I have taken a Laptop from Maheshwari Computer and Services, Kankroli Rajsamand, Udaipur Rajasthan on 10th Jan 2008 with finance from bajaj finance. Since 15 Month I am paying EMI of Rs. 1606/- through cheque. My file No 27830 . Agent who was dealing my case has not given any documents regarding the reciept of my cheques or any other relevant documents. I have asked him to give me but saying no time today will give you tomorrow he left the ORganisation and unfortunately I alos sifted from kankroli to Hurda Gulabpura, Bhilwara in a job. I tried a lot but because of busy schedule could not pay visit to local Baja Finance Centre in Udaipur. Can you please help me in getting all those documents now. I have one more year to pay your finance. In between if I wish to close my account by paying rest of amount then what procedures will I follow and how many Ruppes I need to give back. After many times requesting over phone and mail. No response from bajaj finance officials.

After paying all due, they booked the complaint and they spoiled my reputation and it caused financially damaged.

I would like to book complained in consumer court. Kindly advice !

After so many complaints and Reminder to customer service nobody is taking interest. I have complaint regarding the my pulsar bike No. MH-02-AX-903 and complted my EMI but i have still not gotted my NOC letter. Firts i was asked to As per your intructions you'll have told to pay my pending amount of Rs-4260/ with settlement letter, which I have already paid.

After that I have spoken with Mr.Dalvi as per him he instructed that I have to pay Rs-2002/-That also i had paid.

But still I have not received NOC letter. Then why your company has given me RC book. if there is any problem then youll have to resolve it.

Application to rectify your record regarding the pending payment of Rs 1417 in my account against instalment for Window AC of Samsung and issue me a clearance (NOC) certificate
It is to bring to your kind notice that I bought a window AC of Samsung company from Agoan Electronics, Shanti Path, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur on 24 April 2009 for Rs 17000/- (Seventeen thousand only) purchased through Bill No 19081. Out of this I made a down-payment of Rs 5660/- (Five thousand six hundred and sixty only) and got the remaining amount financed through your company with a monthly ECS transfer of Rs 1417/ from my SB A/c No[protected] in The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd. (now ICICI), University Branch, Bapu Nagar, Jaipur.
Just because I was very frequently out of town and at times not keeping well I could not operate my account so frequently and deposit the instalment amount of Rs 1417/- by 5th December, 2009 because of which the cheque got bounced. But the cheques in the month of Septemeber 2009, October 2009 and also November 2009 also got bounced because of the reason cited above. Anyway, they were re-lodged and got cleared. Due to some delay at your end the cheque for the month of December 2009 could not be re-lodged by the company. So I got a call from one of the agents from your company telling me about it and requesting me to make the payment in cash, which I did. The last (8th) instalment of Rs 1417/- got cleared in the month of January 2010 and I felt that I have cleared my debt.
But a few days ago (probably the first week of March 2011) I got a call from your office stating that I need to clear my outstanding amount. I was even sent a mail. Today again I got a call from one of your collection officers (Rahul Solanki) in the Jaipur office asking me to clear the payment. When I mentioned that I have already paid in cash, he did not agree and we had a heated argument on the phone.
In this regard I have just a few rational queries which would probably make things clear:
1. In case the payment was outstanding, why did the company give me a call in this regard after 15 months?
2. Why was the cheque not re-lodged when it had been a practice in the past?
3. When I have paid 7 (seven) out of the 8 (eight instalments, why would I not clear 1 (one) instalment, if at all it has to be paid?
4. Do you think I have some malafied intentions of not paying such a petty amount?
5. Don’t you think the error lies somewhere in the company’s record which has not been able to keep track of the payment made in cash?
What I feel is that the company has lost the record of the cash and is bouncing it back to me. I consider these kinds of phone calls as blackmailing tactics and they amount to mental torture. The company should be fully aware that it can be sued in the court of law for this harassment.
I therefore request you to lend some decency to your officers so that the company has not to bear the cost of such ill-mannered and tantrum-showing employees.
I request you to sort out this matter at the earliest and issue me a clearance certificate.

BEWARE OF BAJAJ FINANCE EMPLOYES!!!

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I took a laptop under proposal no:400/154799 in december, 2006. I promised to pay 36 EMI's. I also paid a security deposit of Rs.8000 at the starting. They told that this amount will be adjusted in last 6 EMI's. After two months i got a letter from bajaj. I shocked to see that letter, in that letter i noticed that the product mentioned is not a value that i received. I reported this issue to bajaj finance but i got no reply. I paid a regular EMI's till march, 2008. After that i stopped paying to resolve this issue.Somebody called from bajaj office, I told to resolve this issue after that i will pay. After 2 months i.e. in May, i got a phone call from a person stating that he is the legal advisor of bajaj finance. I clearly told the issue to him, he sent a person after 4 days. He took the letter issued by bajaj and saw the laptop delivered. He promised me that i will be back with a solution. After 15 days he sent another person stating that your
EMI's will be decreased by 6 months and you have to pay only 30 EMI's. I paid at a time 3 months EMI's to that person and he gave me receipt. After that he came regularly every month and took EMI's. Till december, 2008 I paid the EMI's to that person and told that adjust the security deposit for the last 6 EMI's. That is the last day he met me. After that I make a phone call to him to issue the clearance letter from bajaj finance. He told that it will be posted to my home address. After that his phone was not working.

I think that the matter is settled. During the period from May, 2008 to October, 2009 I didn't get any phone call from bajaj finance. So I think that the person to whom i made payments is regularly paying to the bajaj finance.

Now the problem started. On 24/10/2009 a person named Balu came from Bajaj finance stating that you are not cleared any EMI's from March, 2008. I told him all the matter from the starting. I searched for the receipts issued by that person but those were misplaced during the house shifting. Today I got a phone call from Durga prasad stating that he is the manager, bajaj finance, hyderabad. He talked in a vulgar language without hearing from my side.

I am going to lodge a complaint against Bajaj Finance Limited. We will meet in the court.

The thigs I want to know are:

Why bajaj people called me or visited to my office from past 18 months???
Is some employs of bajaj are fraud???
Who sent that person???

My self dinesh gaur i have purchase bajaj bike ct100 No. RJ09 SB 1632 and proposal no. is 14881 from chittorgarh Dealer dated[protected] against Challan no. 071 of Dealer Ship. I have paid all 36 installment wihth panelty and insurance amount. But yet i have not received my NOC letter from Bajaj finance.

Please send us NOC to us as early a possiable

I Sunil Mogre have taken taken Bajaj pulsar 150 cc from arun automobile Nagpur.The Same was financed from Bajaj Finance.But for the First 3 months ECS were not hit in my bank account.I have paid all 3 EMI, s in Cash.I have paid my all the EMI.I went to bajaj finance Office for Collecting NOC letter but they are Saying that you need to pay 700 Rs as ECS return charges.As there was no mistake from my side i am not going to pay that charges as i have already submitted the bank statement of Kotak mahindra Bank on 26 th Feb 2009 which clearly shows that there was sufficient fund in my Account at the time of ECS Date.

I have called to call centre but i am not getting any positive Response.

Bajaj Finance had given me an offer of personal loan for rs. 23000/- of which i was suppose to receive rs.20052/- i have given all my necessary documents and the verification has been done by them, then where has the cheque gone. pls look into the matter at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

I have a complaint against Bajaj Finance regarding my personal loan. I have been harrased by their recovery agents. The loan amount is 45000 and i have been paying 2188/- per month. I was not informed by their representative that the interest rate was 40% which is very higher and i'm unable to pay. They gave me irrational reasons...
they told I cant get Personal loan because my Uncle is in Police...But when I called the Customer Care

for feedback Executive told me that my Loan is in approval status...

So I dont know how this issue can be resolved?

I took 2 loan from Bajaj finance but they not send me any welcome latter and statement of that loan. Today i was shok that one loan i taken from Bajaj Finance before last approx 15 months back and that loan is allready complated but they dont send me the latter of complate my loan and they are asking after so many month that your EMI is pending.

Bajaj finance company service is so poor. I am totally dis-satisfied.

I am following since last fifiteen days for loan account statement against consumer durable loan taken in March 2010. Also no closing account statement has been sent by Bajaj Finance for my previous closed loan. Request to kindly send appropiate contact details to get in touch with BF.

The numbers recd from executive who supported processing both loans are not responding on many ocassions. Irregular reply's are recd from BF.

Please help

I totally agree with you, even after prompt payment of emi BF asking to pay 4865, can any one tell me how to file a case on them.
