replacement of my old card in April08. I used this card twice or more in May08. I was away to USA and returned in OCT08.
                    2.In Dec, I used my card at the ATM machine at JVCC, 21Sector, Noida, the card was rejected, with display intimating, card not activated/processed or some thing simmilar to that.After trying it couple of time and failing to succeed, I reported the matter to my AXIS bank at 16 Sector.I was advised to ask for a new PIN number.I really don’t understand when this card was used with out any problem in May08 why it should not work in Dec.During the period between May-Dec, the card was stored safely in my table drawer.
                    3.Subsequently, I collected a new PIN no and was charged Rs.57, for no fault of mine (on pointing out I was assured that the amount would be reversed).
                    4.I used the card at 21 Sector, at ATM at the bank . Again on 31.12.08, I used it at ATM at JVCC, 21 SECTOR NOIDA. On first attempt it rejected the card making simmilar display as earlier, but on second attempt it worked and I was able to with draw Rs.5, 000/.
                    5.Today, I used the card at the JVCC, 21 Sector ATM and tried twice with out success. Display says, ”the card is not processed/activated”. This is most embrassing and putting an account holder to inconvenience. Thank God this did not happen at a shop or abroad or on such an occasion when I did really need the money.
                    6. I have been experiencing difficulties such as my a/c statements having failed to reach me since Sep08 and this incident of cards failing to operate at ATM..
                    7.I would therefore like you to kindly look into this matter and find a suitable solution without having me to run and spend unnecessarily .Kindly make my dealing with AXIS bank a pleasure as claimed by you and also as had been my experience except for the recent times.

I Applied my Debit card and filled the amount of Rs.10000/- but the machine replied some server problem and the same problem was confirmed by the security guard [on duty] AMARJIT SINGH .I received back my Debit Card without getting any amount from the HDFC ATM. I visited to the next IDBI Bank ATM Machine installed in the same market, I again tried the same amount through my Debit Card but this time I received a message for insufficient fund, I retry my card in the same machine, and this time I filled 5000/ and again 2000/ from the IDBI machine which I got successfully through the IDBI ATM . I was shocked when I visited to the AXIS bank ATM machine located at Vikrant Enclave opp. Hari nagar BE Block, as after receiving the mini statement of my Debit card, I found the amount of Rs.10, 000/ Rs. 5000/ and Rs.2000/ withdrawn on 4 July 2009, but infect, I just received an amount of 5000/ and 2000/ its total is Rs. 7000/ only from the IDBI BANK ATM MACHINE. Now, the problem started somewhere in HDFC ATM DA block, from where I tried first to withdraw Rs.10000/ and same amount is being short in my account. Either there was some technical or computerized problem which can be confirmed from the bank ATM guard and the bank staff .

                    If the ATM machine is not working in proper condition it’s a duty of the security guard to stop the public using the machine and he has to inform to his seniors of the HDFC bank. People like me are coming to use the services of the ATM machine but they don’t know due the technical problem of the bank they are not getting there hard earned money as smoothly as they have to be. This type of bank/ATM services will create great troubles to the public and it should be watched by the AXIS BANK immediately to keep the reputation level. I am a govt. servant and I receive my salary through AXIS ATM every month. Now, how can I survive myself and my school going children, this month? kindly do the needful at early.

                    On 21st april i applied for a new card as my old card was damaged and prior to it the old card was blocked as that is the normal procedure and you can atleast intimate to the customers when its blocked via SMS but that service sint available adding to that i came to know only on 1st May that card has been blocked and even the new card application has been rejected as there is no photograph which again wasnt intimated. I again went to anna salai branch and applied and till now noone is bothring to answr me anything rather they are asking to wait. just for geting my debit card i am waiting for more than 25 days.

                    the service frm your bank is polling and its too bad and if this is going to be continused i am going to make an official complaint and also to media i will write it to media.

                    I tried to withdraw Rs 3000/- from your ATM located along with Addadakha branch at 1415 hrs on 01 Aug 11. Initially it shown that transaction under process and later as 'Timed out and transaction cancelled. Then I again tried and succeeded to withdraw Rs 3000/- after 5 minutes . However I found Rs 3000/- also deducted from my account against the transaction which shown as cancelled.

                    I have registered a complaint in Addadakha branch. They replied me that amount will be credited in my account within 24 hrs. But even after expiry the amount has not been credited.

                            i applied for home loan(20/11/2007) to Axis Bank ,they did not approved the loan without giving any cause,I got the deny letter on 10/01/2008. they also cleared a cheque on 05/12/2007 cheque no 13233, amount Rs750.00 o[censored]BI.Asansol.When i requested to refun the amount they misbehaved,abused and denied to have any conversation.

                              I am Abdul, I got a call from ur executive for a lifetime FREE credit card with several benefits, i thought let me apply for it and submitted my documents and got the credit card after 6 months but the issue is that i have been charged for the credit card an amount of Rs.432. why should i pay when i was told it's a lifetime FREE credit card..? Immediately i called customer care, after trying for nearly 30 mins a customer care executive received the call, he gave me a Request No. and informed me a higher authority will get back to me within 7days but there is no response till now it's already 1month. 15days earlier i called up customer care again he gave me a another Req No. and he told its in HIGH PRIORITY now and for sure a higher executive will be get back to me but again nobody called me yet(already 10 days) and i got a message to pay an amount of Rs.730. Atlast i called a customer care again but nobody is receiving the call from past 1hour, I am so bugged up with this that i decided to complaint. I have HSBC, ICICI, SBI credit cards but never faced any such kind of problem. Its the worst customer service ever seen. why dont you think about customer satisfaction..?                               This complaint is about the horrendorous service by your Customer Service Cell.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that the above card has been issued to me with an oral statement that its totally a free card without any annual fee or monthly fee or any one time charges in for form of rental etc...

                              Only after receiving the card, i came to know that i had been put up in dark with a cheating effort taken on me by your representatives to dump the card on me.

                              I came to know that this particular card which has been issued to me has an one time registration charges and annual fee.

                              This has been brought to the notice of your phone banking agents as well as floor managers several times for which my effort has gone totally vain. As per their advice i had paid the respective charges without any hesitation but the same has not been reversed by your bank as per the commitment and promise made by your officials and have not received any reply from your customer care department. If i insist a reply call from our phone banking officers, i will simply get a sarcastic reply that its an inbound call centre and they cannot make any outbound calls.

                              Being having a huge network in India, i did not expect such an untruthful service from your bank.

                              I would request your office to kindly reverse the same and get back to me within 24 hours failing which a legal complaint would be forwarded to RBI and the copy of the same would be scanned on HIndu, DC, Economic Times and all leading news papers.

                              Hope my effort of typing this letter would not go on vain and would expect a prompt action and reply from your office.

                                    I have received sms on dated 12-1-08 at 5:29PM fom Axis
                                    bank credit card bill with due date 14-1-08 has been generated.
                                    The sms recieved on saturday & due date is on Monday. Even if I drop my cheque in drop box on Saturday. The bank people said they will fine Late Fees because the cheque will be processed on Monday. I think that the sms send by the bank was late and they send it at weekend. So how they can charge the late fees?

                                      Dear Customercare,

                                      I am creditcardholder o[censored]TI bank bearing nummber [protected].I have received my first bill by debiting 400 rs as joining fee plus service tax 49.44.In second bill I has been debited 96.58 as debit interest plus 11.93 Rs.In my third bill I has been debited debit interest 24.41 plus 3.02.I has given three complaints till date (Monthly one complaint) and the respective customercare has noted the complaint given me a complaint number.After this every time customercare from Mumbai told that they has been reversed my joining fees every month.I asked the repective customercare to email me the same but this was not done.This depicts the service delivered by AXIS bank customercare.When I has spoken with customercare over phone I was informed that there is no integration between the two departments i.e Customercare with whom customer speaking by calling toll free number and the customercare from which we receives call from Mumbai.I was astonished by hearing this and how a bank can deliver a service to the customercare.Inaddition to to this I have also requested 2 times through emails to reverse ny joining fees and debit interest,customercare told that I am not having a registered email id.But the other day when I had spoken with customercare they informed that from now onwards we shall email the queries without a registered email id and given a complaint number 104395.

                                      Today i has paid 187 rs as requested by AXIS bank officials so that they will revverse all the debit fees towards my credit card.They have given one more compliant number today,finally i need to get reverse all the amount related to joining fees should be reversed as requested from the past 3 months.

                                      Please provide a written copy or email stating that all the above said fees are reversed to avoid these types of queries.Finally I would like to request the concerned authorities to reverse all the debited fees related to my joining fees of creditcard.

                                      holding a savings account (salary a/c Subhash Projects and Marketing Limited ) with your bank vide account No [protected].

                                      I have applied for a credit card to Axix Bank in the month Dec-10th 07. Till date I haven’t received any response from you end instead of an sms on 3rd jan, with ref no[protected].

                                      I have talked to Mr Sandeep Banerjee (Branch Manager) and he have referred me to talk to the Salary Accountant (SPML A/c) and gave me the cell number -[protected].

                                      That Accountant gave me one cell no. of Credit Card Division [protected] again he referred to Ms. Rupa Lahuti , she is not picking up her phone, either switched off or disconnecting

                                      At last I have not found any other alternative to write you in detail.

                                      It is very surprising that now a days representatives from all the Banks try to increase their Credit Card customers by offering Life time free credit cards. Most of the people don’t accept their request.

                                      I am moving like a shuttle cock in the environment of the most reputed Bank in India ( Axix Bank) to get the right information only , whether I can get the card or not. Please think of the service of the reputed bank.

                                      I will be very obliged if you expedite the matter and inform me the status or you can provide me the proper escalation matrix of Axix Bank if any. We always expect better service from the good bank like Axix Bank.

                                      This is regarding camera purchased @ G.K.Vale, Marathalli, Bangalore on 25th Nov 2007. I have purchased this as part of 12 EMI Conversion with the Merchant, which has not got converted during my last statement. G.K.Vale has intimated this to the bank and they have intimated that the EMI Conversion is done.

                                      But suddently when i have taken a look at my credit card statement I have found that i was charged an interest of Rs.600/-and the EMI is still not converted. Request you to help me out to get my issue resolved for getting the EMI Conversion done and that the interest charged & service tax is reverted back.

                                      GK vale & co. — credit card payment not converted in EMIs

                                      I had made 2 trasaction on sep, 08 for amount Rs 8900 + 8900. I merchandize GK vale has offer 12 EMIs, without interest charges and processing fees, but due to there mistake it was not converted in EMIs, and I got the full bill for Rs 17800, in month of oct, 08. I have to follow the merchandizer and icici executives also, for 3 months, and finally my trasaction is converted in to 12 EMIs, in jan, 09. But in these 3 months, i have been charged with interest charges and taxes, since i was paying the EMIs only, Now I m contacting them to reverse the interest charges but these is no response from there side, I had wasted 3 months running behind them, its a real trauma for me.
