Hi,
I have purchased a bajaj discover -135 vehicle number/DL-9S-P-8129 from dealerr bagga link from mahipalpur, delhi 24apr08. But I had to change clucth plates in sept after running of vehicle at 4000.0 kms .Again it was damaged & I had to change the same at the second time when it was run only 6800.. kms. it means within span of six month there is change of cluth plates for third times.
It is really embarraing, fearful, horrible & hoplesss experience with Bajaj.I must tell my freinds & colleagues not to go who are going for any Bajaj product. This is a direct question mark on the quality & service & maintanace.. Pls immediately look into this as there could be manufacturing defect at factory end..

My name is Anoop kumar and my case number is 1459.I have a complaint about the collection agents, who came to collect the payment{in case of missing}.Everytime there is new collection agent and mainly without any proof that he is a employee of bajaj or having any proof of belong to the bajaj finance.It is very difficult to believe and to give the money to unknown person. Please send the account record of the particular case/person{lone taker} to verify the genuineness of the agent and current status of their account

Hi,

I had purchased a desktop in 2006 with finance from Bajaj finance. I had given them 8 post dated cheques of which only the 1st & the last were submitted & cleared from my bank account.

I realised of this when I tried applying for a personal loan & the loans were getting rejected. Frustrated, I finally contacted one of the banks who had rejected my loan & asked them for the reason. They said my name was on the CIBIl because I had some loan pending.

When I contacted Bajaj finance with this complaint, they said 2 cheques are pending & not cleared & sent an executive to my place with a letter that they had lost the 2 cheques when they shifted their office (THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO ME). I paid for the two cheques & asked them for a clearance letter. They declined this after a month saying that not all instalments were paid. I checked my bank accounts & realised that the rest of the 4 cheques were also not cleared. I am now trying to contact them so that I can pay the pending amount & get my name of the CIBIL to avoid any future rejections of loans & Credit Cards. But they are still not interested in collecting the money & give me the clearance letter.

This process is going on from September 2008.

Is Bajaj Finance an help to the consumer or an harassment? The people in Bajaj Finance don't seem to be interested in the amount. But I don't want any bad remarks against my name.

Referring to the above, I am to inform that I have made all my dues to M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD from 12.5.2006 upto 12.4.2008 @ Rs1354/- per month(EMI), and this has been debited to my account at UTI Bank under direct advice by M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD to the bank.
There is no due from me to M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD.

Now, I am surprise hearing from M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD, One EMI is pending to be paid by me, which is not true.

I would like to inform M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD that M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD have collected excess EMI from my account in the month of Jan 2007 in dates: 10.1.2007 & 18.1.2007. Due to the above excess collection I have compensated my EMI in the month of Feb 2007

In this regard on intimation from M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD I have personally visited to M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD office at Coimbatore several times & clarified and handed over the supporting documents (evidence : bank statement ) to CONCERNED OFFICIALS,

Last two times I visited and Discussed with Mr. Prasad & Mr. Arul Perumal - Area Manager (Collections) at M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD Coimbatore office and clarified the issue clearly & they have also satisfied and agreed that the problem exist with M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD only they assured that they would solve the issue with their Head Office.

In spite of this I have received a letter dated 23.11.2008 from M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD stating to remit the due and failing which M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD would take Civil & criminal Action against me.

In this regard I request M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD to look into this matter urgently and let me have a letter of advice from M/s BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD (M/s Bajaj Finance Letter head) before 15.12.2008 that there is no due from my side and send a NOC. Failing which why I should not go for to The Court Of Law to safeguard me and also get a reasonable compensation for mental HARASSMENT.

I have opted for an consumer loan in Bajaj Finance in the month of April. My Loan Amount was Rs.24750 out of which 4 EMI was an Advance EMI. This Loan is For Samsung-AC. My First Due was on the Month of June 2008. Total Number of Dues is 12. The Financiers Claim that they have not received the EMI Amount for the month of JULY 2008. The same has been debited from my Account on[protected]. I had given them an originals of my Bank Statement(Axis Bank SB-[protected]) but still now they say that the Amount has not been credited to their Account. Further they have also entered my name in Defaulters list because of which my Name is spoiled with other Bankers. So i want Bajaj Finance to Provide me NOC Certificate along with an Apologize Letter.

I buy new bike in Aug 08 .Last week suddenly my bikes rpm stopped when I went to my authorised service centre after check they told me the meter is jammed so gear kit is damge we charge for gear kit and labour charge .And rpm meter repair charge is extra . Under warranty it is right ? I have the bill for it can any one tell me this is right or wrong

i have purchased a bajaj discover 135 bike from panipat ( haryana ) agency name, M/S SUVIDHA TRADERS in april, 2008 and at the time of service agency people did not give better reponse to me for my bike, and today 6th november, 2008 i have made a complaint for bike chain set noise and for petrol meter not working and after the service i checked the bike that it was in the same position, it means they didn't make the good service of my bike
so please do the needfull and oblidge me.

Sir/Madam,
I booked 42 inch LCD from "Next Showroom - Begumpet" counter in ICE-2008 exhibition held 20Sep2008 to 9Oct2008 on 5th Oct 2008 and paid Rs 500/- towards booking. I planned to go for finance and hence asked to fill documents for finance from Bajaj Finance. (Only one guy available and he is from Bajaj Finance at the Next showroom counter). I submitted the entire necessary document and one representative came to house for verification. After that they did not answered my calls. I always end up with long rings only. After two weeks on 16th Oct 2008 I could able to contact Bajaj finance guy and then asked him about status. He said it is approved and money will be sent to Next Showroom and also he told me I will receive the LCD in another 2 days that means by before 18Oct2008. But still I am not received an call from Bajaj finance and Next Showroom. Whenever I am trying to contact these guys, no body responding. Can I put a case against them because I lost my money and time.

After 1 st service from bajaj authorised Service centre M/S Ankita Auto Shop, Sonarpur my bike is not giving proper mileage and pollution centre is not issuing the clearence Certificate( (pollution test faliure) and noise problem is ocurring from engine.
I have already complained at above mention service station and they told that the problem has been rectified.But I am facing same problem still now.
Then I have visited another one service station Bajaj auto centre, Hide Rd, Taratala, Kolkata and complain the same, after servicing they told that the problem has been resolved. But again I have visited for Polution test but they denied to give the clearance Certificate.
Like this I have complaint several times at your service station but no result came.
My question is previously I have CT100 bike, That time I never faced such problems but this time why it is happening, I think this is not depending on driving, which wants to prove bajaj service centre, because I have checked the mileage by other driver also.

I have visited bajaj service centre and complain several times, but still now not yet solved the matter and they are asking the money for resolving the matter.
So, if I invest 55000/- and from starting it is giving problem then why I should I pay, even they didnot resolved my problem.l
So, Please look into the matter .

old loan.no32427&30105&34832&P>L.6751. my name is ramalingam and date of birth is 02.07.1956. residing at pondicherry. This week i have approached for a loan for washing machine but the new manager refued to sanction any loan to anybody. kindly do the need full after reviwing old loan records.

I went to bajaj office for processing of loan for Laptop, all the documents were taken by the office. when there was no reply from them i approached them after 5 - 8 days, i was denied loan, the reason was not told, the person behaved very idotically, i requested for reason or written objection. he said to get out of the office and also said that there is no body above him, i am the sole here, you cannot do any thing.

please tell me the address of higher officer, so that i can teach him how to behave with valued Indian citizen.

I bought one Lenovo laptop model ( 7761) 4CB thru Lenovo dealer Matrix Cyber Zone. They produced bill ( bill no 177 dt. 6.10.2007 )to me and price is Rs.27697.00 against which I have paid Rs. 6000.00 as down payment. So as I understand finance amount should be 21697.00 and against which I have to pay interest and on equal EMI .They have taken signed papers for finance and said the amount will be filled up depending on the down payment and interest.
Though requested several times this dealer do not produced any documents about the actual finance amount and only recently I got a letter from Bajaj Finance saying the finance amount is Rs. 38500.00. So my cost to the computer will be Rs.38500 + 6000 = Rs.43500.00.
Is it possible where the cost of product is Rs.27697.00 and balance Rs.15803 is the interest for two years?
Though I requested Bajaj Finance officer to explain me the details but they are not responding .

Please help me how and to whom I should contact for my help?

I have never applied for a any loan from Bajaj finance and i am suprised to get SMS from Bajajfin informing that a loan EMI of Rs.941/- will be presented in my bank and asking me to make necessary arrangement for the same.

This is ridiculous...

I have taken a two wheeler bike loan from Bajaj Finance during March 2007. At the time of taking the loan, I have given three blank cheques for the purpose of security against the loan. My bike insurance got expired on 2nd March 2008. Thus, I have taken Bajaj Allianz two wheeler insurance on 17th March 2008. But by my utter surprise, Bajaj Finance used the blank cheque for the purpose of renewing the Insurance on 23rd March 2008 i.e. 23 days after expiration of my insurance, and the same has not been communicated to me before depositing the cheque. When I contracted the Bajaj Finance, they told that they have renewed it as per the loan approval rule. Also they misbehaved me over the phone and personally. Bajaj Finance also provides me the Bajaj Allianz Insurance only.

Currently I am having two Bajaj Allianz two wheeler Insurances for the same bike. The details about the insurances are below:

1. Insurance made by me: (applied for cancellation)

Effective Date – 17th March 2008

2. Insurance made by Bajaj Finance:

Policy No – G[protected]
Effective Date: 1st March 2008

Please note that both the above insurances are from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance only. My bike registration number is HR26AJ9342.

For last three months, I tried my best to cancel one of the policies. But, unable to cancel the same. As per the rule, the policy made by me should be cancelled, as its having a later date. i travelled to so many offices of Bajaj Allianz. But, unable to get any positive response.

Hope you will try your best to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Looking forward for an affirmative reply.
