Dear sir,
I,NANDLAL consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No. M 3812 of mangalam gas agency Bhangel Noida. Sir THere Are So Many Diffrence With Customer. Last Time I Had Book My LPG At 14th Dec That Time They Said That Right Now Ur Booking Is Not Possible Becouse Your Period Is Not Complete You Cann't Book It Before 30 Days But Some Dealers Told Me That I Can Book It After 21 Days So I Want To Know That Is The Rule only for mangalam's Customer Sir Please Solve My Problume

Iam Na.stalin my consumer no is 9497, last time i book my gas on 02.01.2008 i book again after 21 days that is today i contact my gas agency thru the phone , they answering me book after the 4 days, what is the rule to booking the cylinder.
I agree with complaint of Mr Nand Lal of Noida because the same incident happened with me today on 08 Feb 08.

When i asked the officer at counter of Robin Gas Service of Sec-6 Rohini Delhi to show me the copy of written order for time frame of Booking & Delivery dates the he laughs in a horriable way.

It's all the harresment of consumer on the name of services.

STOP THIS MONOPOLY.

I live in Kodaikanal, Tamilnadu and have a domestic LPG connection with Bharat Gas.
I always believed that the minimum time frame for booking LPG was 21 days after taking delivery; however I find that each time I try to book gas I am told that Civil supplies regulation is changed and it is either 25 days or 30 days as what seems to suit them at that time. So I would like to know what is the exact minimum time frame for booking gas.

Agency told me that they can not accept any request without registered Mobile number.

as informed you that my previous mobile is not in service and booked the same with another mobile number.

    This is to inform you that I have a Bharat Gas connection. I live in Tarnaka & the Prakash Home Appliances (Gas delivery office) is at Uppal.

    Firstly, it is very difficult to get through them, the phone is invariably busy. It takes me days to get through them & book the cylinder. I don't think they can be so busy.

    Secondly, since the past 6-8 months they don't deliver the cylinder on time. They say it will take a week to ten days but even after 15 days there is no sign. Its three weeks now since I am waiting for one. Pl. do something about it.
    This is to kindly inform that we have an gas connection in bharat gas .We are living in Tamilnadu (chennai) at old washermanpet. we have booked the cyclinder 20days back, but not yet we got an cylinder. The balaji agency (bharat gas)opposite to kalmandappam police station, all the lady is not giving an proper response, even they are not picking up the phone calls.they are simply sitting and talking . please take necessary action
    DELAYED DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

    With due respect I would like to inform you that I am a regular consumer of Bharat Gas for last 6 years. my consumer number is JB-12566; SV NO. & DATE-771382 dt-21/07/2004. My distributors name & address is-- JOY BUROMA GAS DISTRIBUTOR; KARBALA ROAD, KASHIMBAZAR, MURSHIDABAD, WEST BENGAL, CODE-11735. I have three complaint in a row--1. they never provide cylinder within at least 15 days from the date of booking.. 2. i have single-cylinder facility( initially that was by my choice but when required double-cylinder facility they refused to give so inspite of repeated request) but I am not having least privilege to get it earlier.. 3. for the last 5 years they have been giving the excuse of crisis of gas-cylinder. Is it really so?
    please please do the needful. they are creating artificial crisis.. common persons like me are the worst sufferers... please help me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I am facing a lot of hardships.
    one more thing to add to it that I got my last cylinder more than one month after booking but it did not continue more than 20 days where it generally continue three months... I do not know why.

      registered a request for booking gas cylinder at SANDEEP BHARAT GAS AGENCY KHATAULI for Bharat gas cylinder 30 days back(16NOV2007), i was promised that the delivery will be done with in 10 days time but so far i haven't received it. Also whenever you call this AREA MANAGER the phone will be engaged, if its no engaged they will not lift it. When i went to their office the phone receiver was put down to avoid customer calls which is very bad.

      This is not the first time i am experiencing it, lots of other people also complain the same. They do not talk properly when we raise this as why delay in supply and why phone calls are not answered. & he sale the cylinder in grey market @ 400-600.

      I have booked the cylinder on 05/12/07 as per the terms the cylinder should be delivered after 15 days of the booking. So, it should be delivered on 20/12/07. But till today I have not received the cylinder. I have asked my Bharat Gas distributor many times over phone. They are telling today we will deliver the cylinder. But they are not stick on their commitment.

      I have been working in Central Bureau of Investigation. I am a Bharat Gas Customer and my consumer No.is 3115. My agency is at Lekshmi Gas Agencies, Venchavode, Sreekariyam. I had booked for a cylinder 18 days ago. The cylinder booking is very complicated for us. Most of the times, the gas agency not responding to our call and I think a lobby is there for cylinder supply. (Their ph.No.[protected], 2594994). They specially consider the customers of their supply agent or the sell the cylinders to hotels. The suppliers is controlling the agency. When we book telephonically, they don't bother us. What can i do sir, I had personally called up the Area Manager and he had done nothing favour to me. An early reply and appropriate action would be appreciated (My phone No.[protected])

      Hello,

      I have a concern regarding the delivery of refill cylinder
      last time I booked my refill on 24th August, but received
      after 7 days on 31st August which generaly takes 2-3
      working days. The delivery boy says and load does'nt
      come on regular basis and it cause delay in delivery, but
      it regulary take much time.
      Moreover he deliver the cylinder in less weight upto 2-3
      Kg. every time, many times I asked him for deliver the
      full cylinder, but instead of it he continuesly deliver in less quantity.
      Please take action against in this issue.

        i had booked my connection against my connection no.4307 on Dated.03.12.2007 but he wasnot delivered me till 10.12.07 and dt. 10.12.07 i took by hand our booking and went to godowon but they said to me that gas was not in stock and then again i went on 11.12.07 again there answer is same . I talked to proprietor of Nirmal enterprises and request him that i have urgent but they didnot listened my problem and said that i ask from the gas agency than i will call back you after some time. now i avery sad and try to give you our problems, so you can try to improve the service. i can say you that i face poor respose from Nirmal enterprises , Chander Vihar, New delhi. his phone no.[protected].
        I hope you will take right action against it and do need ful action against it.

          MY AUNTY having a Gas connection from Bharat Gas via agency GALAXY GAS AGENCY, DUTT ARCADE, SOUTH CIVIL LINES, JACKSON HOTEL COMPOUND, JABALPUR(MADYA PRADESH).
          MY CONSUMER NO. IS 6892.
          mY ADDRS:- mRS. nEELAM dAWAR, 52-ADARSH NAGAR, NARMADA ROAD, JABALPUR(MADYAPRADESH).
          i HAV BOOKED A CYLENDER 15 DAYS BEFORE AT THE ABOVE SAID AGENCY.AGENCY TELE NO.[protected]. IS THEY GIVE ME A 5 DAYS DELAY TIME FOR DELEVERY. AFTER 5 DAYS I GAVE THEM A REMINDER CALL THEN THEY AGAIN GAVE ME 7 DAYS DELAY TIME, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECVD. MY BOOKING. NOW THEY ARE SAYING WE ARE NOT PROVOIDING HOME DELIVERY FOR BOOKED ADDRRS & YOU HAVE TO COME AT OUR AGENCY. aS MY AUNTI IS AN OLD LADY & I AM WORKING IN A OFFICE FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY(09:00 AM TO 18.00) SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO COLLECT THE GAS FROM AGENCY.

            Very poor response from Siddalingeshwara Gas service, Mysore[protected]. The phone line is always busy, and by our luck if the call is received the lady speaks arrogantly and books the gas. waiting for more than 20 days when called to ask about the delivery of the gas, she says that we have not booked at all.
            The same repeats every month and although complained several times to the owner of the agency, no action has been taken.
            Our Cons No is 4273.
            Please Consider this message and do the needful.

            Poor customer service
            Very poor response from Sri Munusamy Gas Agency, Nanganallur, Chennai[protected]. The phone line is always busy, and even if the call is received there is no proper response. We are calling since 2 days with Gas leakage problem and there is no response from Bharat Gas. We have called in 6 to 7 times in these 2 days (29.05.08 & 30.05.08). They informed that they have already sent a person Mr. Jeyavel, but since 2 days we were waiting but nobody attended. Hope Bharatgas know the importance to attend the Gas leakage issues.

            Dear Sir/Mam I am a cutomer of Bharat gas from las 7 months, I am facing a problem since then Firstly when we transferr our gas from pankha road branch to the mangol puri branch the person in magol puri {KITCHEN FLAME} sraightly denied to accept the transfer& when i came with my uncle they accept it but later they denied to deliver the gas to our door step . So, we used to take the cylinder from the godown directly & now a days the employees of KITCHEN FLAME are behaving very rudely, I dont know the names of the persons # One is mam & there are two more persons over there # One day {SATURDAY I go there for booking near about 05.30PM & the lady says that they cann't give the sliptoday so plz come on monday # Ok! I go again on monday the said that to come on wednesday . OK! I go again on wednesday take a short leave from my office & reached there near about 05.00PM & when I asked the lady to book the gas she said to go to the sir then I go to another window & asked for booking & the person there was not giving any attantion to me, After saying 8-10 times he said that the branch is closed & when I asked for the closing time he said 05.00PM< So the thing is that I was going there since last 3 days but at those days the closing time was 06.00PM & on wednesday they suddenly changed the closing time & suddenly the person shouted that he will not book the gas so, I Came back # I have lots of more complaints against them #Plz help me I cann't bear it anymoe # I M an CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE{CSE in INBOUND} IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERA INSURANCE # COMPANY Add: A-3 plot no7&8 2nd floor Janak Puri New Delhi # I m very dissappointed from the same I request you to take an urgent action on them # The gas connection is on my mother's name Smt.Sharda devi Wife/O Sh.Moti Lal Gautam # I dont have the customer ID right now but i[censored] revert me for the same I will provide all the details what u wants plzzzzzzzz Plzzzzzzzzzzz Plzzzzzzzz Help me I will be very greatful to you...             Siddalingeshwara Gas Services — poor supply

            Dear Sir,
            I am arunkumar. I have booked gas cylinder LPG at siddalingeswara gas services, gokulam, Mysore, Karnataka, India. I was told that the cylinder will be supplied within 4 to 5 days from the booking date. But even after lapse of 10 days the cylinder is not supplied. When contacting the agency over phone on 10.10.09, they assured that the cylinder will be delivered on the same day. Once again I contacted them over phone at about 17.00 Hrs, the answer I got from them is that the cylinder will be supplied only on 13.10.09. Also, the answers given by the representatives of the agency is too bad, and they instruct us to change the agency. This is my second complaint on them.

            The LPG what we were getting uptill August was used till 45 days but, the cylinder what we are getting from Septmber 09 will not last long for even 25 days. I hope there is misuse in the weight of the cylinder. Now, may I request the concerned to set right the problem what I have faced at the earliest and oblige.

            Siddalingeshwara gas Agecy in gokulam is one of the worst Service Providers their number will always comes as busy or else no body will pick the call i booked it on 10 th till date they have not supplied the gas and daily they are giving one or the reason to escape, i have never ever faced such service till date with other distributors.

                  I am a consumer (V-21730) of Bharat Gas for last 4 years and presently located at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Vishnu Jyoti, Brijvihar, Ghaziabad is the dealer for our locality. For last one year we are facing lots of problem with the gas supplied by this dealer. The vendor always brings a spring balance to show the weight of the gas and it’s always shows 30 kg but surprisingly the cylinder runs 14 to 20 days only instead of 25 to 28 days. We have taken up this matter with the manager over there but so far we have not seen any improvement. I would also like to highlight some more things which is certainly abnormal.

                  1. The calibration details are not shown on the spring balance.
                  2. The vendor always introduces himself with wrong name.( If the complaint is made against that vendor, the dealer obviously deny)
                  3. The vendor immediately opens the seal after keeping the cylinder in the kitchen. (Actually the seals are always tampered, and to hide it he opens by saying “Madam please check the Cylinder it was sealed”. Once the seal is out it is very difficult to establish its genuineness.)
                  4. The supply of cylinder is always takes 5 to 6 days.


                  When ever I used other cylinder (from neighbors) particularly Indane, the cylinder always runs for 25 to 28 days. At this point I must mention that earlier we were taking the gas from Kitchen Care, Shakarpur, New Delhi and Gas Point, Indore, and the service of both the dealers was remarkable. We never had such type of the problem with them.

                    NO PROPER DELIVERY

                    I had booked for a cylinder on 29/10/07 and my home is just four km from the service provider's office. Its more than 25 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the SREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, BHAVANI ROAD, HEBBUGODI, BANGALORE[protected]phone no[protected], [protected]nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.

                    I think this is a common problem most o[censored]s are facing. I don't understand why they do not abide by the words they say.

                    Can anyone let me know how to bring this issue to their management.

Its more than a 10 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 10 calls to sri Raksha gas agency, bangalore (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening". I had to make someone stay at home to collect the cylinder but to my surprise it is not delivered.

                    I think this is a common problem most o[censored]s are facing. I don't understand why they do not abide by the words they say. Can anyone let me know how to bring this issue to their management.

                    I am Consumer for Bharat gas, the Consumer No.11838 and Agency is JWALAJEE Gas services of Bharat gas ditributor Code No.351856 Distt.Nagpur.
                    I booked my cylinder for home delivery on 31th Dec'08 at SR.NO.9288.The delivery has not taken place despite our daily reminders till today i.e.15/01/2009
                    Many time I contact him personally and on telephone and every times he says that after 2-3 days he will issue, but till date no cylinder issued to me after sufficient time.
                    It was not happened first time.Many time we have received the cylinder after the boking of 15day.
                    I request you humbly that kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                        I am a LPG Bharat gas customer with Alluwalia Gas Agency, PL Sharma Road (meerut)PH.[protected] .I want to inform that here Blackmarketing of LPG is going very high speed.Due to Blackmarketing of LPG the is problem is arrise for customers.Gas agency godown is situated on (merrut-baraut) bypass in meerut.In godown line of customers started at 4.00 a.m(morning)but during the distubutions of cylinders only 10 cylinders distubuted by MR.Danpal singh(godown distibutor).you can see that maximum cylinders sell on gas shops which is situated on Rohta road.                           My name is Gaurava Mishra.
                          I have been a Bharat Gas customer for the last one year and three months.
                          There are some policies of Bharat Gas which are highly preposterous:
                          1. At the time of New Registration, the consumer is forced to buy gas stove and gas lighter, which he/she may not need.
                          2. People who come for installation are so adamant to get some TIPS, even when the installation charges are paid.
                          3. The PAPERWORK is so costly, as if it is being printed on SILVER. We are being charged for Paperwork at the time of new registration, submission of the gas at the time of transfers, and again when we want to get the connection restored at the new location.
                          4. The manpower is rude and unwilling, as if the consumer is someone who the company does not need.

                          THIS ATTITUDE SHOWS THAT BHARAT GAS AND ITS DISTRIBUTORS ARE ONLY MAKING MONEY WITHOUT WILLING TO GIVE ANY SERVICE.

                            Several friends of mine have the same issue, whenever I call up to ask for additional cylinder issue, the gas agency for Bharat Gas - Sama Enterprises either says they have issued last month and shall give again after 2 months.. or they say additional cylinders are not being issued due to shortage... But today News says LPG gas are not a shortage in India.
                            I think the agencies are issuing the domestic gas for commerical purpose so the demand is increasiong.. Some one plz look into this

                              There is a big problem of LPG gas distuitons in meerut.
                              Ahauwaliya gas agency,godown is situated on merrut-baraut road.Godown distubutor Mr.Danpal singh, sale all of cylinder in black rates. You can see all of cylinders placed in gas shops.
                              Normal peoples faces many problems .

                              Bharat LPG gas — undue shifting of retail agency

                              I am residing at sadashiv peth , earlier lpg cylinder was available at B K gas ,narayan peth pune, it was centrally located outlet for reviewing .but now agency shifted to Rajopadhya gas at mitramandal ,parvati, pune which is far away from our place . and the customers are also large in numbers there

                                Dear Sir,
                                I am working Reliance communication & transfer from Delhi to Pune & Your Delhi Dealer are issue the transfer voucher & take the cylinder & Regulator but in Pune city Your Dealer on Sinhgad road told me we wants confirmation from Delhi Dealer on letterhead or you submit the paper & we shall courier the documents for confirmation & charges are paid by customer & taking apprx. One month for this process. In Delhi we were deposit the cylinder & regulator & what can we do for our child. transfer voucher on bharat gas format & printed & confirmation receipt is not accepted by your dealer. They wants only confirmation after transfer voucher confirmation is required?????

                                only two option
                                1) Take the leave in ofice i'll go to delhi & take the confirmation
                                2) we will stay in hotel continuously & paid Rs. 1,500/- per day.

                                I am a customer of Bharatgas and i have the problem of not getting the gas in time.Unfortunatly my gas connection is with Sachin Gas Agency,Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.I booked the gas on 6.11.2007 and till date(23.11.2007) they haven't delivered the gas.They are not responding the grevences of the custmers.Un proffessional and irresponsible attitude of the staff and telling lies to the custmers is their behaviour.I hope that this will help me!!!!!

                                I have Booked Gas Cylinder on 24.11.2007 with Umika Gas Agencies, in Rajouri Garden New Delhi-110015.But their rude on telephone make us to write compliant to you. So, many calls have been made to the Agency but they are not able to provide cyclinder. Please take necessary action and save us from the torching behaviour and ensured for better improvements further
                                i have apply for new LPG gas Cylinder at Jagrti gas service NEAR DAV HIGH SCHOOL KHANDSA ROAD GURGAON(PH NO[protected], 2329675) on 23-12-07 and cancern person MR SRI RAM TOLD ME cylinder will be provide with in one week but after one week i visted there he once agan told me his person will be visit in my place and after verification he will procide the process but till now nobody visit at my place and mr sri ram and his staff member not responding properly in phone also im feedup with all these things. my residance address is register there as house no 575 sector 10A gurgaon.
                                Most pathetic service you can ever get..... Every time I have made a call to their help desk they promised me that a refilled cylinder would be delivered the same day... It never happens... You ring them the next day, the you get to hear the same 'shameless' statement again. They are rude as well. We have 2 cylinders, I order for the replacement cylinder exactly on the due date and still my mom has to go searching for the guy who delivers the cylinder requesting him to deliver it soon... I have complained to '[protected]@bharatpetroleum.in', does not work at all. I have to reply in 2 days saying that they are investigating on the issue, after that no response for repeated request for an update... Is there any body who looks in to this. What is the correct channel to escalate this so that all the lazy people who work for Bharat gas fired.
                                I too face very poor response from SHARAVAN Gas Agency, CBI ROAD, GANGANAGAR, BANGALORE (tel nos: +[protected]/23337393/23430444/[protected] every time I try to do a cylinder booking, I simply cannot. I am sick of calling them, Its around 3:00PM, 28th JAN 2007, I made around 5-6 calls, I was able to get the ringing tone for long but nobody picks it up.

                                I have been observing this behaviour from pas 1+ year consistently. I have been using services from past 5+years. Their all phone-lines are busy all the time. And if I am lucky to get the ringing tone, nobody picks up, sometimes I make repeated calls continously... and no body picks up. Personally, more than twice, I visited and complaint that why they don't pick up the phone, I get a simple answer that they were busy on other phones. This is Bull , if you don't have adequate staff why do you have soo many telephone lines then?

                                Why is Bharat Gas increasing the burden on these poor small agencies if they cannot handle a spurge in number of consumers of a given location/area.

                                CAN BHARAT GAS give more agencies/increase the number of agencies? I feel the existing one's are not giving proper service.
                                I booked my Connection No. 27150 on 24th January 2008 till date I not received my cylinder. Today I Contacted My Gas Agent i.e. Anand Gas Agency. they said that today it will deliverd. But at Evening 6.36 PM situation is same.
                                I am also a consumer registered with Rashmi Gas Agency, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore (tel no: +[protected]/02).
                                Fed up with their non-delivery, I tried calling up on their manager's number (+[protected]. The number rings, but no one picks up.
                                I seriously feel that Bharat gas should conduct some quality checks on its agencies.

                                I am Zahida from new Delhi,There is is gas agency -Rohit gas agency,142,first floor shiva market madhuban chowk,pitam pura delhi.They are black stock broker of gas cylender,this agency issued by BPCL but agency staff are very very rude to people they always denied to take a booking of cylender at first time and they are doing black marketing of gas.When I reach agency office to give a request of my address change so the staff of agency denied to change my address into there record and all of the staff scolded me and abused me,when I said that if you will not change my address so I will go to the the consumer court.One lady was sitting over there said to me that do whatever you like to do we have many politician connection and you can not do any thing and our agency can't be terminated whether we black market the gas and you can't prove it and we will not change your address,in future we will book cylender on your consumer number and black marketed your cylender ok if you can do something so do it,we do not bother.
                                Kindly help me in this regard and enquer about the same and take neccessary and urgent action against the said agency.I am waiting for your possitive reply.Reply soon and give me the suggetion for future that from where i get the cylender for the next month.

                                This is bring to your notice and immediate action against one of the Bharat Gas Agency(Sri Raksha Gas Agency, Hebbagodi, Bangalore). i have a single cylender and when asked for the 2nd cylender, they are simply saying that they stopped giving the same and no one is ready to speak anything else. when i spoke to customer care of Bharat Gas agency(MG Road, Bangalore, Tel:[protected],[protected], they said, i should be given the 2nd cylender and he(Mr.jaya surya) said he will speak to the distributor regarding the same. but even now the distributors are not at all accepting the application for the cylender.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I have already registered for booking of One Gas Cylinder at agency Radha Gas Services {Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli (East), Mumbai 400 083}. At the time of new registration I have already paid the amount around Rs 3,700/-(including all connection material as well as gas stove), but along with this payment an agent kept one option towards me that with this connetcion i have to purchase another domestic items like Pressure Cooker, Basmati Rice ((Dawat 5Kg), Nonsticky pans and Oil etc and I have to pay more for this. It is compulsary to by one item form the above list (as to collect a subsidy from customer for government and Also if the Agency is not selling this domestic product to the customer then the company Bharat Gas will not supply them a gas cylinder in future), rather I will not get the new registration of Bharat Gas Services.

                                  I did not understand that we are already paying subsidy to government through purchase of Gas Cylinder as we are paying Rs 300/- per cylinder (it includes all taxes & subsidies). Then how the new policy arrived to purchase another domestic product and paid the subsidy to the govenment.

                                  I never know that the happening policy is off that Agency "Radha Gas Services" or off "Bahrat Gas". But as their is urgent need of mine I accept the conditions and registered myself and also purchased a bag of Basmati Rice worth Rs. 200/-.

                                  While making the registration agent said that, at the time of Registration of Second gas cylinder i just have to pay 1,300/- rupees more and nothing else.

                                  Just 15-20 days before again i went to that agancy for Registration of Second Gas cylinder. At this time the agent said that i have to pay Rs. 2,200/- for this again. I was shocked, how can they claim for Rs. 2,200/- instead of taking Rs 1,300/- , the explanation was that Rs. 1,300/- for second cylinder and rest amount for purchase of those above said domestic items (as to collect the subsidy for the government), rather i will not get second cylinder.

                                  I never know what is the pocily behind this rating. As we are already paying subsidy to the goverenment why this things are happening again and agian. why every time middle class people are frausted by this type of wrong and wrost policies. Who is defaulter in between this either the agent, Barat Gas, Government or middle class families.

                                  Will have to take some action against this unfair trade plocies. Rather the group of customer will go thorugh media, press as well as consumer court (as they are getting harrased) to conquer all these farud things. As our first option is to make the complaint / request towards Bharat gas Service and if it is not happening then go through the consumer court.

                                  Could you please explain the policy of this type of subsidy to customer.

                                  Regarding Gas Connection I am in big trouble in Tiruppur. Actually I have transferred my connection from Noida, U.P. to Tirupur. I have a Transfer Certificate for the same. here in Tirupur I had gone to Gouri Durga Gas Agency and The Manager, named Mr. Verra Raghavan, had told me to submit Ration Card for residence proof. But sir how is it possible? How could I submit the Ration Card of Tirupur at present as it will take time to make a New Ration Card. So I had told him that I will submit Rental Agreement as Residence proof. But he is not agreed to give the Connection.

                                  At the time of connection I was allotted only one gas cylinder as our family was a joint family and there was no need for second gas cylinder. Now I am separately residing and my necessities have been increased. So, I am in need of second gas cylinder against my existing connection. The local agency is hesitating to issue the same when I approached to them. Further, they are demanding extra money for the issue of the same. So, you are requested to please instruct the concerned agency and arrange to provide me the second gas cylinder at prevailing prices.

                                  Today it is 28th and they people are telling still 3 more days to go to get the cylinder .
                                  There is such a nuisence to talk to people sitting at Radha Gas, Vikhroli East.

                                    As par Bhart gas we will get new connection in 24 hours, and maximum 7 days, However I had requested for new connection as on 4 / 9 / 07 (more than 2 months back) at Ratan Enterprises, Pune.
                                    Still I had not received any response from your end; I am calling every alternate day for new connection at your branch on paper given by your branch.
                                    My waiting connection number is 8713, but I don’t know how long I have to wait for new connection.
                                    As had talk with concern parson (mrs Archna) at Ratan Enterprises, Pune , She said that SV Paper is not delivered to our branch form hade office so we are helpless.
                                    I had even tried to meet proprietor of Ratan Enterprises, Pune. mrs Dr anita kamble, but she hardly come to office and I never meet her as an when I go to office.
                                    Please help me for the same. Form last two months myself, my wife and my 9 month older daughter is eating outside.

                                    dear sir we dont have a rashion card but we gave a application for a rashion card on 12/09/2007 up to now we dint get that rashion car sir
                                    i to have a major problem with the gas agency near poona colleage,the gas is booked and they tell that the gas will come within 15 days and still the gas has not turned up, the last time the gas was booked in the mounth of dec07 and gas was sent in the mounth of feb08, when we phone them they tell that the gas will come by next week, we any how manage with out the gas.is their any way we can take any legal action against them...
                                    I am not able to find a single Gas agency that will provide me with a new Gas connection without selling the Stove. They are charging Rs. 3600 for a new Gas connection with the stove. I already have the stove. why should I get another one? As per the Government website no one can force us to buy the stove. If one refuses to buy they say we won't give you the Gas connection. Please suggest if anyone is aware of any Honest dealer in Pune around Viman Nagar area who can give the connection.

                                    My consumer no is P50096 in Pragati Enterprises (Vishrantwadi) Pune.
                                    I have booked the domestic gas in Pragati Enterprises (Vishrantwadi) on 30th March. I have not received the Gas delievry yet. Whenever I called to them, they are not picking up the phone. In case tey picked up after trying many times, many hours their communication is very rude. They no speak softly to the customer. Also before listening our speech fully, they disconnects the phone.

                                    We are the wroking peros and do not have that much time to follow up to the gas agent. This is very disgusting that the normal person gets the cooking gas after 15 to 25 days after the booking... Sometimes after one month as well.

                                    This is not the first time experience but everytime we need to face and struggle a lot to get just basic facility like cooking gas.
                                    Ours is also case with same Pragati Enterprises, alandi road (vishrantwadi. we have given our request for new connection on 03/10/2009. but after 2 and half month still we haven't got connection, when called them they say don't have regulators and so cannot give connection. Not sure when they finally will give connection. Every tim they say regulators will come next week or so, this is going on every time we call them.

                                      my father giving an application for nuw connection bharath gas 5 th sept 2007 .the bharth gas agent( pooladikkunnu,calicut, kerala Ph:[protected]) still yet not giving connection . in my enquiry it is observed that lot of people those giving application after me got connection.while iam asking to the manajer he said to me that i[censored] give 1500 to me i will give connection to u otharwise u cant get it
                                      please proper action against those agent

                                      The Bharath Gas Agent in Kannur (ANI GAS AGENCIES,P.O.Chirakkal,Kannur-670011) take nore than 30 days to deliver the gas to consumers.

                                      I (K.V.Afsath,Bismillah Manzil,Athazhakuunu,P.O.Kottali,Kannur-670016.Ph No.[protected]with consumer no.11470)booked the gas through telephone on 03 October2007 (No. 1427), and not yet (18 November) delivered even after more than 20 reminders since now. They have been this practice last one year. Distance between agency & our house is 3 km,but they are charging Rs.320 for delivery including the vehicle charge..Within 5 kms,they should only charge the money for gas.We do not know whom we have to approach to make them speedy delivery.They are behaving very rudely while calling them to remind.We request to take immediate action against them.

                                      I face the same problem with the vendor CITY GAS, in salt lake Kolkata. They insist that if I don't buy the burner they won't give me a new connection. Additionaly they demand an amount of Rs:2085. Please help.
                                      In Gulbarga, we are not receiving gas immediately, if he is not properly distribute gas change the dealership, When ever we ask Dealer told shortage but daily he supplies….!!!
                                      After getting new cylinder, After 20 days only he accepts our number and send cylinder after another 20 days.
                                      Deputy Commissioner Gulbarga, 2 times warned then also he is not distributing properly, Please look in to matter and change the dealership, Mehata’s stomach already filled

                                      Sir in Gulbarga the situation is still the same infact worse then what it used to be. we have to wait for over a month after giving the order for a new cylinder. Since changing to another dealer is a cumbersome process, people are looking forward to change but the company as well as the dealer both are heedless to complaints. In my view the company official and the dealers both are corrupt and bribed. Bharat gas is the worse HP IS good comparing to BP. Its a shame on such a multibillion company. We are just fed up!!!
                                      LIKE TO SAY MEHATA'S STOMACH OVERFILLED AND WILL EXPLODE. WATCHOUT FOR A NUKE BOMB!!!
                                      sir so many time i also complaint regarding same issue.He is selling a cylinders in black.Now a days he is a very much corrupted because again he married.Cancel he dealership and give it to others.
                                      i have taken bharat gas connection recently from sree laxmi gas agency, udagiri, trivendrum.there service is very bad.even after 1 month they didn't deliver the cylinder.my reg no.19418 ( karra sateesh babu ).

                                      I too agree with the complaints, there is irregular supply of gas cylinders to the consumers, viz my con no is 4463 with savita gas agency booked cylinder on 10.11.09 and they given me waiting no as 40 till 25.11.09 savita gas has not supplied the cylinder to me for this I have phoned them four times but the did't get the cylinder, the concerned authority should take necessay acion for such lapses

                                        This is to inform that a lady Named Navamani, residing in the Agriculture quarters situated in Gobi main road, 0f sathyamangalam working in Noon Meals centre as Aaya is continuously abusing the domestic Liquid petroleum gas by lending and selling the filled cylinders up to Rs.500/- to the owners of the
                                        Two wheelers and cars and omni vans and etc. Since there is a deficiency in supplying the domestic gas we the customers are suffering without getting the refilled gas in time, for which the reason likewise the women abusing the domestic gas and selling to the vehicles and earning a lot. In this juncture I request to take necessary appropriate speedy action and inspect where she’s residing about of 8pm to seize the connection itself and render justice.

                                        I am the customer of Bharat gas since20 years and has only one connection i.e.has one cylinder only.I have tried to book a cylinder today but there is no response from their official number.
