Non delivery & Delay in delivery of gas

Consumer No. 27912. Booked the gas on 16.1.08 with booking number 4761 with Satish & Co. Hauz Khas, New Delhi after trying for 3 days over telephone.
Havenot got the delivery till 29.1.08. On enquiring the phone is always engaged and when visited the shop was personaaly on 29.1.08 morning was told that supply is not coming from Bharat Gas.
May be till the time the supply is restored the shop should be closed for security...

amardeep gas dehradun--worst distributors

this is regarding the poor delivery services from amardeep gas. they are distributors of Bharat Gas.
First of all they don't pick up the phone, and even if they do they don't know how to serve customers properly.
My mother has been callling them regularly, but their reply is come to the agency and take the cylinder.
They almost harass the customers. They are not even ready to get our gas conection transferred...

Delivery not in time

Delivery of cooking gas cylinders is irregular. As in there is no scarcity they used to say while booking gas they will send in 10 days. But in most of the cases that won't happen.They will try their max to delay. After making so many calls from starting day 9 after booking finally they will send by 15 days. More over we are not allowed to book the cylinder before 21 days of delivery. So We can expect a cylinder to be consumed in a month...

Non Refilling of Cylinder

i booked a refilling request on my connection No 20211 on 04/01/2008. which is a bharat gas connection and the dealer is m/s Nihal gas agencies, Mayur Vihar-II, Delhi-110091.

after the booking the delivery was given at about one week later.

now when i requested for refilling of cylinder on 25/01/2008 , the agency persons refused my request told me that they will count 21 days from the delivery of cylinder and...

Lodging of complaint on non delivery refill cylinder(LPG)

I had booked cylinder at Sarla Enterprises dealer of Bharat Gas in south Delhi at Safdarjang Enclave, New Delhi-29 on 8th Jan’ 2008. Till date I have not received any cylinder, I have frequently requested for early deliver the refilled cylinder. But they did not delived the refill till date. I do not know what is the reason of such irregularity doing by the Agency , however it is revealed through resources that as on date consumers...

Delay in delivery of LPG cylinder & very poor service and misbehaving

i m really fed up with the poor service of sharman gas company , krishna nagar. lal quarter delhi,110051. we have already booked LPG for home consumption on 28 dec 2007 but till yet we have not received any response from site . we approaced more than 5 times personally, all the time they said it would be delivered today. So we have left no option rather thinking of switching to another gas company....

delayed delivery and short supply

I booked a refill with M/s Veerjyoti Enterprises, Behind I B P Petrol Pump, Opp Panchsheel, Joseph Tito Road, New Delhi- 110017 (Phones[protected],26494108,[protected]) against my consumer No.JB 1520 T on 7th Jan, 08 and delivery on repeated reminders was made on 17th Jan.,08 and it always happens and most of the time the lpg in the bottle is short or filled with water. Behavior of the staff attending to calls is irresponsible and vulgar....

I am sorry to say that this distributor is not openining his office on time nor their telephone numbers are instantly recovrable. Moreover they are supplying the gas after 4-5 days from the wish. Suggestion

Woking people when not at home, usually face the problem of non delivery of gas cylinder despite the verbal instructions / requests to deliver the gas after particlar hours ( within the Dealer's working hours ) or on particular days of the week. Generally when a customer is not found at home during the day, the cylinder is returned without any notice to the customer and the delivery keeps on being delayed.

Non-Delivery of Gas Cylinder Since 7 Days

I booked for gas cylinder re-fill with my gas dealer M/s Ratawal Gas Services, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-63, Phone 25282222 25262837 on dated 07.01.2008 and even with our repeated reminders the cylinder has not been delivered till date (12.01.2008). There telephone number is always found busy or non-responsive and even if you are lucky to get through there standard reply is that they will supply it today evening or next day.

Harresment for new connection of LPG cylinder

supply of cylinder gas

On 29th december I have booked a gas cylinder from M/s Milind agenceis, Vikapuri, Bharat gas dealer. They never lift their telephone for booking and even after registering personally they do not supply in time. It is written as per Bharat gas guide lines the delivery of gas is within 24 hours after booking. Kindly expedite the matter.
