I having a Auto Loan of Rs 25 K from GE Countriwide where my EMI of this Loan is 1349 PM . in Begining as per GE they Said your EMI Gets Bounce I went to Branch Manager & Collection People of Ge where i paid EMI in Cash but after 5 Days it come to kniw that the bounce EMI Cheque is got Cleared in 1st presentatio becoz there was balance amount equal to EMI ... Now my Concerns is this when i paid the emi in once the advance amount should be adjusted or it will be gets refund . Now My loan gets closed and they still saying that one cheque is on hold and not cleared . I Provide the Proof of Cleared Cheque . i want my NOC For the Same . And Following with them from 2006 . No Body is ready to provide me the Proper Answer . At Last i knock ur Door . Plz Help...

This is Nasath Account number[protected](salary account) being the customer of Axis bank for two months.From account unknowingly 552rs has been debited on 0532011, i dropped mail regarding that and i tried to reach the bank people as much as i can through calls and mails, but there is no any good response from their side .The reason is, I applied for some specific card and as i am well aware that i didn't apply for any specific card i am wondering how it has been credited from my account.My money is not at all safe in my account and i do trust my bank and I can withdraw my balance money any time. I cross checked with my company HR regarding this since HR has processed my bank formalities they are well sure that they have not applied for any specific card and they do provide only zero balance account for all salary account and my colleagues also using same cards but from their account money has not debited for this reason.This is not ATM this is ATL (Any Time Loss) i am not happy at all with the Axis bank .please take the remedial measures to credit my debited money since its my hard work compensation i do respect my money.

Axis Bank is worst bank that I have ever experienced. They are stealing customers money and don't have the courtesy to refund it. Axis Bank is running by fraudsters. In that brochure, a company named AVA Merchandising advertised that they are giving offers exclusively for Axis Bank Card holders. After scrutinized the brochure, I ordered a Reebok Shoe. They collected the payment from my credit card account, but they are not delivering the shoe. I called them twice, but no proper response from them. Then, I called Axis Bank Grievance Redressal Forum. They told me to fill up the dispute form. Then only, they can act in this regard further. I am going to fill up that form today, then we can see what is going to happen. My dear people, be careful about the credit card people. They are always thinking to rob our hard earned money in different ways.

Brief Story about the accounts & Issues



I walked to the Salt lake branch, Kolkata to open an account, that time Mr. Anirudhh assist me to open an account,

I provided him the required docs passport copy for the Proof of identity & ration card & standard chartered bank's account statement for the address proof as per his demand to open a saving accounts in the bank…



I provided him the address is: 13/1 Hazra Road, Kolkata 26, but he mentioned there 13/2.so just cause of the mistakes of that guy I haven't received the courier i.e. My Welcome kit.



I need some money so I walked up to the bank to request to do the needful for me then there I found 2 ladies 1.Madhu Chandra (Branch Head), Vinita Sarkar (Operation Manager), They was not even talked to me & they just told me that that's the RBI rules & u cant withdraw the money so go & talk to the RBI…

They didn't allowed me to withdraw the money…

So now, that's the mistakes of the banker & I am suffering here.so what to do next,

Should I have to go to the Press or should I have to give all the matters to the Newspaper.



That all this bull sheet things are happening in the Bank, As this Axis bank is claiming that that is going to be the best in India….

So, I hope you will do the needful…

So plz do the needful, otherwise, I wok in TRI MEDIA VISION, Newzeland as a manager, & make sure that it wont comes on my reputation cause of the mistakes & misbehave of the banker. Not my fault

My experience with Axis Bank.

I took a "Gold Plus" credit card from Axis Bank in December 2007 and have not received a single statement from them till date. I have been paying the monthly bills on basis of SMS alerts received on my mobile. I have made numerous calls to the call center and was promised an equal number times that my statement would reach me in 5 working days. Total rubbish. I even wrote an email to their customer care department and then received the statements on my email address. No hard copies as yet. Even they promised me the same. Reproduced below is the reply from them.

I am Mr. N. Nagabhushan having account in Axis bank. I am encountering the problem while entering into the internet banking site. The site accepts ID and password and take to the account page. From there if i press operative accounts tab it will disappears ones and the "Application security error!!" will come. This is happening continuously and there is no use of internet banking through iconnect.

I am frequenty using netbanking service of different banks, but i never get the problem as in case of Axis. This is happening countinuously and it is taking to me to frustation.

The administrator has to rectify this problem and it has to be user friendly to the customer. So i request you to kindly solve the problem of disappearing of main menus after signing on.

Check below the message of error which displays always, although any one of the following action has not done:

APPLICATION SECURITY ERROR !!
This error has occured for one of the following reasons :
You have used Back/Forward/Refresh button of your Browser.
You have clicked twice on any options/buttons.
You have kept the browser window idle for a long time.
You have logged in from another browser window
You are accessing the application URL from a saved or static page.
You have not used "Microsoft Internet Explorer" Browser.

Pls. rectify the site.

i lost my user id and password last year and applied for new one but i not get yet .i send a mail in this regard, no replay is the answer .now i need this fecility with most urgent, pls send a user id and password via mail with following details

I have an account with axis bank. my customer Id is[protected]. I have recieved telebanking pin but have not recieved the icoonect login id or password. my account is more than a month old.

I am parivesh Malviya having account in axis bank Y.N Marg Branch indore (m. p). I applied for my New Debit Card in December 08 but it didn’t go to my Corresponding address of Mohali (Kothi no 524 phase 1 Mohali-Punjab).and permanent address is 57, New Gauri Nager indore Behind Patel market

Infact it reached Back to indore branch. And I have talked to ATM dep. of axis bank.
They said that I should write a mail to you to handover my debit card to my father on Producing this letter originally having my signature.

So kindly handover my debit card to my family member on producing this letter
