Bookings problem

I have tried number of times to book for refill cylinder through Sri Munusamy Gas Agency from 11.2.2008. Since I could not get their telephone numbers I have made booking online through the www.ebharatgas.com website on 12.2.2008. Since I have not received the refill cylinder, I have made a call through IVRS Telephone No.12644 on 27.2.2008 and ordered booking. compulsory gas purchase

Hi..

After running for many days when i finally got a cylinder...the guys are asking me to purchase a Gas with cylinder on site that it is mandatory for everyone and is companies rule to do so...however i'm already carrying a new gas...purchased just a couple of months back?

What should i do?? Is it compulsory..as they are asking to deposit 3000 Rs for those..

LPG Cylinder Not Delivered

I am consumer of BP gas bearing the consumer no 19164. My agency is Revathi Agencies, Hafiz Pet, Hyderabad. 15 days back (on Feb. 20th, 2008, Booking ID 6900) I booked the gas, till now it has not been not delivered. It also surprising that all the time phone appears to be busy, which is not possible. poor service of gas delivery

i am Ajay singh kaintura my gas booking no is 3939 on the name of mr. not recd. gas

I have booked my refill gas cylender through M/s Raj Gas Service, Jhokan Bag, Jhansi on 4/2/08 vide booking no. 42, but sorry to say that after 14 days & many reminder to above agency we have not received till date my refill.

Online booking not accepted

My consumer number is 17036. Since the phone numbers of the distributor 'GASJET' are not working, I had booked from ebharatgas.com on 29.01.2008 (ref no. 251477). When I enquired in person with the agency about the delay, I was informed that online booking is not considered and hence stands invalid. They logged a booking today (13.02.2008) and will deliver it after 18 days! We are gas less from yesterday. We even called the Kolkata...

blocking of connection

My consumer no. is 24042. I was trying to book the gas today i.e.13.02.2008 from my dealer at CR Park, New Delhi. To my surprise I was told that my connection has been blocked as I have not booked any gas in lat 124 days and now I will have to give an application along with copy initial connection paper.

This is very ridiculous policy. If in a family there are only two members and both working and also having two cylinders...
