officer has not refund amount

Dear sir/madom,

I have transferred my Bharat gas connection MUMBAI To PUNE.
During transfer two female Officers has not refunded my 1000 approx.
They told me you will get 1000 Rs. from Pune Office, But Pune officers told me only Mumbai Officers will refund your amount.

I am very much surprised from your service.

Giving Double dimond or other tea packet along with Gas

Respected Sir/Mam,
I would like to inform you that i have complaint about the Bharat Gas District Balrampur.Sir when i want to take a gas of price 299rs then they make a mendatory condition that you have to take Double Dimond or other tea.They always take another charges of tea of 18 rs(total=317).When we try to ask i dont want to teke packet of tea..then they told me you dont get the Gas Cylinder when you not buy the tea packet...

Hindustan Gas agency

I had booked my refill for domestic LPG on the 3 rd of May 2008. The consumer number being M 7202.The person from Hindustan Gas agency, 4E First Main Road, Kasturibanagar, Chennai-600 020, took my consumer number and gave me the booking number as 1084 and informed me that the gas cylinder would be delivered in 2 days time. On the 5th of May I called them again asking them why it was not delivered, when they told me it would be delivered definitely...

Under Weight Cylinder

Hi,

I stay in Vaishali. I am serviced by Vishnu Jyoti Gas Service. It is very dissapointing and disheartening to notice that te cylinder that is given to us does not have the mentioned volume of LPG. Infact this problem has cropped up ever since the company has stopped consumers from directly taking gas from its godown. I have even offered the company to charge cartage from me and allow me to take the cylinder from the godown...

Harrrasing for taking new connection

Respected Sir,

1. I had submitted an application for taking new connection to M/s. Chitra Gas Agency, Sec 55, Noida (U.P.) on 08 april 2008.
2. I am a Government Servantg and not able to visit their office again and again for taking a new connection.

additional lpg cylinder

Sir,

We are having LPG connection from Bharat Petroleum through BALAJI GAS AGENCIES, ARASARADI, MADURAI. Now i have applied for an additional LPG CYLINDER but the Agency is demanding to purchase Kitchen items in their show room for Rs.1500/-, then only they will give ADDITIONAL LPG CYLINDER for us.

This is not right to compell the consumer to purchase for Rs.1500 just for booking an ADDITIONAL LPG CYLINDER.br...

Delay in delivery

I am facing trouble from Bharat Gas here in HBR Layout. I had booked my cylinder a MONTH back, and since then have been reminding the agency continuously about the this. But they are indifferent to making a delivery to my place. I had shifted my connection from Vivek Nagar last month and this is the first time I am getting to encounter such behavior.

black marketing for new connections

I, Mr. Vishwas Anant Samant,

I went to sunandan Ageny [ authorized agency for Bharat Gas], borivali (w) to book new gas connection. Ageny's representative told me to purchase gas stove or 10kg dawat rice + 1 kg tata tea if i want new connection.

Worst service even seen

Manav Enterprise in Frazer town( Bangalore )(Bharath Gas) is one of the worst gas ageny even encountered .They would never pick your call.
You book for a refill and you will be assured the same over a week. They would never refill as assured.And then you need to keep calling everyday (trying your luck as they never pick the receiver).If lucky you might get it after another 15 or 20 days (provided you call everyday ) ... Isnt this...

BHARAT GAS COMPULSIONS

This is a complaint against one of Bharat Gas agency or maybe the company itself. I am one BIG ANGRY AND DISSATISFIED customer of Bharat Gas.

I wanted a new connection for my home and I visited SURYA GAS AGENCY in Ulhasnagar - 1, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra

There I was asked for Rs. 3700.00 for new connection which included a burner. I asked them to allot me only cylinder as I have one good quality sealed packed...

my coustomer id is 26150 at COOKLEEN gas agency.
city- Kolkata (W.Bengal). I have booking my cylinder
date-15.02.2008 and registered my booking order as 7592 but COOKLEEN gas agency does not
delivered the gas cylinder to me. i had several times rang them up for the same, but they replied as we have already received the cylinder. Where as they did not supplied the gas cylinder.More over after that COOKLEEN...
