[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Late delivery!

Sir,

I got my last cylinder on 12th December and I had booked another gas cylinder on 29th December , 07(booking No. 34) but i had not receive gas cylinder till date. Its more than 25 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 10 calls to the Sunny Gas Agency(nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.

Every time Gas Agency creates problem regarding booking of the Gas Cylinder i am mentaly distrub very much. Please take the suitable action against Sunny Gas Agency, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur-302017 Please take action within 3 days otherwise i'll put case in Consumer Forum.

My booking number is 978 with Sachin Gas, Double Storey, Lajpatnagar-IV, New Delhi-110 024 Tel:26226049 who give me same trouble and for last six months I am making complaints to Bharat Gas ([protected]@bharatpetroleum.in) and would hazard say that there is a mafia operating and all officials in Bharat Gas at every level seem to be making money from these Agencies and care a fig for complaints by end users.

but their two numbers always come busy .. what to do .. please help me out
I booked gas cylinder with Agency Name Rathi Gas Agency Sarai Kwahaza Sector 37 Faridabad Haryan after 21 days still cylinder not reached when we make call to our agency they didn't pick up their phone and we personally have to visit to their office to book cylinders and everytime they assuring cylinder is cuming in three or four days but not cuming.They harrasiing the people so much that every one come with same compalint.People in faridabad is suffering a lot due to non availability of gas cylinder in time.So i request to look in the matter and make appropiaties action regarding this.The Agency people is not dealing properly with the customers and saying do what u want.

I wish to transfer my Gas Connection from Jammu To Gurgoan, which i have bought on 28/04/
08 under consumer no 23450 and subscription vochure no is[protected] from Shiva Gas agency (Agency No 531884) last morh Gandhinagar Jammu.

I got the feedback from the Agency that i can not transfer my Gas before completion of one year.
However i require it urgently to be shifted.

So kindly Guide and suggest me the best possible way to transfer it to Gurgoan at the earliest.

I am Naqvi From kanpur and wer facing a problume that is our gas are refield from VIJAY GAS AGENCY Kanpur up AND THE CONTACT NO. [protected], 2617539.but they said that we cann't book our mt before 25days they said that there are diffrent...every time gas agency problem regarding booking of the gass cylender .not proper maintain dot ph no.(no rep) when cont.Vijy gupta always bussy attand the meet pls look into matter

Gas Booking
Sir, i want to take a new connection.but all agency are say that new booking is stop.when the booking is start.
dear sir, my a/c no. is 722587 by manoj kumar . i have not found my silendar in timly.
I booked gas connection thru Gulabh Gas Agency, Gandhi path, Vaisali, Jaipur-Rajasthan. But still i am not getting any gas connection, every time concern person assuring me for connection but after 40 days nobody get reply.

The Agency people is not dealing properly with the customers.

Please do the needful.

Last delivery of refill was on 2-8-2011 by Gulab Gas Agency, Gandhi path, Vaishalee, Jaipur-Rajasthan. But next delivery of refill is still pending. Sir but I don't know what is the proper procedure of delivering the refill to consumers in your company. Few days ago I visited the same agency for refill purpose. That time Incharge of agency told that due to short supply of refills by company it is difficult for us to deliver the refills to consumers as per rules. But matter is of some another type, there is no control of agency on their delivery man. It seems like Owner and Delivery man both are involved, Agency is not doing fair dealing every time consumers can be see at agency office. Sir you can check there records in my case every time delivery of refills made between 45 to 48 days. If it is your procedure then no problem. The Agency people is not dealing properly with the customers.
Kindly look in to the matter and instruct the agency to do the work of refilling for consumers as per rule.
