dear sir,
my coustomer id is 26150 at COOKLEEN gas agency.
city- Kolkata (W.Bengal). I have booking my cylinder
date-15.02.2008 and registered my booking order as 7592 but COOKLEEN gas agency does not
delivered the gas cylinder to me. i had several times rang them up for the same, but they replied as we have already received the cylinder. Where as they did not supplied the gas cylinder.More over after that COOKLEEN...

We (consumer) are facing lots of problems several times with Bharat Gas Agency – SHRAVAN GAS SERVICES # 693, 7TH Main, CBI Road, R.T Nagar, Bangalore 560 032.

First of all they have 5 phone lines which is always busy so for booking we need to take one day office leave and go to them.

From past 2 years whenever we booked Cylinder they will say 10 days and we need to follow every alternate days and altogether...

I have purchased Bharat Gar from Ratann Agency, Kalewadi Phata, Pune. The total cost of the cylinder with original bill is 1400. but I had to pay Rs 5800 for cylinder, Gas Stove, and some misc items like Rice, Tea Powder which was made complusory. I submitted my transfer voucher of the above gas connection to M/s Prime gas agency, Dhanbad on 01 March-08. The gas connection was to be transfered from Amardeep agency, Dehradun. This outburst is due to the pathetic response of Bharat Gas Distributer - Subbaiah Gas Agency, VUDA colony, Visakhapatnam. Despite a situation of an EMERGENCY of gas cylinder leakage, there has been no action from the agency. i ve been living with my DANGEROUS cylinder for the past two days now and the gas agency refuses to rise out of its deep slumber. im afraid as to what actions they would take, god-forbid, any mishap occurs!
