i am Ajay singh kaintura my gas booking no is 3939 on the name of mr. Bachan singh.i am regularly facing problem of gas efficieny at my home due to bad service of MANVIR GAS AGENCY(CHAND BAGH).they told us that to come after 21 days after the gas delivery.after booking of gas,delivery is also very late that mean in delivering a gas they took almost 28-29 day,whereas we have 1+1 cylinders but at that time both the cylinders get empty,i would like to draw your attention that we took two cylinders for our convienience but all in vain.but in respect of that IOC providing good service to their consumers in our area.it my humble request to the concern officials to take some strict steps towards my problem.and also confirm us.

it is in regard to jwala agengies. a bharat gas services. i would like to state that every time i booked the gas with my consumer no-205232, i have been given the delivery fter atleast 25-30days and if i ask any of the workers they charge extra money for that even though it is not properly weighed. so i need to proper action to be taken against that agency

I had booked for refilling gas cylender for domestic use on dt. 23.5.2008 at 11-00 AM. Instead of repeative reminder my cylender was not filled up till today i.e. 29-5-08 while asking for delivery the agency says that it will take 3 to 4 more days.
This is happening every time. The agency not delivering gas cylender before 15 days after booking.

    Hi Sir/Madam,
    Now i am going to sift in NAIGAON mumbai. i am demanding for new connection
    to your dealer of NAIGAON west. He was saying he will give me when i am purchge
    gas stove from it. and he was demanding for whole conection 3800. why should
    i buy gas stove from him. i am free to purchge it from any where the market.
    He was telling its new Bharat Gas rule. then i say him just write on your pad paper
    and give it to me, then he start abusing me. He misbehaving me also. what
    shold we do. its after all your compny loss. so when u giving your delership
    that time you have to warn them how to behave to your valuable coustomer.
    i am looking for positive action from your side.
    so as soon as possible solve this matter.

    hello I am Pradip Patel from Vasai Road I have bought new connection from a dealer of Bharat Gas before three months now i am in need of extra sillinder and i am requesting from two months for extra sillinder, whenever i request he asks me to call after 15 days and last time i have talk with them on 14th march and they asked me to call on march end so please pay attention on the problames suffered by consumers and when we call for refil of the silinder they do not provide the service urgently and we have to pay extra money for urgent sillinder.

    I agree to what Mr. Prabhakar Singh, is saying. Even I visited Bharat Gas office for new connection & enquired for the same. They quotated me Rs. 6, 800/- for new connection along with entire kit. When I stated I dont want the said kit but only conection, they stated approval from company should be taken. I requested her to take approval & let me know or else inform me the procedure. But, the lady sitting on counter was so rude that she raised her voice & stated "Go search for your own how to take the approval." Then I also raised my voice & stated that why she is employed by the company? To treat customers like this? I also added, if she does not know procedure then arrange for the same & let me know. However, she added excuse stating I'm new & hence do not know...

    If these kind of employee's are kept by Bharat Gas, I doubt company will survive...!!!

    THANKS A LOT TO BHARAT GAS FOR PROVIDING ALL THE HELP & SUPPROT NEEDED WITH SUCH VALUABLE TREATMENT & SERVICES...!!!

    Hence, now I'm trying for HP Gas Connection...

    Yes Mr. Prabhakar and Ms. Kanchan Gupta have said rightly the lady is so rude and she don't know how to behave. Have applied for new connection and also received approval message from BPCL. SMS is saying that if you not contacted your nearest distributor within 15 days the registration will not be applicable.

    Have contacted within 7 days but she said our engineer will come and check your stove and thereafter we will give you the approval for connection. It is more than 15days but no engineer has come for the checking and when I asked her about the same she told me, I am working here, I know what to do. Will contact you. Don't know when will get the same. I think I Should move to HP.

    But the action should be taken against Naigaon west distributor, otherwise you will loose the customer and in turn the business.

      Sir,
      I’m the Customer/Consumer no-14152, to the authority of the
      above Distributor. The length of the Customership/Consumership is since the year 2000.
      I transferred my Cooking Gas Supplying Authority from Dhanbadto the above Authority, in 2008 with Double Cylinder Facility, on transfer of my Railway Service to Kolkata and starting to reside my own House at Sahebbagan East , Bandel , in the District of Hooghly, West Bengal-Pin-712123.
      I’m a Senior Citizen, Retired from Railway Service in October 2004, depending only on an amount of Monthly Fixed Pension.
      I ‘ve been inspired on reading the news in Daily Anandabazar Patrika (Bengali Version) on 22.02.2008 and have been encouraged to Produce the Incidents of the Similar Type existing (assumed from the facts that the Supply of Cooking Gas by the above authority at Bandel became not only irregular but UNCERTAIN, since one year last) supported with the following facts as below:-

      ** It is seen that the average consumption of a cylinder is the days from 24 to 26 days which in NORMAL for a family of five people including normal guest arrival.
      *** It occurred almost at the time of apprehended increase of the tare by the Govt. and recently on the gossips and hearsay that
      (a) The Distributor has no monitory capacity for the placement of Demand /booking timely ---on account of loosing his major Capital Money by investing to other source of earning the Floating Money,
      (b) The Distributor is never allowed to have the Consumers speaking directly with him nor his e-mail address has been renewed to get available for reddressal of the Grievances,
      (c) The Distributor worked hard in past as a owner of Van-Rickshaw and the License of the Dealership managed on the NAME of a HANDICAPPED one,
      (d) The Distributor doing his social duty by supplying an amount to the local Hotel or Restaurant or for the vehicle owners or otherwise.
      Now, whatever may be HE or HIS STATUS, you are requested to look into the matter and issue necessary Directives to the Distributor so that
      (aa) The Distributor may be compelled to withdraw his VERBAL INSTRUCTION not allowing the Booking for fresh Cylinder within 14 days of being Empty,
      (bb) The Distributor must accept the Booking for a fresh Cylinder as soon as gets it empty,
      (cc) The Distributor can’t get authority to deny the fresh Booking at reasonable time-spell and
      (dd)We, the domestic fixed earned people can get may get the supply to avoid the indebtness for purchasing the extra required amount GOOLS OR COKE and GUITHHA etc.

      Dear Sir,

      I Hope you will read this mail and take some action on M/s. Madam Enterprises.

      Refer to my below email, there is no reply from your Madam Enterprises. Though the billing done by your agency on 03.09.2009 they have delivered the cylinder on 13.09.2009 @ 7:00 PM.

      Before this i have recieved the cylinder on 27th July 2009 (after 50 days they have delived the next cylinder)

      Please advise your useless delivery and agency people.

      When I called today for booking, they have not booking saying that you call after 10 days.

      Please replay me, after 10 days from the date of billing they have delivered the cylinder, how can we survive. at Hongasandra they are selling the cylinders in black market @ Rs. 500.00 to 700.00 per cylinder. kindly take some action.

I have booked for a cylinder on 19.08.2009 and your staff informed that the cylinder will be delivered within 10 days. I am following up with your office people since 12 days and every day they will tell us that the cylinder will be given today itself but till today we have not received. please inform your people to speak the truth with the customer and keep control on your cylinder delivery boys at hongasandra.

      Today I asked your office people to give your contact no. they says that you don't have any mobile and you have not reached the office.

      I also contacted your H.O at M.G Road, Bangalore and spoken to Mr. Shanmugam regarding the above issue. They confirmed that the same will not be repeated again.

      Please understand the public problems and deliver the cylinders intime.

      I hope you will do the needful and deliver the cylinders intime.

      I am a customer of LPG Gas of 5 Kgs Cylinder with your distributor Mittal Gas Company Code 118995 Narmada Road, Jabalpur 482001 having consumer No. 19314 SV No. & Date [protected] dt.04.08.03. I have got last cylinder on 18, 06.09 then after I could not get any cylinder due to shortage of cylinder. I went there several time and visiting them regularly to get this cylinder filled. But my all pains to get cylinder filled have gone in waste.
      Every time they reply that we are helpless you may complaint to higher authority. I have requested them to please if you have no supply of 5 Kgs Cylinder you may now convert my mode to 15 Kg. They said forget 5 Kg Scheme you may have to get new connection and you have to purchase other supported items like Regulator, Gas Stove and other. I replied that I have already purchased regulator, stove etc with 5 Kgs. cylinder but they do not agree with me.
      In this situation please suggest me what to do. You may please instruct them to replace my above 5 Kg cylinder with 15 Kg. cylinder for which I am agree to give them difference. I will not able to pay them charges for Regulator or Stove.
      I am a alone and retired person you may please help me in this matter.

Jisme ki mujhe 1 Cylinder already issued hai & Main last 1 Year se 1 Cylinder aur lene ki mang kar raha hoon. Because Jab Cylinder finish ho jata hai to Gas Book karane ke about 1 week mai, Mujhe Gas Available ho pati hain. Is period mai family ko Cooking ke liye kafi problems hoti hain. But Anand Gas Service (Code No.-113541, Ph.No.[protected], [protected]), 426/1, Old Mehrauli Road, Sabji Mandi, Badarpur, New Delhi-110044 Chakkar pe chakkar kata rahe hain. Jabaki main ek Serviceman hoon, Mostly meri Wife ko hi paresan hona padata hai. Wo apne hi milne walon ko Cylinder dete hain. Or Hamase kahate hain ki abhi Cylinder Available nahi hain, 2 mahine baad aana Or Jab 2 Mahine baad jate hain to kahte hain ki abhi Cylinder nahin aa rahe hain, 1 mahine bad aana. Aise karke Badarpur Distributor 1 saal se paresan kar rahe hain. Please Sir aap mujhe 1 Cylinder aur dilane ki krapa kare.

      As per your company rules, the Agency must supply or issue the cylinder after the twenty days of booking. But the above your agency is supplying the cylinder after the 30 days of booking i.e., 1 cylinder upto 50 days.

      The other same agencies of your company they issue the cylinder to the customers after the twenty days of booking.
      I collect the almost Advance information regarding the above Mahalingappa Gas Agency of your company that, the above agency is supply the cylinders unaccountly to the higher government officials, politicians, and their wellwishers without keep any accounts etc., But not issue the cylinder intime to the customers also me.
      Also the advance informations reveals that, the above agency is selling the cylinders one to double rate through its workers (cylinder carriers) to Hotels, Commercial Shops and others to earn the profit beyond the limitation.
      Hence, I request you to kindly direct the above Mahalingappa Gas Agency, Chitradurga to issue the cylinder to me after 20 days of booking date properly or abolish the dealership of the agency. Otherwise I am decided to to go Consumer Court against your Company to obtain the Justice in my favour. Once you think that, if the case is litigated in the Consumer court that caused damage to the goodwill of your company.
      I hope that, you do the same and needful action as i am requested above.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      I must bring this to your notice on the malicpractice faced
      Complaint Against: PRANAV GAS AGENCIES LOCATED AT VENKITTAPURAM COIMBATORE.

      For a long time this gas agency has proved itself as poor service, late delivery, will not attend phone calls. Wrong assurance, commitments all this was tolerable as it is there in all gas companies. Of Late .
      gas booking has become a nightmare, to book after 25 days and then delivery time of 25 days. How can a family sustain gas for more than 30 days? (We are affordable to buy gas once in 30 days).
      We have booked gas on march third week, but we did never recieve so we called Pranav gas on MAY 13th t
      Their delivery reciept says a date and their delivery happens on another date. I suspect the delivery person's distribution, but whom can we address this issue, if not you sir?
      MOST O[censored]S HAVE THESE ISSUES WITH THIS GAS AGENCY AND NEED YOUR HELP AND ASSISTENCE PLEASE.he tele caller informred that we have sent the gas with yesterday's reciept but till day we have noty reciecved, we are frustrated that the agency has distributed and we have not recieved our rightfull gas and suspect malpractice taken place. The delivery man BOSE when called asks us to come and pick the gas at unwanted after office hours at Chandrakala stores ( Stern action must be taken).
      Please guide me on this issue.
      Also let me know if the below procedure of grievance is correct.Procedure to sort out a grievance.

      1. At the distributorship level
      1. Meet the owner of the distributorship and submit a written complaint about your problem.
      2. Take acknowledgement for the same.
      3. Give a day or two for the solution.
      2. At Area/Divisional office level:
      1. If not satisfied with solution above, meet the customer service cell officer of the Oil Company
      2. Or meet the Area Manager or the Divisional Manager on a designated time and day, the details of which are displayed at these offices.
      3. At State level:
      1. If not satisfied with solution above, meet the Senior officer in charge of LPG at the state office of the Oil Company.
      2. Or meet the STATE LEVEL CO-ORDINATOR FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS on a designated time and day, the details of which are displayed at these offices.
      4. At Regional level
      1. If not satisfied with solution above, write to the PRO at the Regional office of the Oil Company.
      2. Or write to the REGIONAL LEVEL CO-ORDINATOR FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS.
      5. At Head office level:
      1. Write to General manager (LPG) of the Oil Company to which your distributor belongs.
      6.Ministry level:

      1.) Request Prompt and Stern action Immediate.
      2.) Immediate delivery of Gas.
      3.) Change of Gas agency from Pranav Gas to Radha Gas

      I am a Bharat Gas Customer in Bangalore (Consumer No. 58494). I have only one cylinder of Bharat Gas. Since long time I am asking with the vendor for the second cylinder, but everytime they ask me to call after 15 days. Also it takes minimum 10 days for refilling the vacant cylinder. So its very difficult to manage with a single cylinder.

              I AM A BHARAT GAS CONSUMER SINCE 2003. RECENTLY I CHANGED MY HOUSE TO SALIGRAMAM ARCOT ROAD CHENNAI. THESE AREA CONROLLED BY COCO DISTRIBUTORS BEHALF OF BHARAT GAS. PAST THREE MONTS I FACED LOT OF PROBLEM REGARDING SUPPLY OF GAS. BECAUSE , WHENEVER I BOOKED MY GAS I RECEIVED MY CYLINDER AFTER 15 DAY. SOMANY TIMES I REQUEST THEM, BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE.               Iam holding the gas connection with Coco Distributor, Valasaravakkam. I fed up calling them in a day for my refill purpose there phones will be engaged all the time. i tried sending the Refill SMS to [protected] i got the delivery notice but no response/reply from them. I also tried to register for Online gas booking i was able to find K Ramanaih Agency instead of coco distributorship i entered my consumer no 24187 it says not found. Kindly tell me how to reach this distributors. i agree we born in poor country but it doesn't mean that service should not be provide to needy.
              I am the bharat gas consumer since 2004. I have only one cylinder but now i want to purchase of additional gas cylinder for my home. Regarding for that i enquire our gas agencies for additional cylinder

              The agencies said if you want a additional cylinder you must purchase another product from our agencies with additional cylinder.

              it is not possible for us. We don't any product from our gas agencies. we want only additional cyliner-1no.

              For past 2 years I am using gas from this particular "K Ramanaigh Gas Agency, Valasaravaakam, Chennai. They are doing WORST PUBLC SERVICES. They promised on 4th Feb 2011 that within 15 days you will received gas from our delivery man. But till today 2nd March 2011 even after 25 days I am waiting for Gas cylinder.In between I have made n nunmber of calls to the gas agencies. I am very much fed up with them. Either they never pick or by Gods grace if they pick the answer would be by today we will receive the gas cylinder.
              I am also giving extra bucks everytime as a compulsary policy by them. I am not sure if any body is watching these complaints or not. If so please take severe action against this complaint immediatly.

                My consumer number is 17036. Since the phone numbers of the distributor 'GASJET' are not working, I had booked from ebharatgas.com on 29.01.2008 (ref no. 251477). When I enquired in person with the agency about the delay, I was informed that online booking is not considered and hence stands invalid. They logged a booking today (13.02.2008) and will deliver it after 18 days! We are gas less from yesterday. We even called the Kolkata regional service center, but no success. We have 2 cylinders, but due to the improper service of the agency both are empty. By any chance can we bring this irresponsible distributor to terms.
                If the online system is not considered, why bharat gas is misguiding their consumers!

                actually i have been recently transfeered from Delhi and hence I deposited my all documents with proper amount to Binami gas agency gariahat, Ballygunge.They charged me Rs.25/extra, saying this is administrative charge, also see whenever they send their delivery boy with cylinder, they send them without balace and they take out the gas from cylinder and never deliver the cylinder on tome.see I have booked my cylinder on 15.03.2008 and till date I did not get my cylinder.These are the service provider which is making kolkata hell and making corruption ...shame..shame

                I am bank officer with a nationalised bank and frequent transfer is routine affairs in my profession.I had a gas connection in Khandwa MP with Divyashakti Gas Agency which was transferred on26/04/2011 to kolkata..My consumer no.is 16423.I went to one of your agency name Binami Gas agency at gariahaton 20/12/2011 and i was informed by the person sitting over that my TV no.4050406 is not transfered by the earlier distributor.I was shocked to hear that how come a reputed gas agencies like your takes 8months in transfering the TV no and how come my earlier distributor in khandwa given me the Termination voucher for transfer to Kolkata?
                The gentle man in both the agencies (khandwa & Kolkata)blamming each other for their mistakes.But what about me...who needs a gas connection

                  My consumer no. is 24042. I was trying to book the gas today i.e.13.02.2008 from my dealer at CR Park, New Delhi. To my surprise I was told that my connection has been blocked as I have not booked any gas in lat 124 days and now I will have to give an application along with copy initial connection paper.

                  This is very ridiculous policy. If in a family there are only two members and both working and also having two cylinders and one cylinder last for three to four months then where is the need of booking gas in every 124 days. Instead of praising such family for conservation of natural resources your company is penalizing them and harassing them by way of this new 124 days booking policy. In my view this policy should be scrapped.

                  I am your customer with Gautam Enterprises, C-3/G-2, DILSHAD GARDEN, SHAHDARA with redg no: 26301. One person came from Gautam Enterprises & said i have to purchase the bharat gas suraksha pipe of Rs 190 + Rs 40 of service charges else the gas will not delivered to my home from Bharat Gas. When the person was here & i came from outside & i confirmed that the gas will not delivered from the Bharat gas, then the person said yes the gas will not be delivered from now provided that i have to purchase the Bharat gas suraksha pipe.I have asked from that person that is it a rule from the bharat gas, then the person said yes thisis a rulefrom mow that i am bounded to purshase the suraksha pipe to have the gas service restored for my further usage.

                  I wan't to know that Is it a rule from now that we have to purchase this Bharat Gas Suraksha pipes with your cylinder. I f not i would appricitae that you may please take a necassary actions with Gautam Enterprises.

                      i live in sector 8 faridabad.our bharatgas agency dealer,adlakha gas agency is in sector 9.the agency has 3 phone nos for costumers .each of them is inengaged mode whenever we try for booking gas.after hours of trying if anumber gets connected by chance,it is not attended.if you are very lucky and you are able to book your cylinder,then no delivery is made even after 10 days.this time also i booked cylinder 10 days ago but ihave not got the cylinder.please help

                      WE ARE REGISTERED WITH ROBIN GAS SERVICE, ROHINI, SECTOR-5, WE ALWAYS FOUND TELEPHONE ENGAGED AND HAVE TO BOOK REFILL AT THEIR DOORSTEP.
                      It is true, the phone is mostly busy and it is almost rare to be able to book over phone.
                      WE ARE REGISTERED WITH NIHAL GAS SERVICE, MAYUR VIHAR, , WE ALWAYS FOUND TELEPHONE ENGAGED AND HAVE TO BOOK REFILL AT THEIR DOORSTEP.
                      Sir, I'm having two connection of Bharat Gas with Priyanka Gas Service, Kashmere Gate, Delhi. Unfortunately everytime whenever you make a call there the telephone numbers always just ringing or engaged. It's a total disapointment, do something at the earliest possible.
                      I live in faridabad and my LPG agent is in Sector 9 bharat gas. From last 4 months I am struggling to get a 2nd cylinder on my existing connection. But every time they give me a new date and when I call them on that date they again give me a new date.

                      I am trying to get a second cylinder on my current connection from last 5 months. Every time i called them i just get a new date on which i have to confirm that whether new cylinder can be provide by them or not, i don't know is this a joke or what for them. They are even not having a confirm information about any query, is this a way to treat a customer ?

                      I don't know whether this complaint on this site is going to affect something or not, i am even not thinking about happening of something good or better from this agency, i am writting here just because of my frustation.

                      I booked for gas (no[protected] on 27th January 2011. I have not yet got my gas as yet. I tried calling the gas agency (Satish Gas). Either the phone rings and nobody picks up or the phone is engaged.

                      I tried registering for the preferred time delivery on ebharatgas, but the website says that this cannot be done (I wonder why this feature is there on the site). I tried calling up the toll free numbers - they do not work. Website is slow and and ot well organized.
                      I wish you all go with bharat gas official mail and register a complaint against the dealer.

                            Our consumer number is 219 and we are registered to get the supply of cooking gas from Milind Gas Serveice, Milind market, Keshopur Village, Vikas Puri from the last 25 years. Last gas cylinder was supplied to us on 3rd Jan,08. We wanted to book another cylinder but the request was refused to register three times. On 28th Jan,08 the supply was again refused and the staff of Milind Gas Serveice was treating customers very disgracefully. The general residents of the area are not aware of any gas shortage and the gas dealer's men are seen supplying the gas cylinders on black marketing rates. But the gas cylinders remain in short supply for home cooking.

                            You are requested to correct this situation and please request your distributors to behave amicably with the residents who are asking for this basic life need from them on cost not as free service.

                                This complaint is about Bharat Petroleum Petrol pump (Company owned company operated RO) Pump in No.94, Velachery main road, Guindi, Chennai - 600032.

                                Staff of this pump cheat customer by engaging them in talks like credit card payment. While talking and asking about how much petrol you need (example Rs. 500)

                                one of them will clear the meter and start putting the petrol. You will just hear a click sound and the meter will show Rs.100. When asked why he had put only for 100, he will then reset the meter and put for 400.

                                This had happened couple of time to me! Growing suspicious, when I started arguing why the second person did not consult me before putting the petrol. They agreed to put for Rs.500 after showing the first reading for Rs.100. This confirms that no petrol went in for Rs.100 the first time.

                                Another thing I noticed is, though there are more than one petrol pump in this station they always keep only one open so that 2 or more attenders join in a single pump to divert the customer.

                                Customers watch out! Will BP take action??

                                Sub: Cheated in range of 4 to 7 litres of Hi-Speed Diesel from your company petrol pump in Velacherry, Chennai [Car was Swift Diesel, VDI, Silver Coloured, Karnataka Registration].

                                It happened between 1.30 PM and 2.00 PM on October 19, 2008. One attendant started filling from zero. Another attendant asked me if I am interested in a card started showing card features on a board. Suddenly the first attendant stopped filling and said that it is set for Rs. 1000/- (actually he had stopped earlier and entered Rs 1000/- it was flickering when I saw it). Then I had to fill for ~Rs 550/- to fill my tank fully. I realised later as I had ~ 10 litres of diesel in my tank before filling [Full Tank= 43 Litres]. I couldn’t have filled another 39.24 litres as shown in the Bill. I could have filled anywhere between 32 to 35 litres of Diesel. I hope this does not happen to anyone again.
                                This complaint is about ANAND SUPER SERVICE STATION, opp hansraj college, malka ganj, DELHI-7. TIN-:[protected], Tel No.[protected], 23855543.

                                These people and staff is cheating in delivery of petrol even never ask about which petrol customer want normal or speed they just start filling the tank with speed petrol without asking the customer and when i inturpt they say its now machine is ON and cant be changed (whole staff is like that cheater), secondly even if i ask them to put normal petrol its less than the money i give, they cheat openly in that.
                                Couple of times i had been to above mentioned petrol pump, and asked them to put fo Rs .1000 but petrol which they put is lesser than the value what i give them. So this time i took a bowl for checking the litre of petrol and asked the staff to put in that a litre petrol and it was lesses than a litre, when complained about that noone over there took it seriously and when i said i will complaint about this they said do it and none cares its order from our owner and when i said want to meet the manager of pump they said dont need to visit the petrol pump i[censored] have problem.

                                i have no other option to go to other petrolpumps everytime because above mentioned pump is in my way and suits me according to my timings and i know i have been cheated everytime of thousands of rupees..Inlast i was so frustated that i thought to give a time make a complaint for the petrol pump.
                                i am complaning this complaint to different bureos and Goverment offices who look it into this matter, so that hundreds of people who r getting cheated like me everyday should be stop.

                                kindly see to my complaint and please update me with that whether action is taken regarding above mentioned petrol pump or not.

                                  One way is to go for HP(to solve my mistake) if you not ready to give extra cylinder.
                                  Second way is that I have always to wait for your your delayed service.

                                  Hopefully we will take the final decision.

                                  This time i asked for cylinder on dated 20/10/2009 till today i have not received & the person sitting at Kajupada Branch says it will take another 5 days to deliver the gas cylinder.
                                  I have only 1 cylinder consumer no. 30323, I asked for 2 cylinders connection but you people are not giving connection for the same.
                                  Truly your Kajupada Branch service is very poor. It always takes more than 1 week to deliver the cylinders but you people (Bharat Gas) advertise delivery within 24 hours but in actual consumers like me having 1 cylinder connection receive their cylinders only after 1 week. Even the person sitting at Kajupada Branch dont have manners to speak to consumers.

                                    I am consumer of Indian Oil since 14th March 1983 and my LPG connection is 5406. I was rented when i had gone through with LPG facility and on 1st July i was shifted to my own home (117/Q/22 L.I.C. society Sharda Nagar, kanpur) and countinously i as getting gass services from Sat Sai Gas Services (shop No. 3, Lakhanpur, Gumti No. 11)
                                    I booked my gass on 10th September 2007 but there was no delivery till 15th september 2007, on confirmation I got that my Gass Connection is transferred to Bhagwat Indian Gas (Shop No. 253 Near J.K. Mandir, Kanpur). When I asked to Sat Sai Gass Services that why my connection is transffered to Bhagwat Indian Gass whiout any prior information, but there was no statisfactory response. When i requested to Bhagwat Indain Gas to again transfer of my connection to Sat Sai Gass Service, the concern Manager has denied to do this.
                                    The distance of sat Sai Gas Service from my home, is approx 1km and Bhagwat Indian Gas is on approximate 5km, and this is too inconvenient.
                                    This is my humble request to you that kindly consider my problem and help us to shift that connection to previous Gass Service (Sat Sai Gas Services) provider.

                                        I face very poor response from Mahalakshmi Enterprises (Bharath Gas Distributors )No-2153, 2nd cross, 17th Main HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore[protected]tel no:[protected], 25274252,[protected] every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all. on 22-01-08 I booked for refill through on line booking facility and got waiting list No-17. despite 16 days lapsed no refil is delivered till date. on personal visit to the distributor with complaint they behave rudely. Furthermore, it was observed that on delivery of the refill the date of the delivery on the delivery receipt always found with a prior date mentioned where as the physical delivery of the refill is being done on a later date i.e the bill date for bill No-34871- consisting date - as[protected] where as the refill was delevered physically on 30-11-07. this is regular feature. with 7 family members each LPG refil last for 20-22 days only in my case and the delay is causing lot of hardships to me. I request that the Bharath Gas authorities look into the matter and do the needful and advice some means to get the refill at least within 25 days please. Further, to my surprise on checking the company website i.e. www.ebharatgas.com I noticed that the website does not contain complaint page / option incorporated in it. Neither the FAQs nor the customer services page contain any complaint making proceadure / option. It appears that they ignored it deiberately if I am not wrong. Hoping for an early solution.

                                        Please check for the details of my each month bookings and delivered dates, each time the cylinder is delayed for delivering and also I need to drop into your distributor office then the cylinder is delivered then why should I book the cylinder through a call and check for delivering again does it have any meaning of wasting my time and money behind calls even after the delivering boy's Demand for extra money of 22-00 Rupees is 5 or 10 Rupees not enough or its a collection collected by the delivering boy's purposefully for the sake of the office pls check for the details and do the needful.

                                        I face very poor response from Mahalakshmi Enterprises (Bharath Gas Distributors )No-2153, 2nd cross, 17th Main HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore[protected]tel no:[protected], 25274252,[protected] every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. I tried to seach them over phone no response i am trying from path 4 days to talk to them. please take action aganist them. till i did not get any cylender from them.

                                        I have been transfered on my job from Adilabad to Nizamabad. in this connection I made my LPG connection transfered to Nizambad by taking Termination Voucher(TV058) from Adilabad Gas Agency, Adilabad on 5/9/2008.
                                        Now the problem is that the Agencies at Nizamabad town are not considering the same, and issuing a connection to me at this place. For the last two months I'm facing lot of inconvienence due to this delay.
                                        So, please persue and speed up to issue me transfered connection immediately.

First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. . In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all. Every time travelling 25 kms we have to personal visit to the distributor for booking when we ask about not picking phone they say after 5 p.m we will not attend and sometime lunch time and we can notice in front o[censored]s if phone is ringing they don't bother to respone. Furthermore, it was observed that on delivery of the refill they demand more than bill amount by Rs. 15/- to 20/- without giving bill if we demand bill they say we have forgotten. this is regular feature. with 7 family members each LPG refil last for 20-22 days only in my case and the delay is causing lot of hardships to me.                                         Their license should be withheld, MUTIPLE instances of negligence.Cylinders sold by the delivery guys in black.Even though i am having double cyclinder end up with out gas for days.Their phone lines are are buzy for ages, even if on some blue moon day you get through the executives are highly rude and dont have an iota of customer service.Its high time something been done.Even in 21th century its hard to believe people with such attitude/negligence are being allowed to run any kind of business.Strong action needs to taken.I need to move out of Bharath Gas and its affiliates.

                                        i am the customer of bharathgas for past 9 years.In this 9years the first 4 years i was not having any problem but nowadays the person who delivers the gas is asking money to deliver the gas this is not happening not only to us but to each and every one.If he is asking the money with one who has then no problem but if the person is not having then.As a customer we need an immediate response to this problem so i kindly request you to take the necessary action for this problem.Hoping a best result for this problem.
                                        The number lines are always in busy mode at any point of time from morning till evening and the attitude towards the customer is very bad even to give the booking no they simply cut the call saying 20 days and even the delivery boy takes the advantage of this situation by selling the cylinders at higher price for the demanded people with single cylinders.They need to work out on this situation as many people in this area are being looted with this agency.
                                        we are the consumer of bharath gas since last 15years.Our distributers are mahalakshmienterprises, H.A.L2nd stage bangalore.From Last one year their service is poor, worst, untolerable.All other gas agencies delivery the refill cylender within a week from booking.But this worst distributer never gives us the cylinder before one month if we order for it.they have the worst service that we have to remember them to send it to us.

                                        Please take some action against them.other wise you will lost costemer aswellas reputation of your company.
                                        I agree with all of them, i have never faced so many problems and bad serive with any other sector or agency. They never never pick up their phone. I tried for continously 3 days, when i got through some staff over there and literally she was so rude and bad that i gave up the idea of taking the refilling from them . They are the worst staff and agency i have come cross in my life...
