I am Subbhalakshmi. I received AXIS Bank iConnect Internet banking passwords one month before. Two passwords are given, And please let me know what are those 2 passwords. I have a Rewards Card of Axis Bank & now I want to see my account statement of that card through Net Banking. But I was not able to connect it.
so plz give me the details of your net banking services.I am able to go to the prepaid cards> rewards cards.
but can't able to enter my customer id & i-connect password.

I am prabir. Yesterday i, e[protected] at 11.30 pm I have tried to book online e ticket from IRCTC and made online payment through my axis bank debit card.
Payment was done successfully but ticket booked screen got disappered and showed transaction could not be made.. Even my account got debited with the ticket amount, but I am not able to view my tickets in my irctc account.Screen also showed that the full amount will be refunded to me.
So I have requested the bank but no body has given reponse from the same. Even IRCTC also not giving any reponse through their website.Please sort out this issue immediately, and kindly arrange to make refund the ticket amount Rs.253.00 only by crediting my account.Transaction ID was [protected].
