also experience difficulty in getting timely delivery of gas cylinders. I booked for a cylinder 15 DAYS BACK but till date, no delivery has been made. My connection is with M/S. Ashwani Enterprises, Ashok Nagar, Delhi-93. (Consumer No.1877). Their telephone numbers are also always kept engaged, and hence, every time I have to go in person to book for cylinders. Every month all of I am facing the same problem of getting gas within 10days duration after booking.
Agency people also not responding.
They are delaying like any thing. Other gas agencies like Indiane are delivey is within 3 days were observed.
This matter should be look very seriously by Administrative people and should ensure that, consumers should not be strugguled.

The gas agency is lazy. We are booked the gas on 05.09.09 but till till date they are not supplied. after i will try to ring a phone. the agency persons will not take the phone. every time we ring a call the phone is engaged. The delivery fellows are collect every cylinder Rs.50/- additionally
