[Resolved] Axis Bank Home Loan — Delay in getting home loan | |
Hi, I have purchased an old flat, the existing owner is having a home loan with Axis bank. So, I have applied for loan transfer in same bank, as the process will be faster, but now 2 months have passed and till now i have not got the home loan. I am clear in CIBIL report, and my eligibility for the loan is clear, still this much delay..............., this very annoying, unreasonable. Please, can someone take some strong action. i m prashant rajani from rajkot we take a home loan for axis bank rajkot kalawad rd branch my complain is tray party agreement not complite last 25 day for ur mumbai office .we r many time wishit and call ur bank officer rac head mr.piyush shah and many call for mumbai officer sugautam bhai file in hand to imtiyazbhai so may i requst to clear this matter trai party agreement for rajani devlopers rajkot aashopalav spring site name
i was mail to 14/03/11 but not repply .my complain.
this matter not complite 1 day's other wise cancle my home loan.

Axis Bank — delay of home loan
I put my home loan file on date 2-2-12 for 5, siddhyogi society , chansma highway road , PATAN at MAHESANA branch through agent. i inquire three times for the loan in MAHESANA branch, also contact in mahesana branch to Mrs Palak on phone for the same but no one reply me positively for the same.please inquire for the said above and reply to me

Even i am Having the same issue, i have applied for a home loan with axis bank, the flat owner is already having a home loan with axis bank and we are closing that from axis bank and opening ours.
the project was previously approved by axis bank, hence we were little relieved that all the documents are there with the bank, but now we have a got a loan saction letter and its almost 10 days over when we checked with them they are telling we are not having any legal documents with us so you have to provide all the legal documents again,
since its already approved one atleast till the current owner ( 1st owner) has bought the flat they should be having the documents received from the builder and must have verified the same, they said the lawyer who has verified the same before has left axis bank so the new lawyer needs all documents again.
The bank should be having a copies of the legal documents from builder, where has that gone and if the lawyer left bank is not our fault, they should have a legal opinion from the previous lawyer . where is that copy?
also the manager for home loan at axis bank home loan branch jayanagar 4rth block, bangalore was so rude talking to us, he was behaving as if he was doing some favour to us.
