Sir,

We are having LPG connection from Bharat Petroleum through BALAJI GAS AGENCIES, ARASARADI, MADURAI. Now i have applied for an additional LPG CYLINDER but the Agency is demanding to purchase Kitchen items in their show room for Rs.1500/-, then only they will give ADDITIONAL LPG CYLINDER for us.

This is not right to compell the consumer to purchase for Rs.1500 just for booking an ADDITIONAL LPG CYLINDER.

Please guide me to set right this problem and enable me to get ADDITIONAL LPG CYLINDER FROM BHARAT PETROLEUM.

We are having LPG connection from Bharat Petroleum through Rohan Gas Malleswaram Bangalore - 560 003. I had applied for addional cylinder bearing weight list No.4974 seven years back Now on approach for an additional LPG CYLINDER but the Agency is demanding to purchase Kitchen items in their show room which is costing for times costiler than the market price then only they will give ADDITIONAL LPG CYLINDER for us.

This is not right to compell the consumer to purchase the unbrander product displayed and unwanted things for the existing consumer,

Please instruct them to issue a additonal cylinder. In absance I will file a case in the consumer court for demanding the same.

    The advance home delivery system got terribly missmanaged.In spite of booking in advance/giving complaints regarding indiffrent attitudes towards timely home delivery of lpg cylinder, our complaints, remains largely unattended.We have to be always in constant vigils as to when the truck-load-of-cylinders shall come.Very often it is either resulted in long waiting&waiting or just to listen a pretty simple answer i.e. 'sorry no cylinders are left with'.

    The home delivery system of CHIRIMIRI-'Shriram Gas Agency, Bharat Gas Distributors, Haldibadi, CHIRIMIRI, distribution code-351896, got terribly missmanaged.In spite of booking in advance/giving complaints regarding indiffrent attitudes towards timely home delivery of lpg cylinder, our complaints, remains largely unattended.We have to be always in constant vigils as to when the truck-load-of-cylinders shall come.Very often it is either resulted in long waiting&waiting or just to listen a pretty simple answer i.e. 'sorry no cylinders are left with'.

    As such it is the duty of ditributor to provide cylinder at the door step after being called upon by an advance phone-call for homedelivery. There is no such system available here now a days.It is the GOD who will save us from such an worst gas distribution management systems.

    last cylinder had delivered on 30-12-08, they said that next booking will be after 15 days but they will not book even 1month, i had booked on 7-2-09 but not yet i got the cylinder, they are not delivered at home, neglect answer of delivery. so whom to i call...

    i want to say that i am applied for new gas connection in august of bharat gas in derabassi name of agency is shaheed sub. balbir singh gas agency. contact no of agency is [protected], [protected], [protected]. i visited this agency many times but always they did not give any satisfiable answer to me. after many months i cannot got my gas connection.they also said that they will do the verification of the addresss.but till now they did not do the verification. i m face many problem without gas cylinder.many people say that they sold the gas connection in black.please resolve my problem as soon as.

    Why they are taking bharat gar agency i dont know without knowing the term "Customer Service Our Motto"
    I can get the Call connection from American President if dialing two or three times atleast somebody can respond wheareas this thiruvottriyur bharat gas line number always busy. if any gas eak complaint i cannot get line to give complaint .and for delevery they are are taking 25 to 30 days ...and also these gas agency employee caught by police recently by selling cylinder black market Rs 600 to 700/- please cancel these gas agency let me give good proffesional dealer................
    Hi, Me from bangalore. I wanted to contact the customer care of Bharat gas. When i search through the Bgas web, i found that the the number given in the link " http://www.ebharatgas.com/pages/Customer_Care/CC_Value_Added_services.html " saying "Mr. D.C.Patra, Chief Manager Strategy (LPG)" is an invalid number. The number given there is Phone:[protected] and the email id is "[protected]@bharatpetroleum.in". When i tried to reach this number it is an INVALID number!!! This is given in Bharat gas web site as chief manager strategy. Then i tried calling the number [protected], which is the customer care number for Bharat gas in bangalore. But the phone is always disconnected.(The phone is kept out of service manually ie the receiver is kept apart). This i made out when i went to the MG road office of the Bharat gas(Address: DU PARC TRINITY, 7TH FLOOR M.G.ROAD, BANGALORE 560001 TEL. NO.[protected] . Frankly speaking there is no valid number for Bharat Gas for the customers to get it touch with. This is a very bad truth. Can you please help me out any valid number if any is available please. The information given above are very much true. Anyone can cross verify these things.
    One of the worst customer service. No one lifts any call. Don't know when public sector will act promptly to customer problems.

      Dear Sir/ Mam,
      I am a resident of saltlake Kolkata. my name is mayank sharma. my BHARAT GAS consumer card no. is 20013 at ur distributor in salt lake. i booked my gas on 31/03/08. and they did not deliver it.after that on 23/04/08 i have gone to them. they gave me a mobile number to call and after that i called this man he gave me delivery on 24th morning. and asked for 400 rupees.
      where normal rate is 320 rs. its the clear case showing that ur distributor is indulged in black marketing. he is stocking gas cylinders to make shortage and taknig advantage of this situation by doing black.
      I[censored] feel that as a responsible company bharat gas should take proper action regarding this then i think ur this site worth something.

        Sir

        After my marriage on 24-11-07 I shifted to 44 Shalimar Bagh, Ajmer Road Jaipur. I had contacted your LPG Gas Dealer MS Gulab Gas Agency, Shop No. 91-92, Guru Jambeshwar Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur in month of December 07 and submitted documents as suggested by your company agency

        1. Affadavit of having no gas connection of any company
        2. Copy of Tenancy Agreemtn as Address Proof

        I was assured by your agency that after site instection the connection shall be released. I contacted the above agency time and again for site inspection. I also requested for a prior information for instection as me and my wife are both working persons. Hence to make ourselves available for inspection.

        After repeated requests and reminders, agency representative Mr HariOm came for inspection on 18th April 2008. He inspected the site and inquired for present gas cylinder. As we started newly married life, owing to delay from the gas agency, we had to borrow a cylinder from one of our relatives to prepare our daily meals. This was well explained to representative Mr HariOm. He okayed all requirements. After inspection when asked if formalities were completed he asked to visit his office next working day.

        I would also mention here that on my visit the same week to gas agency for follow up I was forced by the front desk lady as well as one of her colleague with mustaches to purchase a hot gas plate from them mentioning that it was a compulsion from Bharat Gas or else connection shall be refused. I refused to accept this.

        Today 18th April when I visited the gas agency to take the connection, I was surprised to see the findings of the inspecing person Mr HariOm that applicant is already having a gas connection and on these grounds my connection has been denied. Surprisingly when Mr hariOm saw me he ran away from agency. I slao talked to the lady representative at the agency. She was not having satisfactory reply. I also want to place on record that earlier when I visited agency I had been continously being compelled by front desk lady and her colleague to purchase a gas stove. I asked the gas agency to provide me in writing the refusal of the connection and she refused to provide same.

        I also tried to contact the customer officer Mr kamlesh over his telephone number [protected]. But he was not having any time to listen to my plea and asked me to contact on monday or tuesday.

        Sir this is clean direct case of harrasment of the consumer by the ganecy and company representatives.

        1. I had been kept waiting for a connection for 4 months.
        2. The maniulated information put in by Mr HariOm and his escaping from the scene at agency clearly identifies his malignant and corrupt desires.
        3. The forcing of the front desk lady continously for purchasing a hot gas plate stove mentions her corrupt desires. I would like to place it in records that while my presence at agency on April 18th the same lady had forced another customer Mr Anandi Lal to purchase a gas stove and released his connection only after he agreed to purchase the stove.
        4. Also on my presence Mr HariOm released another connection to a customer on name of his father with his own signatures. This metions the deeply rooted corruption in agency.
        5. The denial of Mr kamlesh to hear customer plea is a very clear indication of the networked corrution in play with cooperation of Agency and the Bharat Gas Company.

        Had I had any malignant intentions, I could have easily removed my cylinder during inspection and played the trick. But as a honest customer believing in Bharat Gas to understand the customer problem who is waiting for a connection since last 4 months, I never chose to play with the matter.


        I would request you to please issue me a gas connction and resolve my harrasment at earliest.

        Treating customer ill is nothing new by gas agencies but even i am placing same type of probelsm from last few days with Gulab Gas agency.

        Suggust how you treated the matter,

        Bharat Gas(LPG) — Harrasment to deliver LPG cylinders

        Dear Sir,

        This is to complaint on the service of Bharat Gas (LPG) Cylinders Booking & Deliveries to Homes.

        Here lot of consumers are suffering to book & get the deliveries of LPG cylinders.
        The area which we are locating is being supplied by a Distributor "Shree Raksha Gas Agency" located at Hebbagudi Bangalore 560 099.

        First of all booking the cylinder it self is a big challange & after booking we have to wait for 21 days to get the cylinder.
        You will be surprized how the delivery persons behave with the customers to deliver the cylinder.
        They keep the cylinders in one fixed corner of the area & ask customers to bring the empty cylinders & take the refill.
        Customers has to wait in que from morning & pay the extra amount(Rs 35 per cylinder) & take their refills. If any one opposes to pay extra amount they will not get refills. They have made it compulsury to pay Rs 35 extra per cylinder.

        The delivery persons working in this Gas agency & also distributor"Shree Raksha Gas agency" spoiling the reputation of BPCL.

        Request BPCL to take immediate & serious action on this compliant.

          I am facing trouble from Bharat Gas here in HBR Layout. I had booked my cylinder a MONTH back, and since then have been reminding the agency continuously about the this. But they are indifferent to making a delivery to my place. I had shifted my connection from Vivek Nagar last month and this is the first time I am getting to encounter such behavior.

            I, Mr. Vishwas Anant Samant,

            I went to sunandan Ageny [ authorized agency for Bharat Gas], borivali (w) to book new gas connection. Ageny's representative told me to purchase gas stove or 10kg dawat rice + 1 kg tata tea if i want new connection.
            This is kind of black marketing for new gas conenction. I request you to do needful and save interest of consumers.

              I had booked my refill order on 20/3/2008. but still i had not got delivery for same, ...
              Previously I had booked my refill order on 30/1/2008, which was delivered on 22/2/2008.
              Is these a sign of non-capability of BPCL to provide service to satisfy it's customers. I am at BODELI, where I had taken new connection for HOME USE..
              Is they are taking these much time for Industrial or Commercial Users also..
              Is there any way to transfer my this connection to another Company..??????????

              Dear sir,

              The problem still persists. I've booked for refilling after 21 days of my last cylinder delivery, its been already 14 days after my booking hence passed 35 days total and i have not received a cylinder till now.I am getting irresponsible answers only from them and they've refused my early booking . I'm really frustrated about their service. My consumer no. is 47309 with Mahalakshmi enterprises, Indira nagar, Bangalore. My another cylinder also empty and i am unable to manage my day needs with new born kids. Kindly help me by immediately arranging a refilled cylinder for me.

And today that is 21st Aug i'm called them, the reply is it will be delivered today or tomorrow. I requested them to deliver it today but they hanged up the phone.               Respected Sir,

              With reference to the above subjects, I hereby submitting that, I have booked for the refile of the empty LPG cylinder, after the expiry of 21 days of the previous delivery, as per the order of DISTRIBUTOR, GURUKRUPA GAS AGENCY, on dt. 21.01.2012, not giving the booking No. & stating that the delivery will be done within two days. But till date, neither delivery of the refile of LPG has been made from my LPG distributer M/s GURUKRUPA GAS AGENCY, having their place of bussiness at 5, SHREE GAJANAN APT. THANGEWADI, KALYAN(W)-421301, nor any communication is received from him, or from else where. At present my both the LPG cylinders becomes empty on dt.24.01.2012. Let me know, where from I have to purchase the refiled LPG cylinder, to carry on my cooking. Whether I have to stop my cooking till the date of delivery of cylinder or to stay on for fast. On what ground you have generated this bloody rule to book for the refile of LPG after the expiry of 21 days from the delivery of the previous delivery. Get me the copy of such rule passed, and the copy of G.R. I will pay for that. Please refere the judgement given by, Hon'ble Court i.e. DCF- Mukatsar also decided on dated[protected] that booking of LPG cylinder should be done without any restriction of 21 days after last refill/delivery in complaint case of Raj Pal Sharma.
              We are living as Joint family. One gas cylinder is comsumed within 15 to 20 day being winter season. After booking, this bloody distributor taking the time of 10 to 15 days for the delivery. How it possible for us, to manage the cooking gas. The complaint against this Distributor was already lodge in written at Mr. CERMEN D’COSTA, the regional Manager, BPCL, MUMBAI on date. 24.12.2010. I think, no any action was taken on this bloody distributors. This Distributor is now insisting for the purchase of HOSE pipe, sometime insisting for change the STOVE, some times demanding mony by way sending repairsman. This result in harrashment to the public. The function of your Distributors is only to distributes the your gas, and nothing else.

              Now you are hereby kindly requested to give the direction to supply immediately the two refiled cylinder which are empty as on date, & take the immedite action against this distributor to cancel his distributorship, as harrashing to your consumers. Otherwise there will be no any other substitute before me but to file the complaint against your company at Consumer court and Human Right commission & publication to print & electonic media, also to file the FIR at the concern Police Station for the mentally and Physically harrashment to your registered consumer, intentionaly avoiding to supply the refile LPG gas cylinde, which is crime under Indian Pinal code & Criminal Pinal Code, & will be cost on you, without giving further opportunity, kindly to be note.
              Your fast action in this regard is highly appeciated.

                I have ordered for gas before 8 months from one of your agency named HI- POWER BHARAT GAS AGENCY (Distributor No.641767)
                situated at MUNDUR, PALAKKAD, KERALA. They are not at all responding to our frequent complaints, please take action on this complaint, as no other customer has suffered much as me, and for the last EIGHT MONTHS... and still it is continuing...PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL

                  Bharat Gas — Change in Distributors

                  For the last twenty years I was registered with Ambika Gas service, Sikar Rd for the suply of LPG cyllender. One fine morning some three months back when I contacted them for the supply of a cyllender I was informed that the company has changed my registeration to Gulab Gas Agency. I was surprised at this arbitrary action of the compny and moreover it did not care to inform me about the change. i had to run round to get myself re-registered with the new Distrbuter in bargain I remained without gas for two weeks.Today when I approached the Gulab Gas Agency for the supply of the Gas I was informed by them that My registration has again been transferred to Rajeev Gas Agency located in Mansarover Colony (which is 15 Km from my residence) Such arbitrary actions are causing lot of difficulty perticulerly person like me who is 72 years old. Why I am being made to run arround from one agency to another. Is this high handed dealing is because we have no other choice. SSMurdia.

                  This is regarding the Bharat Gas connection registered in my Father in Laws name.
                  The same was blocked after he died and his wife was denied the gas even after submitting the Aadhaar details and death certificate and their house hold card... forcing her at this age of 72 yrs to buy gas in black.
                  The reason they say is that her surname differs from her husband.
                  Kindly note that the aadhar card itself is the proof of her identity of whose wife she is .If the Gas agencies cannot honour the proofs of Death certificate, house hold card, Aadhar cards it pains to say that a woman has no identity of her own after the death of her husband in this so called developing ache din India.that she is denied the basic necessity to cook her own food .Its been 8 months and the Gas agency would not help.

                    Manav Enterprise in Frazer town( Bangalore )(Bharath Gas) is one of the worst gas ageny even encountered .They would never pick your call.
                    You book for a refill and you will be assured the same over a week. They would never refill as assured.And then you need to keep calling everyday (trying your luck as they never pick the receiver).If lucky you might get it after another 15 or 20 days (provided you call everyday ) ... Isnt this frustrating ...will govt do something abt this... everyday you would be assured about the refill which never happens...end of the day you just keep rising you BP ...

                    Bharat Gas — Worst service ever

                    Hi,
                    This is a good example of worst services from Bharat Gas. I have tried to book a cylinder today as I require it urgently but there is no number working for the distrubutor and even the number mentioned in the website 12664 is a wrong number. The advertise as the an instant connection is all fake. I confirmed with Gas agency today and they said it will take a week atleast.

                      This is a complaint against one of Bharat Gas agency or maybe the company itself. I am one BIG ANGRY AND DISSATISFIED customer of Bharat Gas.

                      I wanted a new connection for my home and I visited SURYA GAS AGENCY in Ulhasnagar - 1, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra

                      There I was asked for Rs. 3700.00 for new connection which included a burner. I asked them to allot me only cylinder as I have one good quality sealed packed BRANDED PRESTIGE model burner with BILL and WARRANTY that I am willing to show. It was purchased from reputed store with ALL ORIGINAL tags and stamps.

                      I was refused to get it. THEY MADE IT COMPULSORY to get the burner while it was clearly written on the board there that customer is at a liberty to choose whether he needs a burner from us or not. After much bias, they said if I want to get the cylinder only then one of your representative will visit my home and check the burner and specifications. I agreed. At the same time the madam sitting there said, but we will surely refuse your merchandise because agency owner don't want to issue anyone a cylinder without burner.

                      Despite being frustrated, I agreed to spend extra money and get burner.

                      Now another issue, I was forced to take 2 packs of tea and 2 kg of rice with it and a cylinder trolley too.

                      NOW WHAT IS THIS?

                      I can't afford to have Rs.69/- per kg rice and that too 2 kg.

                      This added Rs. 375.00 to my account with connection. Details:

                      2 x 250gm Tea = Rs. 112.00
                      2 x 1kg rice = Rs. 138.00
                      1 x Trolley = Rs. 125.00

                      Now this has made me sick. I needed cylinder connection worth Rs. 1250.00 and had to pay Rs. 4000 in total for the things I DON'T NEED.

                      Now this is a request to you to look into it and act.
                      There was a lady sitting on managers chair.

                      Even their internet site's feedback form is not working.

                        dear sir,
                        my coustomer id is 26150 at COOKLEEN gas agency.
                        city- Kolkata (W.Bengal). I have booking my cylinder
                        date-15.02.2008 and registered my booking order as 7592 but COOKLEEN gas agency does not
                        delivered the gas cylinder to me. i had several times rang them up for the same, but they replied as we have already received the cylinder. Where as they did not supplied the gas cylinder.More over after that COOKLEEN gas agency not willing to respose my phone calls or hang me up on phone line only. And fore me up to do a new booking for refill. now I'm helpless and did as they wish.
                        I think this kind of harrasment, callousness & rude behavior of bharatgas agent is not tolarable. I stongly protest against this kind of matter and need your intervention to resolve the matter.

                        Deplorable Services

                        I have been transferred frfom Mumbai to Sangareddy. I have been given Termination Voucher at Mumbai after surrendering Regulator and Two Cylender. I have approched Vinay Gas Agency today (28 May 2008) an Agent of Bharatgas for enabling me to get connection at Sangareddy. I have been told to approch their boss( Agfent) by the clerks after 3.00 PM. Promptly I have approched the agency at 3.00 PM but the shop was not opened even after 4.00 PM. I have seen several customers waiting in front of the office after 3.00 PM and slowly made their way to their homes. I stongly condemn this kind of high headed attitude by the agents and need your intervention to resolve the matter.

                        I reside at Mira Road.The nearest gas distributors is located at Sector 11.We have been dealing with this dealer since last 6 years and could not switch to another distributor or company because of non availability of the same within the vicinity.This dealer has 4 landline phones which are always either busy or out of order.(Never rings) and most of the time used only for personal benefits, because of which we take the pain to visit them in person every time.During visits the customer satisfaction and service does not have any meaning to them and most of the time humiliation takes place.This is utter nonsence and if proper steps and corrections not taken on time its gonna be a disaster in short span of time.

                          We (consumer) are facing lots of problems several times with Bharat Gas Agency – SHRAVAN GAS SERVICES # 693, 7TH Main, CBI Road, R.T Nagar, Bangalore 560 032.

                          First of all they have 5 phone lines which is always busy so for booking we need to take one day office leave and go to them.

                          From past 2 years whenever we booked Cylinder they will say 10 days and we need to follow every alternate days and altogether it will be 45-50 days.

                          4 months back they asked me my passport and letter saying they can book the Cylinder after 21 days and delivery will be within 2 days but still no improvement on minimum days even now they says it will be 10+ days.

                          one more major problem is I have a strong thinking that the delivery boys guf[censored]p the deliveries because sometime Cylinder will go for 30 day and sometime time it is only 20 days same number of person at my residence and same type of food we make if it is 3-5 days then its ok but 10days …..

                          The service level and response by the agency staff is atrocious. They carry an attitude of who cares and do whatever you want. I am facing this kind of problems from past 2 years.

                          I request you to do the needful otherwise I need to take some other action.

State: Karnataka, " & our consumer No.11628.we have not get gas in a time. we have reminding him many times after booking that please delivered us gas but we can not get. we have not get gas which we have booked till yet after that we reminding fifteen times but there is no result.the employee said that we send today or tomorrow but there is no sending. and nobody will pick the phone so its really headche to me.

                            i want to renew my gas book. yesterday i was went at dayal gas service in Hapur (ghaziabad), Utter Pradesh(a Gas Agency of bharat Gas) to renew the gas book. there employe was demand Rs. 225 for renew the gas book. when i was asked about the money then he told me that we are giving the gas tube but we have no need the gas tube cos recently we have changed our gas tube. Sir i m very much confused about it that why we pay for it whether we changed the gas tube recently.

                            Sir pl look in to the matter on urgent basis cos our gas book has been filled. Sir i m wating ur positive response & call also.

                              I am consumer of Bharat Petroleum. I had booked for a LPG cylinder on 01/03/2008. In this regard I have not yet received refill of the LPG cylinder till date. I had a talk with manager of Rapti Gas Service Opposite Inspection House Anand Bagh, Balrampur - 271201, Distributer Code (561873) But he has not redressed my complaint till date. Now whenver, I make a call, the staff simply answer we will give you very soon. Non-delivery of cylinder has put me and my family in great hardship and I have been put into a lot of mental harassment, because of the indifferent attitude and apathy. I request you to kindly take up this matter with appropriate authorities and redress my grievance.

                                Sir,

                                We have Bharat Gas connection (No.15967, Mr S.R.Sharma), and the agency is Dumbo Gas Agency, Jhilmil, Delhi. We do not receive gas cydinder refill on time and for the last few months it is told to us that we cannot book the gas before 19 days of the last delivery. There is a delay of 4-5 days from the day of booking and it has become a routine to be without a cylider for 4-5 days every month with the kitchen being absolutely non operational. The telephone line is either not answered or perennially busy. One person from the house has to be assigned the job of continuously calling up the agency for cylinder delivery.If this is the state of affair in country where we have surplus gas, what more can be said. It is higly shameful that we still rely on the cycle puller cylinder deliver man who can deliver not more than 3 cylinders.
                                I feel very strongly for such poor service delivery of an essential commodity.

                                I hope appropriate action will be taken to resolve this problem which not only i am facing but by many such people who are not able to register their complaints but take it as a way of life.

                                    I have purchased Bharat Gar from Ratann Agency, Kalewadi Phata, Pune. The total cost of the cylinder with original bill is 1400. but I had to pay Rs 5800 for cylinder, Gas Stove, and some misc items like Rice, Tea Powder which was made complusory. I dont understand why I need to pay Rs 4500 more for other Things which I dont want to purchase. I want to get Reply from the higher authority of Bharat Petrolum regarding this isssue.

                                    I agree coz i am too experiencing lot of problems from the 'People's Gas Service, code no.[protected], Indira Nagar, Lucknow-226016.

                                    They write the bookings on manual registers without entering on the computers and after a few days if the consumer inquires, the agency tells there is NO booking in his/her name. Secondly i mysely went and got my address changed before my eyes on the gas agency computer but everytime they say 'sir your address has not been changed'. They are irritating...
                                    Bharat Gas is running short of Customer Relationship Management.

                                    Bharat Gas - Pune people really needs to get the CRM Training so tht these people can understand how to serve the customers.

                                    Even the regional head from one ofhe region at Mahatrashtra is also doing the same thing.

                                    The Gas Agency called Gaurishankar at Karve Road Pune is really hectic organization & the Regional Manager is doing the same.

                                    I request all the people to please dont suggest anybody or any of your friend/collegue to go for a Bharat Gas. Even the Reagional Manager, himself is saying that to go for an HP Service.

                                    It shows Bharat Gas is really a poor / grade less service provider.

                                    Yes I totally agree with that. Its very very difficult to get the gas refill from Gauri shankar agency. Especially for working women they have to keep calling them repeatedly and beg for the refill. Plus those females are extremely rude and uncooperative. Their phones are always busy .

                                    I have gas connetion of Indane for the location New Delhi. Now I have shifted to Pune city last week. I have transfer ceritifcate from the destibuter for the pune.
                                    I had asked to Shri Ram Gas Agency (Anand Nagar, Singhgarh road) please re-issue the connection as i have no Indane gas agency neer to my home. But they are saying i can not accept the tranfer connction other than Bharat gas connection while i had heard from many people we can switch to any other gas provider (Indane, HP and Bharat) if we have no gas agency neer to home.

                                    The talking of way of Shri Ram Gas Agency's gentelman is very rude.

                                    Could you advise how can i get the transfer from Indane to bharat gas service?

                                      I am residing in kerala Wayanad dt S.Bathery Chulliode.Ihave contacted many times the Gayathri gas agency S.Bathery from 2003 onwards with recods . They are not ready for booking for a connection telling some excuces.One they enter my name in their records and told me no need to enter in ration card and we will inform you later.But they were cheating me.last day I went their office after many excuses they booked myconnection.They are not ready to give conction and selling regulary for private parties.So Irequest you to grant connection for domestic uses.This is the condtion of HP gas also.Auto is running with this gas

Both exploits its workers does bharat gas company note pay attention towards its imployee The officers of company come here but ever they dont pay attention on us and depart having meeting with the distributors We have been working with the company for last 10 years but even after that we are not paid more than 1500 Rs. whether it is delivery man office staff or computer operator Rs. 1500 is not sufficient amount in this age. Whenever we demand to increase our salary, we are threatened to abolish.

                                        I am your customer for lpg at my residence in pune, maharashtra. The registration number is p31288 in the name of jenoy joykutty. I have a kid of less than 2 years at my home and there are issues in delivery of cylinder by the bharat gas agency located in yerwada, pune, near rto office. They simply dont pick up the phone or the phones are engaged for long time. Further it was known that they have mobiles to facilitate better, but there is no improvement in the availability. Its been almost more than 7 days that after getting a committment of delivery within 2 days, we are still chasing the agency for delivery. They have a very casual approach and every time i call them, they say - you will get it tomorrow. I am hearing this since last 4 days.
                                        I hope everyone understands the difficulty when there is a small kid in the house, how difficult it is to manage.
                                        Request your goodself to kindly push the agencies to be more responsible in committments and not to give false promises where the customer feels cheated for some reason.
                                        I really appreciate this effort being taken by bharat gas to have a platform to give our feedback. Thanks for all the help and support.

                                        Since 2 month before I have booked for new connection for regulatorn, cylinder and burner-stove but still they are not responding me propery. Every time they says call after 3-4 days or 1 week, also they are telling me that it will take 1 week for new regulator to come at our office.

                                        But still I am wating for new connection.
                                        THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM A CONSUMER OF YOUR GAS AGENCY SHIV SHAKTI GAS AGENCY, INDRA COLONY. MY GAS CONNECTION NO. IS 18635 IN THE NAME OF MR.SATYA PRAKASH VATS. I HAVE BOOKED A CYLINDER ON 23-MAY-2009 BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE CYLINDER. WHENEVER I TALK TO THEM ON PHONE THEY SAID THAT TODAY YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE SEND BUT THEY DIDN’T YET DELIVERED THE SAME. THIS HAPPENS ON EVERY MONTH THEY NORMALLY TAKE 20-25 DAYS TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER. IT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT FOR US TO TRACK THEM ALL THE TIME. PHONE LINES OF THE AGENCY IS NORMALLY VERY BUSY.

                                        Bharath gas kollam has poor in their perfomance. The Delivery boyz are re sold the connection booked by us and told they came in last day and retaked back. so book again for new cylinder.

                                        Why they dont came 3 time for one delivery once they passed near the area for the other deliveries

They are residing in a village near Udumalpet and My self and spouse and 2 kids residing near Erode. I have my own Gas connection. Now I decided to get a new connection to my parents in favour of my father's name or mother's name. But gas agency replied that there is no provision to issue new connection to senior citizens who are attaining the age of 60 years. I don't know either it is in a legal procedure or their (gas agencies) own code.
                                        Please let me know how to get the new connection for aged parents who are going to cross their retirement life.

                                        This is Raghavendra from Bangalore and i have been facing the problem of blackmarketing in my area (Basham Circle, Bangalore) about the new connection for the Bharath Gas .

                                        When i applied for a new connection of the gas, my service provider is demanding me to buy one Butterfly cooker + 1 Kg of Oil + 1 Kg of Toor Dal for getting the new connection. I wanted to compliant about this issue but didnt find any of the numbers where i could lodge my complaint.

                                        I have never heard about this scheme anywhere, so why should i buy all the unnecessary things to just get a new connection..?? Is there any action taken against this injustice done to the consumer..??
                                        I have also seen many people loding the same complaint but would like to know if someone would really help us resolve this issue ...???

                                        ... I booked my order on 16th May via SMS... the above mentioned status says that the delivery of the cylinder has been made on 1st of may!!! Just to bring to your notice ... I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY CYLINDER ...in addition to the above when i visited the dealer ( HITESH GAS SERVICE SIDHI PURA DELHI) I WAS ADVISED THAT I SHALL BE RECIEVING MY CYLINDER DELIVERY ON 4TH OF jUNE!!
                                        Can anyone of the concerned authority pls justify as to why is the delivery not done yet and how is it showing as delivered on your website????

                                        On top of this, the dealer is extremely misbehaved and ignorant. We made several attampts to call up the landline number of the dealer but they just dont answer the phone!! when we reached the dealer's office we found the reciever of the phone was lying away from the phone handset. to cross check the same you people can yourself dial this number [protected]
                                        and see yourself if this phone is ever answered!!

                                        We hav had some good experiences in the past with BHARAT GAS ..but events like this really take our interest and loyality away.We were not the only one who were at the dealer's office to complain about this ... every single person who stepped in the agents office had booked their cylinder since 17 days and have not recieved their cylinders .
                                        To your surprise the booked cylinders are not available for 20 days but if we ask the vendor to get the same cylinder in BLACK( that is out of the way ) they are available immediately.

                                        It was my duty to put this through to the concerned people . What actions you take on this is solely upto your department!!

                                        Please be informed that it’s going to be more than month and we have NOT received LPG Cylinder.

                                        1. In spite of several calls and reminders, we have NOT got the delivery of Gas. It’s not only us who are suffering but the entire area is suffering as they are not delivering the LPG Gas.

                                        2. When we call the agency numbers, they are non stop busy and if by chance our phone gets connected then the those females don’t take the request and just keep the phone saying “do din mein aa jayega”

                                        3. Please look into the matter as it is very serious matter and we all our suffering due to their negligence.

                                        4. Their delivery person, Jagtap and other delivery men’s are giving gas to other people in black for more than 500 INR.

After KYC Clearance i have visited agency with required documents on 30 March 2013 they checked my document and told me they don't have stock currently and they mentioned on our documents a date and told me please come on 12 July 2013. then today i had called to distributer to ask the final cost of connection. they told me same now that they don't have stock currently please come after 2 months.
