After running for many days when i finally got a cylinder...the guys are asking me to purchase a Gas with cylinder on site that it is mandatory for everyone and is companies rule to do so...however i'm already carrying a new gas...purchased just a couple of months back?

What should i do?? Is it compulsory..as they are asking to deposit 3000 Rs for those..

I am consumer of BP gas bearing the consumer no 19164. When I enquired in person with the agency about the delay, I was informed that online booking is not considered and hence stands invalid. My consumer no. is 24042. I was trying to book the gas today i.e.13.02.2008 from my dealer at CR Park, New Delhi.
