I have been a consumer of Bharat gas LPG, since more than 5 years with only one cylinder. Now i want to get another cylinder, may i get it or not? The agency (M/s Major Yogendra gas agency says that it is not possible yet, as the facility of second cylinder connection is not available presently. Please provide me the proper information.

    I had a horrible experience regarding quality of Speed Petrol at a company owned petrol pump. It was discovered that fuel filled in my car was full of water as well as things like cockroaches and small frogs and dirt. I had to spend a huge amount - more than Rs.18000/- to get the tank cleaned and replace the fuel pipe in my car - Honda Civic. The details are given below:

    On last Saturday ( 7th June 2008) I filled Speed at Charkop Petroleum, a company owned petrol pump, at around 12 noon. Almost half the tank was filled. I have been using this petrol pump for my fuel requirement for last several years.

    My car - Honda Civic, has been in excellent condition and quite new - about six months since purchase. Within 200 meters after coming out of the petrol pump, my car stopped in the middle of the road. Repeated attempts to restart and go forward failed. The car would start but but again stop, unable to take the vehicle forward.

    I had to tow the vehicle to a service station. There was heavy rain in last few days and even that day was a typical rainy day in Mumbai. It took me several hours to organise for towing service and take the vehicle for service. The service station reported heavy contamination of water, cockroaches, frogs and other impurities in the contents of fuel tank.

    I am surprised how such fuel contamination is possible (even during monsoon days) and whether there is any quality monitoring system. How such things are dispensed through modern dispensing machines?

    I would like to have response from the BPCL organisation and also compensation for undergoing hell since Saturday.

      HI,
      My name is SUBHASH CHANDRA DUBEY.
      I am consumer of Bharat gas from last 8 or 9 years and between this time I am not faced any problem but now from last 3 months, due to the dictatorship od dealer of bharat gas, I am facing the problem alot.

      from last 3 months is is not booking my cylinder. When I am ask for the reason, he told me that I am not residing there. i don't know which kind of informer he has to inform him.

      I done a lot of communication with BHARAT GAS in this scenario but can't get anything. Still I am looking for the resolution. What I have to do to get the cylinder. May I change my address oor what is the option I have?

      I Santosh I am consumer bharat gas from last 4 yaer now the problem is that from last three months bharat gas has not been delivered salyender on actual devilevery date because i booked my salyender on 27 august 08 and i received salyender on 11 sept08 in beetween time i am have flollowed 4 or 5 times to badarur dealer after that i got it. now i booked my salyender on 20 sep08 but still i am waiting but there is no any deleivery after that from today i have gone to badarpur dealer and asking why not salyender has been delivered then they are saying in aatitute mod your salyender booking date is not due. and they are not agry to giving any type of responce so i am very warried of bharat gas service so. take a action to bharat gas and i am waiting your reply

      Dear SIR,

      My name is santosh kumar i ma customer of lpg bharat gas from last five years now problem is that bharat gas not delivered to ringht delivery date if book 27 august08 .the salyender delivered on 11 sept08 i dont know why what is wrong with dealer after that i booked 20sept.08 now still i am waiting but salyender has not been delivered then i go today and asking why not delived my selender the dealer told me in attitute mod sir your booking is not due . and this kind of problem i am facing from last three months so. pls. i requseted to you that what should i do.pls. give me suggestion i am waiting your reply
      My consumer No is 2452. The complaint is against Bharat Gas agent of Nehru Vihar, Tel No. 23819572 and 23814025. There was leakge in the domestic connection at my house. I tried both the telephone numbers since 09:30 hrs on 6th Oct 2008. Nobody either picks up the phone or it is constantly engaged till 1500 hrs. I personally visited at 1515 hrs and found the lady at the reception and the supervisor taking lunch. They told me that they received 400 complaints so their telephone is not accessible. I tried their number in their presence still found both the telepone numbers busy. The lady at the reception asked me to change the agency if I am not satisfied. I request to investigate the matter and remedial action.
      The Indane Gas Distributor named "GAG JYOTI", having office in Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar Part-4, New Delhi-24, is supplying half filled LPG Gas cylinder. The cylinder delivered by the hocker on 18.10.2008 is having 6 Kg less gas.

      My Consumer No. is 8005.

      Please do needful in this regard.

      Hi !

      This is Arindam Ray and I am a Bharat Gas consumer since long. Badarpur Bharat Gas Agency i.e. Oorja Gas Services has major issue of taking the orders over phone and delivering them. They have given me 4 land line numbers for order booking and none of the numbers are available during the day. Some day I have tried these numbers after 7:00 pm and all of them work fine but no one is available during the time.

      This is the issue I tried to raise in Oorja Gas Services but none of them are ready to accept the fact. Would apprecieate if the Bharat Gas directly can sort out the issue as many of the Charmwood residents has already converted to Indane.

My grievance is that delivery of gas has been standstill for a quite more than 30 days right now.       My name is Dr.Sahab Singh i am a customer of lpg bharat gas from last five years, my consumer no. is 15383 with shyam enterprises basant kunj, now problem is that bharat gas not delivered to right delivery date, I have booked the cylender on 29th July, 2009 and agency man committed, you will get your delivery after 3 days, When i couldn't received till 4th August, 2009.Than I contacted agency no.[protected] &[protected]. Agency man told me delivery man is absent today and we have not received lpg lot from company so we can not deliver your cylender and gave me a mobile no.of his owner Mr .Rakesh Sharma ([protected]).I contected to Mr.Rakesh Sharma on said mobile and told him the situation, he replied tomorrow by 1100 AM you will get your delivery. Today is 6th August and i haven't received delivary.I contacted sevral time said agency no..Nobody gave me satisfied reply. I faced lot of problem at my home due to Raksha Bandhan festival.       the executive said now its booked. so the booked date date is 20 aug and i get my lpg on 26th. its happens several times but i ignored my now its the limit. Do as you can, i will be very thankful to you.

      I am consumer of Bharat gas with VICTORY GAS SERVICE LOKESH, NANGLOI. due to the dictatorship of dealer of bharat gas, I am facing the problem alot.They do not supply gas cylinder in time.The delivery man Mr. Arjun always conflict with all the customer.He supplies 6kg less gas cylinder.No bady pick the phone at delear end many time phone was switch off & many time phone busy hole day at end we cant book our booking by phone when i tel bharat gas he talking me rudely.Mr. Arjun(The cylinder Delivery man) always says that do whatever you can do, I will not delivery cylinder on time.Kindly take some strict action against them.

      Bhosdi walo ki bahan ki chut bhosdi wale phone bhi to nahi uthate. Inki londiya ko chod-2 kar hari kardunga. Bahanchod, madarchod sale phone uthaya karo nahi to tumhari bahan chod dunga.

      I am a Bharat Gas customer since 1999 and was getting my Gas Cylinder refilled by Anand Gas Service, New Delhi. But 1½ year ago, the distributor told me that my number has been transferred to some another distributor. Since then I am running here and there in the areas of Khanpur, Sangam Vihar, Lal Kuan, Pehlad Pur and Badarpur in New Delhi in search of my distributor but failed.

      I therefore request you to kindly take an immediate necessary action in this regard and help me finding my new Distributor, if any so that I can get my Gas Cylinder refilled, as now I am facing a lot of problems in that. I am enclosing herewith the copies of the necessary documents for your kind reference and necessary action.

      Same is happing with me from last 6 months. i have tried every thing to book my gas but i'm not able to book it. the supplier always blacks it and give the reason that my house is locked or something. I have to book my cylinder at least 5 time before it gets delivered.
      Don't know what to do. I have tried e-booking phone booking everything. But no luck.

      Can anybody suggest me what i can do in this. wann sue these guys

      I am facing problem with Anand Gas cylinder delivery staff every time they have delivered short gas approx 2-4 kgs. we have complaint Anand Gas Agencies person more time after complaint two three time they have delivered the complete cylinder to us. and again we are facing same problem.

      And Agencies staff behavior is very ruddily with customer and they have Booked the cylinder after 29 day's and given the delivery after booking 5-7 day's.
      And that time you will be call for booking the cylinder anybody not pick the phone. they have put the phone on table and talk with our staff any time.

      Pls take the necessary action and short-out the problem.

      i want to know the phone no. and address of gas agency in laxmi bai nagar new delhi
      I strongly agree with the following.

      1. It is very difficult to book the gas on phone as it is always engaged.
      2. The way of interacting with the Customer is very rude.
      3. It is many times booking the gas in my name and giving it to someoneelse
      without my knowledge.
      4. Many time the gas cylinder is also not fully filled it is short 2-3 Kgs.

      I wonder whether there is any redressel to all these complaint, whether any authority has ever crossed checked these complaints or there palms have been greased.
      I am really disappointed with the nature and behaviour of Anand Gas cylinder booking/delivery staff. On booking time they say that after 2 month your cylinder will be booked, while already one month has completed of booking.
      Please do some favourable, we are facing a lot of problem.

We always face this kind of problem in a regular basis with the agency.

      I was called ANAND GAS for book my cylinder after one month of previous booking on dated.30.07.2010 and they confirmed I will get the delivery with in two or three days but I didn’t receive my delivery till one week so I was call again after one week they didn’t listion my problem and not answered in a one shot, but I call them four and five time then they confirmed me that my cylinder was not booked on.30.07.2010 because one month is not sufficient time to book next cylinder..

      Govt has blacklisted this company but i don't know how they have given permission to start again.

      I am consumer of Bharat gas with HITESH GAS SERVICE Siddhipura, Karolbagh. due to the dictatorship of dealer of bharat gas, I am facing the a lots of problem.They do not supply gas cylinder in time due to which we face many problems.No body pick the phone at dealer end many time phone was switch off & many time phone busy whole day at end we cant book our booking by phone when i Complaint about this they just ignored it. Kindly take some strict action against them.

      I have been calling to M/s Nihal gas agencies, Mayur Vihar-II, Delhi-110091 since 28/02/2011, their phone numbers are 22777003, 22781109 but their phones are going busy. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency.

      They not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me i have a kid and i am working also how to maintain? every month problem for me because of LPG Gas

      Kindly help me as soon as possible.

      My name is PD Mathur and i am retired 72 year old. I am a customer of lpg bharat gas from last 20 years and am facing lot of problems from the designated dealer OORJA AGENCIES at Badarpur as they promise to take booking only after 20 days and even after taking the booking the cylinder does not get delivered as i have to wait for another 10-12 days. It is after making numerous calls i get my refilling.

      If my complaint is being registered and reviewed at Bharat gas then i would request the concerned people to at least look into this matter and have a discussion with the dealer to avoid such unnecessary delays.

Last time I booked cylinder on 17th September 2012 which was delivered on 20th. (In which there was no indication about the subsidy. This month I booked cylinder on 24th October which was delivered today i.e on 26th (In they mentioned this is your 2nd cylinder and further if you book cylinder then you have to pay without subsidy. Then I talked to the person concerned in the agency, he was so rood and said I don't know you do what ever you want to do. I just wanted to know what is the criteria of subsidy and how many subsided cylinder we will get and how you are calculating this. One more request I am a handicapped lady and not even to walk and in in this condition I can only contact you or dealer through phone and when I phoned to the Satish & Co. they are very rood to me.       Every two years there is a pipe inspection.That is fine but being coerced to buy the pipe is wrong. Especially if the pipe has been maintained and in good condition. Unaware consumers are literally frightened into buying the pipes. This is arm flexing. Please check.

        but stock is there .they kept the somuch of cylinder in their relative house for higher rate. they sold the cylinder in block also. please take the action.they are not responding the phone also. please cancel their agency.

        They are telling that, we have to bring the cylinder with regulator, then they will transfer it to HP then only it can be booked.

        If the things happens like this again and again it will be more difficult for us, because we cannot take the leave for this purpose from the office.

              As per rule LPG cylinder booking to be done after 21 days of last dilivery, but after booking we are recieving gas cylinder after 12-15 days, when after 15 days also we enquire regarding LPG cylinder they say that Gas Cylinder dilivery man came to your house, but house was lock, actually we never lock our house, then they say now dilevery of LPG cylinder will be done after 3 days, dilivery man sale these cylinder in black and says that house was lock.

              Here lady which recieve phone call is also very rude, she not recieve phone calls properly, when whe enquire regarding when cylinder will come, she cut the phone, this was happens many times with us, when we say that we will complaint for you, she says do what you want to do.
              I requested you to register this complaint and do the needful at the earliest.

                Hi,

                Can anyone help me on the said subject, i.e. I have seen a Hotel in Bangalore using many LPG cylinders (which is not for commercial use) without having any legal documents or permission. They are using all which has Govt. subsidy. So please advice where can I lodge a complaint against this issue.

                  Please note that i reside in Hosakote, Bangalore. The Distributor here is very rigid and very negligent towards any complaint. I understand from the people here that he misuses the cylinders by selling it in the black market. as a citizen of India i wanted to raise the voice against the same. this is absolutely not acceptable. people here order for the cylinders and wait even for 60 days. sometime they take the empty cylinder and money and never deliver the cylinder. could higher authorities working with Bharat should take up the issue seriously and get the issue resolved.

                  This has ref to phone conversation with your Mr. Sanjay Choubey with regard to unexpected behavior from staff of Kamla Gas Service Ghaziabad. (Dated 29/12/08-16.34 HRS on [protected])

                  Undersigned visited LPG outlet for refill consumer number 11952 under cash and carry scheme.
                  Firstly refused to entertain on the pretext that connection be transferred to other outlet and cash & carry provision stands withdrawn from Bharat Gas management.
                  The staff preparing bill arrogantly refused to give refill on cash and carry system and willing to return back the coupon book., on complaining to other staff available on customer counter Mr.Sanjay suddenly became furious and vocally misbehaved with arrogance and said you may do what so ever you desire, his attitude has just short of abusive word.

                  I will appreciate to know from BPCL;

                  That

                  • Bharat Gas outlet staff has been allowed or trained to behave like that rather a free hand has been to respond like that.

                  • The BPCL notification for completely withdrawing cash and carry provision at national level with effective date. There is no display at Bharat Gas out let in question.

                  • While I was being refused for cash and carry out let record will speak to how many this facility has been allowed and randomly it was denied to me. The reason for discretion at dealer staff level

                  There is possibility that shifting of family may be there because of expected transfer, so it has been explained to Mr. Sanjay staff of Kamla Gas Service but he was adamant on his version even was not prepared to listen.

                  I must appreciate nice listening by your Mr.Sanjay Choubey.

                    our gas distributor code no 371736 Name excel Gas Service Vashi Navimumbai, we are not getting proper service of the delivery of the consumer gas. everytime we ring up or personally we go over there, we get rude answers and delivery of the gas cylinder is made after 20-25 days.Already we had made a written compaint against a lady attender towards the dealer, the acknowledgement copy is with us, but the same thing is continued again and again.Do the needful at earliest.

                        We belong to Palakkad District of Kerala state, but my sister has shifted to Erode, TamilNadu for Job. She is a Bank employee and while she was at Kannur, Kerala, she got an LPG connection from HPCL and got it transferred to Erode on her transfer. We got it registered with the local HPCL dealer and so far we don't have any problem in refilling/replacing of cyllinders. Now a days, the agency says, it will be difficult to replace the cyllinder unless we get a stamping on the ration card. We, being natives of Kerala, we have only the Kerala Ration card and it is practically difficult to transfer this Ration card also every time we are transferred by our employer to different places. And the local dealer insists on a Ration Card of Tamil Nadu state. Is there any such ruling by the Govt./HPCL that for such migrants, their Ration Card also needs to be stamped? Or is there any other alternative? We have been getting the cyllinders on production of our local residential proof(rent agreement with landlord)and a letter from our Employer.

                        Kindly let us know the details in this regard.

                            I would like to inform you that i have complaint about the Bharat Gas District Balrampur.Sir when i want to take a gas of price 299rs then they make a mendatory condition that you have to take Double Dimond or other tea.They always take another charges of tea of 18 rs(total=317).When we try to ask i dont want to teke packet of tea..then they told me you dont get the Gas Cylinder when you not buy the tea packet and they alway try to force of every consumer.
                            So i want to make a humble request to you, please take action regarding thet as per your authority...

                              I had booked my refill for domestic LPG on the 3 rd of May 2008. The consumer number being M 7202.The person from Hindustan Gas agency, 4E First Main Road, Kasturibanagar, Chennai-600 020, took my consumer number and gave me the booking number as 1084 and informed me that the gas cylinder would be delivered in 2 days time. On the 5th of May I called them again asking them why it was not delivered, when they told me it would be delivered definitely that same evening. But as of today ( 7th May 2008 )they have not delivered the cylinder. Kindly look into the matter. This is not the first time this is occuring.

                                I am Vivekananda Ghorai residing at - SI/129, Gori Garden, Gouri Nagar, Kedargouri, Bhubaneswar - 2, and my Bharat Gas connection consumer no is 28866.
                                From the date 27th April' 2008 to till to day I am not able to book my gas through phone as point no 1 > from morning 6 .00 am to 9.00 am nobody is picking the phone (phone numbers- 2547189 &[protected]> Phone no 2547189 is always busy from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm 3> Phone no 2547239 is always rining but nobody is picking (may be dead) 4> most importantly the Emergency number (24 hours services) 2547189 is either busy or not responding for the entire 24 hours.
                                I am working in a private organisation and not able to go to the dealer point every time.
                                The Gas delivery is also a concern for us. we are getting normally after 15 days from the booking with at least 10 times follow up to the dealer where as the road site shops (vada walla, tea shops, etc) are using the same domestic gas cylinders regularly from the dealer with paying escess amount / brives.

                                  I stay in Vaishali. I am serviced by Vishnu Jyoti Gas Service. It is very dissapointing and disheartening to notice that te cylinder that is given to us does not have the mentioned volume of LPG. Infact this problem has cropped up ever since the company has stopped consumers from directly taking gas from its godown. I have even offered the company to charge cartage from me and allow me to take the cylinder from the godown itself, but it seems that the dealer is intetnt on frauding and swindling the consumers. I feel that all this hollow talk about "Consumer is King' is just a mechanism to mislead people. I would request this forum to suggest me ways so as to get the correct volume of gas. The volume I pay for with my hard earned money.

                                    My compalain is against non release of cylinder against LPG domestic cylinder in last week of february and yet agency has not delivered cylinder...Track this matter and do necessary action from your side...

                                    Also abusing by agency staff during inquiry for cylinder status of delivery...Also they are ready to do slapping without any reason.

                                      1. I had submitted an application for taking new connection to M/s. Chitra Gas Agency, Sec 55, Noida (U.P.) on 08 april 2008.
                                      2. I am a Government Servantg and not able to visit their office again and again for taking a new connection.
                                      3. On account of this, they even after 23 days did not give any response to my application.
                                      4. On visiting their office on 29 April 2008 about complaing about not giving new connection, the behaviour of agency staff was highly unparliamentary and objectionable.
                                      5. They were not using proper words and even using vulgar words.
                                      6. The staff and manager on duty refused me to giving me new connection while I had all the proper documents required
                                      7. The base of refusal was only that I was not visiting their office again and again leaving the government duty.
                                      8. Sir, Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate disciplinary actions in this respect against the agency so that another consumer would not have to face such harassments.

VISHNU JYOTI GAS SERVICE, A-6, HIG DUPLEX, BRIJ VIHAR (U.P.) on 27 jun 2009.On account of this, they even after 43 days did not give any response to my application.i had contacted so many times through mobile, every time he said that you will take connection within 2-3 days but that 2-3 days never come, lastly he said that stock is not available.i am working as software engineer in NOIDA and i have no time to visit there office again and again.
                                      So Kindly look into the matter, really there is no stock in bharat gas agency if not then take appropriate disciplinary actions in this respect against the agency so that consumer would not have to face such harassments.
